Abstract:
The I\O file system Read\Write operations are considered the most significant characteristics. Where, many researchers focus on their works on how to decrease the response time of I\O file system read\write operations. However, most articles concentrate on how to read\write content of the file in parallelism manner. Here in this paper, the author considers the parallelizing Read\Write whole file bytes not only its contents. A case study has been applied in order to make the idea more clear. It talks about two techniques of uploading\downloading files via Web Service. The first one is a traditional way where the files uploaded and downloaded serially. While the second one is uploaded\ downloaded files using Java thread in order to simulate parallelism technique. Java Netbeans 8.0.2 have been used as a programming environment to implement the Download\Upload files through Web Services. Validation results are also presented via using Mat-lab platform as benchmarks. The visualized figures of validation results are clearly clarifying that the second technique shows better response time in comparison to the traditional way.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the nature and characteristics of legal movie download services and to explore the factors that influence user acceptance of the services. Design/methodology/approach The authors analyzed the three aspects (i.e. hedonic information systems, ethical and legal consideration and user characteristics) of legal movie download services and empirically examined how they affect the potential users’ behavioral intent to adopt the services based on the theory of reasoned action (TRA). An online survey of 142 respondents about a real legal movie download services, currently operated by a major online service provider, was conducted. Findings Perceived playfulness and perceived usefulness had statistically significant effects on attitude. The relationships between subjective norms and its influencers are validated for moral judgment as well as risk aversion. The influence of price consciousness and past experience on behavioral intent to adopt the service are both supported. In the TRA model, attitude and subjective norms had statistically significant influence on behavioral intent to adopt the services. Originality/value The authors contribute to extending the literature on online pirating behavior from the different perspective, i.e. adoption of new legal alternatives. The study shows that the specific boundary conditions, i.e. hedonic attribute of information systems and existence of illegal alternatives, would generate the different results from the theories and previous literature.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present data that begin to detail the deficiencies of log file analytics reporting methods that are commonly built into institutional repository (IR) platforms. The authors propose a new method for collecting and reporting IR item download metrics. This paper introduces a web service prototype that captures activity that current analytics methods are likely to either miss or over-report. Design/methodology/approach Data were extracted from DSpace Solr logs of an IR and were cross-referenced with Google Analytics and Google Search Console data to directly compare Citable Content Downloads recorded by each method. Findings This study provides evidence that log file analytics data appear to grossly over-report due to traffic from robots that are difficult to identify and screen. The study also introduces a proof-of-concept prototype that makes the research method easily accessible to IR managers who seek accurate counts of Citable Content Downloads. Research limitations/implications The method described in this paper does not account for direct access to Citable Content Downloads that originate outside Google Search properties. Originality/value This paper proposes that IR managers adopt a new reporting framework that classifies IR page views and download activity into three categories that communicate metrics about user activity related to the research process. It also proposes that IR managers rely on a hybrid of existing Google Services to improve reporting of Citable Content Downloads and offers a prototype web service where IR managers can test results for their repositories.

Abstract:
Current approaches to Cloud-based Mobile Augmentation (CMA) leverage (cloud-based) resources to meet the requirements of rich mobile applications, so that a terminal (the so-called application node or AppN) can borrow resources lent by a set of collaborator nodes (CNs). In the most sophisticated approaches proposed for vehicular scenarios, the collaborators are nearby vehicles that must remain together near the application node because the augmentation service is interrupted when they move apart. This leads to disruption in the execution of the applications and consequently impoverishes the mobile users’ experience. This paper describes a CMA approach that is able to restore the augmentation service transparently when AppNs and CNs separate. The functioning is illustrated by a NaaS model where the AppNs access web contents that are collaboratively downloaded by a set of CNs, exploiting both roadside units and opportunistic networking. The performance of the resulting approach has been evaluated via simulations, achieving promising results in terms of number of downloads, average download times, and network overhead.

Abstract:
PurposeE‐consumers consistently complain that the internet is frustratingly slow. Most existing research on this phenomenon is based on the concept of “download delay”, that is, the time required for a web page to fully download to the e‐consumer's computer screen. This paper reports on an exploratory study of the phenomenon of waiting for service on the internet with the intention of extending the narrow conceptualisation of the phenomenon of “download delay” to a more user‐based perspective of waiting on the internet.Design/methodology/approachThe study is based on a qualitative research methodology. The research methods are seven asynchronous virtual focus groups involving 126 intensive internet users over 17 days and 92 participants who maintained personal diaries of waiting on the internet over a nine‐week period.FindingsA new definition of waiting on the internet is proposed based on extensive virtual focus group research. Subsequently, 14 distinct types of internet waiting situations are identified based on the analysis of a total of 1,041 waiting situations as reported by the participants in the study.Practical implicationsA number of practical implications for various functional areas of the business are outlined. Conceptual and methodological contributions are also made.Originality/valueThe study is the first to present a broader conceptualisation of waiting on the internet from an e‐consumer perspective and based on empirical research. All previous research has been based on just one type of online waiting, i.e. waiting for web pages to download to the user's screen. This paper presents 13 “new” types of waiting situations on the internet.

The Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is gaining momentum as more and more people increasingly are using technology tools and devises for their daily activities. Users expect highly effective and easy-to-learn interfaces and developers and designers now realize the crucial role the users' interface plays. HCI and System Usability design have greater significance in media use as the usability problems can adversely affect the large population of users depending on the overall usability of system design and the user interface design. This study is conducted to get rich and detailed feedback of users' personal experiences and usability of a new movie download software application and subscription service. This is achieved by a different approach of using eye-tracking methodology in conjunction with usability software for usability testing. Study gave rich information of quantitative data from eye-tracking and usability software for better analysis of the product.

Abstract:
Library services to blind and visually impaired readers are changing as computer technology makes it possible to deliver reading material in a variety of new media formats. The Blind Foundation of New Zealand surveyed its library clients to discover the reading formats they currently used and which ones they preferred. The survey also asked questions about their access to computer technology and their personal assessment of their technological competency. There was a particular focus in the survey on the DAISY format and on services offering books by download. Analysis of the survey data shows that access to computer technology roughly matches the national profile. Use of computers generally declines with age, with iPhones and iPads being the exception. The DAISY format is both the most used and the most preferred format for reading, though not so overwhelmingly as to suggest other formats can be dropped. Computer competency declines with age, but among the younger respondents there seemed to be both the ability and the confidence to download books, and some were already using that service provided by the library. The library will make further investigations into why relatively few clients currently use the download service, and how clients envisage using such a service in the future.

Abstract:
The scientific article is devoted to the coverage of the administrative procedure for providing electronic services by the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine. Different approaches to the concept of administrative procedure in terms of e-services provision are discussed. The stages of the procedure of providing electronic service in the form of submission of a declaration (notification) by individuals are characterized. It is established that before commencing the process of submission of the declaration (message), the service consumer must have a personal key and a valid enhanced certificate, which will be used during the submission process to affix an electronic digital signature to the form with the declaration (message). You can obtain enhanced key certificates at an accredited key certification center. Thus, at the moment the service supports certificates issued by the certification center of the information and reference department of the Ministry of Revenue and Collections of Ukraine. Abstract:
Internet has dominated the modern communication and information exchange and it is growing enormously day by day. Initially it is designed to off?er various applications like World Wide Web (WWW), Electronic Mail (E-Mail) and File Transfer (FTP). WWW has become very popular and today, Web traffic constitutes 70-80% in global Internet traffic. Web traffic generates by the end users, when they request for a web page. The web page transfers between various Web servers via different service networks to the end users. Web traffic has become very significant in the present world and the service providers have to offer best service to the customers. Quality of Service (QoS) is a measure of describing the performance of the service. Quality of Experience (QoE) explains the user perceived performance and it is subjective in nature. QoE influences the user satisfaction level, so QoS has to ensure to promote better QoE. User perceived QoE depends on page download time and it is an important parameter in evaluating the performance of web service. In this work we try to correlate the web page download times at both application-level and network-level. In particular, when there is a considerable delay in the network, we tried to correlate the application perceived download time with network-level download time. We explained the difference between application and network download times and how it varies with the applied delay. This work also shows how the download times at both levels are related to each other and their coefficient of correlation.

Abstract:

Fraile, Gil Francisco. "Evaluation of unidirectional background push content download services for the delivery of television programs." Doctoral thesis, Universitat Politècnica de València, 2013. http://hdl.handle.net/10251/31656.

Abstract:
This thesis dissertation presents background push Content Download Services as an efficient mechanism to deliver pre-produced television content through existing broadcast networks. Nowadays, network operators dedicate a considerable amount of network resources to live streaming live, through both broadcast and unicast connections. This service offering responds solely to commercial requirements: Content must be available anytime and anywhere. However, from a strictly academic point of view, live streaming is only a requirement for live content and not for pre-produced content. Moreover, broadcasting is only efficient when the content is sufficiently popular. The services under study in this thesis use residual capacity in broadcast networks to push popular, pre-produced content to storage capacity in customer premises equipment. The proposal responds only to efficiency requirements. On one hand, it creates value from network resources otherwise unused. On the other hand, it delivers popular pre-produced content in the most efficient way: through broadcast download services. The results include models for the popularity and the duration of television content, valuable for any research work dealing with file-based delivery of television content. Later, the thesis evaluates the residual capacity available in broadcast networks through empirical studies. These results are used in simulations to evaluate the performance of background push content download services in different scenarios and for different applications. The evaluation proves that this kind of services can become a great asset for the delivery of television content

Harris, Ainslie J. "A model of key characteristics affecting consumer attitudes toward the usage of free legitimate ad-supported music download services." Thesis, Robert Gordon University, 2013. http://hdl.handle.net/10059/846.

Full text
Abstract:
Digital music file sharing has had a significant negative financial impact on the recorded music industry, causing multi-billion dollar losses over the past decade. In a world where file sharing is now an activity that can be carried out with ease, industry stakeholders are continuously looking for ways to profit from changing consumer behaviour. To date, literature has looked at why people illicitly download (e.g. motivations, ethical considerations), the financial impact of file sharing (e.g. lost revenue), legal approaches to combatting file sharing (e.g. what approaches work, if any), and new business models for paid services (e.g. price sensitivity, value propositions). Academic literature has thus far largely focused on how to eliminate file sharing and convert illicit downloaders to paid platforms, but has not examined the potential for converting illicit downloaders to a free legitimate, platform. This thesis is the first piece of academic literature to consider free legitimate adsupported music download services as a way of monetizing downloaders’ free consumption behaviour, specifically by identifying key service characteristics that influence consumers' attitudes toward using such services, and providing a rich contextual understanding of the perceived importance and value of such characteristics. A sequential mixed methods approach was used to explore this topic and develop and validate a conceptual model. The primary research stages consisted of in-depth interviews, group interviews, and an online survey. This thesis shows there is potential for mainstream consumer adoption of free legitimate ad-supported music download services, with the caveat that the services be as good as or better than those (free services) already used. Several characteristics were found to be important influencers of attitudes in this regard. Some characteristics were found to be very important (perception of a large enough music catalogue, freedom of use of downloaded files, delays caused by advertising not being perceived as excessive), some were found to be less important (ease of navigation/use, perceived trustworthiness of the service), and some were found to be not at all important (ability of the service to recommend music, social networking facilitation via the service). While this thesis identifies what an ‘ideal’ service looks like for consumers, it also finds that tension exists in the economic relationship between consumer behaviour and ideals, and what industry is able to viably deliver in an adsupported service. The structure and conditions of today’s marketplace are such that the fundamental economic viability of free ad-supported music download services is brought into question, irrespective of whether such a service can meet consumers’ needs. While this thesis is specifically concerned with music download services, the model developed within it could be tested for other online content services such as streaming music or video, and video download services.

Abstract:
Dissertation submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Degree of Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies.
In the information age, information is of vital importance to the economic and social development of a country. Meteorological data, is multidimensional, continually evolving, highly spatial and highly temporal in nature. It is of great importance to a wide range of stakeholders including national agencies, private weather services, defense, transportation, aviation, national infrastructures, financial institutions and the general public. Members of the WMO (World Meteorological Organization) have vast amounts of data. However, this data is stored in many different formats based on various conceptual models (e.g. BUFR, GRIB, NetCDF, HDF). INSPIRE is a European Union initiative to create interoperability between spatial datasets among various communities. The main goal of this project is to suggest the most appropriate INSPIRE Download Service to access meteorological data. This project uses BUFR data and tries to access it through Climate Science Modeling Language (CSML), which is a data model and software framework for accessing meteorological data and retrieve it through standard geospatial web services. Based on the testing, suitable INSPIRE Download Service will be suggested. This helps to bridge the gaps between the geospatial, meteorological communities, and policy makers.

HTTP video streaming has been widely deployed to deliver stored video. MPEG-DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) is a developing standard for adaptive streaming over HTTP. A media file is streamed to various clients depending upon their delivery bandwidth and display resolution. By monitoring available throughput and buffer status, DASH can change stream quality when necessary to ensure continuous playback or to improve the user experience based on the end-to-end bandwidth between the client and the video server. However, when a video proxy is used the end-to-end bandwidth estimation becomes inaccurate and thus affects the quality selection in video segment downloading. In this thesis, we introduce a video segment download scheduling scheme in DASH services that can exploit the advantage of proxy service to improve the quality of video streaming and the accuracy of end-to-end bandwidth estimation. Experiment results show that our scheme can achieve better performance than existing video downloading scheme in video quality and bandwidth estimation. Recently, people talk about transforming traditional books into e-books. It seems that people are interested in e-books because its benefit can store hundreds of e-book in the small electronic device which can be from smart phones to electronic tablet devices with a 9.7 inches screen. We can take it around the world and can take time to read books in the environment where it is difficult for people to read books. According to the report[13], generally, the weight of e-book reader is not more than 2 pounds. At the same time, computers and Internet become more and more popular, so we can get and deliver e-book files conveniently. We can connect to the Internet in order to browse e-town website and buy e-books on it through 3G or wify. It will help us save our time for buying books in the book store. This thesis will talk about the implementation of e-book client on smart phone, especially for customized download service and data storage management design. The first problem confronts me is that how we use the system memory efficiently. We have to care about the balance between the memory usage and the execution rate. The second problem is that whole software is blocked when it is downloading e-books. We provide a solution for the first problem. It is that putting some data which e-book client doesn’t need now into the database file and getting those data from it when e-book client needs. The solution to the second problem is that we take advantage of Service in Android, and put it into another process so that our e-book client won''t be blocked by download jobs. This thesis proposes a design of data storage management for future extension. It can determine whether the application can access the data belonging to our e-book client.

The empirical evidence on their success, however, is still inconclusive. This study designs and evaluates two training programs focusing on soft skills, which are adapted to the Jamaican context. The first program provides soft-skills training on personal initiative, including the development of a proactive mindset and perseverance after setbacks. The second program combines soft-skills training on personal initiative with traditional training on hard skills aimed at changing business practices. Both programs are evaluated using a randomized controlled trial design involving 945 entrepreneurs in Jamaica. Findings indicate positive effects of the intensive soft-skills training, but not of the training combining soft and hard skills, on business outcomes (i.e., sales and profits) in the short-term (i.e., three months after the implementation of the trainings). The positive short-term effects of the soft-skills training are concentrated among men and are not significant for women. These effects, however, vanish when measured 12 months after the trainings. Nonetheless, the soft-skills training show persistent positive effects on some targeted soft skills, which are measured with both self-reported and incentivized measures.

Abstract:
Jurisdiction is the foundational concept for both national laws and international law as it provides the link between the sovereign government and its territory, and ultimately its people. The internet challenges this concept at its root: data travels across the internet without respecting political borders or territory. This book is about this Jurisdictional Challenge created by internet technologies. The Jurisdictional Challenge arises as civil disputes, criminal cases, and regulatory action span different countries, rising questions as to the international competence of courts, law enforcement, and regulators. From a technological standpoint, geography is largely irrelevant for online data flows and this raises the question of who governs “YouTubistan.” Services, communication, and interaction occur online between persons who may be located in different countries. Data is stored and processed online in data centres remote from the actual user, with cloud computing provided as a utility. Illegal acts such as hacking, identity theft and fraud, cyberespionage, propagation of terrorist propaganda, hate speech, defamation, revenge porn, and illegal marketplaces (such as Silkroad) may all be remotely targeted at a country, or simply create effects in many countries. Software applications (“apps”) developed by a software developer in one country are seamlessly downloaded by users on their mobile devices worldwide, without regard to applicable consumer protection, data protection, intellectual property, or media law. Therefore, the internet has created multi-facetted and complex challenges for the concept of jurisdiction and conflicts of law. Traditionally, jurisdiction in private law and jurisdiction in public law have belonged to different areas of law, namely private international law and (public) international law. The unique feature of this book is that it explores the notion of jurisdiction in different branches of “the” law. It analyses legislation and jurisprudence to extract how the concept of jurisdiction is applied in internet cases, taking a comparative law approach, focusing on EU, English, German, and US law. This synthesis and comparison of approaches across the board has produced new insights on how we should tackle the Jurisdictional Challenge. The first three chapters explain the Jurisdictional Challenge created by the internet and place this in the context of technology, sovereignty, territory, and media regulation. The following four chapters focus on public law aspects, namely criminal law and data protection jurisdiction. The next five chapters are about private law disputes, including cross-border B2C e-commerce, online privacy and defamation disputes, and internet intellectual property disputes. The final chapter harnesses the insights from the different areas of law examined.

Mobile Banking is a means of connectivity between bank and its customers. It would be impractical to expect customers to regularly visit banks or connect to a web site for regular upgrade of their mobile banking application. Mobile Banking is a provision and availability of both banking and financial services with the help of mobile telecommunication devices as an Application. It would be expected that the mobile application itself check the upgrades and updates and download necessary patches. Mobile banking has brought the advantage to have an alternate to debit and credit card usage. Mobile banking has the below three inter-related concepts: Mobile accounting, Mobile brokerage, Mobile financial information services. Mobile banking services are Account information provision, Monetary Transaction, Investment facilitation, Support and Content services. Abstract:
A blocking injunction is an order requiring an internet intermediary to implement technical measures directed at preventing or disabling access to a specified internet location. The essential purpose of such an order is to restrict the ability of individuals located in a particular jurisdiction to access or download material the subject of the order using the respondent’s service. Although theoretically available against any service provider, blocking injunctions are most commonly sought against ISPs, who possess a comparatively high degree of control at the network layer and may operate systems that can drop or re-route packets based on criteria including the destination of a request. Blocking injunctions require the respondent to adopt these technical measures in an attempt to prevent others from using its service to infringe the applicant’s rights. Section 2 provides an overview of the most common technical measures employed by ISPs.

Abstract:
This article studies social networks on the Internet created by popular applications such as e-mails, Web, chat, file sharing via peer-to-peer interaction, and online gaming. The Internet has its roots in military and academia. Connections are available around the world at academic institutions, military installations, government agencies, commercial enterprises, commercial information providers (AOL, CompuServe, and MSN), and Internet service providers. The Internet offers the following services: sending and receiving e-mail (electronic mail), transferring files between computers, participating in discussion groups through newsgroups and mailing lists, searching and retrieving information, chat, Internet relay chat, instant messaging, Internet telephony (voice chat), and on-line shopping. Newsgroups contain databases of messages on topics. They are similar to mailing lists, except that e-mail messages are posted to newsgroup sites. Bulletin boards and discussion groups offer similar services. People “surf the net” to find information and download files and connect directly to other computers. Web pages are used to communicate with customers and suppliers, describe organizations and products, tender documents, and provide services (banking, stocks, and software).

Abstract:
Chapter 4 analyzes regional lockout in digital music platforms. This chapter shows that regional lockout in music is a relatively recent phenomenon, having grown out of the record industry’s increasing reliance on digital download stores and streaming platforms at the expense of the region-free compact disc format. The chapter focuses on the case study of Swedish streaming music service Spotify. Built around a brand promoting music “everywhere” and “for everyone,” the platform has instead been central to debates over regional lockout. Spotify and other similar streaming music platforms belie their geoblocked condition by presenting themselves as services offering global, omnipresent, and customizable listening experiences. Chapter 4 argues that streaming music platforms’ promises of easily accessible music, mobility, and cosmopolitan interconnection in part mask their inconsistent global availability and mechanisms of geolocative back-end control. In doing so, they conflate mobility in an individualized, experiential sense with a global erasure of borders.

Abstract:
Map browsers currently in place present maps and geospatial information using common image formats such as JPEG or PNG, usually created from a service on demand. This is a clear approach for a simple visualization map browser but prevents the browser from modifying the visualization since the content of the image file represents the intensity of colors of each pixel. In a desktop GIS, a coverage dataset is an array of values quantifying a certain property in each pixel of a subdomain of the space. The standard used to describe and distribute coverages is called web coverage service (WCS). Traditionally, encoding of coverages was too complex for map browsers implemented in JavaScript, relegating the WCS to a data download, a process that creates a file that will be later used in a desktop GIS. The combination of a coverage implementation schema in JSON, binary arrays, and HTML5 canvas makes it possible that web map browsers can be directly implemented in JavaScript.

Abstract:
5G has the potential to become the future communication technology as it has the capability to provide faster download speeds, extremely low latency, and higher capacity. The deployment of 5G will be as a wi-fi that will cover the entire globe. It will serve an elevated number of devices than the previous technology; therefore, the distribution of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) will grow rapidly. Although no direct adverse effect has been reported by the service providers, the real health impact of this advanced technology is still under investigation. It is expected that the mm-wave frequency range (30-300 GHz) is ideal for 5G technology, and the devices, in this operating range, will work at very low power due to which small penetration is supposed to occur, but it will require a high density of small cells. It will increase the chances of human exposure to RF-EMF. In this chapter, a theoretical framework is used to describe the effect of 5G technology on humans and animals and also the rumors related to the adaptation of 5G technology.

Abstract:
Health, United States, 2019 is the 43rd report on the health status of the nation and is submitted by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services to the President and the Congress of the United States in compliance with Section 308 of the Public Health Service Act. This report was compiled by the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Health, United States series presents an annual overview of national trends in key health indicators. The 2019 report presents trends and current information on selected measures of morbidity, mortality, health care utilization and access, health risk factors, prevention, health insurance, and personal health care expenditures in a 20-figure chartbook. The Health, United States, 2019 Chartbook is supplemented by several other products including Trend Tables, an At-a-Glance table, and Appendixes available for download on the Health, United States website at: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/hus/ index.htm. The Health, United States, 2019 Chartbook contains 20 figures and 20 tables on health and health care in the United States. Examining trends in health informs the development, implementation, and evaluation of health policies and programs. The first section (Figures 1–13) focuses on health status and determinants: life expectancy, infant mortality, selected causes of death, overdose deaths, suicide, maternal mortality, teen births, preterm births, use of tobacco products, asthma, hypertension, heart disease and cancer, and functional limitations. The second section (Figures 14–15) presents trends in health care utilization: use of mammography and colorectal tests and unmet medical needs. The third section (Figures 16–17) focuses on health care resources: availability of physicians and dentists. The fourth section (Figures 18–20) describes trends in personal health care expenditures, health insurance coverage, and supplemental insurance coverage among Medicare beneficiaries. The Highlights section summarizes major findings from the Chartbook. Suggested citation: National Center for Health Statistics. Health, United States, 2019. Hyattsville, MD. 2021.

Vélez-Velásquez, Juan Sebastián. Banning Price Discrimination under Imperfect Competition: Evidence from Colombia's Broadband. Banco de la República de Colombia, December 2020. http://dx.doi.org/10.32468/be.1148.

Full text
Abstract:
Economic theory is inconclusive regarding the effects of banning third-degree price discrimination under imperfect competition because they depend on how the competing firms rank their market segments. When, relative to uniform pricing, all competitors want higher prices in the same market segments, a ban on price discrimination will reduce profits and benefit some consumers at the expense of others. If, instead, some firms want to charge higher prices in segments where their competitors want to charge lower prices, price discrimination increases competition driving all prices down. In this case, forcing the firms to charge uniform prices can increase their profits and reduce consumer surplus. We use data on Colombian broadband subscriptions to estimate the demand for internet services. Estimated preferences and assumptions about competition are used to simulate a scenario in which firms lose their ability to price discriminate. Our results show large effects on consumer surplus and large effects on firms’ profits. Aggregate profits increase but the effects for individual firms are heterogeneous. The effects on consumer welfare vary by city. In most cities, a uniform price regime causes large welfare transfers from low-income households towards high-income households and in a few cities, prices in all segments rise. Poorer households respond to the increase in prices by subscribing to internet plans with slower download speed.
