本文主要研究了计算机视觉领域中的一类关键问题，即对图像的三维视觉理解。在早期，由于数据的缺乏以及计算资源的限制，研究人员主要依靠物体的几何特性和先验知识来处理这类问题。这些性质主要包括了实际物体的几何特性和自多个相机构成的视觉系统的几何性质。这些工作可以用来重构物体的三维形状或者图像的深度信息，但是并不能产生诸如物体类别之类的语义信息。之后，由于数据变得容易获取，研究者开始使用大量训练、数据来学习图像的三维信息。在合适的训练数据和算法的基础上，我们已可以进行包含语义信息的三维图像理解，例如物体检测与三维姿态估计，物体三维形状估计等。<br>在本文第一部分，我们探讨了从线框图进行三维重构的问题。线框图是用物体外接线框对真实物体的种简化。对于复杂线框图，之前的基于优化的方法由于优化函数的高度非线性，往往不能得到合理的解。我们提出种分而治之的方法，先将线框图分割为基础部件，分别重构，然后再拼接并产生原始线框图的重构结果。其中的关键部分是一个从现实物体中得到启发的，简洁有效的分割线框图的评判标准。<br>在第二部分，我们研究了从水面倒影得到图像的深度图的问题。在水面反射场景中，真实图像和倒影图像形成了个双目视觉系统。由于光照，水面波纹等因素，倒影图像经常和真实图像有较大的差别。我们提出了个图像变换算法来使得倒影图像更接近真实图像。然后，我们提出了一个立体匹配算法来确定两个图像之间像素的对应
