The world of business, especially in buying and selling transactions in era of globalization as it is today is different from the classical transaction, it is the impact of technological advances that are growing rapidly. Like Dropshipping, Dropshipping is a retail shale that is similar to retail sales, unique in dropshipping retailers do not need to store the product physically. Retailers estabilish business partnerships with individuals or wholesale companies that are suppliers of product sold by retailers. This system only provide invormation about the goods to be sold and usually in the form of photo, product detail articles to consumers and complete specifications, if anyone is interested to buy than the goods will be sent directly from supplier or distributor. *** Dunia bisnis khususnya dalam transaksi jual beli di era globalisasi seperti saat ini berbeda dengan transaksi klasik, hal tersebut adalah dampak dari kemajuan teknologi yang berkembang semakin pesat. Seperti halnya dropshipping. Dropshipping adalah jual beli yang mirip dengan penjualan dengan cara eceran, uniknya dalam dropshippping pengecer tidak perlu menyimpan barang secara fisik, pengecer menjalin kerjasama bisnis dengan perorangan atau perusahaan grosir yang merupakan pemasok dari produk yang dijual oleh pengecer. AbstractE-commerce business has become an interesting phenomenon in recent years. With advances in technology, the internet and digital platforms, the e-commerce business model is growing rapidly. One of the most popular business models in e-commerce is the dropshipping system. The dropshipping system is a business model in which the seller does not store or manage the stock of goods sold. Instead, the seller works with a supplier or manufacturer who will ship the goods directly to the customer on the seller's behalf. In this model, the seller acts as an intermediary between the supplier and the customer, managing the sales process and making a profit on the difference in selling prices. This study aims to examine the suitability of the dropshipping system with sharia principles. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the mechanism implemented in the dropshipping concept has similarities with aqad bai' as-salam. Therefore, the sale and purchase of the dropshipping system in terms of Islamic law is permissible. In addition, the dropshipping system makes it easy for everyone. This is in accordance with Islamic teachings in the field of mu'amalah.Abstrak Bisnis e-commerce telah menjadi fenomena yang menarik dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, internet dan platform digital, model bisnis e-commerce semakin berkembang pesat. Salah satu model bisnis yang populer dalam e-commerce adalah sistem dropshipping. Sistem dropshipping adalah suatu model bisnis di mana penjual tidak menyimpan atau mengelola stok barang yang dijual. Sebaliknya, penjual bekerja sama dengan pemasok atau produsen yang akan mengirimkan barang langsung kepada pelanggan atas nama penjual. Dalam model ini, penjual bertindak sebagai perantara antara pemasok dan pelanggan, mengatur proses penjualan dan mendapatkan keuntungan dari selisih harga jual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah kesesuaian sistem dropshipping denganprinsip syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa mekanisme yang dijalankan dalam konsep dropshipping memiliki kesamaan dengan aqad bai’ as-salam. Oleh karena itu, jual beli sistem dropshipping ditinjau dari segi hukum Islam hukumnya boleh. Selain itu, sistem dropshipping memberikan kemudahan bagi semua orang. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dalam bidang mu’amalah

Abstract:
Dropshipping is an online business model in which there are buying and selling involving several parties such as buyers, suppliers and dropshippers. There are conveniences and benefits offered by the dropshipping business model. As in Islam, humans are allowed to seek wealth by doing business. However, the search for this wealth in a good way and in accordance with the Shari'a, one of which reflects the ethics of Islamic business ethics in it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities and strategies of the dropshipping model and the application of Islamic dropshipping business ethics. The method used is qualitative with the method of literature study. The results of the study show that the dropshipping model of buying and selling is permissible in Islamic business ethics as long as it does not violate Islamic values. Abstract:
Dropshipping is a streamlined form of retail business. In this business, there are three actors involved; buyers, sellers (owners of goods), and drop shippers. The series of product sales through the dropshipping system is when the customer has paid for a product to the drop shipper. The drop shipper then pays the seller as well as sends the products ordered by the customer. Furthermore, the owner of the goods will send the product ordered by the customer directly. This study aims to explain the scheme of buying and selling online through the dropshipping system from the Islamic economic perspective. This research is descriptive qualitative research by analyzing the dropshipping from the Islamic perspective. The study concluded that dropshipping trading is allowed in the perspective of Islamic economics by using the syirkah contract, known as syirkah wujuh and simsarah (broker/agent). Both types of this transaction can legalize dropshipping as long as there are no elements of gharar/frauds. This dropshipping practice is following maqashid syariah which will provide a rational and substantial pattern of thinking in looking at forms of transactions to respond to the progress of growing business.

The research seeks to obtain and describe data regarding the sale and purchase of dropshipping in Islamic law. Research Results: 1) In practice, the buyer transfers a certain amount of money in cash then from the money the dropshipper buys the goods to the agent, then the agent will send the goods but the delivery not on behalf of the agent but on behalf of the dropshipper because the product actually owned by the dropshipper. 2) Online dropshipping trading transactions according to Islamic law are permitted as long as they meet the principles and requirements of the sale and purchase, until there was a special argument that prohibits the transaction in Islam. The rule of law of muamalah in Islam was permissible as long as there was an argument or nash of shari that prohibits the muamalah, dropshipping trading does not violate sharia provisions. 3) Advantages of buying and selling through online dropshipping transactions. Buying and selling dropshipping online can boost sales of more products to buyers through existing marketers. There are several disadvantages or drawbacks to the dropshipping business owner, namely: The risk for a dropshipping owner was a bet because marketers can over-claim their products. Research implications that the author can convey in this study are several ways of online business that can be compared with dropshipping: Providing procurement services. So the seller can offer services to others for the procurement of the goods they need. Become an authorized agent and distributor.

Dalam sistem dropshipping di Etalase Hijab tidak menyediakan/memiliki stok barang yang dijualnya. Menurut fiqih muamalah dengan kesepakatan jual beli yang terdapat rukun dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Dan prinsip konsep yang dilakukan dalam transaks i menggunakan akad salam. Transaksi akad salam dengan sistem dropshipping terdapat pembeli penjual, barang yang diserahkan, dan harga. Syarat dalam menggunakan sistem dropshipping sesuai dengan fiqih antara lain: orang yang berakad, barang yang di perjual belikan merupakan barang yang nyata wujudnya, kondisinya, barang keadaan ready stok, waktu dan tempat penyerahannya. Kelebihan dan kekurangan bisa menghemat waktu, biaya transportasi berbelanja dan barang yang ditawarkan sangat beragam. Dan kekurangan si stem dropshipping harus mencari supplier yang bisa dipercaya, jual beli online ini sangat rentan penipuan, dan sistem dropshipping ini tidak dapat melakukan COD (Cash On Delivery).

Abstract:
This study aims to explain the cybersecurity and legal protection of dropshipping transactions from the Indonesian and Islamic economic law perspective. The normative and comparative judicial approaches were applied to achieve the research objectives. Descriptive and prospective analysis methods are used, and data are collected through primary and secondary sources. The findings revealed that despite the continuous growth of dropshipping contracts, Indonesia has no direct laws and regulations that particularly deal with the dropshipping mechanism and provide this cyber security to the system. In Islam, the dropshipping mechanism is linked with three types of contracts: Salam, Samsarah, and Wakalah. However, each type carries certain limitations as per Islamic/Sharia principles. Simultaneously, along with the cyber security laws available in financial transactions, the Islamic Fatwa can be regarded as a guide for dealing with dropshipping agreements and preventing cyber security. Furthermore, considering the increasing trend of dropshipping businesses, which is beneficial for the economic system, the existing cybersecurity laws and regulations must be amended to explicitly cover drop-shipping mechanisms.

This research aims to find out the application of muamalah jurispruding and Law No. 8 of 1999 on dropshipping transactions conducted by Bloomstore store accounts. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach and type of data fields research (direct research in the field). The data obtained based on observations and interviews is equipped with library data in the form of books and journals that support this research. The results of this study are dropshipping activities carried out by X as the owner of Bloomstore store account has not been in accordance with the pillars and conditions determined based on muamalah jurispruding and provisions that must be considered by consumers and business actors stated in Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. Sistem transaksi jual beli dropshipping merupakan sistem jual beli pesanan yang melibatkan pihak supplier, dropshipper dan pembeli. Peran dropshipper adalah sebagai perantara antara supplier dan pembeli. Fokus permasalahan sebagai objek kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sistem transaksi maupun pertanggungan risiko pada jual beli dropshipping perspektif ekonomi Islam. Dalam penelitian tesis ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan analisis kualitatif bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan metode deduktif tentang sistem dropshipping dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan ekonomi Islam. Dari hasil penelitian, sistem jual beli dropshipping yang selama ini dipraktikkan belum memenuhi kriteria akad pesanan dalam Islam seperti akad salam, akad samsarah dan juga akad wakalah dan diidentifikasikan mengandung unsur gharar (ketidakjelasan) dari spesifikasi barang yang dijual oleh dropshipper. Islam melarang adanya penipuan (tadlis), ketidakjelasan (gharar) pada spesifikasi barang. Dari sisi pertanggungan risiko pada jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping tidak sesuai dengan prinsip jual beli dalam Islam dimana pada transaksi tersebut belum ada penerapan hak khiyar sehingga dropshipper melepaskan diri dari segala risiko yang terjadi. Dalam Islam setiap risiko yang terjadi pada transaksi jual beli dropshipping maka ditanggung oleh penjual yaitu dropshipper sebelum barang pesanan diserahterimakan kepada pembeli.

Salahsatu sistem jual beli online yang populer dikalangan masyarakat saat ini adalah sistem jual beli dengan menggunakan konsep dropshipping. Jual beli model dropsipping ini melibatkan tiga elemen, yaitu suplier, dropshipper dan konsumen, dimana dropshipper biasanya meakukan penjualan barang yang didapat dari suplier dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan tidak perlu menyetok untuk menjual barang kepada konsumen. Studi ini membahas mengenai konsep jual beli model dropshipping prespektif fiqh. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah library method. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi jual beli model dropshipping ini telah memenuhi rukun akad dalam syariah. Sedangkan dari sisi kepemilikan atas objek barang dalam praktik jual beli dropshipping memiliki dua pendapat, pendapat pertama diperbolehkan, dengan syarat penjual telah mendapatkan izin dari supplier dan dapat mengadakan barang yang akan diperjual belikan, karena pada prinsipnya penjual dalam transaksi sistem dropshipping ini adalah wakil bagi pemiliknya. Jual beli model dropsipping ini melibatkan tiga elemen, yaitu suplier, dropshipper dan konsumen, dimana dropshipper biasanya meakukan penjualan barang yang didapat dari suplier dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan tidak perlu menyetok untuk menjual barang kepada konsumen. Studi ini membahas mengenai konsep jual beli model dropshipping prespektif fiqh. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah library method. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi jual beli model dropshipping ini telah memenuhi rukun akad dalam syariah. Sedangkan dari sisi kepemilikan atas objek barang dalam praktik jual beli dropshipping memiliki dua pendapat, pendapat pertama diperbolehkan, dengan syarat penjual telah mendapatkan izin dari supplier dan dapat mengadakan barang yang akan diperjual belikan, karena pada prinsipnya penjual dalam transaksi sistem dropshipping ini adalah wakil bagi pemiliknya. Dengan berkembang pesatnya e-commerce di Indonesia berdampak pada potensi peningkatan ekonomi di Indonesia, salah satunya e-commerce yang menggunakan sistem dropshipping. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh penerapan e-commerce dengan sistem dropshipping terhadap kepercayaan, minat dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang yang pernah melakukan transaksi pembelian khususnya di TENY ONLINEshop yang menggunakan sistem dropshipping. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linear sederhana. Dari hasil analisa data yang didapat, telah menjawab hipotesis bahwa adanya pengaruh penerapan e-commerce yang berbasis dropshipping terhadap kepercayaan konsumen sebesaar 14,1%, minat konsumen sebesar 18%, dan untuk keputusan pembelian sebesar 24,8%.

<p>In knowledge of Islam, buying and selling must be in accordance with Islamic law. Dropshipping is the practice of buying and selling transactions carried out online. In terms of the dropshipping system, this is defined as buying and selling where the seller does not have stock of merchandise and then the buyer places an order and pays in advance. After receiving an order from the buyer, then the order is submitted to the supplier and then the supplier will send the ordered goods directly to the customer but with the name dropshipper. This dropshipping sale and purchase has caused a lot of polemic regarding the validity of the transaction and its legal status. The purpose of this study is to find out how the dropshipping online buying and selling transaction contract system is then viewed from the maqashid shari'ah perspective. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis based on literature studies. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that online buying and selling transactions using the dropshipping system are not prohibited in Islam and can be used with several contracts such as salam contracts, wakalah contracts, and also samsarah contracts. In practice, dropshipping must be in accordance with maqashid sharia which aims to benefit.</p>

Findings: Our analysis reveals that dropshipping offers promising opportunities for luxury and fashion retailers to enhance operational efficiency, expand market reach, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Challenges such as maintaining brand reputation and managing supplier relationships are identified and discussed. Unique contribution to theory policy and practice: This paper contributes to the existing literature by shedding light on the application of dropshipping in the luxury and fashion retail sector. In the mechanism of buying and selling online, the dropshipping system found several problems, such as the law on the goods being traded, there is an element of ambiguity. Buying and selling like this will be detrimental to both the buyer and the seller because the seller who acts as a dropshipper will find it difficult when the buyer complains about the incompatibility of the goods he ordered. This thesis reports the results of the research, with the formulation of the problem: (1) What is the mechanism for buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency? (2) Why does the online buying and selling mechanism with the dropshipping system often cause problems at Diza_Olshop? (3) How is the analysis of Islamic Economic Law on buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop?. This research approach is a type of field research. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: (1) The online buying and selling mechanism with a dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop is based on a greeting contract, (2) It often causes problems at Diza_Olshop due to internal factors. (3) Analysis of Islamic Economic Law, buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at the Diza_Olshop is permissible if it is in accordance with the salam sale and purchase contract and does not contain elements of gharar, usury, other evils and aims to help each other.

Introduction. Dropshipping is one of the most popular business models used by e-commerce companies. For the operation of the business, the dropshipper provides only an electronic storefront and online customer service. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that communication and information technologies create new opportunities for development and optimization of dropshipping business model, contribute to expanding the sales market, improving labor productivity, effective use of resources, and improving the quality of business management and service provision. The purpose of the work is to investigate the theoretical and practical aspects of the dropshipping business model, to build a web-oriented system for the sale of goods based on the dropshipping business model. Methodology. To achieve the goal we applied general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalization and comparison, we applied graphical and tabular methods for presentation of research results, we applied functional model IDEF0 and its decomposition to describe business processes of the system for the sale of goods according to the dropshipping business model. Results. The main advantages and disadvantages of the dropshipping business model are given in the article. We discuss options for online sales channels in the dropshipping business model, such as general markets, social media channels, and enterprise own website along with their advantages and disadvantages. The need to develop and implement a web-oriented system for the sale of goods to automate the activities of enterprises in the field of dropshipping is substantiated. At the stage of designing a web-based system for the sale of goods we built model of the business processes of the system for the sale of goods based on the business model of dropshipping in the form of a functional IDEF0 model and its decomposition. We built structural and structural-functional diagrams of a web-oriented system for the sale of goods, a block diagram of the work algorithm. The web-oriented system for selling goods is presented in the form of a catalog – a resource on which all the products offered by the dropshipper are placed in the form of a list with a detailed description of the products. The necessity of using the CRM system as part of the server-end of the web-oriented system for automating the management of relations with customers is substantiated.

This study was intended to explain the dropshipping in the Islamic perspektif.. This method of research is done by reading reference books, journals and other media related to dropshipping. This studies show that dropshipping is a product sale that allows the dropshipper to sell goods to customers by thinking about supplier’s photos or the supplier’s store without having to shovel and sell to customers at a price determined by the dropshipper. Doing Islamic trafficking has illustrated good and proper ordinances so that there’s no harm among humans in making transactions. The legal basis for selling and selling is found in several verses in the Qur’an among them Qs. al-Baqarah:275, Qs. al-Baqarah: 282, Qs. an-Nisa’: 24. Islam allows the dropshipping system to use akad salam, that would be the buying of the goods submitted later on, while the payment was made earlier.

Tujuan penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui bagimana status hukum dan keabsahan akad dalam jual beli menggunakan sistem dropship. Dalam Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelelitian kualitatif dengan analisa deskriptif. Ke dua akad tersebut saling berkaitan dalam jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping. Dan jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping ini diperbolehkan dalam agama Islam. Yaitu pada akad salam yang mana terjadi dalam perkara kepemilikan dan keberadaan barang yang akan dijual. Dalam sistem dropshipping, penjual (dropshipper) tidak memilik dan tidak ada barang (keberadaan barang) di sisinya. Saat akad wakalah juga ada “celah” tidak sesuai syariah. Bahwa syarat wakalah adalah harga atau keuntungan penjualan adalah dalam tanggungan supplier (muwakkil). Namun, pada praktiknya dropshipper bisa menentukan harga dan pengambilan keuntungan tanpa ada kesepakatan di awal dengan supplier. Currently, economic activity has begun to develop and transform into digitalization. So it is necessary to synchronize between Islamic law in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Are the laws in the Qur'an and hadith still relevant to today's all-digital muamalah activities because they are very much needed to meet the needs and desires of humans on earth.From several qawaid fhiqiyah literature reviews, that buying and selling with a dropshipping system has similarities to buying and selling using a salam contract (parallel salam contract) and a wakalah contract. The two contracts are interrelated in buying and selling with a dropshipping system. And buying and selling with the dropshipping system is permissible in Islam. Namely in the salam contract which occurs in cases of ownership and existence of the goods to be sold. In the dropshipping system, the seller (dropshipper) does not own and there are no goods (existence of goods) on his side. When the wakalah contract also has "loopholes" that are not in accordance with sharia. Whereas the wakalah requirement is that the price or sales profit is in the hands of the supplier (muwakkil). However, in practice, dropshippers can determine prices and take profits without prior agreement with suppliers.

If the seller gets an order from a consumer, the seller cannot directly confirm the condition of the goods to be sent to the consumer because the supplier who will send it uses the seller's identity. This study aims to determine and study legal protection for consumers in buying and selling via electronic media using the dropshipping system, and to find out and study the legal consequences that arise if there is default in buying and selling via electronic media using the dropshipping system. The results showed that legal protection for consumers in buying and selling through electronic media using the dropshipping system can be done in a preventive and repressive manner, and the legal consequences that arise if there is default in buying and selling using the dropshipping system, namely the loss suffered by consumers is the responsibility of the seller because The seller is the party who makes a direct agreement with the consumer, not the supplier. The methodology used is an enomenological study. In this digital era, the dropshipping business is in great demand by the public because it has conveniences that are felt by the parties. However, in Islam buying and selling can only be done on goods that are perfectly owned by the seller. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legality of the practice of dropshipping. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of research in the form of a literature study and data sources in the form of secondary data obtained from journals, books and websites. The results show that the dropshipping business is allowed in Islam as long as it meets certain criteria.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of dropshipping activities in empowering economic kaffahism and dropshipping practices with an Islamic perspective. The result of this research is the implementation of dropshipping has contributed to economic empowerment evenly. Dropship is allowed in Islam as long as there is no argument for prohibiting it by using the contract and its respective consequences such as the salam contract, wakalah and samsarah. The author suggests internet-based business and marketing players, in this case CV. Karya Utama Surabaya (supplier) and modern sales force (dropshipper). Among them, dropshippers are required to be able to provide the totality of services to anyone who is involved in the world of online buying and selling and marketing based on modern technology. Meanwhile, CV. Karya Utama Surabaya as a supplier must also be selective in choosing dropshippers who want to partner with the company.

Dropshipping is basically buying and selling that is carried out between sellers and buyers using internet media. The dropshipper only has photo samples of the supplier's goods, usually in the form of photos, which are then marketed to consumers at a price determined by the dropshipper, if sold, the dropshipper buys goods from the supplier by asking the supplier for help sending the goods to consumers on behalf of the dropshipper shop. Thus, in carrying out dropshipping buying and selling transactions, it involves parties, namely suppliers and dropshippers. E-commerce has recently been favored by producers both large and small as well as retail sellers in general. This is because promotion through online media is easier to reach consumers in terms of introducing or selling their products. E-commerce makes it easier for consumers and producers to make transactions. A dropshipper is a party that advertises goods, sells goods without owning the goods through his online shop, which then organizes so that the ordered goods are sent directly from the supplier to the consumer. The features of registration of shipping documents with and without the use of motor transport of the supplier (manufacturer) are considered. Supply schemes and their documentary support are proposed, taking into account the features inherent in dropshipping activities (sale of goods to customers through online stores and online platforms, transit delivery of goods from the warehouses of the supplier (manufacturer), delivery of goods to the final buyer by the supplier himself, etc.). Concrete proposals are made to simplify the existing procedures for documenting the transit movement of goods, as well as to improve the national legislation regulating the implementation of commodity transactions in order to develop dropshipping in Belarus as an effective way of trade, actively used in many developed countries of the world.

Praktik jual beli dropshipping dari sisi pelaku akad (penjual pembeli) dan ijab qobul telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat jual beli Islam, dari sisi kepemilikan atas objek barang memiliki dua pendapat, yaitu: pertama, diperbolehkan dengan catatan penjual mendapatkan ijin dari pemilik barang dan penjual dapat mengadakan atau menghadirkan barang tersebut. Kedua dilarang, karena penjual menjual barang bukan miliknya/ barang masih berada pada pemiliknya (supplier). (2). Dalam proses dropshipping, penjual dilarang melakukan penipuan atau kecurangan, penjual tidak boleh memberikan penjelasan yang tidak jelas tentang barang dan harga kepada konsumen dan melepas keluhan dari konsumen.Kata Kunci: Jual beli, Dropshipping, Akad, dan HargaABSTRACT: Islam has allowed trading because it’s very needed by the society. Therefore, in this study, the author examines how Islamic law reviews the sale and purchase of the dropshipping system, especially among Surakarta IAIN students who are the objects of this research. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analytical method. The results of the research, the sale of dropshipping in the study of Islamic law raises opportunities for default and the potential for harm associated with ownership of goods and the potential for fraud, but there are solutions to make the sale and purchase of dropshipping in accordance with Islamic law, namely by using the samsarah agreement, time, or greeting agreement. Of the three contracts, dropshipping sale and purchase carried out by students of IAIN Surakarta is a sale and purchase that is in conformity with the salam agreement and may be done as long as it meets the terms and conditions of the greeting agreement.Keywords: Dropshipper, Islamic law

Thinking about the Romanian market, in the context in which companies like Amazon or similar are not yet active, one may fall to the conclusion that dropshipping in Romania could be a huge opportunity. By dropshipping you can introduce new products on the local Romanian market and you can experience a new business model that does not involve as many risks as traditional business models. In this paper, our main goal was to identify a business model for the Romanian market, one that involves multiple advantages, such as: - Less spending with a lower risk. - An easy and cheap way to start a business - There is no financial experience and expertise is required. • You can keep in check your business quite easily. - You can build a real brand through a relatively safe method, with limited risks. As for methodologies, I used the SWOT analysis, wanting to find out whether this type of business fits the Romanian economic climate. The research conclusions highlighted the undisputed opportunities of dropshipping, but also the fact that there is a feeling of distrust in this type of business, given the fact that in Romania it is at the beginning of the road.

The basic concept of using IT and the Internet is to be the main actor in the development of e-commerce and to be a part of it by using certain methods. One method that can be applied in e-commerce is the dropshipping method. With this dropshipping method, anyone can sell goods/services without having to have a stock of goods/services simply by collaborating with manufacturers, shops, and suppliers. The method in this research is an experimental research method. Explorative research aims to explore or deepen knowledge, phenomena, and new ideas to formulate problems in detail. From the research results on 32 students who became participants, the success rate of implementing the dropshipping method in this study was 71.87%, namely 23 students succeeded in selling products while nine other students failed to sell products or 28.13%. This direct practice's high level of success can be used as a reference for development and broad application in creating new business opportunities for students by becoming a dropshipper.</p>

Un nombre croissant d’individus n’hésitent pas à révéler publiquement leurs revenus provenant de ces activités en ligne. En fait, c’est cette nouvelle relation à l’argent qui mérite d’être interrogée. Cette recherche se focalise précisément sur le domaine du dropshipping pour définir l’aspect virtuel de l’étude. Dans ce cadre, notre objectif est d’analyser la relation avec l’argent des travailleurs numériques au Maroc en utilisant une approche méthodologique qui allie diverses méthodes d’investigation. Nous nous appuyons sur des outils tels que les questionnaires et les entretiens semi-structurés pour obtenir une vue d’ensemble des expériences des personnes impliquées dans le dropshipping et leur lien avec l’argent. Abstract: The practice of Dropshipping & reselling, is a new concept in Islamic law. Dropshipping is a product sale that allows sellers to sell their products to customers with an image based on the owner of the goods (supplier) without having to stock up on goods and sell to customers at a specified price. So, in this case the seller is an active actor to find customers. Meanwhile, reselling is a term that is also used to describe a marketing or sales system for a product that involves three parties, namely the owner of the goods, the buyer and the reseller. This type of research uses a literature study approach, using a qualitative narrative method. The results of this study can show that buying and selling with a dropship and reseller system does not violate sharia provisions. Even though the parties do not have the goods and the capital is only the specifications, Islamic law allows this kind of contract. The contract can be as a simsarah or broker, it can also be a salam contract (order). However, if it is planned with a salam contract, it must fulfill several conditions, among others: what is sold is not the other but the specifications, the goods are not delivered at the time of the contract, there is a time limit for the delivery of the goods and the place of delivery of the goods is clear.Abstrak: Praktik Dropshipping & reselling, adalah konsep baru dalam hukum Islam. Meski para pihak belum memiliki barangnya dan modal hanya baru spesifikasinya saja. Syariat Islam membolehkan akad seperti ini. Namun sekema akadnya bisa saja sebagai simsarah atau broker, bisa juga akad salam (pesanan). Namun jika itu diskemakan dengan akad salam, harus memenuhi beberapa syarat, antara lain: yang dijual bukan ainnya akan tetapi spesifikasinya saja, barang tidak diserahkan pada saat akad, ada batas waktu penyerahan barang dan jelas tempat penyerahan barangnya.

Sedangkan jual beli online sendiri merupakan transaksi pertukaran barang yang dilakukan melalui media elektronik dengan menggunakan bantuan koneksi internet atau secara online Pada sistem dropshipping ini proses pemasaran bisa dilakukan secara onlinemaupun offline, tetapibiasanya cara online lebih efektif bagi sebagian besar orang. Dropshipping sekilas mirip dengan bai’ as-salam, bai’ assalam merupakan akad pesanan atau jual beli pesanan dengan pembayaran didepan atau terlebih dahulu dan barangnnya diserahkan kemudian hari. Tetapi ciri-ciri barang tersebut haruslah jelas penyifatannya serta jelas kuantitas, kualitas dan waktu penyerahannya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu penelitian yang data dan informasinya diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait dan observasi pengamatan secara langsung Transaksi dropshipping yang sekarang telah menjamur di masyarakat diperbolehkan selama pelaku mengerti tata cara dalam bertransaksi, karena dalam sistem tersebut rawan dan mengarah pada batalnya suatu akad, yaitu menjual barang yang bukan miliknya, juala beli pada aplikasi Shopee ataupun tokopedia sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) Nomor: 05/DSN- MUI/IV/2000 terkait jual beli pesanan atau salam baik dari segi akad tanggung jawab dan proses lainya sebagai syarat ataupun rukun yang telah ditetntukan dalam jual beli sudah terpenuhi.

Abstract:
The research aims to determine online sale transactions of dropshipping in within sharia economic. Therefore, the sale transactions performed are based on the sharia economic principles, share satisfaction while bringing advantage within contracting parties. This study is library research in which the documentation technique for data collection was employed. Content analysis was also used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the implementation of sharia economic principles in online dropshipping sales transaction was performed in several ways, including not only focus on profit-oriented purposes, but also ta`abbud ila Allah (devotion to Allah), particularly. Consequently, the sale transactions should be in accordance to sharia, avoiding transaction that violates Allah’s orders. The transactions also must be freed from ribâ (usury), maysîr (gambling), and gharâr (uncertainty) elements. The parties should be careful during the transactions otherwise, they will bring mudarat (harm) and avoid maslahat (benefit). The suppliers or dropshippers are not allowed to hoard the goods (ihtikâr) that are highly needed for society. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui transaksi jual beli online mengunakan sistem dropshipping dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Sehinga, jual beli yang akan dilakukan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah, bisa memberikan kepuasan dan tidak saling merugikan pihak-pihak yang berakad. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian pustaka, yang mengunakan teknik dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah melalui konten analisis. Setelah melakukan penelitian ditemukan beberapa hal penting antara lain bahwa implementasi prinsip ekonomi syariah pada jual beli online dengan sistem dropshipping dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, yakni ketika melakukan transaksi tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit semata, namun ada tujuan lain yang lebih penting yakni ta`abud ila Allah (pengabdian kepada Allah). Sehingga transaksi jual beli yang akan dilakukan harus sesuai dengan ketentuan syariat, tidak boleh bertransaksi dengan melangar perintah Allah. Transaksi yang terjadi juga harus terbebas dari unsur ribâ, maysîr dan gharâr. Ketika bertransaksi harus berhati-hati agar tidak terjebak pada transaksi barang yang membawa mudarat dan tidak ada maslahat didalamnya. Seorang supplier atau dropshipper tidak boleh melakukan penimbunan barang dagangan (ihtikâr) yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.

Jual beli merupakan salah satu kegiatan muamalah yang disebut dengan al’bai menurut bahasa berarti memindahkan hak milik terhadap benda dengan akad saling mengganti. Kegiatan jual beli ini bermacam-macam dan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini tentang jual beli online, karena jual beli online adalah suatu proses jual beli yang dimudahkan dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi lewat dunia maya, dimana hal tersebut bisa dijangkau hanya melalui sebuah komputer dan telepon genggam. Dalam jual beli online terdapat berbagai macam jenis jual beli, salah satu diantaranya adalah dengan sistem dropshipping dimana seorang dropshipper menjual barang ke pelanggan dengan bermodalkan foto dari supplier atau toko (tanpa harus menyetok barang) dan menjual ke pelanggan dengan harga yang ditentukan oleh dropshipper. Setelah pelanggan mentransfer uang ke rekening dropshipper Dropshipper membayar kepada supplier sesuai dengan harga beli dropshipper (ditambah dengan ongkos kirim ke pelanggan) serta memberikan data-data pelanggan (nama, alamat, no ponsel) kepada supplier. Barang yang dipesan akan dikirim oleh supplier ke pelanggan. Namun, nama pengirim yang tercantum tetaplah nama si dropshipper Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pelaku bisnis online, buku-buku, literature, artikel, majalah, koran dan sebagainya yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan mekanisme transaksi jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping pada bisnis online. Berdasarkan pembahasan diperoleh hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa dropshipping tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam karena telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat jual beli serta telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syari’at perniagaan seperti menjaga kejujuran, tidak menjual barang milik orang lain dan menghindari riba.
