Kabupaten Bima yang terletak di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat memiliki beraneka ragam makanan tradisonal yang juga merupakan oleh-oleh khas dari Kabupaten Bima, salah satu makanan khas yang cukup terkenal dan digemari wisatawan sebagai oleh-oleh adalah Mbohi Dungga. Mbohi Dungga merupakan salah satu sambal tradisional khas Bima yang sudah terkenal akan kenikmatannya, Mbohi dungga berbahan dasar jeruk purut yang telah diolah kemudian difermentasi lalu selanjutnya dimasak dan dikemas dengan menarik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan Natrium Benzoat pada makanan tradisional khas Bima yaitu Mbohi Dungga. Terdapat 8 (delapan) sampel Mbohi Dungga yang diperiksa, sampel Mbohi Dungga yang telah diambil kemudian di periksa di laboratorium untuk melihat kandungan Natrium Benzoat pada Mbohi Dungga Tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu menganalisis kandungan natrium benzoat pada Mbohi Dungga, sampel Mbohi Dungga yang dibeli pada Produsen di analisis menggunakan Spektrofotometer UV-VIS di Balai Laboratorium kesehatan Pengujian dan Kalibrasi Provinsi NTB. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari (8) delapan sampel Mbohi Dungga tidak ditemukan sampel yang mengandung natrium benzoat. Diharapkan kepada para produsen pembuat Mbohi Dungga untuk selalu menerapkan hygiene personal dalam setiap kegiatan dan menerapkan SOP (Standar Operasional) hygiene makanan dan minuman dalam proses pengolahan Mbohi Dungga.

Abstract:
This article examines Rangda and her role as a chthonic and mythological figure in Bali, particularly the way in which Rangda’s identity has intertwined with that of the Hindu goddess Durga— slayer of buffalo demons and other creatures that cannot be bested by Shiva or other male Hindu gods. Images and stories about Durga in Bali are significantly different from those found in Hindu contexts in India. Although she retains the strong-willed independence and decision-making capabilities prominently associated with Durga in India, in Bali the goddess Durga is primarily associated with violent and negative attributes as well as looks and behaviours that are more usually associated with Kali in India. The reconstruction of Durga in Bali, in particular the integration of Durga with the figure of the witch Rangda, reflects the local importance of the dynamic relationship between good and bad, positive and negative forces in Bali. I suggest that Balinese representations of Rangda and Durga reveal a flux and transformation between good and evil, not simply one side of a balanced binary opposition. Transformation—here defined as the persistent movement between ritual purity and impurity—is a key element in the localization of the goddess Durga in Bali.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan keunikan variasi laksana Durga Mahisasuramardini pada beberapa pura di Bali, seperti membawa laksana sesuai dengan mitologi tercipatanya Dewi Durga dan sesuai dengan keinginan pribadi pemahat (local genius). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jenis-jenis variasi dan makna filosofi laksana arca Durga Mahisasuramardini pada beberapa pura di Bali. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan studi kepustakaan melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang selanjutnya dibahas menggunakan analisis ikonografi dan teori semiotika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Durga sebagai sakti Dewa Siwa sangat sesuai dengan tugasnya sebagai penghancur kejahatan (asura) dan memiliki tugas yang sama dengan Dewa Wisnu sebagai pemelihara alam semesta dari kejahatan (asura). Jenis-jenis variasi laksana yang dibawa oleh arca Durga Mahisasuramardini dalam penelitian ini adalah cakra, sangkha, sara, gada, pasa, khetaka, khadga, trisula, sakti, pustaka, camara, aksamala, keris, kuncup padma, dan ekor mahisa. Laksana-laksana tersebut sebagai atribut Durga Mahisasuramardini memiliki makna-makna filosofi berdasarkan mitologi dan fungsinya, yaitu sebagai makna kekuatan, kesaktian, kesucian, penghalang, keagungan, dan kesuburan atau kemakmuran alam semesta.

Material object of this research is the figure of Durga from many kind of wanda. Formal object of this research is structural analysis. Primary data on in this research is document wanda wayang of Durga figure. Therefore, the secondary data are interview document and literature review. Analysis data technique on this research consist on four phases, that are data collected phase, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.Artikel ini mengupas makna dari wanda wayang Durga gagrag Surakarta dalam perspektif cerita pewayanganSudamala dan kebudayaan Jawa. Pedekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan strukturalisme semiotik model Levi Strauss yang menjelaskan suatu objek kajian secara struktural melalui dari dua sisi yaitu struktur luar yang dikenal dengan istilah surface structure dan struktur dalam yang dikenal dengan istilah deep structure. Objek material dari penelitian ini adalah sosok Durga yang terdapat dalam berbagai macam wanda tersebut diatas. Objek formal penelitian ini adalah sebuah kajian struktural. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua jenis data yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumen wanda wayang tokoh Durga, sedangkan data sekundernya adalah wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi empat tahap, yakni tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Temuan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah berbagai macam wanda wayang tokoh Durga dalam pewayangan gaya Surakarta yang diantaranya adalah Durga wanda belis, wanda gedrug, wanda gidrah, wanda murgan, wanda surak, wanda reca, wanda ngerik, wanda ratudan wanda wewe.

As many people know, Durga visualization is more identically spooky impression. Durga illustration used as reference or as an object on simple discharge screen printing technique, which is a type of screen print that removes the basic color of the fabric with chlorine material as a mixture of ink, produce a distinctive color effect and different from the usual screen printing techniques. This study will focus on the form balance and aesthetic characteristics or properties such as complexity, it becomes interesting to study. Furthermore in this writing using qualitative descriptive method in order to get a systematic, factual, and accurate overview of aesthetics through the balance form of Durga illustration with a simple discharge screening technique.

AbstractAmar Chitra Katha (Immortal Picture Stories) is India's leading comic book series, featuring hundreds of mythological titles about the Hindu gods. Founder Anant Pai initially eliminated all miracles, believing them to be unscientific interpolations. But while producing Tales of Durga (no. 176, 1978), he declared that the comic must be an “authentic” recreation of the Devī Māhātmya scripture, and that all miracles in the classical Sanskrit text must be faithfully rendered in the comic. This article examines the discourse of authenticity that surrounds the production of Tales of Durga in particular and this comic book series more generally. Through a careful reading of the Devī Māhātmya, content analysis of Tales of Durga, a consideration of the unique characteristics of the comic book medium, and interviews with comic book producers, this study provides insight into modern interpretations of the Devī Māhātmya and evolving Hindu attitudes towards the martial goddess Durga.

Durga puja, or the worship of goddess Durga, is the single most important festival in Bengal's rich and diverse religious calendar. It is not just that her temples are strewn all over this part of the world. In fact, goddess Kali, with whom she shares a complementary history, is easily more popular in this regard. But as a one-off festivity, Durga puja outstrips anything that happens in Bengali life in terms of pomp, glamour, and popularity. And with huge diasporic populations spread across the world, she is now also a squarely international phenomenon, with her puja being celebrated wherever there are even a score or so of Hindu Bengali families in one place. This is one Bengali festival that has people participating across religions and languages. In that sense, Durga puja has an unmistakable cosmopolitan hue about it. With more than 10 million people visiting the differentpandals(the temporary, covered pavilions or marquees created for the goddess) in Kolkata alone on any one of the four days of festivity (now effectively extended to a whole week), Durga puja could well be the biggest carnival on earth. Kolkata's image has become synonymous with this grand autumnal festival of the goddess.

Kolkata is one of the most popular cities in the world when it comes to celebrating life. And Durga Puja is not just the emotion of the Bengali community; rather it is a larger than life experience for whoever attends it. UNESCO has also accredited Kolkata Durga Puja as the ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Community’. In this paper, I have tried to cover some of the aspects of Durga Puja. First a brief introduction has been given on Durga Puja in Kolkata followed by the basic and detailed identification and description of the Goddess and the process, mentioning the intrinsic repertoires for the celebration. In the further sections I have tried to mention some explanations of certain ceremonial rituals performed on different days of the festival. A brief discussion on the changing pattern of the celebration is also added with a chronology of recorded Durga Puja events. Furthermore there is also a section about the latest attraction of the festival- the Carnival. In my paper, I have also mentioned about the local artisans who are behind every aspect of this festive season. Lastly, I have concluded by mentioning how this festival is no less than a cultural confluence of every community.

n the first part of this paper, we introduce two notions of multivariable Duggal transforms (toral and spherical), and study their basic properties including hyponormality and norm-continuity. In the second part, we study how the Taylor spectrum and Taylor essential spectrum of 2-variable weighted shifts behave under the toral and spherical Duggal transforms including generalized Aluthge transforms. In the last part, we investigate nontrivial common invariant subspaces between the toral (respectively spherical) Duggal transform and the original n-tuple of bounded operators with dense ranges. A new species of shieldtail snake, Uropeltis jerdoni, is here described based on eight specimens from Devarayana Durga and Nandi Durga that are under-researched hills near Bengaluru in southern India. The new species is a member of the Uropeltis ceylanica group that can be distinguished from related taxa as follows: a truncate and flattened caudal shield with a circumscribed concave disc; part of rostral visible from above subequal to its distance from frontal; rostral partially separating nasal scales; 17: 17: 17 dorsal scale rows; 140–148 ventral scales; 7–9 pairs of subcaudals; dark blackish-grey above, powdered with minute yellow specks, yellow lateral stripes on neck and tail; ventrolateral region with yellow mottling; venter black. This new species is currently known only from two ranges Devarayana Durga and Nandi Durga but judging by the presence of similar, adjacent massifs, is hypothesized to be present in nearby hillocks surrounding Bengaluru City.

The primary goal of art is the feeling of beauty. The creative expression of aesthetics in the arts has been possible due to the creation of religious spiritual artifacts since the beginning of human civilization. Both religion and art make human life orderly and consistent and presents the great truth of human life. Art and religion have acted as inspiration to each other.The Duggar culture of Jammu has special significance in the context of religious manifestation of art, where art has developed a variety of forms for the manifestation of religious expression, of which mural painting is prominent. In the murals of the Duggar culture, the realization of the religious spirit of the people is visible, whose purpose is to propagate the religion and preserve the past. Dogra artists did not originate the art only because of the sublime beauty there, but the power of their inner inspirations and the divine beliefs conferred within them gave color, form, speech and expression to their thoughts and feelings. Presentation of the expression of the religious instincts of Dogra kings is visible to us in the architectural works of these Dogra kings, such as the frescoes built in the cave, temples and palaces, Dogra kalin has various construction under the concept of Hinduism in these murals. कला का प्रधान लक्ष्य सौन्दर्य की अनुभूति है। कलाओं में सौन्दर्यानुभूति की सृजनात्मक अभिव्यक्ति की उत्पत्ति मानव सभ्यता के आदि काल से ही धार्मिक आध्यात्मिक कलाकृतियों की रचना के कारण सम्भव हुई है। धर्म एवं कला दोनों ही मानवीय जीवन को व्यवस्थित एवं संगतिपूर्ण बनाते हैं तथा मानवीय जीवन के महान सत्य को प्रस्तुत करती है। कला तथा धर्म ने एक दूसरे के निहितार्थ प्रेरणा का कार्य किया है।कला की धार्मिक अभिप्यक्ति के सन्दर्भ में जम्मू की डुग्गर संस्कृति का विशेष महत्व है जहाँ कला ने धार्मिक अभिव्यक्ति के प्रकटन हेतु विविध स्वरूपों का विकास किया, जिनमें से भित्ति चित्रण प्रमुख है। डुग्गर संस्कृति के भित्ति चित्रों में लोगों की धार्मिक भावना का साकार रूप दृष्टिगोचर होता है, जिसका उदेश्य धर्म का प्रचार एवं अतीत का सरंक्षण करना है। डोगरा कलाकारों ने वहाँ के बाहय सौन्दर्य के वशीभूत होकर ही कला की उद्भावना नहीं की अपितु उसकी अन्तः प्रेरणाओं और उसके भीतर प्रसुप्त दैवीय विश्वासों के बल ने इनके विचारों व भावों को रंग, रूप, वाणी और अभिव्यक्ति प्रदान की है। डोगरा राजाओं की धार्मिक प्रवृत्ति की अभिव्यक्ति का प्रस्तुतीकरण हमें इन डोगरा राजाओं के वास्तु सम्बन्धी कृतियों यथा-गुफा, मन्दिरों एवं महलों में निर्मित भित्तिचित्रों में दृष्टिगोचर होते हैं डोगरा कालीन इन भित्ति चित्रों में हिन्दू धर्म की अवधारणा के अन्तर्गत विभिन्न निर्माण हुआ है।

Pemeriksaan non-invasif berupa ultrasonografi (USG) dapat menjadi alternatif untuk menegakkan diagnosis tuberkulosis kelenjar getah bening. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai kesesuaian USG sebagai alat diagnosis limfadenitis tuberkulosis, termasuk nilai akurasi, sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif, dan nilai duga negatif dibandingkan dengan standar baku. METODEPenelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif retrospektif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel potong lintang (cross-sectional) menggunakan 100 rekam medis pasien limfadenopati regio servikal di rumah sakit (RS) Atma Jaya, Jakarta. Waktu pemeriksaan ultrasonografi dan histopatologi pada periode Oktober 2015 hingga Oktober 2017. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengetahui akurasi, sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif, dan nilai duga negatif, serta tingkat kemaknaan hasil ultrasonografi dan diagnosis klinis dalam mendiagnosis tuberkulosis. Analisis data menggunakan uji proporsi sampel dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0.05. HASILSebanyak 59 pasien (59.0%) terdiagnosis tuberkulosis berdasarkan pemeriksaan histopatologi. Akurasi, sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif, dan nilai duga negatif ultrasonografi berturut-turut sebesar 69.0%; 59.3%; 83.0%; 83.3%; dan 58.6%. Pengujian data menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna hasil ultrasonografi terhadap hasil histopatologi (p=0.0005), sehingga hasil ultrasonografi dianggap belum sesuai secara statistik. KESIMPULANUltrasonografi belum dapat menjadi alternatif pilihan untuk menegakkan diagnosis tuberkulosis secara statistik, namun dapat menjadi alat evaluasi tuberkulosis yang baik. Penelitian lebih lanjut masih perlu dilakukan.

A Copa do Mundo é o evento futebolístico de maior protagonismo junto aos meios de comunicação. Neste sentido este artigo tem como objetivo central fazer uma análise sobre os discursos produzidos por uma parte da imprensa esportiva brasileira sobre a atuação de Dunga como treinador da Seleção Brasileira de Futebol. Fazendo uso da análise de discurso, no sentido que a utiliza Michel Foucault, analisou-se uma série de discursos publicados em diferentes veículos midiáticos (jornais, televisão, sites, revistas) no período compreendido entre os anos de 2006 ao início 2009. A conclusão do estudo mostra a existência de movimentos de resistência que a imprensa esportiva brasileira teve ao nome de Dunga. Destaca-se também o fato de Dunga representar outro perfil de técnico, referendando prioritariamente em seu capital de ex- jogador.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai nilai duga heritabilitas tiga populasi (#28x#9, #28x#26, dan #38x#37) hanjeli (Coix lacryma-jobi L.). Penelitian dilakukan tanpa menggunakan rancangan tata ruang dengan menggunakan generasi F2 (ditanam sebelum F3) dan generasi F3 yang ditanam dalam plot. Analisis heritabilitas menggunakan metode regresi tetua-turunan (parent-offspring regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai duga heritabilitas delapan karakter kuantitatif pada populasi #28x#26 dan #38x#37 adalah rendah dan pada populasi #28x#6 memiliki nilai duga heritabilitas rendah untuk tujuh karakter (tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, jumlah buku, bobot biji per tanaman, bobot 100 biji dengan kulit, dan umur panen) serta bernilai sedang untuk karakter jumlah anakan. Nilai heritabilitas yang rendah tersebut menjadikan seleksi tidak langsung akan efektif dilakukan pada populasi hanjeli ini.

Menentukan nilai diagnostik NS1 mencakup sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif, nilai duga negatif, dan keakuratan NS1 untuk deteksi dini infeksi virus dengue.Metode. Dilakukan penelitian cross sectional terhadap 50 orang anak demam hari ke-1, ke-2 atau ke-3 dengan tes tourniquet positif pada bulan April sampai Desember 2012. Rapid test NS1 dilakukan untuk dibandingkan dengan RT PCR sebagai gold standard.Hasil. Didapatkan 50 orang anak dengan demam dan tes tourniquet positif. Duapuluh lima anak NS1 positif dan 26 RT PCR positif. Rapid test NS1 memiliki sensitivitas 92,3%, spesifisistas 95,8%, nilai duga positif 96 %, nilai duga negatif 92 %, dan keakuratan 94%.Kesimpulan. Rapid test NS1 mempunyai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas yang tinggi untuk deteksi dini infeksi virus dengue pada anak.

AbstractFasting during festivals is a common practice across all religions, believed to be associated with spiritual well-being. No literature is available addressing the challenges associated with blood glucose control in patients with diabetes during the festivals of Navratri and Durga puja, which are associated with both culinary extravagances and ritualistic fasting. Fasting alternating with binge eating can result in severe metabolic alterations, increasing both morbidity and mortality in diabetes. Dietary restraint is central to ensuring adequate glycemic control during Navratris and Durga pujas. Ritualistic fasting and dietary changes should be avoided in patients with poorly controlled diabetes with multiple comorbidities. Sulfonylureas should be avoided in case of prolonged fasting. Fast should be broken whenever blood glucose is < 70mg/dl. Target blood glucose during fasting state is 100-200mg/dl. Increasing awareness among patients, highlighting the need to enjoy festivals responsibly, and promoting healthy diet habits and exercise have an important role in maintaining glycemic control during Navratri and Durga pujas.

Latar Belakang: Indonesia menempati urutan kedua setelah India sebagai negara dengan penderita TB terbanyak. Waktu pemeriksaan yang lama menjadi faktor yang menghambat upaya penanggulangan TB. Objektif: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sensitivitas dan spesifisitas GeneXpert pada pasien suspek TB paru. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, yaitu semua subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dipilih sebagai sampel sebanyak 98 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengolahan dan analisis data dengan uji diagnostik yang akan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel 2x2. Hasil: Pada penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar pasien suspek tuberkulosis paru berada di kelompok usia 21-30 tahun (26,5%) dengan kasus terbanyak pada laki-laki yaitu 61 orang (62,2%). Dari hasil kultur dengan Lowenstein Jensen ditemukan 51 orang (52%) kultur positif dan 47 orang (48%) kultur negatif. GeneXpert memiliki sensitivitas 96%, spesifisitas 98%, nilai duga positif 98%, dan nilai duga negatif 96%. Kesimpulan: Berdasrakan penelitian ini, GeneXpert memiliki sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga negatif, dan nilai duga positif yang tinggi dan waktu pemeriksaan yang lebih cepat.

This article starts by discussing aspects of Christopher Duggan’s first book La mafia durante il fascismo, published in 1986, whose main topic was the anti-mafia campaign led by the prefect Cesare Mori in the latter half of the 1920s. The book’s distinctive features were its rigorous historical approach and use of archival sources: these set it apart from most other work on these topics at the time, when the idea that the mafia could be subjected to historical research had not yet been properly established. In its central thesis Duggan’s book was influenced by previous interpretations of the mafia, then still widely shared, that denied its nature as a structured organisation. Duggan argued here that Fascism used accusations of mafia involvement essentially as a way of attacking its political opponents. The final part of the article presents key aspects of a newer area of research on the mafia and Fascism, the 1930s, when a new campaign to suppress the mafia was not made use of for propaganda purposes.

Namun sebagai novel ironi, yang dianggap “wajar” itu seharusnya tidak demikian. Untuk menaafsirkan novel ini, di sini digunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan perspektif ironisme (Rorty). Akhirnya dipahami bahwa ironisme merupakan strategi Mangunwijaya untuk melakukan kritik terhadap situasi sosial.

Mangunwijaya, kata seru yang dimunculkan berupa kata seru utuh maupun kata seru dengan pengulangan, sebanyak 44 kata seru. Adapun kata seru yang dominan adalah kata ya sebanyak 150 buah, kata nah sebanyak 45 buah, kata ah sebanyak 45 buah, dan kata kok sebanyak 36 buah. Delta Neutrophil Index (DNI) dapat mencerminkan jumlah granulosit imatur di sirkulasi. Di Indonesia, belum ada penelitian manfaat DNI pada populasi anak.Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui peran DNI sebagai prediktor sepsis pada anak.Metode. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan studi potong lintang. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia 1 bulan-18 tahun yang dirawat di PICU dan HCU anak, RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta, dengan kecurigaan infeksi antara bulan Januari sampai November 2018. Setiap subjek diukur kadar DNI dan dikategorikan sepsis atau tidak sepsis. Kemampuan diagnosis DNI dinyatakan sebagai sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif, nilai duga negatif, rasio kemungkinan positif, rasio kemungkinan negatif, akurasi dan post-test probabilityHasil. Cut-off DNI ≥2,7% didapatkan peningkatan risiko 33 kali untuk seseorang terkena sepsis, dengan sensitivitas 84,6%, spesifitas 85,7%, nilai duga positif positif 78,6%, nilai duga negatif sebesar 90%, rasio kemungkinan positif 5,9, sedangkan rasio kemungkinan negatif 0,2 serta akurasi 82,3%, dengan post test probability meningkat 26,8%.Kesimpulan. Delta neutrofil indeks dapat digunakan sebagai prediktor sepsis pada anak.

Penelitian pengembangan media flashcard atau Research and Development (R&D) ini diadaptasi dari model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Produk media flashcard yang dihasilkan berupa satu paket yang bernama media flash card yang bertemakan lingkungan, Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan media flash card setelah diberikan soal pertanyaan peneliti membagikan angket respon pada siswa untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa dalam penggunaan media flash card. Berdasarkan uji coba skala kecil terdiri dari 10 siswa SDN donggo dori dungga menunjukkan tanggapan yang positif terhadap media pembelajaran presentasi paling tinggi pada salah satu pernyataan desain media flash card yang digunakan menarik persentase 92 % sangat setuju. Abstract:
Durga Das’s leaf-nosed bat Hipposideros durgadasi Khajuria, 1970 is one of the endemic bats in India and was known only from Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh and Kolar district of Karnataka. Upon careful examination of the external morphology, craniodental and baculum structure of the bat collections, which were collected from 14 km west of Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh, northern India during the year 1998 and deposited in the National Zoological Collections of Zoological Survey of India were identified as Hipposideros durgadasi. It is the first report on the occurrence of Durga Das’s leaf-nosed bat in Uttar Pradesh and an additional distribution record in northern India.
