The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.

Abstract:
Writing of this master thesis was stimulated by my participation on compulsory practice and the level of its interest. The master thesis includes the description and technical documentation for the construction of the reinforced concrete building foundations. The aim of this thesis is to solve the method and potential problems of the concreting. As for the concreting machinery, I suggested to use the machines (mixer truck and mobile concrete pump) from the nearby concrete plant to reduce the total transportation costs. I’ve made an analysis of machine renting fees and price of fresh concrete between local distributors. The main contribution of the master thesis is acquaintance with the construction of the apartment building and with a practical side of preparations before the construction begins.

The goal of the thesis is firstly to get all the information about the initial state of solved block of flats, which is located on the street Merhautova 76/954 in Brno – Černá pole, in terms of constructions, energy consumption and initial state of heating system. In the second part of the thesis, where are discussed the possibilities of reduction of energy consumption, variant drafts of reduction of energy consumption and their financial costs and the choice of optimal variant. Third part deals with assement of solved block of flats in terms of sustainable built environment by using tool to rate buildings in terms of sustainable built environment - SBToolCZ, evaluation of possibility to use renewables. Abstract:
Företaget Team Exact levererar mätningstekniska tjänster, där den främsta verksamheten är riktad mot byggnads- och markindustrin. Företaget använder UAS och levererar tjänster till kunder med ortofoto och DEM som kan användas till kartläggning, volymberäkningar och planering. Team Exact använder konsultföretagets SkyMap’s webbaserade plattform i fotogrammetrisk bearbetning av UAV genererade flygbilder. DEM behöver uppnå HMK-standardnivå 3 för att användas som underlag till bygghandlingar. För att uppnå HMK-standardnivå 3 så krävs det en lägesosäkerhet på 0,02–0,05 m/ 0,03–0,07 m (plan/höjd). Team Exact uppnår god lägesosäkerhet i plan men har varierande resultat i höjdåtergivningen. Studien har således en målsättning att hitta metoder för att säkerställa höjden inom ett studieområde med varierande topografi, terräng och markytor. Faktorer som ska undersökas är markstödspunkter, RTK-data, flygstråk, kamerainställningar och tänkvärda åtgärder i skiftande topografi samt att se tendenser hur höjdåtergivningen varierar på olika markytor.  Ett stomnät etablerades över studieområdet med tre fastställda koordinatsatta stompunkter, punkterna var inmätta med statisk NRTK mätning under 1 minut. Nätet jämnades ut med totalstation och därefter blev kontrollpunkter, profiler, ytor och markstödspunkter inmätta. Studien utredde lägesosäkerheten med 0, 5, 9 och 12 markstödspunkter. Den UAV som användes i studien är försedd med en RTK-modul och förväntades därav tillhandahålla positioneringsdata som var av värde att utreda. Markstödspunkternas utplacering planerades med fyra konstanta i studieområdets yttrehörn och en femte konstant på studieområdets högsta höjd. Resterande punkter placerades ut i en jämnfördelning över områdets toppar och dalar.  Flygmetoderna som utvärderades var förankrade i tidigare studier. Gemensamma inställningar över samtliga metoder var studieområdets avgränsning, en flyghöjd på 40 m samt flyghastigheten på 3 m/s. Resterande var flytande parametrar som var av värde att utreda. Studien justerade parametrarna gällande flygstråk, övertäckning, kameravinkel och kamerainställningar. Totalt blev det tre flygmetoder där de fyra olika markstödskombinationerna undersöktes vilket gav 12 processer att utvärdera. Utvärderingen utfördes mot 77 kontrollpunkter där RMSE-värde för höjd och plan undersöktes. Kontrollpunkterna var jämnt fördelade över ytan och marktyperna. En ytterligare analys utfördes med volymberäkningar mellan referens terrängmodeller och de genererade terrängmodellerna.  Flygmetod 3 gav bästa resultat där fotogrammetriinställningen Double Grid användes och överlappningen var 80/60 % samt att kameran tiltades till -70°. Sensorkänsligheten var inställd på ISO100, bländaren ett öppningsvärde f/5 och slutartiden var inställd på 1/500s. Studiens resultat visar att flygmetod 3 som blockutjämnats med 12 markstödspunkter genererade bästa resultat på en lägesosäkerhet i plan på 0,015 m samt 0,035 m i höjd.
The company Team Exact delivers measurement technical services, and the main business is aimed at the construction and land industry. The company uses UAS and offers services to customers and delivers products such as orthophotos and DEMs that can be used for mapping, volume calculations and planning. Team Exact uses the consulting company SkyMap’s web-based platform for photogrammetric processing of UAV-generated aerial images. DEM needs to achieve good positional uncertainty, to achieve HMK standard level 3, it is required that the basis for construction documents has a positional uncertainty of 0.02–0.05 m / 0.03–0.07 m (level / height). Team Exact achieves good positional uncertainty in horizontal coordinates but has varying results in height reproduction. The study thus aims to find methods to ensure the height within a study area with varying topography, terrain and ground surfaces. Factors to be investigated are ground control points, RTK data, flight paths, camera settings and conceivable measures in varying topography, as well as seeing trends in how the height representation differs on different ground surfaces. A coordinate network was established over the study area with three established coordinate reference points, the points were measured with static NRTK measurement 1 minute. The network was levelled with the total station and then control points, profiles, surfaces, and ground control points were measured. The study investigated the location uncertainty with 0, 5, 9 and 12 ground control points. The UAV used in the study is equipped with an RTK module and was therefore expected to provide positioning data that was worth investigating. The placement of the ground support points was planned with four constants in the outer corner of the study area and a fifth constant at the highest level of the study area. The remaining points were placed in an even distribution over the area’s peaks and valleys. The evaluated flight methods were rooted in previous studies. Common settings across all methods were the study area delimitation, 40 m flight altitude and the flight speed of 3 m/s. Remaining were floating parameters that were of value to investigate. The study adjusted the parameters regarding flight path, coverage, camera angle and camera settings. In total, there were three flight methods where the four different ground support combinations were examined, which gave 12 processes to evaluate. The evaluation was performed against 77 control points where the RMSE value for height and plane was examined. The control points were evenly distributed over the surface and soil types. A further analysis was performed with volume calculations between the reference terrain models and the generated terrain models. Flight method 3 gave the best results where the photogrammetry setting Double Grid was used and the overlap was 80/60 % and the camera was tilted to -70 °. The sensor sensitivity was set to ISO100, the shutter had an aperture value of f/5 and the shutter speed was set to 1/500s. The results of the study indicate that flight method 3, which was levelled with 12 ground support points, generated the best results on a positional uncertainty in horizontal coordinates of 0,015 m and 0,035 m in height.

Diploma work „Multimedia player for iOS“ deals with the description of the video formats such as HLS, MP4, MPEG Transport Stream, and Dash. Next, it continues with protected content DRM, VAST advertisements and analytics tool called Google Analytics. During compilation of this diploma work was created a framework in programming language Swift. This framework is basically a player, that besides playing Interactive videos is able to show ads, subtitles, can change the video quality, AirPlay and download the content for offline playing. A feature to play a protected content could not be done as a developer's request for a product deployment SDK Fairplay was refused from an SDK owner. A testing app was also created that implements developed a framework and prove the functionality of the developed functions.

Svensk hälso- och sjukvård är av god kvalitet men det finns också utmaningar. Forskningen identifierar utmaningar med tillgänglighet och personcentrering och det finns brist på personal. Framöver kommer det bli färre som ska försörja fler och finansieringen av hälso- och sjukvården kan påverkas. Samtidigt är utvecklingstakten snabb, speciellt när det gäller digitalisering och medicinteknik. Dagens styrning har fått kritik för att inte ta tillvara den kompetens och engagemang som finns. För att klara av vårdens utmaningar och ta vara på möjligheterna behöver styrningen fokusera på lärande och utveckling med fokus på de professionella drivkrafterna. Syftet med denna studie var att utforska drivkrafterna bakom framgångsrikt kvalitetsarbete samt identifiera metoder att förstärka dessa i avtalsutformning och uppföljning. Sex ledare för barn- och ungdomsmedicinska mottagningar i Region Stockholm intervjuades. Resultatet visade att drivkrafter till förbättringsarbete var kopplade till ledarskapet, det dagliga arbetet och individuella drivkrafter. När det gäller hur styrningen kan ta till vara och förstärka dessa drivkrafter var det kopplat till dialog, frihet och begränsningar, stöd, arbetsmiljön, ekonomi och faktorer kopplade till relationen till beställarorganisationen. Rekommendationer utifrån forskning var att styrningen bör kommunicera en tydlig riktning som inkluderar personcentrering och systemsyn samt använda sig av dialoger som fokuserar på lärande och utveckling. Personer som kan ha nytta av denna studie är individer som i sitt arbete gör upphandlingar och uppföljning av hälso- och sjukvård, kvalitetsansvariga och ledare.
Swedish health care is of good quality, but there are also challenges. Research identifies challenges with accessibility, person-centeredness and a lack of health care workers. In the future, there will be fewer who must provide for more and it might influence financing of health care. At the same time, the pace of development is rapid, especially when it comes to digitalization and medical technology. Today's governance has received criticism for not taking advantage of the skills and commitment that exist. To meet the challenges of healthcare, governance must focus on learning and development with a focus on the professional driving forces. The purpose of this study was to explore the driving forces behind successful quality improvement (QI) and identify methods to strengthen these in contract design and follow-up. Six leaders for paediatrics and adolescent medicine clinics in the Stockholm Region were interviewed. The results show that driving forces for QI are linked to leadership, daily work and individual driving forces. The study shows that the driving forces are linked with dialogue, freedom and restrictions, support, the work environment, finances and factors linked to the relationship with the contract organization. Research recommends that governance should focus on communicating a clear direction that includes person-centeredness and a systems perspective, and dialogues that focus on learning and development. Those who can benefit from this study is those who do procurement and follow-up of health care services, quality managers and leaders.

Abstract:
The purpose of this rapport/paper is to summarize and compare three different reparation methods, which can be used in repairing damaged concrete dams, which are one of the most important parts of electricity production in Sweden. Most of big dams in Sweden built between1900- 1960 are in a great need of restoration. Time, harsh winter conditions and constant presence of water have caused great damages to these dams. There are numerous restoration methods, which can be used in dam reconstruction.  However, choosing the right method plays a crucial role in terms of economy and quality for the power plant companies. Due to negatively impacting global warming, carbon dioxide emissions can also be another concern for power plant companies when selecting a reparation method. Sometimes determining and choosing the “right” method is rather difficult when facing different reparation methods.  When deciding which method to choose, comparisons are made in terms of economy, quality, and carbon dioxide emissions causing global warming. The methods compared in this rapport are applying waterjet mechanical chiseling, and Chesterton filler.  Accordingly, some boundaries are set and some, but not all, factors are taken into account.  For example, winter expenses and transportation are not included in this rapport. The method which has been used in this study is both qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative method, interviews, literature studies and experience of experts are gathered and used. The quantitative method used for calculation of costs and CO2 (e) emissions to the air. The study shows that in a minor spalled concrete damage, the waterjet method and Chesterton filler are appropriate with regards to quality.  Mechanical chiseling is the cheapest method, and the Chesterton filler method releases the least amount of carbon dioxide to the air of all methods. Hopefully, the comparison in this rapport can aid those who want to choose a reparation method based on the criterias for the outcome/method.
Dammkonstruktioner är en av de viktigaste delarna av elproduktionen i Sverige. De flesta av de stora betongdammarna i Sverige som är byggda mellan 1900 och 1960 är i behov av reparation. Åldern, svåra vinterförhållanden och ständig närvaron av vatten påverkar dammarna negativt och orsakar skador i betongen. Det finns gott om olika reparationsmetoder som kan användas vid dammreparationer. Att välja rätt metod vid reparationer kan spela en avgörande roll när det gäller ekonomi och kvalitet för kraftverksbolagen. Då de olika metoderna resulterar i olika mycket koldioxidutsläpp till luften och därmed effekt på den globala uppvärmningen är just koldioxidutsläppen en annan faktor som kan beaktas av elbolagen när de vill välja en reparationsmetod. Valet av reparationsmetod är inte lätt. Ofta går det att välja mellan flera olika metoder. Syftet med denna rapport att upprätta sammanfattningar för tre olika reparationsmetoder vid reparation av betongdammar, samt en jämförelse mellan dessa metoder. Jämförelser har gjorts i förhållande till ekonomi, kvalitet och koldioxidutsläpp till luften. De reparationsmetoder som har jämförts i denna rapport är vattenbilning, mekanisk bilning och Chesterton spackel. För att möjliggöra jämförelsen i denna studie har några avgränsningar gjorts i för de faktorer som jämförts, bland annat har vinterkostnader och transporter inte inkluderats i jämförelsen.   Metoden i denna uppsats bygger på kvalitativ och kvantitativ studie. Den kvalitativa studien består av litteraturstudier och intervjuer genom samtal och email, och den kvantitativa studien består av beräkningar för kostnader och CO2 (e)-utsläpp med hjälp av grundvärden och faktorer för 1 m² betongyta. Studien visar att vid en enkel frostskada så är vattenbilningsmetoden och Chestertonspackel lämpligast med avseende på kvalitet. Mekanisk bilning är billigast och Chestertonspackel släpper ut minst koldioxid till luften. Förhoppningsvis kan jämförelsen i denna rapport hjälpa de som vill välja reperationsmetod baserat på önskade kriterier för slutresultatet.

This work deals with the determination of the quality of implementation measures airtightening main airtightening layer wooden building. Diagnostics of air tightness of the building envelope was conducted thermography measurement thermal imager Flir S65 in artificially induced pressure inside the space defined by the main airtightening layer. Further measuring was performed air tightness of the building envelope using Blower door test. The results of the test determine intensity of air exchange, which is compared with the requirement to assessment the energy performance of buildings. The paper also outlines the influence of the quality airtightening measures to the air exchange rate and the life of wooden buildings.

In a one -- year pilot field experiment with maize were evaluated the yields -- qualitative parameters of KWS 9361 hybrid after the application of liquid N -- fertilizer DAM 390 applied either on its own as drip-out, respectively sprayed, or in combination with a cultivator as against hoeing itself and the control. The N dose was 156 kg N.ha-1 for all treatments plus supplementary fertilisation during vegetation in selected treatments to a total dose of 195 kg N.ha-1. During vegetation the samples were taken for analysis of plant N content and dry-matter yield, while the dry-matter weight of plants transienly decreased in treatment after foliar application of fertilizer, other treatments was no significant difference in the weight of plants. Grain yield was in the range 15.95 -- 16.59 t.ha-1, with no significant differences between the treatments. Thousand-seed weight, N content in dry-matter of biomass and starch content in the grain were not significantly affected by treatment. From an economic point of view can by recommended itself hoeing, which showed a gain of 1 556 Kč.ha-1. Conversely, the use of cultivator along a side dress treatment seems unprofitable (loss - 406 Kč.ha-1) on base of 1 -- year results.

Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the observation of the maize. The quantitative parameters of the maize, variety KWS 9361 fertilized by nitrogen liquid fertilizer DAM - 390 were observed and evaluated during one year field experiment. The base level of 156 kg N.ha-1 was applied in all variants before the start of experiment. Nitrogen fertilization was used separately or in combination with a weeder as well. Variants 3 - 6 were subsequently fertilized with extra amount of 39 kg N.ha-1 to the total level of 195 kg N.ha-1 and compared to variant 1, respectively with variant with usage of weeder without any extra fertilization (variant 2). The grain yield increased in all variants in comparison to variant 1. The highest numbers of collected data were found out in connection with variant 4. The yield ranged between 10.54 and 11.94 t.ha-1. The significant differences among the variants were proved after the determination of dry matter, N content during the growing period, thousand grain weight, and starch content of collected plants.
