Abstract:
Abstract Determining the length of the plunger’s pumping is an integral part of the calculation of the well pump. However, it should be borne in mind that the pumping course of the plunger is different for each well. Therefore, the article proposes to define it from the dynamogram, on the coordinate parameter “pumping course” which is length, starting from the point of the minimum load on the TPS before the start of the suction. The opening of the supercharged valve shows a minimum load level, which has reached the lowest value due to the maximum high pressure of liquid compression in the working cylinder, after opening load begins to increase. This is the main sign of the opening of the supercharged valve. Mathematical modeling of the interaction of the column of rods and liquid showed: the column of rods, having a higher mass than the mass of liquid, is not subjected to a large forced oscillation, which is reflected on the dynamogram. The opening moment of the discharge valve indicates the beginning of liquid injection or the effective stroke of the plunger, therefore, we need to find exactly this point on the dynamogram circuit.Towards the end of the turn down the column comes to its original state, freed from longitudinal bends and vibrations. Then it can be argued: on the distance of the plunger’s run his intermediate state cannot have an impact. However, this allegation requires proof.

Abstract:
Despite of the increased share of oil wells equipped with submersible electrical centrifugal pumps, a considerable part of them is equipped and operated with sucker-rod pumping units. When operating wells with sucker-rod pumping units, different plunger pumps are used. The rod string is operated in severe environment due to long contact with highly corrosive well products and time-variant loads. Taking into account all acting loads, the diagnostics of the condition of sucker-rod pumping units is a difficult task. At the majority of oil fields in Russia, the operation of wells equipped with sucker-rod pumping units is controlled by portable and stationary dynamographs of various models. Moreover, dynamographs are used, as a rule, only to obtain images of dependence of the force on the polished piston rod upon its stroke. Based on dynamograms it is possible to find the well flow rate, pump capacity, force on the polished piston rod, etc. But one of the main problems to be solved with the help of dynamometry is the forecasting of down-hole equipment condition in the process of further operation. In this paper we overview the methods to diagnose the condition of sucker-rod pumping units based on dynamograms. The aim of the work is to develop the mathematical model to forecast the failures of down-hole pumping equipment on the results of dynamometry to automatize the control process of the unit operation. The research tasks are to analyze the existing methods for diagnosing the condition of sucker-rod pumping units, and to develop the mathematical model for forecasting the failure of the valve unit leakage. As a result, the method for forecasting the increased failure on the example of the fluid leakage in the pump injection unit is proposed. The permissible boundaries of the change in the relative force on the polished piston rod are drawn up. As a result, the failure increase is forecasted based on the frequency of the relative force on the polished piston rod getting within the interval obtained.

Abstract:
Abstract The problem of measuring the flow rate of wells with low production rates is relevant for many oil fields. Conventional flow meters are not suitable for such cases, and installing an additional flow meter for each well is impractical. At the same time, wells with sucker-rod pumping units (the majority of wells) are outfitted with dynamographs for continuous diagnostics of the pumping equipment state. Dynamograms allow determining the theoretical flow rate of the well easily, however, a mathematical model is required to estimate the actual flow rate. For the correction of flow rate obtained from dynamograms, the authors of this study propose using models based on regression equations that link the calculated valueswith the measurements made by a reference instrument. The results of the experiments have confirmed the eligibility of this approach.

Integrate criterion for the evaluation of pathological gait based on the distinction of the pattern dynamograms of vertical components of weight bearing reaction at walking in norm and in injured lower extremities is suggested. In patients with different pathology of lower extremities the application of this criterion in clinical practice allows to perform the integral evaluation of gait using the minimum of informative biomechanical parameters. Abstract:
The development of fields that are at a late or final stage of operation is carried out mainly with the use of downhole sucker rod pumps. The most characteristic failures for these installations are rods parting-twist off and malfunctions of pump valves. The methods of eliminating these accidents vary significantly the parting or twist off of the rods involves lifting of the downhole equipment, and the "sticking" of the shut-off valve assembly of the pump is eliminated by "resuscitation" of the downhole equipment (flushing with water, hot oil or solvent). An error in fault identification leads to incorrect planning of work to restore the operability of the downhole equipment and, as a result, to economic losses.
The cause of malfunctions of the downhole equipment of downhole rod pumping units, as a rule, is determined by analyzing dynamograms. However, in many cases dynamograms do not allow to distinguish the lower twist off of the rods from the malfunction of the valves of the rod pump. In the presented work, a method for the operational determination of the parting or twist off of rods in the well is considered, which consists in creating an electrical circuit "rod string tubing string" and monitoring its integrity. To determine the type of malfunction, the synchronization unit measures the resistance of the system on the dielectric insert via the electromagnetic channel. In case of parting or twist off of the rods, the electrical resistance of the "tubing-pump-rod string" circuit will be much higher (more than 2 ohms) than in the absence of this failure (0...2 ohms).

Abstract:
The article discusses the method of bottomhole assembly (BHA) for the «Perfobore» technical system, investigated as a complex of elastic-viscous working elements - coupled oscillators located in a dynamically disturbed section of the assembly. The length of the section is determined using the group velocity of propagation of the energy of a packet of quasi-harmonic waves differing from each other in phase and frequency, with prevailing natural frequencies, which are calculated after statistical processing of the obtained dynamograms of phase trajectories. Then, the working elements of the technical system are assembled with selected natural frequencies and taking into account various bending and torsional stiffnesses of the component assemblies (oscillators), and the damping properties of the assemblies are enhanced by the additional placement of hydromechanical axial load regulators with a variable vibration isolation coefficient in the calculated places of the «motion stability nodes».

Object. The object of research is the modernization of the drives of oil pumping units through the use of synchronous motors and adaptive control systems. Field of application: electrical equipment for oil pumping units. The purpose of the work is to identify inventions in the field of electric drives based on Russian highly efficient synchronous motors for oil pumping machines, to determine the advantages and disadvantages of modern developments in this field.Methods. This analysis will reveal the strengths of the drive being developed and most competitively present them. An important point is, and checking the possibility of patenting in this area, i.e. check for patent purity.Results. As a result of the study, the most significant inventions (based on the patent analysis of the Russian Federation) were identified in the field of sucker rod pump control stations, dynamometry, and wattmetry, which are presented in the work, they provide a brief overview, provide basic information and novelty.Conclusion. A literature review showed that the issues of control stations for sucker rod pumps, dynamometry, wattmetry, and the development of synchronous electric motors are rather deeply covered, on the other hand, the literature does not sufficiently reflect the problems of frequency regulation of synchronous motors, as well as the capabilities of intelligent control stations that would allow increase the level of oil production, optimize the technological process, significantly reduce the influence of the “human” factor improve production safetyThus, the need to create a competitive electric drive for oil pumping machines is the use of “smart” control systems that will regulate the operation of the well due to adaptive (based on automatic analysis of dynamograms and wattmetergrams) private regulation.
