Abstract:
We have designed cell-penetrating peptides that target the leucine zipper transcription factors ATF5, CEBPB and CEBPD and that promote apoptotic death of a wide range of cancer cell types, but not normal cells, in vitro and in vivo. Though such peptides have the potential for clinical application, their mechanisms of action are not fully understood. Here, we show that one such peptide, Dpep, compromises glucose uptake and glycolysis in a cell context-dependent manner (in about two-thirds of cancer lines assessed). These actions are dependent on induction of tumor suppressor TXNIP (thioredoxin-

Previously we reported that DPAC in the excited singlet states is formed immediately after the picosecond laser pulse excitation shorter than 320 nm.1 In this paper we present the results of the transient absorption measurements of DPCP in c-hexane with a higher time resolution. Transient absorption band which can be assigned to the excited state of DPCP was observed around 470 nm.

Abstract:
Abstract In this paper, the differential and lockin imaging techniques of Dynamic Photon Emission (DPE) were developed by using highly sensitive near-infrared InGaAs camera in time integrated mode. At first, the setup and method for differential imaging of DPE (DI-DPE) are introduced. The unique debug and pinpointing capability of fails of DI-PEM is discussed in combination with two case studies. Based on DI-DPE, the setup and method for Lockin imaging of DPE (LI-DPE) are then developed for such cases where the correlated DPE is enhanced in strong photon emission background. The correlation in

This study examines four key reform policies and programs of the Indian education system: DPEP (1994), SSA (2000), RTE (2010) and NEP (2020). Each of these has a rich and nuanced body of research to which our study contributes a unique tracing of the key ideas, debates, and stakeholders. This longue durée of reform will shed light on the histories of current reform options and if they will indeed meet the call of the times to address the learning crisis. We use the political settlements approach to understand the contestation of ideas and actors which finally determine the policy design and th
