I denna rapport undersöks hur elektroniska böcker (eBooks) enligt standarden Open eBook Publication Structure kan komprimeras på ett effektivt sätt. Anledningen till att området valts är att en välanvänd standard för eBooks inte finns för tillfället. Standarden är relativt ny och senaste versionen av specifikationen har kommit ut under 2002. Med i utvecklingen av standarden finns många stora företag som exempelvis Adobe Systems Inc. och Palm Digital Media. En litterär undersökning för passande komprimeringsalgoritmer har gjorts och två algoritmer för komprimering av eBooks har efter undersökningen utvecklats. Tester och slutsatser angående komprimeringseffektiviteten hos komprimeringsalgoritmerna finns också dokumenterade i rapporten.

Previous issue date: 2016-06-03With the increasing amount of websites for digital literary Reading, has shown a clear need for a study focused in these tools. The research subject is the Portal Biblon , social network addressed to children users, which has to promote reading through literary narratives, adding users around the literary text. The research analyzes E-books´ graphic interfaces available on this website under the editorial design guidelines emphasized on the Child user´s experience. Based on interaction and editorial design, analyzes the main features of an E-book for children users. Applying the research methodology with qualitative approaching, it was noted that the Editorial Design´s elements work as inspirational parameters for reading and when an E-book is not designed taking into account the need of its target audience, it works as an opposite element of its function, that is, instead of encouraging the reading, causes frustration and a lack of interest in it.
Com o aumento da quantidade de portais para leitura literária digital, torna-se evidente a necessidade de estudos voltados para essas ferramentas. O objeto utilizado na pesquisa é o Portal Biblon, rede social com foco voltado para o usuário infantil, que tem como objetivo promover a leitura através de narrativas literárias, agregando utilizadores em torno do texto literário. A pesquisa faz análise da interface dos ebooks disponíveis no portal sob as diretrizes do Design Editorial e com ênfase na experiência do usuário infantil. Com base no Design de Interação e Design Editorial analisa as principais características de um ebook infantil. Usando a metodologia de pesquisa aplicada com abordagem qualitativa, observou-se que os elementos do Design Editorial servem de parâmetros motivadores para a leitura, e quando um ebook não é projetado, levando em consideração as necessidades do seu público, o mesmo funciona como elemento contrário da sua função, ou seja, em vez de incentivar a leitura, causa frustração e desinteresse pela mesma.

Cent ans de decomposition propose une histoire de la litterature russe du xxʿ s. A travers le theme de la decomposition: decomposition physique et psychique du personnage, mais aussi destructuration de la langue et de la narration, l'etude est organisee en 4 parties, une genealogie recherche les origines xixʿ du phenomene. L'epoque contemporaine, notre sujet, se prete a un decoupage simple. Pour chaque periode, l'etude est portee par une analyse de l'oeuvre majeure des auteurs qui ont marque le theme. En premiere partie sont presentes le demon mesquin de f. Sologub, soeurs en croix d'a. Remizov et la colombe d'argent d'a. Belyj. Les annees 1920-1940 recouvrent le mystere des mysteres de vs. Ivanov, moscou heureuse d'a. Platonov et les miniatures de d. Harms. Pour la periode sovietique desannees 1940-1970, l'etude de la moisson de g. Nikolaeva presente le theme sous l'angle nouveau de la corruption de la litterarite, et permet de formuler l'hypothese curieuse d'une filiation entre l' << heterodoxe >> platonov et la laureate susmentionnee du prix staline. Une presentation des auteurs qui se sont charges de deconstruire l'univers sovietique clot le chapitre. Vu la place preponderante des formes courtes dans la litterature actuelle, la derniere partie presente nombre de nouveaux auteurs. La nouvelle generation semble se poser en heritiere directe du tout debut du siecle. On s'apercoit alors que le profil du personnage evolue sensiblement, de l'aliene traditionnel, violent ou suicidaire, a un personnage non moins inquietant mais auquel correspond l'appellation de << paume >>. L'hypothese a donc pu etre formulee de la disparition du concept de bonheur. Ceci etant, la proximite temporelle du materiau etudie ne permet pas de tirer des conclusions definitives, et l'ambition des derniers chapitres est de mettre en relief l'importance du theme de la decomposition s dans la litterature russe, sa coherence surprenante, et l'inventivite avec laquelle une nouvelle generation s'en est empare.

Mestrado em Comunicação MultimédiaA presente dissertação é realizada em contexto empresarial, na multinacional portuguesa Ferneto, Máquinas e Artigos para a Indústria Alimentar S.A., sediada em Vagos, Aveiro e propõe o desenho, desenvolvimento e validação de um ebook como ferramenta de comunicação empresarial, para promover o consumo de pão junto do público infantil. O presente trabalho justifica a necessidade de enquadrar, com base na revisão de literatura sobre ferramentas de comunicação dedicadas ao público infantil, o ebook como uma ferramenta emergente de promoção de um produto. Na revisão da literatura é abordada a comunicação digital e estratégias de comunicação que surgem na Internet, com foco no público infantil. Nos dias de hoje, os pais passam menos tempo com os filhos, tentando protegê-los através do conforto do lar, onde tem lugar o entretenimento tecnológico. São abordadas perspetivas antagónicas sobre a relação das crianças com os novos media e apresentados os conceitos de eatertainment e advergame como estratégias de comunicação digital para o público infantil. Enquadrado no marketing de conteúdo, o ebook inclui-se como uma ferramenta de ensino e de entretenimento, na qual o público infantil se apresenta o público-alvo mais interessante. No presente trabalho, a metodologia adotada baseia-se na investigação de desenvolvimento, tendo-se recorrido a focus groups, brainstorming e questionários para a recolha de dados. Os resultados mostram que os cereais mais conhecidos pelo grupo de crianças estudado são o trigo e o milho. Elas gostam de pão e associam-no essencialmente a experiências sensoriais (quente, saboroso, espesso, fofo, estaladiço). As crianças conhecem e consomem, essencialmente, vários tipos de pão de trigo. Geralmente, comem pão duas vezes por dia e gostam mais de o comer ao pequeno almoço. A profissão de padeiro não se mostrou muito apreciada pelo grupo estudado, pelo que surge aqui uma oportunidade de promover o sector da panificação. Em relação aos elementos interativos mais apreciados num ebook, os resultados mostram que o grupo de crianças estudado prefere os jogos e os quizzes. Na validação, a maioria das crianças (66,7%) consideraram o ebook desenvolvido fácil ou muito fácil de utilizar.
This dissertation is carried out in a business context, in the Portuguese multinational Ferneto, Máquinas e Artigos para a Indústria Alimentar SA, headquartered in Vagos, Aveiro, and proposes the design, development and validation of an ebook as a business communication tool to promote the consumption of bread for the children’s audience. This work justifies the need to frame, based on the literature review on communication tools dedicated to children, the ebook as a new way of promoting a product. In the literature review, we talk about digital communication and communication strategies that appear on the Internet, focusing on the children's audience. Nowadays, parents spend less time with their children, trying to protect them through the comfort of the home, where technological entertainment takes place. Antagonistic perspectives on the relation of children with the new media and the concepts of eatertainment and advergame as strategies of digital communication for children are presented. Framed in content marketing, the ebook is a teaching and entertainment tool, through which the children's audience presents itself to the most interesting target audience. The methodology adopted in this work is the development research, using focus groups, brainstorming and questionnaires for data collection. The results show that the cereals best known for the group of children studied are wheat and corn. They like bread and associate it essentially with sensory experiences (hot, tasty, thick, fluffy, crispy). Children know and eat more types of wheat bread. They usually eat bread twice a day and like to eat it for breakfast. The profession of baker is not much appreciated by the group studied, so there is an opportunity to promote the baking industry, presenting good reasons to be a baker. Regarding the interactive elements most appreciated in an ebook, the results show that children prefer games and quizzes. In the validation, the majority of children (66.7%) considered the developed ebook easy or very easy to use.

El objetivo general de la tesis doctoral es estudiar el ebook científico-técnico en España en diferentes ámbitos del conocimiento y desde la perspectiva de cuatro agentes relevantes en el sector editorial. Más concretamente, se plantean dos estudios de caso a nivel macro en los que se aborda el tratamiento del ebook por parte de las agencias de suscripciones Swets y Ebsco, y por parte de una muestra de las editoriales académicas españolas especializadas en Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales. De forma complementaria, se abordan dos estudios de caso micro: el de los bibliotecarios y usuarios de la Biblioteca del Instituto de Química-Física “Rocasolano” (Biqfr) del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC). Las metodologías empleadas en estos estudios han sido básicamente las entrevistas en profundidad y las encuestas.
Los aspectos analizados varían en función del agente analizado pero van desde la actitud hacia el ebook, hacia las estrategias de marketing, las fórmulas de compra, las modificaciones en la política editorial, la gestión bibliotecaria o la aceptación por parte de los usuarios.
Estos estudios has permitido identificar no solo cómo se ha producido la evolución del ebook científico desde su aparición sino, sobre todo, los cambios que ha producido y está produciendo en el sector de la información científica. También ha permitido observar las fortalezas y debilidades de cada agente con respecto al ebook y, por tanto, los problemas que quedan por afrontar. El análisis de distintos sectores ayuda a interrelacionar la actividad de los distintos agentes del sector editorial y detectar las demandas de unos hacia otros o, lo que es lo mismo, la repercusión de las acciones de unos en los otros. Además esta tesis doctoral pretende dejar constancia de una etapa del ebook en España, sabiendo que su realidad es efímera puesto que es un recurso en cambio permanente.The general objective of this doctoral thesis is to study the Spanish scientific-technical ebook in the various areas of knowledge and from the perspective of four relevant agents in the editorial sector. More precisely, two case studies at macro level are presented on the treatment given to ebooks both by the subscription agencies Swets and Ebsco and by a sample of academic publishers specialised in Humanities and Social Science. In addition, two studies at micro level are dealt with, one on librarians and the other on the users of the library of the Instituto de Química-Física “Rocasolano” (Biqfr), belonging to the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). The methodology applied in both studies has been basically in-depth interviews and surveys. The aspects analysed vary depending on the agent studied, but they include the attitude towards ebooks and marketing strategies, forms of acquisition, modifications in the publishing policy, library management and acceptance by users. These studies have allowed us not only to determine the evolution of the ebook since its appearance, but above all, the changes which have occurred and are still occurring in the scientific information sector. They have also allowed the observation of the strengths and weaknesses of each agent with regard to ebooks, and therefore, the problems which are still to be faced. The analysis of different sectors helps to interrelate the activity of the various agents of the publishing sector and to detect the demands between one and another, that is, the repercussion of the actions of some on others. Moreover, this doctoral thesis intends to record one phase of the ebook in Spain, keeping in mind that their everyday reality is short-lived, as it is a resource in permanent change.

Le recours à l'arbitrage constitue le procédé priviligié des organisations internationales pour obtenir le règlement de leurs différends. Pourtant, ce recours n'a jamais fait l'objet d'une étude générale, ce aussi bien dans la littérature anglophone que francophone. La présente thèse a ainsi voulu sortir de l'ombre une pratique largement inexplorée. Pour y parvenir, nous avons cherché à déterminer le processus de création et de manifestation du recours à l'arbitrage par les organisations. Comment, en effet, ce recours se forme-t-il ? Comment se manifeste-t-il ? Ce questionnement a impliqué de se concentrer, dans un premier temps, sur les actes requis, par le droit positif, pour permettre aux organisations de recourir à l'arbitrage. Ces actes fondent la qualité pour agir en justice des organisations, c'est-à-dire une autorisation particulière par laquelle les organisations pourraient engager le procès arbitral en attribuant à un organe le pouvoir de connaître leur contentieux. Cette autorisation, c'est le titre juridique d'arbitrage. Dans un second temps, l'attention a porté sur la manifestation du recours à l'arbitrage et ainsi sur la décision des organisations internationales de mettre en mouvement le titre juridique d'arbitrage. La détermination du recours à l'arbitrage par les organisations internationales alors rendue possible par une étude du titre juridique les autorisant à recourir à l'arbitrae et de leur décision d'y recourir conduit, finalement, à une certaine idée de la justiceRecourse to arbitration is the preferred method of international organizations for the settlement of their disputes. However, this action has never been the object of a comprehensive study, neither in the Anglophone nor in the Francophone scholarship. This thesis has sought out the shade of a practice largely unexplored. To achieve this, we sought to determine the process of creation and manifestation of arbitration by international organizations. How, indeed, that action is formed ? Which form does it take ? This questioning involves to initially focus on the actions required by positive law to allow international organizations to resort to arbitration. These actions are the base for the legal actions of international organizations, that is to say a special authorization by which organizations can be involved in arbitration proceedings by giving to an organ the ability to hear their disputes. This authorization is the legal title to arbitration. The second part focuses on the manifestation of arbitration and on the decision of international organizations to put in motion the legal right to arbitration by international organizations is then made possible by the study of the legal right to authorize the use of arbitration and its decision to use it leads ultimately to a certain idea of justice

Ces derniers organisent leur patrimoine et accroissent leurs richesses au gré de leurs intérêts réciproques : la création de personnes morales, les contrats de vente, de concession de licence, les donations… sont autant de conventions potentiellement supports d’une imposition soit en tant qu’objet de droit ; soit en qualité de sujet de droit. Conséquence d’une contradiction entre la sécurité du commerce juridique et la prévention contre les abus des contribuables, le concept d’opposabilité des conventions de droit privé oscille entre deux tendances opposées : le respect de la volonté des parties contractantes ou leur sacrifice au nom de l’intérêt général. Les conséquences du contrat au regard du droit fiscal induisent une interrogation fondamentale : dans quelle mesure les conditions et les effets de l’opposabilité des conventions de droit privé sont-ils transposables en droit fiscal ?The contracts are the materials needed to trade and private subjects can not ignore their tax consequences. They organize their assets and increase their wealth according to their mutual interests: the creation of legal entities, sales contracts, licensing, donations. . . As a consequence of a contradiction between the legal trade security and prevention against abuse of taxpayers, the concept of enforceability of contracts oscillates between two opposing tendencies: the respect for the will of the parties or their sacrifice on behalf of interest. Comment "l'authenticité" et la vraissemblance du film historique sont-elles construites? des stratégies visent à faire adhérer le public aux nécessaires anachronismes, dont la présence de conseillers, les interviews, mais surtout la représentation in absentia : la métonymie (le hors-champ), l'ellipse, la parabole et les horizons de significations qui s'étendent jusqu'au savoir tacite des spectateurs. Les ressemblances entre les deux pays gagnent en importance, notamment en ce qui concerrne les représentations de la 2e Guerre et de l'Holocauste. Le rapport culturel au passé est double : l'image-mémoire, angle de vue charnel du monde vécu : l'image-histoire, temps événementiel et distant des plans d'ensemble et du système politique. Les images-histoire renvoient au champ politique au sens strict : l'Etat. Les images-mémoire accompagnent des mémoires ou identités collectives (génération, religion, culture : artistes), interprétées dans l'espace publicThe main question is whether national cultures have a specific representation of History. Ce travail porte sur quelques-unes des œuvres de deux écrivains majeurs du XXe siècle : le portugais António Lobo Antunes (1942-) et le français Claude Simon (1913-2005). Notre rapprochement interroge la représentation de l’ordre mnésique au sein de la fiction, dans une démarche se revendiquant d’une mimésis de la vie intérieure. Chez ces deux écrivains, la mémoire est un principe structurant de la fiction. Notre réflexion tourne donc autour de trois axes principaux : la mémoire, la représentation, et la fiction. Quelques remarques sur la nature mnésique de l’écriture et sur l’autobiographie nous mènent à définir une catégorie théorique, l’écriture de la mémoire, dans laquelle transparaît un art poétique partagé par les deux écrivains. Nous nous intéressons longuement au rôle de la mémoire au niveau du narrateur et de la configuration temporelle. En outre, nous examinons quelques thématiques (l’Histoire et la guerre, la métamorphose, la quête) sous l’angle de la question identitaireThis research is about some of the works of two major writers of the 20th century: The Portuguese author António Lobo Antunes (1942-), and the French writer Claude Simon (1913-2005). We seek to review the representation of the mnemonic order within their fictional universe, which leads to the notion of an inner mimesis. In their novels, memory appears to be a fundamental pole within fiction. Hence, we will focus our research on three main concepts: memory, representation, and fiction. From the considerations of the act of writing as a patent case of memory involving as well autobiography, one can therefore establish a theoretical category, memory writing, embodying their common approach to the art of writing. Thus, aim is to query the role of memory within both the narrator and the configuration of time. Furthermore, we analyze some of the fictional subjects (History and war, transformations of the self, the search of identity) from the point of view of the identity

En nous interessant a la peinture, aux objets et aux machines, a la photographie, au cinema, au theatre et a la publicite, nous avons tente de tracer les bornes d'un "terrain" suffisamment ouvert et ample, pour fonder notre investigation theorique. En analysant ces oeuvres, et, implicitement, les techniques qui furent employees pour leur construction, nous avons montre que leur "cellule de base" etait le fragment, que l'heterogeneite des "morceaux choisis" qu'elles mettaient en scene privilegiait le heurt et la confrontation, contre une illusoire et apparente harmonie. Grandissant aux deux points opposés de l’horizon juridique, les deux ordres rivaux de responsabilités contractuelle et délictuelle, réclamant, revendiquant à toute occasion, une plus large place au soleil et prétendant résoudre, chacun par sa seule vertu, les conflits de droits les plus aigus, peuvent-ils finir un jour par trouver un rapport pacifique de cohabitation ? Discuté depuis longtemps, le rapport entre la responsabilité contractuelle et délictuelle, et particulièrement la question de l’option entre ces deux dernières, a toujours tenté les juristes contemporains et mis à l’épreuve leur esprit critique tout comme leur capacité de systématisation. Est-il alors légitime de reprendre un tel thème après les importants travaux qui lui ont été réservés ? A première vue, on peut penser que le sujet a cessé d’être problématique surtout après les travaux effectués en droit français par E. N. Martine et N. Espagnon systématisant tous les deux, d’une manière lumineuse, le principe du non-cumul. Un principe cher à la jurisprudence française qui, appuyée par la quasi-totalité des auteurs, refuse tout recours aux articles 1382 à 1386 du Code civil lorsque les conditions d’application de la responsabilité sont également remplies. Ainsi peut-on lire dans certains arrêts que les articles 1382 et suivants sont sans application lorsqu’il s’agit d’une faute commise dans l’exécution d’une obligation résultant d’un contrat ou que le créancier d’une obligation contractuelle ne peut se prévaloir contre le débiteur de cette obligation, quand bien même il y aurait intérêt, des règles de la responsabilité délictuelle. Certains arrêts se veulent plus exhaustifs et précisent que l’exclusion de la responsabilité délictuelle nécessitait un manquement commis dans l’exécution d’une obligation résultant d’une convention dont il ne saurait être fait abstraction pour apprécier la responsabilité engagée. Malgré l’instabilité des formules que certains regrettent, il est clair que les juges français refusent toute ingérence des règles délictuelles dans le contrat.

The company’s website launched in the United States in 1994 by Jeffrey Bezos as an online bookstore, later diversified to offer a broad line of products in multiple warehouses across the US. With successful expansion, Amazon.com is now available worldwide in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Brazil and China (SECdatabase, 50). The company directly sells or acts as a third – party to deliver the products to customers. As of the first quarter in 2011, Amazon has approximately 137 million active customers worldwide (Szkutak, 1).
In 2007, CEO Jeff Bezos lead Amazon in a new direction by introducing the eReaderKindle, offering a new platform for digital books and other e-print media. The Kindle allows users to read, shop for, download and browse eBooks, newspaper, magazines, blogs and websites using Wi-Fi. The 3G Kindle uses Sprint’s 3G cellular services to allow immediate customer purchase and download from the Amazon Kindle store, with no connectivity charges. The base model e-ink Kindle features a 6” screen, while the Kindle DX has a 10” screen and the newly introduced Kindle Fire has 7” multi-touch colored screen. The Kindle is designed for people who favor a small, compact electronic device to carry in their pockets or bags.
The purpose of this paper is to detail the development, technology, opportunities as well as challenges associated with Amazon Kindle in relate to the publishing industry. The paper also discusses whether the 6” eReader device will change reading habits and its impact on hardcopy publishing businesses worldwide.

Colleges and universities are now part of an ecosystem that includes educational technology companies. As more faculty adopt Web 2.0 technologies, institutions of higher education must seek sustainable methods to support faculty and this may involve collaborations with ecosystem partners. The purpose of this action research study was to improve the support resources provided by the VoiceThread organization, a Web 2.0 tool provider, to its higher education users. This study was guided by three questions: a) is there a significant difference in faculty perceptions about the pedagogical benefits of VoiceThread between faculty who examine VoiceThread in an eBook and faculty who examine VoiceThread through a webinar; b) how can an eBook be designed to support the diverse needs of 21st century faculty; and c) what are the support needs of faculty who teach with VoiceThread? A purposeful sample of 53 full-time and part-time faculty from 2-year and 4-year institutions was randomly assigned to a control or treatment group. Quantitative data was collected through a pretest and posttest survey. Qualitative reflection and interview data was also collected. The study found that the eBook did not have a more significant impact on faculty perceptions than the webinars. Findings also show that eBooks used to support faculty should incorporate a blend of technology and pedagogy, include real-world teaching examples, discuss instructional design strategies and student perspectives, be accessible from anywhere at any time, include hyperlinks to videos and other resources, and incorporate illustrations and icons. Flexible, online faculty support services support faculty more effectively than on-campus workshops. The findings show that supporting faculty involves more than access to resources, however. Faculty who teach with VoiceThread feel isolated from their peers and see the eBook as a vehicle that may facilitate conversations about teaching with VoiceThread with peers, influence increased adoption on campus, and improve the likelihood of acquiring a site license. This study encouraged the VoiceThread organization to re-examine the value of the eBook to its higher education users and, as a result, will now provide the eBook as a free resource to all faculty, as opposed to institutions with a site license. Additional research should consider how free, open eBooks co-created through faculty and Web 2.0 company partnerships support part-time and full-time faculty across multiple institutions.

Aborda el diseño de juegos de cartas intercambiables o TCG1 producidos en Chile a partir de entrevistas a quienes produjeron, jugaron y coleccionaron este producto gráfico, además de una revisión de la bibliografía referente a teoría del juego, al origen de estas piezas y su cronología en nuestro país, con el fin de rescatar este patrimonio visual y realizar un aporte a la disciplina. Se genera una categorización y sistematización de muestras en base a criterios curatoriales de diseño gráfico, comprendiendo sus marcas corporativas, sus experiencias de uso, líneas conceptuales de cada colección, sus composiciones morfológicas, ilustraciones, sistemas infográficos, colores, tipografías, uso de packaging2 y sus métodos de impresión y terminaciones gráficas. Una vez definida la etapa proyectual, con su respectivo proceso metodológico, que contempla el planteamiento de objetivos y gestión de recursos, según la planificación de etapas de desarrollo y tareas por cumplir, se inició el proceso creativo para el diseño de un libro electrónico, contemplando aspectos editoriales, audiovisuales y de interacción digital, según la revisión de referentes y la observación de los elementos y fenómenos presentes en los TCG chilenos.

Il lavoro che viene proposto in questo studio prende in considerazione la tutela e la valorizzazione del patrimonio librario e documentario che per sua natura necessita di essere relegato e allo stesso tempo liberato dall’ombra degli scaffali, tuttavia renderlo disponibile per il godimento delle persone lo rende fragile: il cogliere le sue parole non vuol solamente dire appropriarci dei suoi contenuti ma anche del suo corpo. Come definito dall’articolo 9 della Costituzione italiana è nostro compito rendere accessibile e pubblica la conoscenza in favore delle generazioni che verranno dopo di noi e come dovere nei confronti del passato e del futuro. Come afferma Seneca “Nulla è eterno e solo poche cose sono durevoli”, tuttavia grazie alle odierne possibilità tecnologiche rendere materiali fragili, come la carta o il papiro, eterni è possibile e questo studio vuole capire come.
Dopo una breve parentesi nella quale si cerca di capire le motivazioni che ci spingono a conservare, preservare e tramandare la conoscenza contenuta nelle carte di archivi e biblioteche, si passa allo studio di progetti di digitalizzazione attivati da alcuni Stati, per passare a quelli di portata europea, mondiale e privata. Vengono quindi presentate tre linee guida: quelle fornite dall’IFLA, quelle redatte per il progetto MINERVA e le indicazioni del progetto EUROPEANA. Realizzando una summa di tali metodologie si cerca una pratica soddisfacente per l’attuazione di progetti di digitalizzazione che sfocino nella creazione di ebook di manoscritti rari con correlate informazioni e metadati.
In conclusione tale tracciato viene applicato in un caso guida che vede come soggetto parte di un faldone di proprietà dell’Archivio di Stato di Venezia redatto dall’istituzione dei Savi alle acque nel 1600.

Le progrès de l'enseignement s'est accompagné de la naissance d'une génération protestataire. La manifestation de grève lycéenne du 14 mars 1968 marque un grand tournant. L'indépendance trouve ses partisans et la situation socio-politique se dégrade. L'indépendance est anticipée et autoproclamée le 6 juillet 1975. Dans la dynamique de l'indépendance, l'ASEC se radicalise, défend une indépendance totale et immédiate et participe à la formation du FPU. Elle situe son anticolonialisme dans une logique historique, récupère toutes les luttes du peuple comorien contre l'occupation française. Elle défend l'unité nationale et l'intégrité territoriale, résiste aux pouvoirs putshistes pour connivence avec l'impérialisme français. Elle se présente comme l'héritière de la mémoire collective nationale et se mobilise pour la promotion d'une nouvelle culture nationale afin de rehausser le patriotisme révolutionnaire. Elle prône la révolution nationale démocratique et populaire, milite pour un État unitaire fort capable de défendre l'unité nationale, dénonce toute hégémonisme dans le monde et soutient les mouvements de libération nationale. Le mouvement patriotique révolutionnaire incarne La Voix du Peuple, relaie toutes les souffrances du peuple, s'en prend à toutes les corruptions et prêche pour l'avènement d'un État de droit. It comes like the heiress of collective national memory and mobilizes oneself for the promotion of a new national culture so to heighten the revolutionary patriotism. The patriotic movement revolutionary personifies the voice of people, relieves his suffering, denounces all forms of corruptions and pleads for a state of law. Si jusque-là seules les côtes étaient visitées, le continent gardait encore de nombreux mystères. Dans la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle, des explorateurs déferlent, mûs par le désir de découverte. Côté français, Pierre Savorgna De Brazza (au terme de deux voyages) arrive au Gabon, crée Franceville, avant de descendre le cours de I'Alima et signer à Mbé, en 1880, un accord de cession avec le roi Makoko. Toutefois, par suite des rivalités qui opposent encore les puissances occidentales sur le terrain, le chancelier allemand Bismarck convoque une conférence internationale à Berlin en 1884-1885. De celle-ci, découle la « balkanisation » du continent donnant ainsi naissance aux grands ensembles de territoires. En 1910, l’Afrique Equatoriale Française (A. E. Implanté autour des années 30 par un pasteur dissident franco-suisse de la Mission Evangélique de Paris, ce christianisme a suscité d'emblée l'intérêt de la population indigène. Organisé sous la dénomination historique de l'Eglise des Assemblées de Dieu, ce pentecôtisme se présente comme la première œuvre missionnaire française à l'étranger et le point de départ de l'expansion de cette nouvelle forme de religiosité en Afrique centrale. La thèse appréhende les enjeux socio-historiques de la transnationalisation de cette Eglise. Mouvement minoritaire mais aux stratégies d'évangélisation spectaculaires, cette étude soulève aussi la question de la conversion de nombreux fidèles à cette religion considérée comme une « secte » par l'Etat, les médias et une grande majorité de la population et les conséquences sociales de ce changement religieux. La force du pentecôtisme consiste à proposer à ses fidèles de nouvelles formes de sociabilités qui leur permettent de faire face au monde des non-convertisThe pentecostalism, major religious phenomenon of the turning of the 21st century, is considered in this thesis in the Gabonese context (central Africa). Established around the thirties by a French-Swiss dissident pastor of the Evangelic Mission of Paris, this Christianity immediately caused a strong interest for the indigenous people. Organized under the "Church of the Assemblies of God" historical denomination, this pentecostalism is the first French missionary undertaking abroad and the heart of the expansion of this new form of religiosity in central Africa. The thesis apprehends the socio-historical stakes of the transnationalization of this Church, which is in short a minor movement but with spectacular strategies of evangelization. This study also brings up the question of the conversion of many believers to this religion considered as a "sect" by the State, the media and a large majority of the population and the social consequences of this religious turn. L’objectif de cette thèse de doctorat est de montrer, à rebours de certaines déclarations de Marguerite Yourcenar revendiquant la monodie (dans ses romans à la première personne) et la polyphonie (dans certains romans impersonnels), que les premiers sont en réalité polyphoniques et que ceux qui sont dits polyphoniques le sont sur la base d’une conception ordinaire de la notion. Pour cela, on part d’une reproblématisation de la voix narrative qui dépasse la matérialité de la parole du narrateur à laquelle la narratologie « classique » l’a réduite pour envisager le « point de vue » comme voix. C’est pour dire que, métaphoriquement, la voix n’est pas que de la parole; elle est aussi cet état de réflexivité antérieure à l’émission de la parole. En tirant profit des apports de la linguistique énonciative, on montre ensuite que la voix peut se donner à voir sous la forme d’une subjectivité infra-verbale qui ne s’incarne pas dans l’« appareil formel de l’énonciation ». Avec la forte représentation du corps, on montre aussi que le processus énonciatif est une affaire corporelle. Ces trois dimensions – narratologique,linguistique et corporelle – présentent en somme la métaphore de la voix comme un cumul de plusieurs sens dans le roman de Marguerite Yourcenar. Comme la voix y est toujours pensée en rapport avec une conception du sujet et qu’elle est en relation dialogique avec d’autres voix, on donne enfin les effets de sens réel et les effets esthétiques qu’elle cherche à produireThe purpose of this doctoral thesis is to show, contrary to some statements by Marguerite Yourcenar where she claims the monody (in her novels narrated in the first person) and the polyphony (in some impersonal novels), that the first ones are in fact polyphonic and that those said polyphonic are so, on the basis of an ordinary conception of the notion. For that, we begin with questioning again the narrative voice which goes beyond the materiality of the narrator’s words which it has been reduced by the “classical” narratology to contemplate the “point of view” as a voice. That is to say that, metaphorically, the voice is not only words, it is also this state of reflexivity prior to the utterance of words. Profiting from the benefits of enunciative linguistics, it is then shown that the voice can be displayed as an infra verbal subjectivity which is not incarnate in the “formal” apparatus of the enunciation. With the prevailing representation of the body, it is also indicated that the enunciative process is about body language. All in all, the narratological, linguistic and corporal dimensions present the metaphor of the voice as a combination of a lot of meanings in Marguerite Yourcenar’s novel. As in her novel the voice is always considered in keeping with a conception of the subject and that it is in a dialogical connection with other voices, finally the real meaning effects and the aesthetic effects that it tries to produce are unveiled

L’une des raisons d’être du projet d’innovation organisationnelle est l’introduction de technologies nouvelles. Celles ci sont convoquées pour jouer un rôle dans le remodelage de l’organisation. Au-delà des discours déterministes, l’approche structurationniste nous a montré que la relation entre la technologie et le social est réflexive. Mais les modélisations qui s’en suivirent ne rendent pas suffisamment compte de la dimension stratégique de l’introduction d’une TIC. Les problématisations qui y sont proposées, en particulier sur l’appropriation, sous estiment l’instrumentalisation des attributs normatifs et prescriptifs de la technologie. Nous proposons, pour pallier cette lacune, de concevoir l’objet technique non seulement comme une construction sociale réflexive, mais également comme un intermédiaire praxéologique. Le sens de la technologie n’émerge pas simplement de son appropriation par les individus. Il est également orienté par l’utilisation stratégique qu’en fait l’acteur en enactant l’aspect normatif qui sert la vision organisationnelle qu’il veut défendre. L’objet technique était un actant porteur de sens, malléable dans une certaine mesure, il devient un levier de transaction. Afin de formaliser cette nouvelle conception de l’objet technique, nous proposons une théorie de l’objet socio technique dans le projet d’organisation. Elle s’établit autour de deux systèmes de changement discursif et concret qui articulent les différentes fonctions de l’objet technique (objet normatif, objet médiateur cognitif, système normatif stabilisé, système normatif dynamique, système agi symbolique, système agi stratégique) dans ses interactions avec les acteurs et l’organisation. The deterministic approach of the matter has been overtaken by structurationnist ones in highlighting the fact that the relationship between social structures and technology is reflexive. But the latter theories still failed to render the strategic dimension of the introduction of an ICT in the organization. Their conceptualizing appropriation underevaluates the use of the normative and prescriptive attributes of technology. In order to improve this point, we offer a complementary approach of the technical object, not only considered as a reflexive social construction but also as a praxeologic mediator. Technology meaning not only emerges from its social appropriation, it is also oriented by the actor’s strategic use of it in enacting a specific normative attribute so as to promote the organizational vision he favours. The technical object which used to be a flexible and sensemaking actant has turned into a transactional lever. In this perspective we offer a theory on the sociotechnical object in organizational project. It relies on two discursive and tangible change systems articulating the different functions of the technical object (the normative object, the cognitive mediator object, the stabilized normative system, the dynamic normative system, the symbolic enacted system, the strategic enacted system) within the interactions between the actors and the organization. L'œuvre cinématographique d'Abbas Kiarostami s'inscrit dans ce mouvement culturel, son cinéma cherchant à dérober les objets au regard au lieu de les exhiber. Le «voile» est d'abord un outil de protection contre le voyeurisme et nous ouvrons le débat sur les procédés que le cinéaste utilise pour s'adapter aux règles d'un pays islamique. Nous poursuivons notre analyse en envisageant le « voile» comme un concept désignant une représentation abstraite et un langage herméneutique. Cette esthétique dépasse largement la question du voyeurisme, elle est à l'origine d'une conception du «beau» et d'une manière spécifique d'appréhender le monde. La négation du corps apparent a pour finalité d'anéantir la vision du «sensible» pour donner accès à l'« intelligible ». Elle rapproche cette esthétique de la philosophie platonicienne dont le cinéaste a hérité par l'intermédiaire de la philosophie dite « Orient» dont nous donnons un bref aperçu avant l'étude cinématographique proprement dite.

La recherche est initialement motivée par le constat de l'apparition, dans le discours juridique contemporain, de l'idée selon laquelle la personne est titulaire d'un « droit de disposer de son ». Cette notion surprend à plusieurs égards. D'une part en effet, il existe une large imprécision quant aux sources formelles d'un tel droit ; d'autre part, pris dans une acception maximaliste, un droit de la personne à disposer de son corps engloberait un droit de disposer de sa vie, généralement envisagé comme « droit a la mort ». Dès lors, le premier temps de la recherche cherche à comprendre les causes de l'apparition d'un tel droit dans le discours juridique, et tente d'en mesurer la conformité potentielle avec le droit positif (soit, sa validité formelle), notamment en envisageant ses manifestations possibles autour du moment de la mort ; sont envisagés successivement le droit de disposer de son corps avant et après la mort. L'analyse rencontre alors un obstacle, tant il apparait que la stricte analyse formelle de la proposition selon laquelle il existe un droit de disposer de son corps, notamment autour du moment de la mort, ne mène à aucune conclusion catégorique quant à sa validité juridique. Il est alors intéressant de noter que les assertions doctrinales de l'existence d'un tel droit recourent souvent à des critères de la validité juridique autres que strictement formels, et, notamment, empirique et axiologique. L'analyse cherche donc à envisager la proposition générale à l'aune de ces critères spécifiques : l'idée selon laquelle la personne a le droit de disposer de son corps renvoie peut-être à ce qui est, ou a ce qui devrait être. A nouveau, ce sont les manifestations autour du moment de la mort, d'un tel droit qui constituent le cadre de l'interrogation. Mais, tout comme une seule conception formelle de la validité juridique n'avait pas permis d'expliquer l'apparition de la notion de droit de disposer de son corps dans le discours juridique, des conceptions empirique ou axiologique s'avèrent insuffisantes. Confrontée à une notion dont elle ne parvient pas à rendre compte de la validité juridique, l'analyse devient critique a l'égard de la notion même. Celle-ci est alors envisagée comme un pur énoncé performatif ; et il parait justifié de la remettre en cause sur un plan juridique.

De Bertrade de Montfort (1057-1117) à Marie d'Angleterre (1496-1533), 29 reines de France se sont succédé dont 16 sont devenues douairières. Au travers de ces 16 exemples, nous avons tenté de cerner l'institution du douaire appliquée à la reine de France. En effet, si les différentes coutumes du royaume règlent le douaire des femmes, qu'en est-il pour une femme singulière, la reine de France? Pour cela, nous nous sommes tout d'abord attachés à connaitre l'origine de cette institution mais aussi, à comprendre le choix fait par la royauté des épouses des rois ou futurs rois de France. Si le douaire de la reine répond aux mêmes caractéristiques que celui de toute autre femme, sa consistance diffère et va évoluer très fortement durant cette période. Composé de quelques revenus sur des châtellenies au XIIe siècle, le douaire de la reine au XVe siècle est bien souvent assis sur la totalité des revenus d'une ou plusieurs châtellenies avec la jouissance de tous les droits qui s'y rattachent et qui jusqu'alors étaient du ressort du roi. Cette évolution place la douairière en situation d'administrer un territoire de plus en plus vaste. L'étude de ces châtellenies données en douaire et des droits délaissés par le roi se révèlent être riche d'enseignements. La gestion financière, judiciaire, politique de son douaire lui confère un rôle politique d'importance. Pourtant, nous ne la retrouvons que très rarement associée à la gestion du royaume même lorsqu'il y a vacance du pouvoir. Through this series of 16 examples, we have attempted to define the dower institution as applied to the queen of France. Indeed, if the different customs of the kingdom rule the dowers of women, what about the situation of the queen of France? We first set out to determine the origin of this institution but also to understand the choice of the monarchy of France’s kings or future kings' wives. If the queen's dower meets the same characteristics as that of any woman, its composition varies and evolves greatly at that period. Made up of some limited revenues from castellanies during the 12th century, in the 15th century the queen's dower consists of the entire earnings from one or several castellanies including the benefit of all the rights related to them and which until then, were reserved for the king. This evolution puts the dowager in the situation of ruling larger and larger amounts of territories. The study of these castellanies given as dowers and of the rights given up by the king is a tremendous learning experience. The financial, judicial and political administration of her dower gives the queen an important political role. However, she is only seldom associated with the administration of the kingdom, even when the kingdom is an abeyance. Being a dowager does not confer her any political right over the kingdom

Cette recherche-action, nourrie à la fois par mon histoire sociale de fils de Harki et ma pratique d'éducateur de rue et de chercheur, accrédite l'hypothèse d'une production de situation de non force sociale instituée à partir d'une norme administrative, conduisant à la dépolitisation des populations socialement disqualifiées. Dans cette optique, la situation des "harkis" et la population dite "jeunes de cités" résultent d'un processus qui organise et institue un rapport social fondé sur un principe de "non relation", qui assigne chacune de ces populations dans un système juridique et administratif constitué a priori. Or, notre thèse soutient que pour permettre aux institutions de construire du lien social là où elles ont tendance, parfois malgré elles, à construire du contrôle et de l'assignation collective, l'action à visée transformatrice doit se situer au niveau des organisations. Car, comme l'indique l'analyseur "prévention spécialisée", leurs dynamiques sont au service d'un principe qui configure des situations d'assignation collective et organisent un "refus de relation", constitutif d'une forme d'exclusion sociale. Dans cette perspective, le "marginal sécant" correspond à l'"acteur générant", dans son rôle d'accompagnement des formes d'émancipation sociale. Fondée sur un processus visant à favoriser une dynamique de "développement endogène", la culture induite par le marginal sécant permettrait alors aux acteurs concernés par le changement, de saisir les contradictions instituées dans l'organisationThis action-research, fuelled both by my personal social history, as the son of an "harki", and by my experience as a street educator and researcher, substantiates the hypothesis that a social non-force is produced, and is established according to an adminidtrative standard, leading to the depoliticization of the socially disqualified populations. From this perspective, the situation of the "harki" and the so-called "suburban youth", are the result of a process wich organizes and sets up a social order based on a principle of "non-relationship", wich assigns each of these populations in a legal and administrative system established a priori. However, our thesis argues that in order to allow institutions to build up social cohesion where they have tendency, sometimes unwillingly, to build up collective assignment and control, the action aiming at a transformation has to come from the organizations. For, as the analyzer "specialized prevention" indicates, their dynamics are at the service of a principle that sets up situations of collective assignment and organizes a "denial of relationship", constitutive of a form of social exclusion. From this point of view, the "secant marginal" becomes the "generating actor", in his role of supporting forms of social emancipation. Based on a process aiming to promote dynamics of "endogenous development", the culture induced by the secant marginal would then allow the actors affected by the change, to grasp the contradictions instituted in the organization

On appréhende encore trop le cinéma de Rohmer à l'aune '’une fausse évidence : l'importance de la parole. Ce point de vue ampute une oeuvre qui place le corps au coeur de la représentation, car, au cinéma, “l'apparence est l'être”. Rohmer restaure l'intégrité du langage cinématographique : le corps de l'acteur ne serait en effet qu'un “sujet mince” s'il n'était incorporé par le jeu de la mise en scène à l'espace filmique. La beauté du corps humain, pétition de principe, est éprouvée au gré de récits prenant les héros au filet de leurs contradictions. Mais le corps dans sa singularité irréductible résiste aux grimaces des clichés, aux discours décalés, à la psychologie réductrice, à l'emprise des récits. La vie qui anime les corps des acteurs, des personnages et de l'oeuvre n'est pas seulement définie par le pouvoir de la pensée. L'inconscient fait aussi bouger ce qui menace de se figer, de se couper. La création cinématographique est pour Rohmer une tâche qui doit s'effacer face au réel découvert et se résoudre en une transparence. Mais les jeux de l'humour et de l'ambiguïté encadrent paradoxalement le caractère impénétrable de la forme finie et infinie qu'est l'humain. Ce cinéma de l'émotion retenue a comme ultime enjeu de toucher le spectateur.

In the era of digital information explosion, reading digital contents has become an everyday routine. With the growing concerns over the environmental issues, the advance of E-Book is gaining its importance and momentum. E-Book offers more convenience and lower cost than the traditional books; however it also has disadvantages; such as it can be easily downloaded and copied illegally. This weakness leads to lower profits and harder for publishers to recoup the cost; also, it can have negative impact to the sales of traditional books; thus dampen the publishers’ desire to publish more E-Books. This research aims to prevent illegal download and copy of E-Book by linking RFID Tag with E-Book; such as a unique Tag ID is embedded in a RFID Tag, and the list of legitimate readers is stored in the database on a RADUIS Server; this will allow only the readers who own this Tag ID to download the linked E-Book. This thesis also implements a security authentication mechanism to ensure the legitimacy of the RFID Tag and prevent illegal access; this security authentication mechanism applies an easy and effective encryption to the communications between the RFID tag and the RADUIS server; thus expand the protection to authentication process between RFID Tag and RADUIS Server and guarantee the RFID Tag can’t be duplicated or decoded illegally. Furthermore, to protect readers against hackers, the Secured TCP/IP Connections with SSL is used between the communications of the E-Book Reader and the RADUIS Server; thus, user’s reading habits and contents are secured at all time.
