Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine how the utilization of ICT-based tools enhances the skills of teachers, particularly in the context of pedagogy. The quantitative descriptive-correlation research design with cluster sampling was employed to satisfy the objectives of the study. The Pearson Correlation and Likert scale were employed to determine the level of Technology Acceptance and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Elementary Mathematics teachers. From the quantitative analysis of the data, findings showed that the popular software choices among Elementary Mathematics teachers across various categories are H5P for authoring softwares, while EndNote is the preferred reference management tool. Microsoft Office (Word) for desktop publishing, Video LAN Client for tutorial software, Kahoot 360 for educational games and zoom for video conferencing software. Elementary Mathematics teachers have a predominantly very low mean level of utilization for various software applications across different categories. It was also revealed that the level of elementary Mathematics teachers in Technology Acceptance of ICT usefulness is strongly acceptable. Furthermore, the level of Technology Acceptance of Ease of use disclosed that the respondents express an acceptance of its Ease of use in ICT utilization. Meanwhile, the overall level of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) of the teachers is very high. On the other hand, the relationships between the level of utilization of ICT-Based tools and other software applications are classified as very weak. However, there is a weak relationship between Technology Acceptance level in terms of the usefulness of ICT and ease of use of ICT and TPCK. This correlation is not significant. Thus, the levels of Technology Acceptance in terms of usefulness and ease of use of ICT are closely related to the utilization of ICT in teaching. A strong TPCK foundation can help teachers maximize the potential of ICT in their classrooms, while the perceived usefulness and ease of use of ICT can contribute to the growth of TPCK. Provision of comprehensive training to elementary Mathematics teachers may address the perception of respondents on the usefulness of ICT and, administrator’s empowerment to effectively utilize ICT-based tools in their classrooms, ultimately enhancing teachers’ teaching pedagogy.

Abstract:
This study examined the relationship between the utilization of family-friendly policies, parental burnout, and work-family balance satisfaction. Data were collected through an online survey of 255 married female employees with children in elementary school (up to third grade). The key findings are as follows: First, parental burnout varied significantly based on prior use and ease of accessing family-friendly policies related to childbirth and childcare support. Second, hierarchical regression analysis revealed that lower parental burnout, greater ease in utilizing childbirth and childcare support policies, and shorter daily commute times were positively associated with work-family balance satisfaction. Specifically, employees with lower parental burnout and easier access to childbirth and childcare support policies reported higher satisfaction. However, the ease of utilizing flexible working hours and welfare benefits showed no significant association with work-family balance satisfaction. Given the increasing importance of work-family balance and family-friendly policies, these findings highlight the need for further research on parental burnout and work-family balance satisfaction. This study offers valuable policy insights for enhancing support mechanisms to improve work-family balance satisfaction.

This study aims to investigate user satisfaction and intention for continuous use from the perspective of users who share research facilities and equipment, focusing on users of the ZEUS (Research Equipment Utilization Service) portal. The research examines national policies on shared research facilities and equipment, and applies the Information Systems Success Model to assess system quality, service quality, and social benefit quality of ZEUS. It also explores user satisfaction based on the service product quality and service environment quality after reserving and using shared equipment. The results indicate that both service quality and social benefit quality significantly affect perceived usefulness and ease of use, while system quality only influences ease of use. Ease of use positively impacts perceived usefulness, which in turn positively affects user satisfaction, but ease of use does not directly influence satisfaction. Both service product quality and service environment quality significantly affect satisfaction, and satisfaction influences the intention for continuous use. The study's limitations include the inability to analyze service quality in greater detail due to regulated procedures for equipment registration. Future research should use expanded models like the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) or E-SERVQUAL, and consider regional distribution in sample selection for broader analysis.

Abstract:
Background The algorithm to schedule add-on elective cases that maximizes operating room (OR) suite utilization is unknown. The goal of this study was to use computer simulation to evaluate 10 scheduling algorithms described in the management sciences literature to determine their relative performance at scheduling as many hours of add-on elective cases as possible into open OR time. Methods From a surgical services information system for two separate surgical suites, the authors collected these data: (1) hours of open OR time available for add-on cases in each OR each day and (2) duration of each add-on case. These empirical data were used in computer simulations of case scheduling to compare algorithms appropriate for "variable-sized bin packing with bounded space." "Variable size" refers to differing amounts of open time in each "bin," or OR. The end point of the simulations was OR utilization (time an OR was used divided by the time the OR was available). Results Each day there were 0.24 +/- 0.11 and 0.28 +/- 0.23 simulated cases (mean +/- SD) scheduled to each OR in each of the two surgical suites. The algorithm that maximized OR utilization, Best Fit Descending with fuzzy constraints, achieved OR utilizations 4% larger than the algorithm with poorest performance. Conclusions We identified the algorithm for scheduling add-on elective cases that maximizes OR utilization for surgical suites that usually have zero or one add-on elective case in each OR. The ease of implementation of the algorithm, either manually or in an OR information system, needs to be studied.

Abstract:
In the era of industry 4.0, especially in the agricultural sector, using ICT as a communication and information-gathering medium for farmers is crucial. However, the ICT adoption level by smallholder farmers varies greatly. This study investigates the elements influencing the ICT adoption level and utilization and explores the application of the TAM to smallholder farmers. Using descriptive quantitative methodology on three villages in Ngawi regency, East Java (N=53), this study indicated that smartphone usage in the research location was extremely high at 90.5%. A Spearman correlation value of 0.24 indicates a relationship between the PU and the education level of farmers. T-Test Two Means Independent was used to compare respondents' perception of ICT utilization through Perceived Use (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU); PU's average value of 17.5 was greater than PEU's average value of 13.9. It was determined that ICT perceived usefulness was felt more important than perceived ease of use by the respondents in their daily activities. Additionally, this study recommends that agriculture services development necessitates strategies to create ICT usefulness through smartphones. Such strategies will help increase the ICT effective adoption, reducing information gaps and raising the wealth of smallholder farmers.

This study is motivated by the limited research on the utilization of the ProQuest database in higher education environments, despite the critical role of scholarly databases in supporting the quality of students' academic writing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the utilization of the ProQuest database by students in the Library and Information Science Program at Universitas Negeri Padang in their academic writing processes. A descriptive quantitative method with a case study approach was employed, involving 66 students from the 2021 and 2022 cohorts selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), with two main indicators: Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. The results showed that students’ perceptions of the usefulness of ProQuest were relatively high, with an average score of 3.11, while their perceptions of ease of use were relatively low, with an average score of 2.18. These findings indicate that although students recognize the benefits of ProQuest, barriers remain in terms of accessibility and usability. Therefore, enhancing digital information literacy and providing technical training are essential to optimize the use of ProQuest as a credible reference source in students' academic writing.

Abstract:
Objective: This study investigated the factors influencing college students’ continuous utilization intention of virtual simulation software (Animation Character Virtual Simulation Software V1.0) in the context of current efforts to promote sustainable educational practices and explored design strategies to enhance this willingness in a sustainable manner. Method: Based on the Expectation Confirmation Model of Information System Continuance (ECM-ISC), this study developed a model to examine the impact of college students’ spatial ability (SA) on their virtual simulation learning behavior. Upon administering a questionnaire to the selected participants (N = 164), the survey data were analyzed for reliability and validity. Subsequently, the relationships among the model’s variables were explored. Result: For college students majoring in Digital Media Art, spatial ability significantly positively affects their sustainable utilization intention of virtual simulation software within 3D virtual scenarios. Meanwhile, it positively impacts perceived ease of use (PEU) and flow experience (FE), which are key factors in promoting the sustainable adoption of such technologies. The introduced spatial ability, perceived ease of use, and flow experience influence the endogeneity of the ECM-ISC. Moreover, gender differences in spatial ability are profound among these students. Conclusion: The primary influencing pathway is spatial ability → flow experience → expectation confirmation → perceived usefulness → continuous utilization intention. Enhancing spatial ability is one effective way to advance virtual simulation software, offering new insights for its design and long-term improvement in alignment with sustainable educational practices.

Electronic trade became more active and common with the development of technology. Since the trade transaction has increased and diversified, it is necessary to use the e-customs clearance system, to increase the efficiency of trade operation using e-Trade.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze determinant factors affecting the use of UNI-PASS, which is considered as one of the most excellent e-customs clearance system in the world.
Adopting AHP and IPA method, this study selected assessment factors derived from previous studies and was classified as ‘Human resource factors’, ‘Internal environment(corporate) factors’, ‘Institutional factors’, ‘Technical factors’ and ‘External environment factors’ and again subdivided into a total of 15 sub-factors. And we examine the importnace and performance of those factors. The in-depth survey was conducted on customs attorneys and trading companies who are experts in customs clearance.
The results of the survey show ‘Technical factors’ are the most important for the e-customs clearance system usage and the importance score of ‘the ease of use’ is the highest among sub-factors. In addition, according to IPA result, it is evaluated that the importance of ‘the ease of use’ and ‘the collaboration of related organization’ are high, but current performance levels are low, requiring the concentrated effort to improve the efficiency of e-customs clearance system.

Abstract:
Unlike traditional routing schemes that route all traffic along a single path, multipath routing strategies split the traffic among several paths in order to ease congestion. It has been widely recognized that multipath routing can be fundamentally more efficient than the traditional approach of routing along single paths. According to the characteristics of ant colony algorithm and the ideal of multipath routing. This paper proposes a QoS multipath routing on ACO Algorithm. ACO was improved in three aspects. As a ant selects the next hop, the utilization ratio of router's buffer queue is added into the criterion of selection, introducing the utilization ratio of link to update the global pheromone, selecting multiple paths to transfer data. Simulation experiments show the algorithm can achieve network loading balance, reduce the likelihood of congestion, and impove the utilization of network resources.
