Abstract:
In the resent VLSI technology high speed devices are used in much application, such as dynamic logic circuits because it is give the best performances over the static device due to less delay, less noise immunity and low power dissipation. Increase Leakage current combine with noise immunity it degrade the performance of dynamic logic circuit. In this paper body biased DOIND-ABC2 (DOIND-2) logic is proposed to reduce the leakage current with less delay penalty. In this paper different Active body biased technique for DOIND logic approach namely DOIND-2(ABC-2) has been used to analyze different parameters Proposed DOIND-2 approach has maximum 70% improvement in leakage current among Domino, DOIND and DOIND-1 proposed technique as compare to domino logic circuit. Proposed DOIND-2 approach also has improvement in most of parameter as compare to all other approaches .In this paper effect of frequency variation in different circuits has been analyzed. All the parameter has been performed at 70 nm technology node using tanner EDA tool with supply voltage 0.9v.

Abstract:
As explained by one of its founders, subaltern studies seeks to counteract histories written by elites, about elites, and for elites that ignore the majority of society. Through this examination, the urban poor, workers, and peasants of India, the original focus of attention, are agents in the formation of their subaltern consciousness: the “agency of change is located in the insurgent or the ‘subaltern.’”

Abstract:
Consultancy is one of the five core competencies of the British Psychological Society’s, Stage 2 Health Psychology Training programme. Consultancy during Stage 2 training can be undertaken in a wide range of settings from the NHS, private commercial and public health to university academia, and with individuals, groups or an organisation. Trainees are required to demonstrate each competency in two work areas but competencies can be dovetailed so that one work area may fulfill two competencies. I started my training via the Society’s Stage 2 qualification (independent route) alongside my PhD at Manchester University in 2010. In this article I will briefly describe what consultancy is in health psychology, why trainee health psychologists need to have training in consultancy, how to seek opportunities for consultancy, the benefits of doing consultancy, and finally, some top tips based on my experience of doing this competency.

Abstract:
Background: In neurologically healthy individuals, exercise positively impacts depressive symptoms, but there is limited knowledge regarding the association between exercise behaviors and depression after spinal cord injury (SCI). Objective: To examine associations between doing planned exercise and probable major depressive disorder (PMDD) after SCI. Methods: Community-dwelling adults, who were one or more years post traumatic SCI, completed self-report assessments at baseline (Time 1) and an average of 3.29 years later (Time 2). Patient Health Questionnaire-9 was used to assess depressive symptoms. Participants self-reported frequency of doing planned exercise. There were 1,790 participants who responded at both Time 1 and 2. Associations were analyzed using logistic regression. Results: Prevalence of PMDD was 10% at Time 1 and 12% at Time 2. Only 34% of participants at Time 1 and 29% at Time 2 reported doing planned exercise three or more times per week. The majority of participants (47%) reported no change in frequency of doing planned exercise between Times 1 and 2. Significant risk factors for PMDD at Time 2 included low household income ( p = .0085), poor to fair self-perceived health ( p < .0001), and doing less planned exercise at Time 2 ( p = .0005). Meanwhile, number of years post injury ( p = .04), doing planned exercise three or more times per week at Time 1 ( p = .0042), and doing more planned exercise at Time 2 ( p = .0005) were associated with decreased odds of PMDD at Time 2. Conclusion: These results demonstrate that a negative association exists between doing planned exercise and PMDD post SCI. Future longitudinal studies are needed to further explain these findings.

Background; The increasing life expectancy of the population causes the number of elderly (elderly) to continue to increase globally, according to the World Health Organization (2019), amounting to 22% of the total world population. Hypertension itself in the elderly, if not treated, causes heart and blood vessel disorders, functional changes, and physical function disorders that will affect Daily Living Activities (ADL). For this reason, there need to be appropriate efforts to overcome hypertension. Elderly fitness gymnastics is a series of forms of physical exercise to increase the strength of the heart muscle. The objectives of the research; were to know the results of the implementation of the application of elderly fitness gymnastics on blood pressure in elderly with hypertension. Methods; This application uses the case study method to determine the decrease in blood pressure values with an Omron digital tensimeter. Result; Blood pressure before doin elderly fitness exercises for respondents in the category of degree 2 hypertension and blood pressure after doing elderly fitness exercises for respondents in the high nornal category. There was decrease blood pressure in respondents after the elderly fitness exercise intervention. Summary; Elderly fitness exercises can reduce the blood pressure of the elderly with hypertension.

Abstract:
Abstract This evidence based study is to provide the awareness of breast self examination; its outcomes and significance. There is a never matching increase noted in the incidences of breast cancer worldwide. Pakistani women are on top of the list in the region to develop this disease and it has also been observed that they diagnose to have higher grade disease in early age. Early detection followed by timely treatment is the best prognosis for long term survival. This a retrospective study in which the data was gathered through questionnaire for the selected variables. Out of 100 patients 49 were doing BSE while 51 were unaware of breast self-examination. Out of these 49% , 42% were doing BSE randomly,2% were doing monthly,3% were doing weekly while 2% were doing on daily bases, and 24 (49%) patients were found to have microscopically confirmed carcinoma and 12 (24%) were found to have negative microscopic exams remaining 13 (27%) patients who were doing BSE were not gone through microscopic exam. Breast self-examination is the simplest tool that can play an important role in the detection of breast cancer. There is need to encourage BSE practices among the women along with the development of awareness program to make it successful.   Link: http://aeirc-edu.com/ojs14/index.php/IJEHSR/article/view/69/356

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore if a home exercise program (HEP) affects visio-vestibular function in concussed pediatric patients.BackgroundA HEP can provide an equitable and cost-effective method for therapy targeted towards visio-vestibular deficits that are common following concussion. It is unclear if pediatric patients prescribed a HEP demonstrate improved visio-vestibular function.Design/MethodsThis observational study included 1,041 patients (59% female; age = 14.0 ± 2.5 years) reporting to a specialty care concussion center for an initial visit ≤28 days post-injury and follow-up ≤60 days post-injury. All patients completed a Visio-Vestibular Examination (VVE) at both timepoints consisting of 9 subtests: smooth pursuit, horizontal/vertical saccades and gaze stability, binocular convergence, left/right monocular accommodation, and complex tandem gait. Patients were prescribed a HEP (1–2 times/day) at initial visit consisting of exercises addressing visio-vestibular deficits. At follow-up, patients reported their progress: (1) has not done the HEP, (2) is currently doing the HEP, or (3) has completed the HEP. Primary outcomes included HEP progress, VVE subtests (normal/abnormal), and total VVE (abnormal = 2 + abnormal subtests). Chi-square tests with Bonferroni corrections were used to determine if abnormal VVE outcomes were associated with HEP status.ResultsAt initial visit, 81 2(77.6%) patients presented with abnormal total VVE. At follow-up, the proportion of abnormal total VVE did not differ among patients not doing the HEP (101 [62.0%]), patients currently doing the HEP (516 [69.0%]), and patients who had completed the HEP (51 [69.0%]). However among VVE subtests, a lower proportion who completed the HEP presented with abnormal smooth pursuit (7.5%), horizontal (3.8%) and vertical (3.8%) saccades, and complex tandem gait (0%) relative to patients currently doing the HEP (p = 0.003) and patients not doing the HEP (p = 0.01).ConclusionsOur findings indicate that patients who completed the HEP presented with improved elements of visio-vestibular function relative to those who did not start or were currently doing the HEP.
