Abstract:

Článek se zabývá skupinou dopravních nehod, u kterých byla nebo mohla být příčinou porucha některého z dílů vozidla v důsledku korozního napadení. Je popsán současný stav poruch jako příčin dopravních nehod v České republice a v zahraničí, dále pak problematika jejich hodnocení. V příspěvku jsou popsány dvě varianty, kde se analytik dopravních nehod setká s korozí. Jednak s korozí jako poruchou, která byla příčinou nehodového děje, jednak s korozí jako následným poškozením, které znemožní vyhodnocení možné poruchy. U obou jmenovaných oblastí jsou uvedeny příklady z reálných dopravních nehod, kdy v případě poruchy brzdového systému vozidla, kde příčinou byla koroze, je proveden experiment pro objasnění závislosti tloušťky stěny potrubí a jejího vnějšího průměru pokrytého korozní zplodinou, tedy zda je možné odhadnout skrze vrstvy korozních produktů na povrchu potrubí bezpečnou tloušťku stěn.

Abstract:

Živé, pulzujúce mesto je predpokladom a základom plnohodnotného urbánneho života. Typické prekážky ku komplexnému využitiu jeho verejných priestorov sú hlavne: podhodnotený priestor pre život peších, nízka atraktivita parteru ulíc a spoločenského využitia námestí, hluk dominantnej automobilovej dopravy, znečistenie, riziko nehôd, dehumanizácia a pod. Dvadsiate prvé storočie volá po verejných priestoroch príjemných pre peších, priateľským k ich priamym užívateľom, priestoroch s čitateľnou identitou a možnosťou stretnutia. Vybrané príklady bratislavských verejných priestorov averejných priestorov z Európy vyhodnocujú a porovnávajú straty, zisky a nádeje pretvorenia VP pre mestskosť, identitu, kvalitu či zapamätateľnosť pre účastníka deja - návštevníka. Tiež ponúkajú stratégiu „domino efektu“ pre mestské priestory príjemné pre peších, pre „city friendly spaces“.

Abstract:

Článek je věnovaný problematice záchranných a likvidačních prací složek integrovaného záchranného systému při reálné dopravní nehodě bez přítomnosti nebezpečných látek. V dnešní době se stále častěji setkáváme s mimořádnými událostmi různého charakteru, kdy významnou část zahrnují právě dopravní nehody. Teoretické i praktické poznatky ukazují, že zajištění požadované úrovně spolupráce záchranných složek může přispět ke snížení ztrát na lidských životech a snížení poškození zdraví účastníků zasažených mimořádnou událostí. Cílem článku je simulace společného zásahu složek integrovaného záchranného systému při reálné dopravní nehodě. K dosažení uvedeného cíle je použita síťová analýza, konkrétně metoda kritické cesty, která představuje sled vzájemně závislých činností s nejmenší časovou rezervou. Získané výsledky demonstrují jednu z možných variant optimalizace zkoumané činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení dopravní nehody.

Abstract:

Príspevok sa zameriava na problematiku bezpečnosti na železničných priecestiach, ktoré predstavujú v železničnej doprave veľmi dôležitý prvok. Autori príspevku mali k dispozícií podrobné údaje o tragickej nehode z roku 2009, kde došlo k usmrteniu dvanástich osôb, ako aj k ďalším vážnym zraneniam osôb. Podľa analýzy príčin a priebehu nehody vyplýva, aké dôležité je, aby na železničných priecestiach, kde nie je možné mimoúrovňové míňanie cestnej a železničnej dopravy boli nasadené najmodernejšie zabezpečovacie prvky.

Abstract:

Bezpečnosť cestnej premávky a s tým spojená ochrana ľudského života je cieľom v každej vyspelej krajine. Viac ako 90% dopravných nehôd po celom svete je spôsobených ľudskou chybou. Z toho vyplýva jednoznačná povinnosť zaoberať sa ľudskou psychikou a predovšetkým páchaním priestupkov vodičmi na cestách. Dopravno-psychologický výskum obsiahnutý v tomto článku bol realizovaný na vzorke takmer štyristo respondentov, pričom išlo o mladých vodičov vo veku 18 až 26 rokov. Na výskum bol použitý dotazník postojov vodiča, ktorého výsledky boli následne porovnávané so všeobecnými údajmi tiež zisťovanými v prieskume. Výsledky bolo v globále možné porovnávať aj so zahraničnými štúdiami, pretože dopravno-psychologický nástroj, ktorý bol využitý má presne stanovenú štruktúru a je možné ho použiť v akejkoľvek krajine. Cieľom výskumu bolo predovšetkým hľadanie štatistických podobností medzi výsledkami nástroja DAQ a uvedeným počtom a druhom dopravných priestupkov respondentov. Taktiež je cieľom porovnanie dosiahnutých výsledkov s inými štúdiami, ktoré získali dáta rovnakým nástrojom.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of critical points in the transport of hazardous materials on the basis of which there is given a methodology for selecting safe routes. Thethesis includes statistical data on the total performance in the transport of hazardous materials within the EU states as well as specifies the proportion of transport performance of hazardous materials to the total performance among the individual European countries. For Czech Republic, the thesis also presents a statistical overview of the accident rate associated with this kind of transport as well as deals with the causes and consequences of the accidents occured during the transportation.

Abstract:

This master‘s thesis treat of car safety. It includes an introduction into already existing active and passive safety systems and briefly describes their basic principles. It also includes a description of basic principles of car electronic systems. It will acquaint us also with elementary calculations in the area of car crashing into a solid obstacle. On base of this information was developed and consequently realized development module of an automatic car accident alarm that transfers information using SMS messages to a cell phone. The message contains date, time and GPS coordinates of the accident and acceleration sensor readings in three axes.

Abstract:

The thesis refers to the issue of road accidents and their prevention in the Czech Republic, seen as a negative phenomenon in modern society. It is divided into two relatively independent parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on a general description of traffic accident and states their main causes. Moreover, it deals with a road accident as a traumatic event having negative effects on life of involved people, especially on the human psyche. At the end of this part you can find basic principles of emergency intervention on casualties of road accidents and organizations which offer free help to road accident casualties. In the practical part of this work there is a study of road accidents that happened in the region of the Czech Republic from the point of view of their causes and the age of the driver.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis of small accidents. Its attention is focused on the estimated amount of money needed to repair a vehicle immediately after the accident and later on the real amount that is actually necessary to fix the vehicle. In practice, it often happens that an accident may seem minor at first glance. Only after dismantling of a damaged vehicle and its parts it is found that the damage is much greater than initially predicted. Attention is focused as well on constantly growing insurance frauds. Nowadays, there is no literature concerning this issue.

Abstract:

This thesis named Analysis of the impact of fixed obstacles near roads on the course of traffic accidents deals with the diversification of fixed obstacles near the roads, brief theory of road accidents, possible consequences and shows statistics of road accidents with a fixed obstacle. The aim is to perform analysis of real traffic accidents with a fixed obstacle with serious consequences for health, life and property and with the help of a computer simulation software to analyze the same accident again, but for the condition if the fixed obstacle was removed. Finally, the consequences of accidents are compared, the analysis are evaluated and the proposed measures to eliminate the consequences are assessed.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on creating point cloud and mesh model of chosen intersections and their applications in forensic-engineering praxis. In the first part, we describe a workflow for creating point cloud and mesh model of intersection by digital photogrammetry. In the second part, we applied these at chosen intersections. Which leads us to the comparison of three digital photogrammetric programs which we used to make point clouds and mesh models. At the end of thesis, we use our mesh models in forensic-engineering praxis and we decide about barriers in sign conditions at intersections.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis discusses characteristics of accidents of professional lorry drivers in relations to their personalities, work, health and mental conditions. The thesis is composed of three sections: theoretical, analytical, and a section on recommendations. Theoretical section introduces theory of the given line of work and presents both outer and inner influences in this respect. Theoretical section is followed by the analytical section, with both quantitative and qualitative research discussing the most common accidents of professional lorry drivers. Based on the first two sections of the thesis, innovative solutions have been offered in the last section, with the aim of contributing to lowering the number of traffic accidents of drivers maneuvering vehicles over 7.5 tons. In order to gather necessary information, analysis of literature has been conducted, with statistical measures introduced in the thesis and structured interviews and polls having been done also. This has provided results towards arguing the knowledge on the given issue so far and has additionally allowed for innovative solutions leading to elimination of traffic accidents caused by professional lorry drivers.
