Abstract:
This article challenges the categorization of smugglers as wicked villains by exploring smuggling’s moral economy. I present findings from two years of ethnographic field research on Syrian refugees and smugglers in Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Italy, and along the so-called Balkan route (Greece, Macedonia, and Serbia). The relationship between the smugglers and the migrants appeared to be rich in solidarity and reciprocity and grounded in local notions of morality. Far from the dominant official narrative in the West of reckless criminals driven only by profit, smugglers sought and often found moral legitimation by using long-held notions of morality and religious duties when confronting the risky realities of their illicit enterprise.

Abstract:
Abstract— There are about 10 indicators of low social capital and character among the younger generation to worry about, namely increased teenage violence, poor use of language and words, strong peer group influence on violence, increased self-destructive behavior such as drugs, alcohol, free sex , the blurring of good and bad moral guidelines, the decline in work ethic, the lower respect for parents, the low individual responsibility for the country and the mutual suspicion of hatred among others. Academic pressure on the current education system is considered to be responsible for these problems, so that it requires the teacher to revitalize himself from a teacher who merely conveys the knowledge of being an educator who must be responsible for instilling morals. Lack of moral education, can make the brain stem and midbrain which is often called the reptile brain, more developed and dominant and makes someone will tend to behave violently. While the limbic and cortex parts of the brain that determine emotions, love and thinking become thin and weak. Conversely, if the limbic and cortex are dominant, reason and empathy will develop and become someone who is wise and wise. For all education and childcare are the main determining factors, which must be understood by educators (teachers, “ustadz”) and parents. Keywords—: Character; educator; parents; social capital.

Abstract:
Abstract With regard to existing concept of the moral education (ethics) in Slovakia, the questions of ethics and morals are only one of the partial sections. The dominant role is played by psychology based on Roberto Olivar’s concept with emphasis on pro-socialization and on Erickson’s concept of the psychosocial development. From the philosophy basis point of view, only Aristotle, even in reduced form and Spranger’s concept of the life forms are mentioned. Philosophy and ethics are only complements to more psychologically based educational program which is resulting from the problematic division of a social and moral experience into egoistic and prosocial. Egoism is presented in a distorted form and is characterized as the cause of all moral evil. However, there are several different types of understanding of the term egoism in philosophy and ethics as for example psychological and ethical egoism, or self-interest. Ethical egoism or self-interest cannot be identified with selfishness. The main aim of moral education should not be only to form the desired children and youth moral orientation but on the other hand, to form morally self-confident individuals who are able to solve the moral problems, to help the others to solve them as well and to be able to bear moral responsibility for their own deeds.

Abstract:
The ever-expanding rotation of science, along with the remarkable progress of civilization and human science in this modern age, has arisen multidimensional and multi-complex human life problems and crises, such as: ecological crisis, humanitarian crisis , moral crises (demoralisation), greater social and economic inequality, violence and crime, and other crises. The occurrence of that is because of the enormous inequality between science and technology that developed so rapidly with moral wisdom and humanity that is not developed at all, if not said backwards. Furthermore, if traced the root cause, as a result of the unsuitability between the demands of the times with the world view of the modern world. On the one hand, the flow of globalization has eliminated human relationships in a more open, dialogical, tolerant, and plural climate. The most dominant significance of character change, mindset, attitude, ethics, and morals is endorsed in educational institutions. So when there is a deterioration and anxiety in human life that is definitely blamed is the educational institution. However, on the other hand, the worldview adopted by most modern humans does not allow the dialogical and humanist relations to grow and develop. Based on the concept of holistic education is an offer.

Abstract:
The subject matter of this article is the principle of Self-Determination of Peoples of the contemporary international law. The principle is scrutinized both historically through its inner historical transformation and logically, through the analysis of its inner normative logic. The problem related to this principle is that it belongs simultaneously to three realms, those of politics, law and morals, containing different meanings. These meanings often do contradict each other and it happens differently on different stages of the historical transformation. The three major stages of the development of the principle (from the First World War up to the end of the Second; from the end of the Second World war up to the demise of the Soviet Union; and from the demise of the Soviet Union up to now) were continuously the stages of predominantly political, legal and moral. Each of the stages was reflecting the characteristic illusion of its time and was founded on the unique combination of the dominant meanings of the principle, which was enabling the principle to play its practical role. At the same time there are clear indications that the principle is incapable to play its cardinal proper role of the universal moral principle when it comes to it. This becomes crystal clear at the third stage of the development and which is triggering unprecedented political violence of the contemporary movements of self-determination and secession

Abstract:
This is a qualitative study that investigates how culture and race impact the college experiences of PI football players, how those experiences enhance or inhibit their persistence in higher education, and to introduce Pacific Islander Cultural Racism Theory (PI-CRiT) as a guiding framework for the research. The methodology for this study weaves three Pacific Islander cultural constructs together to ensure that the research process is respectful of each participant, their community, and their gift of mo‘olelo (story). This PI methodology disrupts dominant research paradigms by suggesting that data collection, analysis and interpretation should align with its participants’ ontology, epistemology and axiology. That is, the methods to gain more knowledge about reality (methodology), should align with the participants’ views about reality (ontology), their ways of thinking about reality (epistemology), and their ethics, morals and values that guide their interaction in that reality (axiology).

Abstract:
School is a place for students to gain knowledge. Every school has a goal which is to improve the quality of the education world, as well as the MTS Pembina Maligas Bayu school. To realize this goal there must be improvements in service, teaching and assessment in order to make a quality school. In this case the homeroom teacher is faced with a problem that is the selection of high achieving students who fit the criteria desired by the school. The purpose of this study is to analyze which factors are the most dominant in determining student achievement. The selection of high achieving students has many factors and has different values, so we need an Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to overcome them. Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods including decision support system techniques, Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a mathematical theory that allows dealing with interrelated factors and feedback in a structured manner. The data of this study came from student questionnaires which had a rating of 1-10. With alternative morals (A1), Grades (A2), Discipline (A3), Absence (A4), The role of the teacher (A5). Whereas A1 0.16%, A2 0.02%, A3 0.02%, A4 0.07% and A5 0.06%. Abstract:
The emergence and dominant vector of cultural development is a natural result and the reflection of the process of a collective way of life inherent in people. Due to culture, the main tasks of the effective use of the opportunities created by this type of life activity are solved. At the same time, culture itself is the most general system of norms for the social (group) existence of people. Culture provides order in the social life of the community; it regulates the social practice of people's life activities and this is precisely its greatest social significance. All other components of the social value of culture (ennobling the personality, softening morals, developing the humanitarian erudition of the population, etc.) are already derived from this main task solved by culture — ordering the social life of the community, establishing a certain set of normative principles and forms which are followed in this life.

Abstract:
<p>Oase rubric is a rubric that contains writings about the wisdom of the story of the prophet Muhammad SAW (Sirah Nabawiyah), Companions of the Prophet, and the like. In addition, the Oase Rubric also contains knowledge about religion ranging from issues of life and the Islamic way of life, which are studied in written form to attract readers and apply them in everyday life. The contents of the da'wah message in this rubric are the goal to be analysed by the author through the da'wah message delivered in creed, morals and sharia.<strong> </strong>Based on the statement above, the question arises: a. What are the da'wah messages shown in the Depok oasis rubric? What preaching message is more dominant in the Depok post oasis rubric?<strong> </strong>In this study, the authors used a content analysis method, using a qualitative approach. By analysing each paragraph, then put into several subcategories and examine the contents of the message contained therein. Of the 11 propaganda messages in the Depok Post Oase Rubric sample dated January 9, 2019, to May 27, 2019, all received propaganda messages that can not be separated from the message of Aqidah, Morals, and Sharia. In the form of an invitation, the researcher can conclude that the Oase news on Depok Pos contains messages of preaching in invitations, warnings and Sirah Nabawiyyah (Story of the Prophet). The more dominant among the three messages of preaching is the message of preaching Sharia, where there are five pages of preaching (news) and 48 paragraphs in it<em>.</em></p><p><em></em><strong>Abs</strong><strong>trak</strong></p><p>Rubrik Oase adalah rubrik yang berisi tulisan-tulisan tentang hikmah kisah Nabi Muhammad SAW (Sirah Nabawiyah), Sahabat Nabi, dan sejenisnya.

Abstract:
Codes of banking ethics are increasingly common, but practice shows that they are not of major importance to bank customers. In the article it is assumed that the codes do not fulfill their functions, including the function of protecting the consumer against fraudulent practices and abuse of the dominant position of the bank in relation to the retail client. The codes contain norms specifying the most important general clauses that are used in banking law, in particular the clause of good morals and commercial honesty. In order to comply with the principles of good practice and banking ethics, it is necessary to “stiffen” the standards of soft law which are so important that they should be clearly sanctioned. To achieve it, it is necessary to introduce to the banking soft law the information that in the case of dispute with the bank a consumer may also refer to a breach of self-regulations.

Abstract:
What rhetorics run throughout radical discourse, and why do some gain prominence over others? The scholarship on radicalism largely portrays radical discourse as opposition to powerful ideas and enemies, but radicals often evince great interest in personal and local concerns. To shed light on how radicals use and adopt rhetoric, we analyze an original corpus of more than 23,000 pages produced by Afghan radical groups between 1979 and 2001 using a novel computational abductive approach. We first identify how radicalism not only attacks dominant ideas, actors, and institutions using a rhetoric of subversion, but also how it can use a rhetoric of reversion to urge intimate transformations in morals and behavior. Next, we find evidence that radicals’ networks of support affect the rhetorical mixture they espouse, due to social ties drawing radicals into encounters with backers’ social domains. Our study advances a relational understanding of radical discourse, while also showing how a combination of computational and abductive methods can help theorize and analyze discourses of contention.

Abstract:
This article explores practices of ‘remediation’ of love poetry via the mobile phone among countrymen (qabaʾil) of the Yemeni highlands. Qabaʾil respond to rejection in love and to failed marriage by venting their passion through poems of the qasida genre. The romantic discourse of qasidas is inherently conservative and provides a cathartic function and a rationalization of loss. This romantic discourse overtly contradicts dominant ideals of manliness and Islamic morals, yet can be publicly expressed because it is mediated in poetry. The remediation of this discourse via the mobile phone has produced a new poetic genre: the risala. By sending risala poems through mobile phones, the qabaʾil establish a direct contact with women and shape a discourse of intimacy which can set the premises for future conjugal choices. The romantic discourse of the risala is thus generative and constitutes a motivation for action. The analysis of the link between the qasida, the risala and mobile phones demonstrates how ‘new’ media can refashion ‘older’ media, and how discrepant emotions can be distributed in distinct discourses through different media.

Abstract:
There is no doubt that capitalism is one of the dominant economic systems today, has been transformed into a new ideology. If the beginning only revolved around free markets, unlimited private ownership, then now it is more of a new culture, lifestyle and even civilization. That dictates all aspects of human life. As a civilization, Capitalism has faced resistance from Islam. Islam, which is usually seen as only a religion, is actually more than just a religion, but includes the basic elements of a civilization. If Capitalism builds a civilization with its distinctive points regarding the theory of socio-economic growth, then Islam does not see it as a basic foundation. Today in Islam, the life of the world is always closely related to the concept of the afterlife. Meanwhile, capitalism separates morality from theology. Furthermore, Islam does not deny the need for rationality to solve the problems of world life, but the rational concept in Islam is not only limited to mathematical logic, it also involves a spiritual dimension. By using the descriptive analytical method, this study produces several important conclusions, namely: First, to overcome scientific problems that have been penetrated by secular Western civilization, Second, the development of the ideology of Capitalism has changed the human perspective in thinking resulting in a lack of moral values and secular ideology. Third, the existence of Al-Faruqi's thought which is based on Tawheed which contributes to a solution to the lack of scientific values which also affects the people's mindset. So from the research results it can be concluded that if a science is successful it will destroy all aspects of life both in terms of ideology or morals.

Abstract:
This study discusses the analysis and evaluation of Thomas Aquinas's view of the "image of God". Through qualitative research with a literature review approach, the following conclusions are obtained Aquinas's view of God's image is very unbiblical. Because it is more inclined to the philosophy of Plato and Aristotle. This is a characteristic of scholastic group theology. Because scholastic theologians tend to place ratios more dominant in theology than the Bible. Furthermore, the image of God carried by humans is not only in the ratio but in the totality of human existence in the earth as God's representative. The image of God in humans experiences severe damage after the fall of man in sin. The ratio is no better than the body. In other words, all parts of human beings, whether spirit, ratio, morals, body, when created in a noble or very good state. This rejects Aquinas's view that there are inferior forces. Finally, through this research, we want to stress that the image of the true God is in Christ. This has the effect that it is only through Christ that the image of God that has been badly damaged can be repaired.

Abstract:
<p>Social justice warrior (SJW) is a pejorative term for individuals who fight for equality, environment, and gender. Because their progressive morals radically differ from the predominant values, the so-called social justice warriors spark controversies. This study aimed to describe netizens’ opinions about SJW and describe the dynamics of conflict or support in more detail. Text mining and opinion coding were used to elicit research data. The opinions that we gathered were analyzed in 2 stages: sentiment analysis and content analysis. The results of sentiment analysis are negative (445), neutral (86), and positive (90). Content analysis of the negative opinions showed the characteristics of sarcastic, rude, critical, and contemptuous (mocking/disrespecting). The style of positive sentiments (comments congruent with the phenomena) is divided into supportive, empathic, and motivational opinions. Negative opinions are more dominant because of netizens’ self-acceptance, the effects of informal social control in cyberspace, SJW’s presumed social non-compliance, and doubts of objectivity. Positive opinions can be explained by criticism of social contract theory, namely the demand to be more supportive of minority groups, sensitivity, and empathy (the ability to feel other groups' social conditions and environmental conditions).</p>

Abstract:
The article deals with genre-style modifications of the realistic essay of the 19th-20th centuries. In the article the author studies Anton Krushelnytsky’s artistic legacy (1878–1937) in the context of the dominant trends of Ukrainian literature at the end of XIX – the beginning of XX century and through the receptive dimensions of modern theory of literature. The paper defines the ideological and axiological background of the writer’s artistic understanding the reality and aesthetic nature of his creativity. The unity of the form and contest of prose texts is determined. The prose of the given period has a great variety of intra-genre modifications: essay, feuilleton, short story, story, novel. The works demonstrate exceptional multidimensionality of their inner structure, style diffusion, eclecticism of belles lettres methods and ways to achieve reality; the motives of «true morals» appear, which form counterbalance and alternative to moral chaos. Syncretic interaction of aesthetic paradigms of neorealism with impressionism, expressionism, symbolism is observed in prose. The characteristic features of the literature of the transitional stage in the moral-ethical, psychological and emotional aspects are revealed. Ukrainian literature of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries was accompanied by the synthesis of sociological, psychological, aesthetic systems. The genre and style features and modifications of A. Krushelnytsky’s small form of prose are considered. The narrative models of the writer’s novels are analysed. Consequently, the essay as a genre of small prose is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that contains philosophical and aesthetic representations, artistic, socio-political, and moral-ethical quest for the breakthrough of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The artistic practice of writers contributed to enriching of Ukrainian writing with new themes, images and genre forms, expanding the limits of traditional realism, so, updating the artistic and stylistic palette. The given motives of writers’ works reflected to the inside feelings and experiences of heroes are present as intertextual inclusions in prose of M. Kotsubinskiy, V. Stefanik, P. Mirniy, L. Ukrainka, O. Kobilianska and other writers at the turn of XIX-XX centuries. Being an organic component of Ukrainian literature, the narrative represents a tendency to expand the social sphere of personality images, to deepen the personal psychological characteristics of the individual. The place and role of prose creative works in Ukrainian literary process at the turn of the century are grounded.

Abstract:
This paper examines the role of women in the education of children in the Islamic perspective that the role of women against children is very large in the formation of future generations. Given the magnitude of opportunities and opportunities of women as a mother role in initiating the process of education of children from an early age. The potential and ability of Muslim women is very influential to shape the colors and patterns of future generations of Muslims. Therefore, as a woman is expected to have a love that manifestly manifests in the way of raising, hugging, meet needs and make friends with children. Therefore women should seek to be a smart woman as a provision to educate their children, because a smart mother will give birth to intelligent children. Creating a great generation there are points that need to be a record for a woman to be played to her child that is aqidah, morals and prayers. Then the intelligence, tenacity, and the mother's temperament is the dominant factor for the child's future. That is the word of the wise man of old, If there are men who become scholars, scholar, prominent figures or warrior heroes, See who their mother is. Because Mother has a big role in shaping one's character and knowledge. Therefore, the mother is the center of children's education.

Abstract:
AbstractThis paper handles the question concerning the factors that control the degree of adaptability of a transplanted religion spread in a culturally alien context. It will be argued that the assumed superiority of both one's religion and one's culture are decisive factors for the willingness to adapt or to refuse adaptation. The theoretical issues will be illustrated by the adoption of Buddhism by its early German followers. Thus, the paper gives a brief survey of the historical development of the adoption of Buddhism in Germany. Characteristics of the early phases will be outlined as well as the state of affairs of Buddhism in Germany in the 1990's. Most remarkable is Buddhism's rapid growth which increased the number of Buddhist centres and groups fivefold since the mid 1970's.On the basis of this historic description a particular line of interpreting Buddhist teachings, that of a rational understanding, is outlined. The analysis of this adoption of Buddhism seeks to show that early German Buddhists interpreted and moulded Buddhist teachings in such a way as to present it as being in high conformity with Western morals and culture. This high degree of adapting Buddhist teachings led to an interpretation which can be characterized as a ‘Buddhism in Protestant shape.’ Buddhism was used as a means of protest against the dominant religion, that of Christianity, but at the same time its proponents took over many forms and characteristics of the religion criticized most heavily.

Abstract:

This article discusses the dominant paradigm on the relationship between values and Social sciences, especially psychology. The analysis of such relationship would find a paradigm of separation between value and knowledge, due to the model of modernity that stands on isolating morals from sciences, and to the fragmentary viewpoint of contemporary theories of values. As a result of this we have an epistemological crisis in social sciences that do not cover various aspects of human realities. This has necessitated the need to reconsider this torn relationships making use of the civilizational experience, and depending on the paradigm of supremacy of values on human knowledge, within an integrated methodology. To do just that we have identified three combing purposes, i.e.: justice, freedom, and soundness. System of education should be the means to transfer this hope from its ideal form into reality.

Abstract:
The concept of religious freedom, the history of its development, the concept of religious freedom in acts of international organizations, as well as the legislation of Ukraine is considered. Human rights and freedoms do not depend on the socio-economic structure of the state and the level of its development. They should be provided to every person and guaranteed by the country. Constitution and national legislation. It should be noted that the relevance of the issue of international human rights standards (including religious freedom) has become much more acute for our country. No one should be subjected to coercion that diminishes his will to have or accept a religion or belief of his own choosing. Freedom to manifest religion or belief is subject only to restrictions established by law and necessary to protect public safety, order, health, and morals. The features of improvement and trends of changes in the understanding of religious freedom in different epochs and cultural and historical periods of the development of society are analyzed. For a meaningful understanding and clarification of all controversial issues related to the issues of freedom of religion, the origin and perception of it by thinkers and religious traditions of past centuries are considered. The problematic moments and promising achievements of the Ukrainian legislation in matters relating to religious freedom and the rights of believers are highlighted. Freedom of conscience and freedom of religion occupy an important place in the system of personal rights. Guaranteeing the equality of churches before the law, our state recognizes and abides by the provisions, none of them can claim a dominant role in society and the status of a state, and national interests should prevail over the interests of any religious organization.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT The veil is a Muslim woman's face covering, only her eyes are visible. Wearing the veil requires faith, mental and strong motivation. This study aims to examine the motivations of IAI student Yasni Bungo to wear the veil. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. Data was collected by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique, by interviewing female students who only wear the veil. The data analysis technique was carried out by listening to the interviews of female students wearing veils, recording their interviews, grouping the results of the interviews, analyzing the results of the interviews and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the motivation for using the veil by IAI student Yasni Bungo is motivated by three factors, first, theological factors (students wear the veil because of religious orders, worship, sunnah of the prophet); second is psychological factors (students wear the veil because they are driven by a soul that feels comfortable when wearing the veil), and third, the intrinsic factor (students wear the veil to protect themselves, keep morals, to be better, more obedient). And there are no external factors (veiled because parents, teachers, ustadz ordered them, the rules of the Islamic Boarding Schools, or were motivated by the doctrine of forbidden sects). The more dominant factor is the theological factor.

Abstract:
In law and mass media studies, morals and ethics are linked to the obligations of journalists, such as; the implementation of journalistic code of ethics in every journalistic activity is subject to legal institutions and regulations to carry out with good etiquette as the provisions in the law, which are a set of principles and rules that have generally been accepted and approved by the public. In this regard, ethical principles for the journalistic profession provide a legal basis for managing news in the media in an orderly manner in the relationship between legal subjects. In developments in media institutions in Indonesia, the aspects of share ownership in the media (leadership), economics and media marketing will greatly determine the ideology that is promoted by the media, where this ideology, if it leads to a political economy approach, will create media actors who are less familiar with communication ethics. Communication ethics here are positioned as mere instruments and become less meaningful in determining program content, program quality and media actors' respect for human rights that are represented by individuals as sources of information. This choice raises communication ethics on media actors who are considered to have experienced a reduction. Media players as a profession have taken a shortcut by referring to the principle of benefit, prioritizing the principle of benefit in its coverage and news, which is also paradoxical with the professional ethics it carries. To make matters worse, the absence of respect for the presumption of innocence in the name of the public's interest in obtaining information will increasingly make the mass media and media actors as dominant persons in reconstructing and manipulating social reality. Up to this point, the choice of the tendency to interpret the political economy approach or the ethical approach, in fact both of them do not have obvious legal implications, all of them are returned to each individual who is involved in activities in mass media institutions.

Abstract:
AbstractThis article problematizes interactive small urban contexts in everyday situations. The small urban appears as a stage of construction and presentation of the self and as a setting for networks of sensitive meanings and shapes of symbolic and material landscapes that characterize this particular style of urbanism. The article discusses the dimension of gossip and rumor in the small urban as a way of accessing, in this everyday life of personal interactions, the creative tension of reciprocally monitored individualities and in strategies of showing and hiding, of revealing themselves in accordance with the moral consensus accepted and also to renew the dominant moral order by the risky exercise of administration of scandals, tragedies and limit situations. Abstract:
This article examines the management perspectives in Islamic political history, which can contribute to the contemporary management and organizational knowledge (MOK). It attempts to find out the taken-for-granted assumptions and arguments that shape the Muslim scholars’ management perspective in history. To this end, political treatises in Islamic history (namely, 'siyasetnamas') and their managerial arguments are scrutinized through content analysis. By determining underlying dominant logics -assumptions that most siyasetnamas refer to- this article allows us a mental exercise to step out of the Western mindset, which is thought to be the best, and the only way to understand MOK and tries to introduce a moral management perspective from the history of Islam. Our results indicate that siyasetnamas’ dominant management logics could provide valuable implications to MOK with their emphasis on (i) considering society as the real owner of entities, (ii) having additional societal responsibilities, and (iii) moral competency of organizational actors.

Abstract:
The concept of Life style is Important category of modern cultural antropology. Among many styles of modern Russian culture we can highlight the life style that is characteristic of rock-culture. Methodology of the research is founded on the participant observation and participant narrative inreview. As a result of the research we can name features of this life style. The structure elements of the rock-life style are the degree of unity of style, attitude to deviations, appearance, border between private and public spheres, free time, kind and focus of communications, the main values. The main feature of rock-life style is its unstructured and inseparability from other styles, tolerance towards. One from specific expression of the rock-life style is tendency to deviant practices. The chief among them is drinking. Subjects of rock-culture often make only declarations of such position, but not everybody realise it in practice. Rock-musicians associate drinking with the transition from one role to another. Tendency to deviations entails relativism in appearance. Appearance symbols become irrelevant. Democracy remains the only requirement for appearance. The relativism in external forms of expression entails enternal ambivalence. Disregard for borders between public and private spheres or work amd free time is formed. The main instrument of this process is radical creative attitude to reality. The creation becomes ethical imperative of rock-culture. This fact entails constructive content of free time and the rejection from dysfunctional practices and dysfunctional communications. Ultimatly, disregard for external symbols, ante-fashion strategies, filling free time with creative activity, versatile communications, permanent carnival of everyday life, routinization of holiday, deviant practices, radical creative attitude to reality form concept that is dominant of the life style in the rock-culture. This is the value of freedom with its derived practices. We talk about different dimensions of freedom. This is freedom of expression, freedom of creativity, freedom from dysfunctional conditions and srereotypes in ethics and morals. Besides it, we can talk about individualization. This feature is the method transformation of the system of social stratification. Rock-musicians and representatives of their circle are boycotting «normal» system of social relations. They create their own society where the main criterias of social stetus become creative potential and charisma.

ABSTRACTChanges in education in modern society in the era of the expectation that is in accordance with the needs of the community, especially to meet the needs in the field of education through the inculcation of Islamic values in the teaching and learning process of students. Islamic education is expected to be an education that is not only as knowledge but Islamic education must be able to be applied to personal learners to the fullest as Muhaimin said that Islamic education that is currently underway in several Islamic educational institutions is more dominant in the transfer of knowledge, while the practical aspects are not serious maximum attention. the transfer of knowledge is very important but far more important is the practice of science itself through Islamic values.Basically, Islamic education is sourced from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith therefore a person who wants to develop the concept of Islamic education must base on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in an Islamic-based educational institution starting from the stake holders of existing Islamic educational institutions, Therefore, in applying Islamic education there must be Islamic values that must be carried out continuously, so that Islamic education can be applied by stakeholders in Islamic-based institutions, so that these values can become a culture that must be implemented in the environment of Islamic education institutions with such institutions can be good and advanced in the eyes of society or government.Studying KH. Salahudin Wahid Hasyim in the concept of Islamic education, he tried to present the concept of Islamic education through Islamic values that originate from the Qur'an and hadith, such as sincerity, honesty, responsibility, hard work and tolerance (tasamuh). These values must be implemented in the world of Islamic education and Islamic education institutions. Abstract:

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: The difficult situation of women in the Modern Period, marked by the strong patriarchal and androcentric character of the official culture and ideology of the moment, and their high degree of social marginalization, has been frequently analysed through various literary sources such as theatre, fiction or travel literature, collections of proverbs and sermons, and, above all, moral and doctrinal texts. However, for some time now, a new approach to the issue has been attempted which has proven to be of singular importance when observing the effect of the aforementioned directives of the dominant ideology on the familial and social role of women: illustrated symbolic literature. Through its various forms of expression--emblems, badges, hieroglyphics, allegories--this genre became, especially from the final decades of the 16thcentury, a perfectly calibrated and effective instrument when channelling the political, moral and doctrinal orientation of citizens. In the present study I offer an overview of how emblematic treatises and repertoires of allegories offer us excellent examples of the construction of the symbolic image that the dominant elites of modern times seek to spread and impose on the female gender, and their well-established and channelled behavioural norms. KEYWORDS: Modern Period; Emblems; Female Marginality; Androcentric Control.

Abstract:
AbstractThe desirability of creating norms within the framework of law has been a challenging process in a free market economy. The principles of antitrust law enunciated by courts in abuse of dominant cases has led to ‘refusal to deal’ as a contested doctrine. When dominance is treated as legitimate aspiration and free market choices are the medium to achieve the aspirations of free market enterprises, any duty or obligation cast on the firm is considered antithetical to the spirit of free market unless it eclipses the anticompetitive effect. Where an economic analysis of antitrust law has non-economic impacts with ethical and moral issues, it calls for an alternative economic thought which also considers plural values of society. This also reflects a conflict arising out of lack of norms and respect for property rights. This paper attempts to analyze the cases and framework which is currently employed by the courts and the challenges it puts forth in creating a norm that is universal. The author by drawing on the principles of Gandhian economic thought and its essential features of trusteeship, non-possession and non-violence creates space for resolution of conflicts promoting ethical and moral considerations. Resolution of conflict through ethical and moral norms also assimilates the varied goals of antitrust regulation, including non-economic goals when the goals of antitrust require a broader consideration that accommodates the wider spectrum of market participants.

Abstract:
Moral. Sem-abrigo.

Abstract:
A drastic shift in British perceptions of China took place between the beginning and end of the nineteenth century. Up through the first decades of the nineteenth century, China and its ideals as well as its art and aesthetic were widely admired. Yet by the end of the century, the discourse surrounding China had become very different: no longer were the Chinese admired for their art or their morals; instead, they were castigated as amoral, pitiless, inscrutable liars. Why and how this change took place has not yet been explored in part because scholars have tended to focus on either the beginning of the nineteenth century or the beginning of the twentieth, rather than on the years between these periods. Yet those years saw the rise of sinology, which became established as a field of scholarship in precisely the period (from roughly 1870 to 1901) that has so far been neglected. This scholarship, highly specialized though it might seem (and was), was not confined to the Ivory Tower; it made its way to the educated, upper-middle-class reading public through periodicals. If we look at what British periodicals were teaching their readers about China and the Chinese language during this gap period, we can see – perhaps surprisingly – a concerted and earnest effort being made to avoid assumptions that the Chinese need British help and to avoid pro-Christian judgments, in favor of an attempt to learn the workings of the Chinese language as the first step towards understanding the Chinese on their own terms. What scholars learn and what periodicals teach about the Chinese language, however, leads these very same would-be enlightened people, in the end, to see the Chinese as cunning children incapable of complex thought or basic feeling, and therefore incapable of progress or morality. In other words, the increasing British prejudice against the Chinese originated to an important degree in the work of the first scholars of sinology, rather than in the fears of the ignorant or the culturally-marginalized. Examining this process challenges a paradigm dominant in postcolonial studies, in which modern scholars decry the supremacy of Western systems while problematically replicating a narrative in which the concept of Western systemic supremacy is not challenged and the existence of non-Western systems is not acknowledged. In the case of China, the complexity of its written and spoken language systems helped frustrate Western efforts at colonization, and this systemic resistance to Western domination was constructed by Western scholars in such a way as to create and justify sinophobia.
