Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn color. Embroidery can be classified according to what degree the design takes into account the nature of the base material and by the relationship of stitch placement to the fabric. This paper explores the biblical background of the dress imagery, suggesting that the Maccabean author transformed the “robe of righteousness” in Isa 61:10 into “garments of war” on the basis of a gezerah shava with Isa 59:17. Abstract What is the law good for if it cannot be enforced? This question is currently virulent in patent law, especially when it comes to the enforcement of injunctive relief claims. From the German perspective, a question arises: does a patent infringement have to automatically result in an injunction (as is the situation currently according to Sec. 139 of the Patent Law Act) or should exceptions be made in special cases? In particular, the automotive industry and also the IT sector demand a modernisation of this provision by introducing a proportionality test, as even the smallest patentabl

Another 7 cultivars with different levels of resistance or susceptibility to the disease were also evaluated. Selena and Nabella were found to be resistant, whereas Angold, Resista and Topaz were susceptible. The interactions of the grinding cost and optimum exchanged grinding wheel diameter have been analyzed and presented in mathematical formulae. To obtain the minimal grinding cost, the optimal exchanged grinding wheel diameter has been determined by investigating six two-level grinding process parameters including initial grinding wheel diameter, total dressing depth, radial grinding wheel wear per dress, wheel life, machine tool h

Inelastic bandages may be expensive as they need to be changed and discarded at every dressing change. In addition, correct application is difficult in the clinical practice, even by expert healthcare personnel. The aim of our work was to assess whether adjustable compression wraps are more cost effective and more effective than inelastic bandage to achieve venous leg ulcer healing.
