Abstract:
Šiame pranešime nagrinėjama Dostojevskio kūrybos įtaka V. Woolf kūrybai. Nors Woolf atsargiai vertino Dostojevskio pasirinktą metodą – anot rašytojos, chaotišką, sunkiai valdomą – dostojevskiškasis polifoniškumas, vis dėlto, įvairiomis formomis įsitvirtino Woolf romanuose, pirmiausia suponuodamas naują personažo kūrimo formą, naują požiūrį į veikėją. Dostojevskio ir Woolf meninių pasaulių dialoge tampa akivaizdu, kad nei Dostojevskio, nei Woolf veikėjas nedomina kaip socialinis ar psichofiziologinis tipas ir individualus charakteris, susidedantis iš įvairių bruožų, leidžiančių skaitytojui atsakyti į klausimą, kas ir koks yra veikėjas, kokia jo socialinė padėtis, ir t. t. Woolf veikėjas domina kaip požiūris, t. y. kaip požiūris į pasaulį ir į save. Toks požiūris į veikėją reikalauja ypatingų vaizdavimo metodų. Kaip Dostojevskiui, taip ir Woolf svarbiau paties veikėjo refleksijos, „savimonės funkcija“. Abu rašytojai kiekvieną veikėjo bruožą įveda į jo paties – t. y. veikėjo – akiratį, „sumeta į jo savimonės tiglį“. Be to, tiek Woolf, tiek ir Dostojevskio skaitytojas mato ne pačią veikėjo tikrovę, bet kaip jis tą tikrovę suvokia. Woolf romanuose, kaip ir Dostojevskio kūryboje, veikėjo paveikslas nėra įprastinis „objektinio veikėjo paveikslas“. Dostojevskio ir Woolf veikėjai yra neįprastai savarankiški romano struktūroje, jų balsai „skamba tartum šalia autoriaus žodžio ir savitai santykiauja su juo bei su tokiais pat pilnakraujais kitų veikėjų balsais“. Tačiau būtų neteisinga sakyti, kad Woolf tiesiogiai perėmė Dostojevskio polifoniškumo principą. Woolf buvo kūrėja, estetė; ji jokiais būdais nebuvo imitatorė. Ji buvo inovatorė. Kita vertus, būtų ne visiškai teisinga sakyti ir tai, kad Dostojevskio polifoniškumas nebuvo viena ar kita forma asimiliuotas Woolf meniniame pasaulyje. Manytume, kad Dostojevskis, kuriuo buvo žavimasi ne tik Rusijoje, bet ir Vakarų Europoje bei Amerikoje buvo stiprus užnugaris Woolf literatūriniams eksperimentams.

Straipsnyje intertekstualumo plotmėje siekiama parodyti lyčių poetikos ypatumus F. Dostojevskio apysakoje Bjaurus anekdotas. Tekste atsiskleidžia Dostojevskiui būdingas susipynęs diskursas, kur meninė parodija tampa normalia naujo teksto kūri­mo praktika.Pagrindinis Dostojevskio apysakos veikėjas Pra­linskis veikia tarsi būtų vienas iš Gogolio apysakos Naktis prieš Kalėdas herojų, tik jau veikiantis lyg įprastas ankstyvajam Dostojevskiui Peterburgo sva­jotojas ir, tuo pačiu, lyg jauna silpnavalė moteris.Analogiškas skirtingų rolių derinimo modelis pastebimas ir romane Idiotas, kai kunigaikštis Myš­kimas netikėtai apsilanko Ragožino name (Idiotas, 2 dalis, III skyrius).

Roman Braća Karamazovi F. M. Dostojevskog sa pitanjima koje postavlja – timotika čovjeka – ništa nije izgubio od svoje aktuelnosti. Ovaj rad je pokušaj da se savremenom čovjeku približe teme sa kojima se tzv. prva pitanja svode na egzistencijalna pitanja, metafizika na etiku. Dostojevski za čitatelje, putem svojih junaka, iznosi misli o povijesti življenja čovjeka na zemlji i njegovoj patnji, o slobodi i vjeri, vlasti i tajni, o autoritetu i moralu, te o samoj čovjekovoj prirodi. Zašto postoji zlo u svijetu, zašto postoji patnja?, da li čovjek, uopšte, može voljeti drugog čovjeka, može li voljeti „bez Boga“, je li u stanju „djelotvorno voljeti“, i može li, na koncu, Thanatos biti inkorporiran u Eros!? – pitanja su koja opsjedaju junake Dostojevskog. Dostojevski je u ovom romanu prikazao sukob nekoliko svjetova koji je u konačnici nerazrješiv bilo kakvim sistemom binarnih opozicija. Pojedinačni principi Ivana ili Zosime, Krista ili Velikog Inkvizitora, Aljoše ili Smerdjakova, uz svjetove svih drugih likova, čitamo kao jedan univerzum suprotnosti i, u isto vrijeme, neke čudne veze među svim tim svjetovima koji se, čini se, ne mogu do kraja razumski dokučiti. Stoga, dva oprečna pogleda na jednu te istu stvar ovdje ne znače raslojavanje stvarnosti, nego znače govor o njenoj suštini, njenoj očiglednoj istini.

Leonidas Cypkinas rusų skaitytojams tapo žino­mu tik praėjus kiek daugiau nei dvidešimt metų po jo mirties, kai 2003 m. rusų kalba pasirodė iki tol tik Vakarų auditorijai plačiai žinomas jo romanas Vasara Badene. Knygą apie vieną žymiausių rusų rašytojų Fiodorą Dostojevskį, paremtą rašytojo žmonos Anos Grigorjevnos Dienoraščiais bei jos Prisiminimais, autoriaus tėvynėje išgarsino ameri­kiečių rašytoja, filosofė ir eseistė Siuzan Zontag, pri­stadydama ją kaip vieną geriausių, literatūriškiausių XX amžiaus tekstų. Šiame straipsnyje, pasitelkus tiek Zontag, tiek kitų tyrėjų nuomones, siekiama parodyti, kad dauguma jų visų pirma išryškino ats­kiras, dažnai publicistines romano tendencijas, ne visada atsižvelgdami į romano visumą, į tai, apie ką rašė dar J. Lotmanas, jog pokalbis apie kūrinio idėją neatskiriamas nuo pokalbio apie jo meninę struk­tūrą. Straipsnio autorė šį kartą siūlo kiek atidžiau pažvelgti į romano pavadinimą, kuriame, jos nuo­mone, galima aptikti akivaizdžias kito rusų rašytojo I. Turgenevo kūrybos aliuzijas, leidžiančias teigti, kad vis tik Cypkino romane Vasara Badene svar­biausia – ne taip visus suintrigavusi Dostojevskio ir žydų problema, o meilės ir pareigos konfliktas; ro­mano ašis – Dostojevskio žmonos pasiaukojančios meilės savo vyrui istorija, kuri tam tikru aspektu galėtų būti gretinama su rašytojo Cypkino jausmais didžiajam rusų klasikui.

Besitęsiantis ginčas apie meno „pabaigą“ arba „mirtį“ trunka jau apie du šimtmečius. Žinoma, čia turime reikalą su simboline mirtimi, mirčių (ar nužudymų) rūšimi, labai dažna XIX amžiuje. Šalia „meno mirties“ galime paminėti „žmogaus mirtį“ (Maxas Stirneris, Fiodoras Dostojevskis) ir „Dievo mirtį“ (Friedrichas Nietzsche). Šios simbolinės mirtys pasižymi tuo, kad sukelia velionio prisikėlimą. Pavyzdžiui, po Georgo Wilhelmo Friedricho Hegelio paskelbtos „meno pabaigos“ diagnozės prasidėjo du meninės kūrybos gausa trykštantys amžiai. O apie mūsų laikus netgi galima kalbėti kaip apie epochą, kurioje vyrauja (at)vaizdas.Straipsnio autorius teigimu, skelbdamas „meno mirtį“ Hegelis galėjęs matyti tik problemos dalį. Autorius pritaria Hegeliui, kai šis pagrįstai kalba apie „meno pabaigą“ turėdamas omenyje „estetinį“ meną, jo galimybę veikti dabarties kultūrą. Vis dėlto, anot straipsnio autoriaus, turime pripažinti, kad šiandieną nauja technika atveria naują šansą meno esačiai mūsų gyvenime. The death we are dealing with in this case is, certainly, a symbolical one, a kind of death (or of murder) that is very frequent in the 19th century. Besides the “death of art”, the ones to mention are also the “death of man” (Max Stirner, Fiodor Dostojevskij) and the “death of God” (Friedrich Nietzsche). These symbolical deaths are very particular as they produce the resurrection of the deceased. For example, after the Hegelian diagnosis of the “end of art”, two very plentiful centuries of artistic production have begun. One can even speak about our time as an epoch dominated by image. Our thesis is that Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel could have seen only a part of the problem. We agree with him as he had spoken reasonably about the “end of art” in relation to the “aesthetic” art, in relation to its possibility to dominate the culture of the present. Nevertheless, we have to recognize that today the new technologies open a new chance for the presence of art in our life. This thesis F. M. Dostoevsky: The Idiot deals with the life of the author with an emphasis on his work, which is always current, because it concerns itself with increasingly vital topics related to human life. The thesis also deals with issues that are key to understanding Dostoevsky and his perception of the world and discusses the previous staging of the play in the Czech Republic, focusing on the work of the director Miroslav Krobot. Primarily, however, this thesis represents a detailed analysis of Dostoevsky's The Idiot and a detailed analysis of the individual dramatic characters within the play, with a focus on their internal processes and relationships, which are then expressed through costume.

In my diploma work I describe my own experiences and emocions of me like an actor during playing two theather roles on stage. Fist of them is Moritz Stiefel from drama Spring awakening. These part I rehearse in theatre Komorní scéna Aréna in Ostrava. Second part, wchich I am speaking of is Prince Myshkin, wchich I play in Theatre Petra Bezruče in town of Ostrava too. Because of the fact, that my real life has very comon moments with these two men I include to my diploma work fragments from my own liwing. In last two chapters I write brief facts about F.M. Dostojevskij and about Frank Wedekind.

Abstract:
This essay aims to explain the attraction toward the main character Stavrogin that the other characters experience in Dostoevsky's The Possessed, his great novel from 1871. I will mainly employ the terms “orientation” and “disorientation” in my analysis of Stavrogin's power of attraction. The theory used for this reading is principally inspired by Sara Ahmed's Queer Phenomenology – Orientation, Objects, Others (2006), and the meaning I attach to the terms “orientation” and “disorientation” is derived from Ahmed's use of them. Ahmed's queer phenomenology helps us to reflect upon how Stavrogin functions as a point of orientation in the novel. This makes him a demonic influence on the other characters, in the sense that he disorientates them. The Possessed asks us what happens when we “lose our way”, and confusion as well as disorientation is a general theme of the novel. This topic has been raised before, but few have connected the demonic disorientation with the underlying unconventional desires, such as Peter Verchovensky's desire for Stavrogin. In this essay I attempt to show how Stavrogin can be thought of as a “new” orientation for the other characters, and how their following him causes them to follow lines that lead to destruction.

The dramatic structure is like the skeleton that holds together the components and gives birth to the orchestration of the performance.This structure is essential to give the performance life.As a director in theatre it is our main tool. In defining the performance we define the dramaturgy. But what does the dramaturgy consist of and how do we get a hold of a tool, which is so driven by our intuition and how do we change it during the process? In this thesis work I will focus on how to use the dramatic principles in different works from interpretation to adaptation. I will explore how these principles function in each process and how they support the dramaturgy towards the creation of the performance.

The object of research is Dostoyevsky's creative work. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the world of childhood, the writer's personal experience and his ethical and philosophical views as found their reflection in his creative work. The paper comprises an introduction and three sections: Children in Dostoyevsky's Personal Life; The World of Childhood in Creative Work; The Problem of Childhood and Childness in the Novel "The Brothers Karamazov", featuring of the three traceable layers: The childhood of the brothers and Smerdiakov; The symbolic, extra narrative childhood in the stories of Ivan Karamazov and in Mitia's dream; The gymnasium students and their "leader" Aliosha Karamazov. The conclusions deal with the childness of Dostoyevsky's characters, his endless sympathy for the suffering children, the child's innocent tear, childness and early maturity, the cruelty and kindness of children.

Abstract:
In the current landscape of Sweden, easy-to-read literature demand is surging. But the opinions of its shape and form are being questioned: is this type of literature in reality easier to understand, or is the removed content in fact making it less comprehensive? The study’s purpose is to analyze easy-to-read literature’s ability to manage complex motives, and if it changes the reading experience from the original. To attempt that, the study uses a comparative analysis of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s Crime and punishment and its easy-to-read adaptation, written by Johan Werkmäster. To understand how Werkmäster’s adaptation manages complex motives, the comparative analysis uses three motives from Professor George Strem, who argues that Crime and punishment is built on suffering, humility and the ideal of the Superman. To answer whether the easy-to-read version changes the reading experience or not, the study uses Professor Rita Felski’s terminology of chock and Anna Nordenstam and Christina Olin-Scheller’s identification.   The analysis shows that the easy-to-read version of Crime and punishment maintains the main story but excludes the ideal of the Superman, which alters the understanding of suffering and humility. As a consequence this also means Felski’s chock is replaced by Nordenstam and Olin-Scheller’s identification, showing that the reading experience is indeed changed.    The conclusion is that the changes in the adaptation cause problems regarding the reader’s ability to understand Raskolnikov. The result also leads to question what the most important factor is when reading easy-to-read literature. Whereas the authors and publishers argue that literacy and motivation is essential to the target audience, Felski and Nordenstam and Olin-Scheller claim that the reading experience is more important. This shows the need of more science in this area to create a consensus of what easy-to-read literature should be, and how it best helps the readers develop their reading ability.

Abstract:
Šiame darbe analizuojama, kas yra teodicėja, pateikiamos filosofijos atstovų teorijos apie jos esmę ir keliamas problemas. Magistro darbe nagrinėjami žmonių patiriamų kančių teisingumo, nuodėmės ir jos išpirkimo, tikėjimo klausimai. Teodicėjos problemos užuomazgų randame Šventajame Rašte, o tiksliau, Jobo Knygoje. Teodicėjos problemą savo kūriniuose kėlė ir XIX a. rusų rašytojas F. Dostojevskis. Šiame darbe šiuo aspektu analizuojami jo romanai „Idiotas“, „Demonai“, „Nusikaltimas ir bausmė“, „Broliai Karamazovai“ ir apysakos. Nagrinėjant teodicėjos problemą ypač vertingas paskutinis F. Dostojevskio romanas „Broliai Karamazovai“. Rašytoją jaudinantis tikėjimo ar netikėjimo Dievu klausimas sprendžiamas romano veikėjams priimant ar nepriimant Dievo pasaulį. Žmonių kančių problema F. Dostojevskio kūriniuose susiaurinama iki vaikų kančių problemos. Skaitant kūrinius galima įžvelgti dvi kančių priežastis: gimtoji nuodėmė ir žmonėms būdingas nuodėmingumas. Veikėjų teigimu, blogis- būtina gėrio egzistavimo sąlyga. Rašytojas svarsto, kad žmogui suteikta laisvė yra ir Dievo dovana, ir nepakeliama našta. F. Dostojevskis aiškina žmogaus prigimties blogio priežastis ir ribas. Tačiau jis ir teisina žmogų, nes Visagalis dovanodamas žmogui žodžio laisvę, suteikė jam galimybę teisinti arba smerkti Dievą, sukūrusi šį toli gražu netobulą pasaulį. Iškeltai hipotezei patvirtinti atliktas praktinis tyrimas, kuriame dalyvavo 10 – 12 klasių moksleiviai. Susumavus tyrimo... [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>The aim of the current research is to analyze the concept of theodicy. In this Master thesis the theories about the essence of theodicy and the issues that may be raised suggested by various philosophy representatives are to be discussed. The current work is also to consider the questions of justice of human suffering, sins, redemption and faith. The origins of the issues mentioned above can already be found in the Christian doctrine, to be more precise, in the Book of Job. The issue of theodicy is also reflected in the works of 19th century Russian writer Fyodor Dostoyevsky. In this Master thesis some stories and the novels “The Idiot”, “Demons”, “Crime and Punishment”, “The Brothers Karamazov” are to be analyzed. The last novel „The Brothers Karamazov“ raised particular interest. The question of faith and unbelief, which was also important to the author, can be seen in the way the world is accepted or not by various characters. The question of human suffering is narrowed in the novels to the issue of children suffering. Furthermore, in this research the two ways of ‘God’s justification’ for the sufferings mentioned above shall be overviewed, i.e. the original sin of all the people and sinfulness as such present in the lives of people. The presence of evil as an unquestioned condition for the existence of good is keenly discussed by the characters.
