To meet the needs of racing, both drag bike racing and road races, vehicles or motorcycles with conditions still standing are not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to modify certain parts, including modifying the chassis, body, and engine. The three parts are very related. Of the three parts, the most priority is modifying the engine because the engine is the main factor in a vehicle or motorcycle. What is needed in modifying the engine is improving engine performance or maximizing engine performance. In this study, the author chose a four-stroke kharisma motorcycle because the modification d

If the aerodynamic force from the racing bike helmet is getting smaller than the use of helmets on the bike racing will be more optimal and will affect the rate of the racer. The model calculated drag forces over a range of wheeling speeds between 2 and 20 m/sec, and for wind conditions over the same range of speeds with wind direction varied between 0° (headwind) and 180° (tailwind). The computer model suggests that the large lateral area of a wheelchair adds considerably to the retarding drag forces at relative wind angles between 0 and 90°. Many studies have examined the consequences of this factor in downhill skiing, and the impact of postural modifications on speed is now well established. To date, only wind tunnel tests have enabled one to measure aerodynamic drag values (a major component of the aerodynamic force in Alpine skiing). Yet such tests are incompatible with the constraints of a regular and accurate follow-up of training programs. This paper combines a theoretical approach with input data from wind tunnel experiments to estimate the influence of selected variables on speed in skiing. Abstract Anti-squat is a transient vehicle suspension parameter which can dramatically affect tractive effort available at motorcycle drive tire. In the drag racing environment, maximizing tractive effort is essential to competitive performance. Tuning a four-link rear suspension to provide anti-squat increases rear tire traction at the starting line, which increases tractive effort and vehicle acceleration performance. Abstract:
Prescription opioid deaths have tripled since 1999, and currently opioid overdose kills 115 Americans per day on average (1). Prior to 2014, prescription opioids have been the primary driver of opioid-related mortality. In recent years, the United States has seen a steady decline in the rate of opioid prescription. At the same time, there has been a significant increase in the number of deaths attributed to non-prescription opioids such as heroin, illicitly manufactured fentanyl, and fentanyl analogues. In 2017, among 70,237 drug overdose deaths nationally, 47,600 (67.8%) involved opioids, wit

Verification will be of critical importance to achieving and maintaining a Middle East zone free of weapons of mass destruction (ME WMD). Effective verification arrangements would serve a vital national security objective for each state in the region by reducing tensions, removing the motivation to proliferate, and mitigating the risk of a virtual nuclear arms race (or war). In view of the high levels of tension and mistrust within the zone, ensuring effective verification will be especially demanding. The paper examines specific elements of the future nuclear verification of the zone, includi
