Retrospective review of surgical repair results in patients with cleft palate and lip has been conducted on the base of Gomel Regional Hospital. The obtained results revealed a change in surgical approach used to repair cleft palate and lip from single-stage methods to double-stage methods, which allow to achieve aesthetic and functional results better than single-stage methods.
