Abstract:
Cíl této studie je dvojí. Je především stručným pohledem na historii katedry mezinárodního (a evropského) práva od jejího založení do současnosti, zejména pokud jde o personální složení a odborné zaměření. Druhým cílem je zmapování a vyhodnocení přínosu katedry k rozvoji oborů mezinárodní právo veřejné a právo EU, včetně větve duševního vlastnictví. O oboru mezinárodní právo soukromé pojednává zvláštní studie.Pro přehlednost je text členěn do tří částí, odpovídajících třem obdobím: první do roku 1990, druhé poté do roku 2010 a třetí zahrnující poslední léta a současnost. Zatímco první období bylo ve znamení rozjezdu a budování nové katedry na nové fakultě, druhé období znamenalo v nových podmínkách bouřlivý rozvoj odborné i pedagogické činnosti. Katedra rozšířila svoji působnost o nový velmi dynamický obor právo Evropské unie. V posledním období do současnosti pokračuje bohatá vědecká a pedagogická činnost a stabilizuje se personální složení týmu katedry.Studie dochází k závěru, že katedra významnou měrou přispívá k rozvoji svých oborů, zajišťuje bohatou a hodnotnou pedagogickou činnost a dostala se tak na špičku podobných pracovišť v ČR.

Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is a summary of a leading of a team problems with concentration to modern approaches esp. to teambuilding activities. The thesis is devided into five captires. The first one is dedicated to particular styles of leading of the teams, the second capture is about factors of the team dynamics, particular team roles and phases of building a team. The third capture is dedicated to the teambuilding problems. I try to explain its sense, describe its particular phases and mention examples of teambuilding activities. In the fourth capture I introduce a company which deals with teambuilding, AG Vapiti, s. r. o. its services and typical clients. A depth interview with a client of AG Vapiti, s. r. o. and comparsion with a rival company a follow. The last capture of the thesis is the research on the basis of questionary about the gain of teambuilding. At the end I summarize the knowledge I gained by composing the thesis.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with modelling of project teams and their behavior using the principles of system dynamics. Main goal of this thesis is to create a model using system dynamics, which will allow to simulate how projects are finished. Results from the model are going to be used to define the best possible strategy to finish a project in required time. Theoretical part of this work is composed of presentation of project management and further the thesis extensively describes system dynamics, principles of system dynamics, used diagrams and possible ways of application of system dynamics in the real world. Furthermore are described the principles and advantages of using models and specifically system dynamics models. In the practical part of this thesis is presented the created model, which allows for simulating of project team behavior based on the input from the user of the model. Model serves the purpose of finding the best possible strategy to finish the product successfully.

Abstract:
The thesis focuses on psychosocial dynamics of teams in isolation and its development over time. Literature review summarises various psychosocial and psychological aspects of human coexistence in extreme environments. It includes the risks and psychological countermeasures, description of stressors and other challenges, the intragroup issues and their development over time. It puts emphasis on defining the most challenging parts of missions and tries to identify patterns. Additionally, the relationship between the crew and MCC is addressed. The literature review is followed by a study focused on the development of intragroup relations and the crew-MCC relations in two analogue missions, Lunar Expedition-0 and Lunar Expedition-1. The research design consisted of a questionnaire, an interview with the whole crew, and the individual interviews with all respective astronauts. Additionally, a new visualization method, Dotty Overview of Team Interactions (DOTI), has been created as a part of this research. DOTI was described and used to visualize the data relating mutual interactions among the crewmembers. All of the results are presented, described and discussed. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the impact of teambuilding on the social climate in organization. The theoretical part describes the climate in the workplace, corporate culture, teamwork and clarifies the concept of teambuilding, including its principles and forms. The practical part consists of the presentation of the research results concerning the effects of a teambuilding course organized for the employees of Essox s.r.o. Based on the theoretical analysis, the diploma thesis states that teambuilding affects the social climate in the organization, and it is one of the means how to improve its social climate. The research revealed that the Essox teambuilding had a positive impact on the social climate in the area of interpersonal relationships, but did not impact on building teams and teamwork.
