Pour cela, nous avons compare les frequences alleliques de ces genes dans la cohorte chronos de sujets longevifs par rapport a une population controle. La cohorte chronos, creee au ceph, est unique au monde car elle comporte plus de 800 centenaires et 200 fratries longevives.
