This paper presents a new macroscopic multi-class dynamic network loading model called Dynamic Queuing Transmission Model (DQTM). The model utilizes ‘good’ properties of the Dynamic Queuing Model (DQM) and the Link Transmission Model (LTM) by offering a DQM consistent with the kinematic wave theory and allowing for the representation of multiple vehicle classes, queue spillbacks and shock waves. The model assumes that a link is split into a moving part plus a queuing part, and p that traffic dynamics are given by a triangular fundamental diagram. This paper examines the dynamics of return and dynamic volatility across the Malaysian and pan-Asian countries’ listed property companies market over the period January 1998 to August 2012. Listed property companies’ portfolios have the potential to offer high returns and low risks for long-term investments for individuals as well as institutional investors. As such, it is important to assess the return and volatility level of the Malaysian listed property companies market in the dynamic region of pan-Asian countries. Abstract:
Similar to the asphalt mixture, the polyurethane (PU) mixture’s performance and characteristics are dependent on many variables. In this study, six variables, including aggregate gradation (limestone and basalt), aggregate type, PU type, PU content, and curing condition, and several parameter analyzing methods were chosen to determine the effect of variables on the dynamic property, rheological property, and rutting resistance of the PU mixture. The limestone aggregate gradation exhibited a substantial effect on the dynamic property, rheological property, and rutting resistance of the PU mixtu

Typical metamaterials which could achieve dynamic tunable property of terahertz absorption such as VO2, STO and graphene were reviewed. VO2, STO, Graphene are typical terahertz dynamic tunable absorbing metamaterial. Their unique optoelectronic properties can alter the properties of the material itself under changing external conditions, thereby achieving dynamic modulation of absorbed terahertz waves. The reasons of metamaterials could be used as terahertz dynamic absorbers were analyzed from the aspects of lattice structure, material properties, and electrical properties. The adjustable prop

Moisture handling property of fabric has been regarded as a major factor in the comfort performance of clothing in normal use. Especially in different environmental temperature conditions, fabric’s moisture comfort property has different manifestation. In this paper, a series of experiments and analyses were performed on studying the dynamic moisture transferring procedure and evaluating moisture comfort property of fabric under different environmental temperature conditions. By Textile-Microclimate Measuring Instrument, five different fiber fabrics’ dynamic experiments were performed in diffe

Abstract Property is worth only as much as market participants are willing to pay for it - that is as much as the potential of the property. Determining the potential of real estate is an extremely difficult task, because certain properties can be viewed in different ways. A person’s attitude towards a given real estate finds reflection in the value of the property. Accordingly, the value of a property appears only when there is a relation of value, such as when the property catches the buyer’s attention. This article raises important issues which determine the value of real estate. It reveals

Abstract:
Slicing is used for program analysis. It the process of extracting the statements of a program that are relevant to a given computation. Static slicing generates slices for all possible execution of a program helping in program understanding, verification, maintenance and testing. Dynamic slices are smaller in size as they extract slices for a given execution of a program and helps in interactive applications like debugging and testing. With the wide spread use of object oriented software, there are many papers on Dynamic Slicing of object oriented programs but few papers only address in detai
