AbstractE-commerce business has become an interesting phenomenon in recent years. With advances in technology, the internet and digital platforms, the e-commerce business model is growing rapidly. One of the most popular business models in e-commerce is the dropshipping system. The dropshipping system is a business model in which the seller does not store or manage the stock of goods sold. Instead, the seller works with a supplier or manufacturer who will ship the goods directly to the customer on the seller's behalf. In this model, the seller acts as an intermediary between the supplier and the customer, managing the sales process and making a profit on the difference in selling prices. This study aims to examine the suitability of the dropshipping system with sharia principles. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the mechanism implemented in the dropshipping concept has similarities with aqad bai' as-salam. Therefore, the sale and purchase of the dropshipping system in terms of Islamic law is permissible. In addition, the dropshipping system makes it easy for everyone. This is in accordance with Islamic teachings in the field of mu'amalah.Abstrak Bisnis e-commerce telah menjadi fenomena yang menarik dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, internet dan platform digital, model bisnis e-commerce semakin berkembang pesat. Salah satu model bisnis yang populer dalam e-commerce adalah sistem dropshipping. Sistem dropshipping adalah suatu model bisnis di mana penjual tidak menyimpan atau mengelola stok barang yang dijual. Sebaliknya, penjual bekerja sama dengan pemasok atau produsen yang akan mengirimkan barang langsung kepada pelanggan atas nama penjual. Dalam model ini, penjual bertindak sebagai perantara antara pemasok dan pelanggan, mengatur proses penjualan dan mendapatkan keuntungan dari selisih harga jual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah kesesuaian sistem dropshipping denganprinsip syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa mekanisme yang dijalankan dalam konsep dropshipping memiliki kesamaan dengan aqad bai’ as-salam. Oleh karena itu, jual beli sistem dropshipping ditinjau dari segi hukum Islam hukumnya boleh. Selain itu, sistem dropshipping memberikan kemudahan bagi semua orang. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dalam bidang mu’amalah

Dropshipping is an online business model in which there are buying and selling involving several parties such as buyers, suppliers and dropshippers. There are conveniences and benefits offered by the dropshipping business model. As in Islam, humans are allowed to seek wealth by doing business. However, the search for this wealth in a good way and in accordance with the Shari'a, one of which reflects the ethics of Islamic business ethics in it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities and strategies of the dropshipping model and the application of Islamic dropshipping business ethics. The method used is qualitative with the method of literature study. The results of the study show that the dropshipping model of buying and selling is permissible in Islamic business ethics as long as it does not violate Islamic values. Abstract:
Dropshipping is a streamlined form of retail business. In this business, there are three actors involved; buyers, sellers (owners of goods), and drop shippers. The series of product sales through the dropshipping system is when the customer has paid for a product to the drop shipper. The drop shipper then pays the seller as well as sends the products ordered by the customer. Furthermore, the owner of the goods will send the product ordered by the customer directly. This study aims to explain the scheme of buying and selling online through the dropshipping system from the Islamic economic perspective. This research is descriptive qualitative research by analyzing the dropshipping from the Islamic perspective. The study concluded that dropshipping trading is allowed in the perspective of Islamic economics by using the syirkah contract, known as syirkah wujuh and simsarah (broker/agent). Both types of this transaction can legalize dropshipping as long as there are no elements of gharar/frauds. This dropshipping practice is following maqashid syariah which will provide a rational and substantial pattern of thinking in looking at forms of transactions to respond to the progress of growing business.

The research seeks to obtain and describe data regarding the sale and purchase of dropshipping in Islamic law. Research Results: 1) In practice, the buyer transfers a certain amount of money in cash then from the money the dropshipper buys the goods to the agent, then the agent will send the goods but the delivery not on behalf of the agent but on behalf of the dropshipper because the product actually owned by the dropshipper. 2) Online dropshipping trading transactions according to Islamic law are permitted as long as they meet the principles and requirements of the sale and purchase, until there was a special argument that prohibits the transaction in Islam. The rule of law of muamalah in Islam was permissible as long as there was an argument or nash of shari that prohibits the muamalah, dropshipping trading does not violate sharia provisions. 3) Advantages of buying and selling through online dropshipping transactions. Buying and selling dropshipping online can boost sales of more products to buyers through existing marketers. There are several disadvantages or drawbacks to the dropshipping business owner, namely: The risk for a dropshipping owner was a bet because marketers can over-claim their products. Research implications that the author can convey in this study are several ways of online business that can be compared with dropshipping: Providing procurement services. So the seller can offer services to others for the procurement of the goods they need. Become an authorized agent and distributor.

Dalam sistem dropshipping di Etalase Hijab tidak menyediakan/memiliki stok barang yang dijualnya. Menurut fiqih muamalah dengan kesepakatan jual beli yang terdapat rukun dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Dan prinsip konsep yang dilakukan dalam transaks i menggunakan akad salam. Transaksi akad salam dengan sistem dropshipping terdapat pembeli penjual, barang yang diserahkan, dan harga. Syarat dalam menggunakan sistem dropshipping sesuai dengan fiqih antara lain: orang yang berakad, barang yang di perjual belikan merupakan barang yang nyata wujudnya, kondisinya, barang keadaan ready stok, waktu dan tempat penyerahannya. Kelebihan dan kekurangan bisa menghemat waktu, biaya transportasi berbelanja dan barang yang ditawarkan sangat beragam. Dan kekurangan si stem dropshipping harus mencari supplier yang bisa dipercaya, jual beli online ini sangat rentan penipuan, dan sistem dropshipping ini tidak dapat melakukan COD (Cash On Delivery).

Abstract:
Two of the strongest mechanisms behind the extensive structural change in trade are the rapid growth of digitalization and e-commerce. New opportunities have changed the purchasing behavior as well as the trading structures. In order to remain competitive on the market, companies need to change their traditional structures, become more agile and start collaboration with external actors in so-called network organizations. Many e-tailers therefore choose to outsource activities such as warehousing and deliveries in order to be able to focus on their core competence. Dropshipping as a logistic business model enables direct delivery from the supplier without any physical involvement from the e-tailers. Consequently, the parties are to a large extent depending on each other's knowledge, resources and good intentions. This study has been designed to investigate how e-tailers how they relate to their supplier relationships when dropshipping is used as a supply strategy. The aim of the study is also to create a deeper understanding of how dropshipping affects the intensity and dependency of supplier relationships and how e-tailers handle any conflicts that arise. The study shows that technical integration might replace personal interaction and the cooperation will mainly be focused on technical solutions. Technical integration will thus become the main source of a deeper cooperation and likewise be important for the financial outcome. The majority of the respondents express that the dropshiping process does not require personal interaction, but might be necessary when it comes to solve problems that may arise. The participating companies primarily try to solve any problems and conflicts through dialogue. If a conflict arises and the problem cannot be solved, the e-tailer will most likely end the business relationship anyhow. For a e-tailer who has access to an internal warehouse, repeated conflicts with the supplier might lead to the products being taken into its own warehouse instead. The study shows that the supplier's commitment and willingness to adapt to the e-tailer's needs, is closely associated to the e-tailer 's purchasing power. The relative negoatiating power will thus have a direct impact on the business development.
Digitaliseringen och e-handelns starka tillväxt är två av de mest centrala drivkrafterna bakom den omfattande strukturomvandlingen som pågår inom handeln. Nya förutsättningar har förändrat såväl köpbeteende som handelsstrukturer. För att fortsätta vara konkurrenskraftiga behöver företag bli mer agila och istället samarbeta med externa aktörer i så kallade nätverksorganisationer. Många e-handlare väljer därför att outsourca aktiviteter såsom lagerhållning och leverans för att istället kunna fokusera på sin kärnkompetens. En allt vanligare varuförsörjningsstrategi inom e-handeln är dropshipping. Denna strategi innebär att varorna skickas direkt från leverantören till slutkunden utan att behöva passera e-handlaren. Detta får till följd att parterna i hög grad blir beroende av varandras kunskaper, resurser och intentioner. Denna studie har haft som syfte att undersöka hur e-handlare bygger upp sina leverantörsrelationer när dropshipping används som försörjningsstrategi men också att skapa en djupare förståelse för hur dropshipping påverkar intensiteten och beroendeförhållandet i leverantörsrelationerna. Studien utgår ifrån en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi där e-handlare som använder sig av dropshipping som varuförsörjningsstrategi har intervjuats. Studien visar att teknisk integration kan ersätta personlig interaktion och att samarbetet främst kommer att kretsa kring tekniska lösningar. Dessa lösningar stärker inte bara e-handlarens känsla av kontroll utan är också en förutsättning vid en ökad orderingång. Teknisk integration blir därmed den främsta källan till ett fördjupat samarbete och kommer ha betydelse för det ekonomiska utfallet. Majoriteten av respondenterna upplever att personlig kontakt är mindre viktigt i ett dropshippingsammanhang men att det kan vara nödvändigt för att lösa problem som uppstår. De medverkande företagen uppger att de i första hand försöker lösa eventuella problem och konflikter genom dialog. De bakomliggande orsakerna till att en konflikt uppstår kan anses vara mindre viktiga och om problemet inte kan lösas kommer e-handlarna med största sannolikhet att avsluta affärsrelationen. För ett företag som har tillgång till ett internt lager kan upprepade konflikter leda till att produkterna istället tas in i eget lager. Studien visar att e-handlarens köpkraft har stor betydelse för leverantörens engagemang och vilja att anpassa sig till e-handlarens behov. Förhandlingspositionen kommer därmed att få en direkt inverkan på relationens utveckling.

Para el desarrollo del estudio, se tomará como base teórica las teorías de Internacionalización, la Teoría de Tecnología de la información y Comunicaciones (TIC) y la Teoría de restricciones en la cadena de suministros. La metodología de análisis de la investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo aplicada, bajo un diseño metodológico no experimental, con alcance exploratorio y de estrategia metodológica de método de estudios de casos. Para el enfoque cualitativo no cuenta con una hipótesis inicial antes de recolectar los datos, puesto que el enfoque utilizado es más inductivo analítico y se desarrollan a partir de los datos obtenidos. El presente estudio contará con la participación de profesionales que trabajan en empresas que están ligadas al comercio exterior y que hacen uso de las plataformas de Ecommerce, empleando el instrumento de entrevistas a profundidad, los cuales se analizaron en el Software Atlas Ti. Los resultados obtenidos permitirán dar respuesta a los problemas específicos planteados, encontrar hallazgos y establecer las conclusiones y recomendaciones para la presente exploración.
The main objective of this research analysis is to explore how Dropshipping is implemented in companies that make use of the Ecommerce platform in Metropolitan Lima in 2020. The reason for this research is that Dropshipping is currently an innovative logistic model that generates a favorable impact for many companies that work in the foreign trade sector and at the same time work in the field of e-commerce. For the development of the study, the theories of Internationalization, the Theory of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and the Theory of Constraints in the supply chain will be taken as a theoretical basis. The methodology of analysis of the research is of qualitative approach, applied type, under a non-experimental methodological design, with exploratory scope and methodological strategy of case study method. The qualitative approach does not have an initial hypothesis before collecting the data, since the approach used is more analytical inductive and is developed from the data obtained. The present study will count with the participation of professionals working in companies that are linked to foreign trade and that make use of Ecommerce platforms, using the instrument of in-depth interviews, which were analyzed in the Atlas Ti software. The results obtained will allow to answer the specific problems raised, to find findings and to establish conclusions and recommendations for the present exploration.

This project consists in the development of a business plan to launch "BOUTIQUE 0", an ecommerce outlet dropship business that helps Portuguese fashion manufacturers destocking, by selling Portuguese designs and brands at discount prices. "BOUTIQUE 0" aims to digitalize the Portuguese fashion outlet market’s landscape, giving Portuguese manufacturers and brands access to an all year long solution to sell their held stocks, and provide buyers the chance of accessing high quality fashion products from Portuguese manufacturers at low prices. The main objective of this project is to assess the viability and implementation strategy of "BOUTIQUE 0", defining a plan to bring this new business to market, including strategic, marketing, technological, organizational and financial considerations. To support this business plan, a literature review on E-commerce, Business Plans and Dropship Logistic Models was conducted. Also, to analyze the opportunities and difficulties of this market and decide on the implementation strategy of "BOUTIQUE 0", a deep research was carried out on the fashion ecommerce market in Portugal, the online outlet competition and best practices, technologic solutions and possible partners, amongst others. Following this research and reflection, the implementation policies were defined, and, in the end, a financial evaluation was developed to conclude on the viability of this project.
Este projeto consiste na elaboração de um plano de negócios para o lançamento da empresa "BOUTIQUE 0", um negócio online de venda de stocks de produtores e marcas portuguesas a baixo preço. "BOUTIQUE 0" pretende trazer o mercado de moda outlet portuguesa para o online, apresentando aos produtores e marcas portuguesas, uma solução que lhes permita escoar os seus stocks durante todo o ano sem estarem dependentes dos pontuais stock markets e proporcionando aos consumidores a oportunidade de comprar produtos produtos portugueses de elevada qualidade a preços baixos. O objetivo deste plano de negócios é analisar a viabilidade e estratégia de implementação da "BOUTIQUE 0", elaborando um plano de lançamento deste novo negócio, incluindo considerações estratégicas, de marketing, tecnológicas, organizacionais e financeiras. Para dar suporte a este plano de negócios, foi realizada a revisão de literatura de conceitos chave como Comércio Eletrónico, Planos de Negócio e o Modelo Logístico de Dropshipping. Para além disso, como base à análise de oportunidades e dificuldades neste mercado e decisão da estratégia de implementação, foi efetuada uma análise aprofundada do mercado de moda online em Portugal, da concorrência online de moda outlet e melhores práticas, soluções tecnológicas e possíveis parceiros, entre outros. Após esta análise e reflexão, foi definida a estratégia de implementação e no final, uma avaliação financeira para comprovar a viabilidade do projeto.

Retail dropshipping has become increasingly popular due to its ability to reduce inventory holding costs and enhance customer satisfaction. This model involves retailers displaying goods online and sending customer data to producers who ship directly to customers. However, this approach impedes scalability, such as poor communication among supply chain partners and a lack of inventory transparency. This research paper proposes a collaborative initiative that utilizes information sharing to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the retail dropshipping supply chain. Sharing downstream sales data with upstream partners can significantly enhance inventory visibility, reduce order fulfillment time, and improve communication and coordination among supply chain partners. Indepth literature review was conducted to identify relevant articles and studies on collaboration in the supply chain, information sharing, and dropshipping. The study revealed the potential benefits of collaborative initiatives and emphasized how information sharing can help overcome some of the limitations of the conventional dropshipping model. The research provides valuable insights into collaborative initiatives in the retail dropshipping supply chain and highlights the crucial role of information sharing in enhancing supply chain operations. By adopting joint initiatives, retailers can overcome the constraints of the traditional dropshipping model and increase profitability. Our study offers a framework for retailers and supply chain partners to collaborate effectively and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.

Business operations have shifted from inter-organization to cross-enterprise due to supply chain management improvements and information technology advancements. New business models have emerged in response to the explosive growth of online retail, including the drop-shipping concept. Dropshipping is a relatively new type of order fulfillment in which the retailer does not store inventory. The merchant displays goods online and sends customer data to the producer, who ships straight to the customer. This method is frequently utilized as a supply chain solution to meet online demand. However, this model faces several challenges, such as uncertainty of demand, lack of control over inventory, and the need for efficient collaboration with suppliers. This paper explores the effectiveness of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) in enhancing supply chain performance in dropshipping. Relevant literature on CPFR and drop shipping were explored and the findings indicate that CPFR is an effective strategy for improving supply chain performance in dropshipping. By enhancing collaboration and communication between suppliers and sellers, CPFR helps to mitigate the challenges faced by the dropshipping model.
