Product inventory in pharmacies is one of problem in controlling drug supplies. How to provide an efficientproduct, need the right calculation with the right method. Theapproach used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Source of data in this research using primery data sourcesobtained directly from the company. Data collection data using documentation and interviews. Data analysis used inthis research using Economic Order Quantity. The forcasting results for ordering efficient drugs in 2019 are: first,Amlodipine 5 mg 10.153 boxes are needed and at a cost of Rp. 12,843,264.00. Second, Simvastatin 20 mg 25.288 boxesare need at the cost of Rp. 30,44,245.00.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan pemesanan persediaan suku cadang, dan untuk mengetahui kegiatan penyediaan suku cadang apakah telah memenuhi nilai-nilai ekonomis dalam pemanfaatan bidang keuangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, serta untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan penyediaan suku cadang telah sesuai dengan metode Economic Order Quantity. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana study kasus dilakukan di PT. Komatsu Reman Asia Balikpapan. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah metode Economic Order Quantity. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kuantitas pemesanan suku cadang yang termasuk dalam fast moving determinant item dengan memakai metode Economic Order Quantity pada periode 2011-2014 mengalami kenaikan setiap tahun bersamaan dengan bertambah banyaknya permintaan suku cadang. Total biaya persediaan suku cadang menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity mengalami kenaikan. Total biaya persediaan suku cadang terendah yaitu pada periode 2011 dan total biaya tertinggi pada periode 2014. Sistem kegiatan suku cadang PT. Komatsu Reman Asia masih belum sesuai dengan penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity karena total cost yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak perusahaan pada periode 2011-2014 lebih besar dari total cost dengan menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity. Sehingga penyediaan suku cadang belum memenuhi nilai-nilai ekonomis dalam pemanfaatan bidang keuangan guna pemenuhan

The matter of vehicle selection, optimizing the order quantity or optimizing logistics costs is extensively discussed in both Polish and foreign literature. In numerous publications, the necessity of decision making in transport or in other related areas with respect to total logistics costs is addressed. Nevertheless, problems arising from the effect of vehicle selection on Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), while fully taking into account transport costs, fails to be mentioned. This paper presents a decision-making model for transport selection taking into consideration total logistics costs and a newly obtained formula for the economic order quantity which separates transport costs into fixed costs, variable costs dependent on the driving distance and operation time, as well as other variable costs. Analyses pertaining to the impact of cargo value and volumetric weight on vehicle selection and on Economic Order Quantity are also conducted.

The obligation or the traditional question in inventory models is how much or how many of inventory items to order. In inventory control, the economic order quantity, EOQ is varies from model to another based on the variables and assumptions. This paper develops the EOQ using two deterministic inventory models (Purchases model and production model with shortage) of multi-items when the objective function is subjected to a constrained number of items quantities. The constraints are supposed to be active if the left-hand side does not satisfy the right-hand side condition. Thus, to achieve the new formula of multi-item EOQ in each of the two models with the constraint, Lagrange method have been used. Finally, to provide the proposed model a numerical example has been used.

Perusahaan Roti kering kenari cap tiga daun merupakan salah satu perusahaan kecil di desa Mamala. Perusahaan manufaktur harus teliti dalam setiap proses produksi agar dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan memperoleh keuntungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalkan persediaan bahan baku dan produksi roti kering kenari. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). Pada penelitian awal , peneliti mendapati persediaan bahan baku pada tahun 2019, 2020, dan 2021 masih cukup besar. Peneliti juga mendapati pada tahun 2019 kelebihan produksi sebesar (10,55%) dari total produksi, pada tahun 2020 sebesar (11%) dari total produksi, pada tahun 2021 sebesar (10,10%) dari total produksi. Persediaan bahan baku optimal tiap kali pesan pada tahun 2019 kenari sebesar 702,61 kg, terigu sebesar 1.719,61 kg, margarin sebesar 195,92 kg, gula sebesar 333,72 kg, dan ragi sebesar 104,72. Pada tahun 2020 kenari sebesar 758,36 kg, terigu sebesar 1.777,13 kg, margarin sebesar 191,98 kg, gula sebesar 320,51 kg, dan ragi sebesar 94,98 kg. Pada tahun 2021 kenari sebesar 649,72 kg, terigu sebesar 1.742,63 kg, margarin sebesar 180,95 kg, gula sebesar 303,97 kg, dan ragi sebesar 92,12. Produksi optimal pada tahun 2019 sebesar 112,85 kg, tahun 2020 sebesar 108,77 kg, tahun 2021 sebesar 111,11 kg.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh optimalisasi pemesanan persediaan yang dilakukan oleh metode EOQ terhadap perusahaan Alifastore. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder selama 3 tahun dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2014.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan selisih perhitungan metode economic order quantity (EOQ) dengan rata-rata penjualan perminggu sebanyak 76 unit. Sedangkan selisih perhitungan pembelian aktual perminggu dengan rata-rata penjualan perminggu sebanyak 481 unit. Total rata-rata pembelian menggunakan metode EOQ memiliki eror lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan rata-rata pembelian yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, maka ada efisiensi biaya pembelian persediaan bila menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ).Kata Kunci: EOQ, Persediaan, Optimalisasi

Penelitian ini mencoba membangun sebuah aplikasi persediaan dengan menerapkan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) sebagai dasar pengembangan. Metode penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data pra pengembangan, pengembangan serta implementasi, dan pengumpulan data pasca pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan aplikasi persediaan dengan metode EOQ Probabilistik yang dengan menitikberatkan hasil dengan bentuk grafik untuk mempermudah pemilik perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan. UD Surabaya Rattan Industry as the middle scale of company is produced rattan chairs. This company is based on the job order to plan and develop the future company to its business strategy become mass production. In process production, the company always faces problems in the row material supply. If the row material supply is saved in long time period and there is bulking in storage it can make the rattans will be under level quality. The purpose of this research is giving information about the choosing methods of planning, controlling the row material supply with differ between Just in Time (JIT) method with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to minimize inventory value. The result of from chosen method for the planning of inventory control of raw material. Total Inventory Cost (TIC) which in it there are three element of it expense of that is expense of purchasing, expense of ordering, and also stock holding cost got TIC for the Method of Just in Time (JIT) period 13 to Rp233.129.629,71. While for the Method of Economic Order of Quantity (EOQ) at period 13 to Rp234,171,969.21. Calculation of Total Inventory Cost (TIC) as a whole ( period of time 1 year) by applying Method of Just In Time ( JIT) it can be seen Totalize Inventory Cost (TIC) Rp5,012,483,943.59 while by applying Economic Order of Quantity (EOQ) from Total of Inventory Cost (TIC) Rp518,088,399.86. Becoming method planning of inventory control the selected method of Just In Time (JIT) with thrift equal to Rp5,604,456.27.
