Abstract:
When it comes to drawing 3D shapes, we do not get any easier than the Google Sketch Up program. The most important part of 3D drawing, especially in the field of architecture, is the ease of using the program, the ability to turn the idea into virtual reality, the Google sketch program Up, provides a user-friendly service that is not required for a powerful computer, and we all know that AutoCAD is one of the most powerful 3D drawing programs (if not the most powerful) but the difficulty of using it and the time it takes to learn has led most engineers to resort to the easiest program. indispensable but Google sketch programs gave up solutions faster and many choices in final directing. The study examined the problem of the use of the AutoCAD program and the suffering of the drawing teachers in understanding and using it. In contrast, it showed the advantages of the program, and compared it to the AutoCAD program, and presented a questionnaire by the researcher on a sample of the teachers of the engineering drawing in the degrading schools. program AutoCAD, and therefore, this program does not result in the expected purpose of it, so it became necessary to find an alternative at least to use it as a display of sculptures by engineering drawing teacher, and this alternative is a program Cockle Google sketch up.

Abstract:
ABSTRACTSeveral studies have demonstrated the efficacy of falls-prevention programs designed for community-dwelling seniors using randomized designs. However, little is known about the feasibility of implementing these programs under natural conditions and about the success of these programs when delivered under such conditions. The objectives of this paper are to (a) describe a multifactorial falls-prevention program (called Stand Up!) designed for independent community-dwelling seniors and (b) present the results of an analysis of the practicability of implementing this program in community-based settings. The program was implemented in the context of an effectiveness study in 10 community-based organizations in the Montreal metropolitan area. Data pertaining to the reach and delivery of the program as well as participation level show that a falls-prevention program addressing multiple risk factors can be successfully implemented in community-based settings.

Abstract:
In the preparation of drawings and documents required for a licensing process, the main problem is the duplication of work in creating design drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM) models. To overcome this problem, BIM authoring tools provide a drawing generation function. However, it is difficult to use it in a construction project involving multiple actors using different authoring tools for each design actor. Owing to these problems, the drawing generation program, which is based the on the industry foundation classes (IFC) concept is not limited to the authoring tools used in the project, and it is intended to minimize duplication by outputting drawings in dwg and pdf formats. In this study, the IFC data structure required for generating drawings was analyzed and drawing elements on the basis of the shape and attribute information, certain drawing elements were output as 3D scenes in order to obtain detailed plan, elevation, cross-section, and structural drawings, which are required for an IFC-based licensing process. In addition, 2D drawings were generated through post-processing for obtaining drawing-level outputs. On the basis of BIM design guidelines, it was found that the information required in license drawings can be minimized, and the license licensing process can be based on a separate BIM technology. In other words, based on the licensing environment in Korea, the effectiveness of the automatic 2D drawing generation program was verified through a comparative analysis on the basis of the drawings and information required by assuming that a specific set of drawing elements were required in the existing licensing process and for BIM-based licensing. Furthermore, it was examined whether books required in the licensing process can be replaced by a parking lot plan that can be submitted through a BIM-technology-based legality review system.

Abstract:
The external rays of the Mandelbrot set are a valuable graphic tool in order to study this set. They are drawn using computer programs starting from the Böttcher coordinate. However, the drawing of an external ray cannot be completed because it reaches a point from which the drawing tool cannot continue drawing. This point is influenced by the resolution of the standard for floating-point computation used by the drawing program. The IEEE 754 Standard for Floating-Point Arithmetic is the most widely used standard for floating-point computation, and we analyze the possibilities of the quadruple 128 bits format of the current IEEE 754-2008 Standard in order to draw external rays. When the drawing is not possible, due to a lack of resolution of this standard, we introduce a method to draw external rays based on the escape lines and Bézier curves.

Abstract:
Communicating with hospitalized children for invasive procedures usually takes place in a veiled and indirect way. This present study evaluated children's verbal report on the drawings that they produced in situations of the psychological preparation for surgery. The research was conducted with 30 participants divided into two preparation groups (verbal information and toys), users of a children's hospital who used the technique of drawing-story. There were three distinct stages: a) the child receives instruction on the design history and hears a story the day before the surgery; b) the psychological preparation, in both groups submitted to different programs of preparation, and c) reapplication of the technique of drawing-story, on the day of the surgery, after preparation. Both preparation programs were effective in reducing the pre-surgical stress, and evaluated the types of reactions, such as feelings of inferiority, abandonment and insecurity, regardless of the applied program.

<p><em>The process of learning and achievements at school depends on the types of activities selected at pre-school level. Unfortunately, it is often to find out that introduction of writing and reading is among the most common activities in pre-school institutions all over the world. According to historical and cultural conception of development, artistic and creative activities are useful and helpful at pre-school age. The goal of the article is to show the efficiency of original program for initial introduction of drawing actions at pre-school age. The original program for gradual formation of drawing by stages was applied in private college in Puebla (Mexico). The program included three stages and worked as joint activities in groups of pre-scholars of three grades. After program application children showed qualitative positive achievements in graphic representations of objects, spatial orientation, number of drawings and of essential features of represented real and imaginary objects and situations. We conclude that drawing is extremely useful activity for preparation for school and introducing space orientation on perceptive level. Our program may be used in pre-school institutions in order to guarantee required level psychological development at pre-school age.</em></p>

Abstract:
As part of an SP-4 project, a computer program was developed to produce integrated schedules for drawing development of drawings and equipment procurement. The program also can be used either to develop a schedule for the fabrication and assembly stages of the construction process or to receive data from an existing construction schedule. In either case, the construction data are used to ensure that drawings are produced and equipment is purchased in time to support production planning. The program uses a commonly available database program, is suitable for use on a minicomputer, and will allow a network of terminals to be used to enter data and obtain reports. This paper reports on the results of applying this scheduling program to a simulated shipbuilding program and highlights a number of significant results. The principal result was to clearly demonstrate that planning for the purchase of equipment must take into account the needs of the ship design process for data about the equipment being procured.

Abstract:
In this research, a computer-aided drawing system of spur gear was developed. An auto LISP programming language embedded within the AutoCAD design package was used to develop a new program to create a 3D model of a spur gear in two main stages. In the first stage, the developed program of spur gear allows automatic 2D spur gear drawing generation using the technique that depends on the half tooth thickness at the pitch diameter. In the second stage, inner profiles of a 2D spur gear views are used to create a 3D model of a spur gear. The developed program helpful for the user in drawing the spur gear modelling, due to less work and time to be spent when compared with the conventional approach, and it also improves a high degree of accuracy of spur gear modelling. The spur gear resulting from the prepared gear drawing system can also work with other popular CAD software.

Abstract:
Children’s drawings are implicated in their emotional, cognitive, artistic, and semiotic development, raising the question of how early educators may best facilitate drawing development. This study compared three activities to determine their relative efficacy in promoting children’s drawing. Seventy-seven preschoolers from a Head Start program were randomly assigned to one of three conditions: storybook reading, block building, or dramatic pretend play games (DPPG). Interventions were conducted over 8 weeks, and children’s free drawings during each session were rated on five dimensions: creativity, talent, spatial complexity, color, and human content. Taken together, the interventions produced significant growth in overall drawing, particularly for children who were initially more skilled at drawing. Comparisons indicated that storybook reading and block building generated significantly better overall drawing than DPPG. Story time was more beneficial than DPPG for creativity, talent, and spatial complexity, while block building was more beneficial than DPPG for children’s use of color.

Abstract:
The article reveals the methodical principles of teaching the short-term drawing, the relationship between educational and creative aspects, the differences between, and the advantages of a long-term drawing and a sketch, and also substantiates reasons of its compulsory introduction to the program at the Department of Drawing of the National Academy of Visual Arts and Architecture. It elucidates the problem of requirements and implementation of short-term drawing in the context of development students' ability to use graphic expressiveness and plastic characteristics of a drawing. Finally, it formulates the requirements to tasks for short-term drawings. The sketch is the most individual way of artistic thinking and includes an analysis of creative and psychological selection. Such qualities of a short-term drawing as freshness of the form, instant expression of a complex set of thoughts with the help of a concise graphical language, requires for its perception a certain professional approach, conscious, solid, error-free decision making process and has a right to exist along with independent exhibition works. Sketches help develop creative abilities, with the help of minimal concise tools: lines, tonal spots, strokes. In the short-term drawing there is a constant search for their own technical methods, style, system, content, themes, it is both creative and educational at the same time. A coherent and distinct vision, the distribution of masses and spots, compositions of light and shadow, the solution of spatial composition remain important tasks of a sketch. That is, due to a sketch, a student forms their views on the choice of composition, foreshortening, identifies material and actual conception of an image. Similarly, the perception of a bulk form is experimentally proved that it can only be perceived by changing different sides. Getting a complete picture of an image from one point of view is impossible, that is, without sketches. In the process of working on drawings, one not only adjusts a figurative plan, but often changes all the conception of the artistic image. Therefore, all indications in a long-term drawing without sketches will be ineffective, if there is no figurative idea, and a short-term drawing should be entered into the educational process.

Abstract:
Some elements of geometric objects’ parameterization theory are considered in this paper. An analysis of this theory development by leading Soviet scientists has been presented. It is known that figure’s parameters are determined by adding shape parameters with location parameters. In the drawing these parameters are expressed as dimensions. Relations between figures are determined or by their mutual affiliation, or by perpendicularity, or by their touch. These ratios allow reduce dimensions number on a drawing. The link of the parameterization theory with creation of parametric drawings has been demonstrated in the considering work. Definitions for such concepts as parameter and parametric drawing have been given. A various geometric figures’ parameters calculation principle has been considered. The order of assignment in parametric form of different geometrical objects (point, straight line), as well as any figure’s position in space has been presented. Assignments of geometrical conditions for membership, parallelism, perpendicularity, contact by parameters have been considered. A detailed description for parametric drawing in "KOMPAS-Graphic" program has been presented. Advantages and features related to carrying out of parametric fragments (with geometric and dimensional dependencies) and drawings in this program for various industries have been laid in detail. Some features and approaches in carrying out parametric drawings and fragments, which worthwhile to apply for different modifications of items when needed to creat group drawings, have been proposed for consideration. Traditional methods for creation of the group drawings using CAD systems effectively increase intellectual work’s performance. The CAD systems capabilities use will enable designers to implement various ways and possibilities comprehensively for creation and presentation of graphic information.

But in most of the researches, data is directly bound with the program, and it reduces the reusability of the program, causing a great deal of redundancy. Therefore, general class of statistical chart based on OWC is developed based on .Net, which implements the separation of data and drawing. In addition, by using the AJAX technique, condition setting according to need is provided without refreshing the page, which improves the running speed of program.

Abstract:
In the program of mechanical engineering, the software used to draw is Autodesk Inventor. Autodesk inventor is a CAD program in the program of engineering that is applied to the design of mechanics in 3D. In designing a tool, of course, it is preceded by a planned design concept. In making a design a tool requires a process or steps for making the design. These steps include the size, dimensions, and materials used in making organic waste chopper tool. The drawing process uses the 2015 Autodesk Inventor program, the first is the making of sketches, components on the machine, followed by assembly of each component, then rendering images, animation as the final stages of drawing design input into "IDW" complete with size, scale, material. Image projection to make it easier for designers to make tools. Drawings of plan and complete details covering the scale dimensions will be able to simplify the manufacturing process (production) of the components of the tool and can reduce the risk of errors in the process of making tools.

Abstract:
The aim of this work is to develop an integrated system for facilitating the process of designing the drawing dies and their component. The developed system is based on the integration between Computer Aided Process Planning in Sheet Metal Drawn parts “CAPP”, and the Computer Aided Design in Deep Drawing Die components “CAD”. Both modules are coded using Visual Basic program and joined with AutoCAD. The CAPP module made to report the drawing load and to plot the shape of the drawn shell in each stage of the Axis-Symmetric Deep Drawing process. Based on the reported shell geometry, the dimensions of the die components are calculated and transferred to the CAD module. The CAD module, which is based on many data bases (standard parts, sheet metal data), plots the required deep drawing die components for each drawn stage on the AutoCAD monitor. A demonstrated example is presented to validate the developed system and to show that the system results are acceptable.

Abstract:
A simple application program interface (API) for Java programs running on a wiki is implemented experimentally. A Java program with the API can be running on a wiki, and the Java program can save its data on the wiki. The Java program consists of PukiWiki, which is a popular wiki in Japan, and a plug-in, which starts up Java programs and classes of Java. A Java applet with default access privilege cannot save its data at a local host. We have constructed an API of applets for easy and unified data input and output at a remote host. We also combined the proposed API and the wiki system by introducing a wiki tag for starting Java applets. It is easy to introduce new types of applications using the proposed API. We have embedded programs such as a simple text editor, a simple music editor, a simple drawing program, and programming environments in a PukiWiki system using this API.

Abstract:
It is urgently necessary to develop practical programs for different purposes in the field of wastewater treatment. Now the design programs for grit chambers, anaerobic ponds, facultative ponds, aerobic ponds, aerated ponds and polishing ponds are being developed. Programs for automated plotting and man-machine interactive plotting are needed too. By using AutoCAD (Version 9.03 or 10.0), a secondary development of the softwares for engineering drawing of stabilization pond has been developed, which possesses the function of writing out explanatory notes. A program for writing out explanatory notes in Chinese is also being developed. In the process of developing such softwares, high-level language AutoLISP is used, so that the softwares possess artificial intelligence. Up to now the graphic softwares for plotting the general plan drawings and elevation drawings of grit chamber, various ponds, and pond systems have been developed.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to use a human error model to evaluate a commercially available Macintosh-based graphics application based upon the frequencies and types of mistakes occurring during users' performance of designated tasks. The occurrence of high frequencies of knowledge-based and rule-based mistakes during the learning of an interface element would indicate that the element requires evaluation and possible redesign. This study involved five participants, all of whom were students at Texas A&M University. The participants were experienced Macintosh users with no experience using Macintosh graphics software. The graphics environment of interest was MacDraw II® 1.0 Version 2 (Schutten, Goldsmith, Kaptanoglu, and Spiegel, 1988). Ten drawings created with the program were used to examine participants' cognitive levels and types of errors made throughout the process of familiarizing themselves with this program. The first drawing was created to exemplify simple figures created with the graphics tools in the program to illustrate shading. The second through tenth drawings incorporated these figures in several arrangements. All drawings incorporated eight tools (or tasks), and each tool was used only once in each drawing. The results indicated significant differences in frequencies of error types, frequencies of errors between tasks and frequencies of errors between trials. There were also interactions between trial and error, and task and error.

AbstractOne of the most striking features of “Bayesian rationality” is the detail with which behavior on logical reasoning tasks can now be predicted and explained. This detail is surprising, given the state of the field 10 to 15 years ago, and it has been brought about by a theoretical program that largely ignores consideration of cognitive processes, that is, any kind of internal behavior that generates overt responding. It seems that an increase in explanatory power can be achieved by restricting a psychological theory.

Abstract:
In the work, the results of the research concerned with the TRIP (Transformation Induced Plasticity) steel wire drawing process in experimental and theoretical ways are shown. The wire drawing process tests on the experimental way were conducted in both laboratories as well as industrial conditions, with the use of two drawing speeds (1.6 and 6 m/s) and two drawing schemes (low and high single reductions). The mechanical properties of wires drawn with high drawing speed equal to 6 m/s showed higher values of mechanical properties for wires drawn with low single reductions than for wires drawn with high single reductions. Such a phenomenon contradicts the theory of drawing wires from steel with a ferritic-pearlitic structure and must be related to TRIP structure and the presence of retained austenite in it, which is transformed into martensite during the deformation process. In order to explain this phenomenon, the theoretical wire drawing process analysis was conducted with the use of the Drawing 2D program based on the finite element method. On the base of the simulation, a large increase in temperature was found on the surface for wires drawn with high drawing speed and low single reductions, which can cause the blocking of transformation retained austenite into martensite and thus a decrease in Rm. To confirm this thesis, further studies will include tests of the amount of retained austenite in wires obtained during experimental tests.

Abstract:
Adult learners require supports and services to help them successfully transition into taking on the demands and expectations of college students. Transition programs have grown in popularity as a means to aid adult learners as they transition to higher education. Unfortunately, previous research on adult learner participation in transition programs is limited in its scope and depth. There is a need to understand how to develop transition programs to best support adult learners. Drawing on interviews and observation, this narrative study investigates program details about the funding structure, reporting measures, and development of the researched transition program. I identify fundamental elements for effective transition program design that align with adult education and transition theory. This research also points to the importance of connecting adult learners to institutions to give them a sense of mattering to the university.

Abstract:
Deep-drawing operations are performed widely in industrial applications. It is very important for efficiency to achieve parts with no defects. In this work, a finite element method is developed to simulate deep-drawing operation including wrinkling. A four nodded five degree of freedom shell element is formulated. Isotropic elasto-plastic material model with Von Mises yield criterion is used. By using this shell element, the developed code can predict the bending behavior of workpiece besides membrane behavior. Simulations are carried out with four different element sizes. The thickness strain and nodal displacement values obtained are compared with results of a commercial finite element program and results of previously conducted experiments.

Abstract:
Currently, some manual segmentation problems exist in multi-beam waterjet cutting process drawings, such as low efficiency, incomplete segmentation and so on. In order to solve the problems, this paper designs a set of criteria for multi-beam cutting process and proposes the method of partition-classification trim, then uses the secondary development tool which is embedded in AutoCAD to program three user-defined commands, and these commands can partition the drawing by region, classify and trim the entities in the cutting process drawing. Through inputting the three simple commands on the command lines, it can realize automatic segmentation of cutting process drawings. Finally, the feasibility of this method is proved by a segmentation experiment. It can effectively solve the problems which exist in manual segmentation and greatly improve work efficiency.
