La memoria di un dirigente della CGIL catanese fa il punto sull'attività dei sindacati edili a Catania in due diverse fasi, alla fine del secolo scorso, rilevandone le differenze sia per l'acquisita consapevolezza del pericolo mafioso, sia per il rapporto con la maggiori imprese, quelle facenti capo ai cosiddetti "cavalieri". Mostra il difficile percorso compiuto per liberare l'attività sindacale dalla subalternità all'ideologia della "modernizzazione affaristica" e per riaffermare la compatibilità tra difesa dei lavoratori e difesa della legalità e dell'ambiente. Una linea che avrebbe permesso il dialogo con gli enti locali e il rilancio dell'attività edile davanti alla crisi provocata dal crollo dei "cavalieri".

Abstract:
Nel presente contributo si sono voluti comparare taluni aspetti della disciplina della tutela del contraente debole nel contratto di compravendita, figura che attualmente coincide con quella del consumatore, concentrando l’attenzione su alcuni istituti presenti nel diritto romano, in cui emergono alcune situazioni di disparità contrattuale. Nella disciplina dell’Editto degli edili curuli, i magistrati repubblicani stabilirono una normativa speciale per la dichiarazione dei vizi occulti nelle vendite di schiavi ed animali, presupponendo una responsabilità oggettiva del venditore che non si fosse attenuto alle disposizioni edilizie. Un intervento importante che andò a definire una settorializzazione della materia, inquadrata all’interno della vendita in generale. Da ciò derivava una sovrapposizione in livelli della disciplina giuridica negoziale: sul piano orizzontale si collocava la regolamentazione della vendita prevista dal ius civile, mentre sul piano verticale si innestava quella speciale, di ius honorarium, prevista dall’Editto degli edili curuli. Tale modalità si riscontra anche in ambito europeo con la Direttiva 1999/44/CE, a proposito della vendita di beni di consumo, che rappresenta la manifestazione più eclatante del ruolo che il legislatore europeo ha nell’ambito della protezione del consumatore in materia contrattuale. Come nel mondo antico, nella Direttiva 1999/44/CE l’intervento normativo è giustificato dall’esigenza di creare uno spazio di tutele maggiori destinate a determinati soggetti, nonché delimitate per contenuto e ambito.

Si tratta principalmente di maschi adulti capofamiglia che lasciano le proprie cittŕ per lavorare in cantieri edili e industrie. Questo tipo di lavoro è caratterizzato da aspetti di irregolaritŕ che la crescente casualizzazione del lavoro ha reso più acuti. Le interviste biografiche realizzate mostrano nel dettaglio la dura condizione di vita e di lavoro che queste persone devono affrontare.

Əksər hallarda çaylar, birincil sonsuzluq qeyd edildi (% 70.9 ± 1.9), lakin buna baxmayaraq nisbi pay ikincil sonsuzluq, spesifik hesab edilə bilər ölkə üçün. Sonsuzluğu olan insanların orta yaşı 30.1 ± 0.2 il idi və səbəblərdən asılı olaraq, məhsuldarlıq statistik olaraq əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə dəyişdi. Benzinin birbaşa yanma kamerasına vurulması üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş dörd vuruşlu, qığılcımla alışan mühərriklərin inkişafı avtomobil sənayesinin dünya miqyasında önəmli təşəbbüslərindən biridir. Bu cür mühərriklərin əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə artırılmış yanacaq qənaəti, keçici reaksiya və soyuq işə salma zamanı karbohidrogen emissiya səviyyələri üçün termodinamik potensialı benzinin birbaşa vurulmasını nəzərdə tutan yanma sistemlərini başa düşmək, inkişaf etdirmək və optimallaşdırmaq məqsədi daşıyan çoxlu sayda tədqiqat və təkmilləşdirmə layihələrinin həyata keçirilməsinə səbəb olmuşdur. Yanacağın vurulması, püskürtmənin atomlaşdırılması və buxarlanması, yükün soyudulması, qarışığın hazırlanması və silindrdaxili havanın hərəkətinin idarə edilməsi prosesləri fəal şəkildə tədqiq edilir və bu işlər ətraflı nəzərdən keçirilir və təhlil edilir. Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in beyan buyurduğuna göre insan, hem iyiliğe hem de kötülüğe kabiliyetli bir varlık olarak yaratılmıştır. Ne var ki lütuf ve keremi sonsuz olan Allah, insanı bu iki zıt kabiliyeti arasında şaşkın ve perişan bırakmamış, ona “akıl” gibi temyiz edici bir kuvvet vermiştir. Cenab-ı Hak Yüce Kitab’ında insanı, önüne İlâhi gerçekleri sere¬rek, devamlı aklını kullanmaya çağırmaktadır. Allah tarafından aklım kullanmayanlar zemmedilirken, akıl sahipleri yani kendilerine verilen akıl nimetini gerçek anlamda kullananlar da övülmektedirler. Kur’ân-ı Kerim’de insanları akletmeye yönelten ayetler olduğu gibi, akletme işini kalbin yaptığım, iman ve imansızlıkların kalpten çıktığım belirten ayetlerde pek çoktur. Çünkü kalp, insanı gerçek bil-giye götüren bir kaynaktır. İman, küfür, hasenat, seyyiat onun fiili erindendir. Bu yüzden kalp insanın özü ve günahın gerçek mahallidir. Bütün duyu¬lar, kalbin hizmetçileri durumundadır. Kur’ân’da duyular ile anlamanın, akletmenin merkezi sayılan kalp arasında çok sıkı bağlar vardır. Bu sebeple Kur’ân’da duyuları olmayanın düşünemeyeceği ve kendilerine duyular verilen insanların da niçin düşünemedikleri her zaman sorgulanmıştır. sâlim düşünebilmek için duyulardan istifade edil¬mesi gerektiği ifade edildiği gibi, duyular ve kalbin görevlerini yap-madıklarından, yani anlayıp akletmediklerinden de söz edilir. Gerçekte sağır ve dilsiz olmayan insanlar sağır ve dilsiz olarak vasıflandırılırlar.

Abstract:
Questa tesi PhD presenta i risultati ottenuti nello sviluppo di un sistema di misura per il rilevamento della temperatura e dell’umidità relativa in un ambiente domestico e anche in materiali edili come: pistrelle, cartongesso e vernici. Il lavoro svolto in questa tesi è inglobato nel progetto Europeo AXIOMA, il cui scopo è quello di sviluppare materiali smarts che possono rilasciare biocidi in seguito ad un preciso trigger per prevenire la crescita di organismi biologici. Le attività svolte nella mia tesi sono utilizzati per avere una precisa idea di quali debbano essere i valori di temperatura e umidità, che guidano il processo di crescita, nei materiali studiati. Momentaneamente si stima che nel 57 percento delle case in Europa hanno problemi di organismi biologici (funghi e alghe) che possono causare problemi sia strutturali che problemi di salute specialmente per l’apparato respiratorio. Oggigiorno la crescita di organismi biologici è contrastata da prodotti contenenti biocidi. Comunque il processo di rilascio dei biocidi è incontrollato e questi possono essere pericolosi per la salute della persona e dell’ambiente in particolare se viene usato ad alte concentrazioni. Un rilascio smart e controllato dei biocidi è possibile solo se le condizioni ambientali (temperatura e umidità) sono ben conosciute sia nell’ambiente interno che nei materiali dove i microrganismi biologici iniziano a crescere. Dal voler risolvere questo problema nasce lo scopo di questo progetto che ha come obbiettivo sviluppare materiali smart che possono rilasciare basse concentrazioni di biocidi per contrastare la nascita e la crescita di organismi biologici sulla superficie dei materiali. Con l’utilizzo di materiali smart, la vita media degli edifici può essere aumentata evitando pericoli di salute per le persone che vivono in questi ambienti. Questa tesi, grazie agli studi svolti in una casa normalmente abitata da persone, permette l’identificazione delle aree dove il rischio di crescita di alghe e muffe è più alta poiché in queste aree la temperatura e l’umidità relativa raggiungo i valori ottimali per la crescita di organismi biologici. La temperatura e l’umidità relativa sono state registrate nelle stanze di una casa per un periodo di due anni dove l’esperienza suggerisce una condizione ottimale per la crescita della muffa: bagno e cucina. E’ da sottolineare che i dati di temperatura e umidità relativa, registrati in una casa normalmente abitata da una famiglia, presentati in questi tesi non possono essere ritrovati in letteratura e troveranno un utilizzo nello sviluppo di un modello e di un software all’interno del progetto AXIOMA. Un ulteriore tema affrontato in questa tesi è lo studio del profilo di temperatura e di umidità all’interno dei materiali. I materiali edili studiati sono: pitture, cartongessi e piastrelle. E’ necessario conoscere il profilo nel materiale per raccogliere le informazioni necessarie per sviluppare un rilascio controllato di biocidi, attivato dal trigger dato da un preciso valore di temperatura e umidità. Per queste ragioni due modelli matematici, in grado di ottenere temperatura e umidità a particolari profondità conoscendo la temperatura e l’umidità superficiale e le caratteristiche igrotermiche dei materiali, sono proposti in questa tesi. A concludere vengono riportati anche test sperimentali per validare i dati sperimentali raccolti.
and system for the detection of the temperature and the relative humidity in indoor environment as well as inside buildings materials such as ceramic tiles, plasters and paints. The activities carried out for this thesis have also been included in a European research project denominated AXIOMA, whose aim is to develop smart materials that allow to have a controlled release of biocides at precise trigger points to prevent the growth of biological organisms in the building materials. The activities related to my thesis have been used to have a precise idea of what are the temperature and relative humidity values, which are among the main factors driving the growth processes, in the studied materials. According to the current estimate about 57 percent of European houses have problems of presence of biological organism (fungi and algae) which can cause aesthetic, structural and health troubles especially for the respiration apparatus. Products containing biocide today are used to contrast the growth of biological organisms. However the release process of biocides is uncontrolled and moreover, biocides can be dangerous for people’s health and for environment, if used in high concentrations. A smart and controlled release of biocide process is only possible if the environmental conditions (temperature and relative humidity) are well know either in the indoor environment either into the materials where the biological microorganisms start to growth. Timely release at low concentrations and only if biological growth is in course is therefore aimed to contrast the birth and growth of biological organism on the surface of the materials. By using smart materials the mean life of buildings can be increased and their reconditioning largely reduced, with no harm the health of the people who live in those environments. This thesis, thanks to the studies carried out in standard indoor scenario (a house where people live) and the use of a specific measurement procedure, allows the identification of the areas where the risk of mold and fungi’s growth is higher because in these areas the temperature and relative humidity conditions reach the optimal value for the growth of biological organisms. The temperature and the relative humidity have been recorded in the rooms of the house for a period of time of two years where experience suggests that mold is most likely to be present: the bathroom and the kitchen. Such large quantity of measured data (temperature and humidity in a house under normal conditions of use) were not available in literature and have been now been used in the AXIOMA project to tune the models and the software tools under development for the preparation of optimal smart materials. A second important issue dealt with this thesis is the study of the profile of temperature and moisture inside the studied materials. The building materials analyzed are: paints, coating and tiles. It is necessary to know this profile inside the material to provide the required information necessary to develop the smart release of biocide, which is also under specific temperature and moisture conditions. For this reason two mathematical models able to obtain the temperature and the moisture values inside the analyzed materials at a particular depth, when the surface temperature or relative humidity and the hygrothermical characteristics of the materials are known. have been proposed in this thesis and experimental tests to validate their agreement with experimental data are reported.

Abstract:
Lo scopo di questo progetto di tesi è lo studio e lo sviluppo di nuovi materiali da costruzione ad alte prestazioni, denominati geopolimeri, più sostenibili di quelli già ampiamente presenti sul mercato (come il cemento Portland), ottenuti dal recupero di materiali di scarto industriale nel rispetto dell'ambiente e lo sviluppo sostenibile. L'obiettivo principale è lo sfruttamento di varie tipologie di rifiuti argillosi (argille halloisitiche, caolinitiche e smectitiche) provenienti da operazioni minerarie, come potenziali precursori di materiali geopolimerici in un’ottica di economia circolare degli scarti da operazioni di estrazione mineraria. Sono stati approfonditi gli effetti delle principali variabili sperimentali, come la tipologia di matrice allumino silicatica, le condizioni e la temperatura dei tempi di presa, la composizione della soluzione attivante e i rapporti molari dei cationi Si:Al sul processo di geopolimerizzazione con la finalità ultima di ottenere le migliori proprietà dei prodotti finali. È stata studiata anche l'influenza della temperatura di calcinazione sulla reattività delle polveri allumino silicatiche e sulle proprietà dei materiali finali. Inizialmente il mix design delle formulazioni è stato focalizzato sull’utilizzo delle argille tal quali senza alcun pretrattamento di calcinazione. Successivamente sono state studiate le formulazioni con le argille calcinate, trattate a diverse temperature tra i 400-650°C. In seguito, è stata valutata l'aggiunta nel mix design della matrice di argilla, di basse percentuali di fillers reattivi, in particolare una sabbia ottenuta da un processo di lavaggio dell'argilla, una polvere di scarto di vetro di campana e un metacaolino commerciale (MK), per migliorare le proprietà chimico-fisiche e il grado di consolidamento dei materiali. Infatti, queste argille spesso non sono sufficientemente reattive per ottenere da sole formulazioni chimicamente stabili con proprietà meccaniche accettabili ma richiedono l'aggiunta di cariche reattive. Gli attivatori alcalini utilizzati nelle formulazioni sono NaOH 8M e Na2SiO3. I campioni sono stati realizzati a temperatura ambiente, ad eccezione di una serie di campioni realizzati con argilla non trattata e reticolati in condizioni di temperatura e umidità controllate. I campioni ottenuti, sono stati caratterizzati in termini di microstruttura e resistenza chimica e meccanica. La stabilità chimica è stata determinata con misure di pH e di conducibilità ionica dell'acqua di lisciviazione e la perdita in peso. Le variazioni sulla microstruttura sono state osservate con analisi di densità, XRD e SEM e testate le prestazioni meccaniche con la resistenza alla compressione. I tempi di presa del mix geopolimerico è stato studiato con il test con ago Vicat. Da questo studio sono state ottenute buone formulazioni di materiali ad alte prestazioni, consolidati a temperatura ambiente entro le 24-48h, con resistenza a compressione di circa 20-30 MPa. Sulla formulazione migliore sono state effettuate anche delle caratterizzazioni termiche e dilatometriche per valutarne la resistenza al riscaldamento. In linea con l'approccio dell'Economia Circolare, questa attività di ricerca mostra un possibile percorso di valorizzazione per diverse tipologie di materiali di scarto minerario ampiamente disponibili per creare leganti alternativi con ridotto impatto ambientale. Il consolidamento proposto a temperatura ambiente tramite attivazione alcalina di soluzioni a basso costo contenenti Na mantentiene i costi in linea con materiali da costruzione economici. A parte la soluzione acquosa, la tecnologia proposta non prevede consumi idrici, non genera a sua volta rifiuti, chiudendo così il ciclo dell'economia verde con una proposta di produzione senza acqua e senza rifiuti.
The aim of this research project is the study and development of new high-performance construction materials, namely geopolymers, more sustainable than those already widely on the market (such as Ordinary Portland Cement-OPC), obtained from the recovery of industrial waste materials, for an environmental protection and sustainable development. The exploitation of different kinds of clayey waste -halloysitic, kaolinitic and smectitic - from mining operations, as potential precursor of geopolymeric materials in the view of a circular economy of mines is the main goal of this study. The influence of the main experimental variables such as type of the aluminosilicate powder, curing condition and temperature, composition of activating solution and molar Si:Al cation ratios on the geopolymerization process were deepened to achieve the finest properties of the final products. The influence of the calcination temperature on the reactivity of the aluminosilicate powders and on the properties of the final products were investigated. The mix design of formulations started with the use of clays as received without any firing pre-treatment and it was continued with the use of calcined clays. The clays were thermally treated at the temperature of 400-650°C. Then, the addition of low percentages of reactive fillers, specifically a sand from a clay washing process, waste glass powder, and a commercial metakaolin (MK), into the mix design of waste clay-based materials was evaluated to improve the chemical-physical properties and the consolidation degree of the materials. In fact, these clays alone are often not sufficiently reactive to obtain chemically stable formulations with acceptable mechanical properties but require the addition of reactive fillers. The alkali activators used in the formulations are NaOH 8M and Na2SiO3. Samples were cured at room temperature, except for a particular set of samples made with untreated clay and cured in conditions of controlled temperatures and humidity. Samples obtained were characterized to evaluate the influence of synthesis parameters on the microstructure and chemical and mechanical resistance. The chemical stability was analysed with the pH and ionic conductivity of leachate water and weight loss. The comparison of setting times was evaluated with the Vicat needle test. The variations on the microstructure were observed with density, XRD and SEM analysis, and tested the mechanical performance with the compressive strength. From this study, good formulations of high-performance materials based on clayey waste, consolidated at room temperature during 24-48 h, with compressive strength of 20-30 MPa were obtained. Thermal and dilatometric characterizations were also carried out on the best formulations to assess their resistance to heating. In alignment with the Circular Economy approach, this research activity shows a possible route of valorisation for different typologies of mining waste materials widely available to create alternative binders with reduced environmental impact and good performances. Additionally, the room temperature consolidation via alkaline activation of low cost Na-bearing solutions is also proposed to keep costs in line with cheap building materials. Apart from the aqueous solution, the proposed technology has no-water consumption. It should also be noted that the proposed materials processing does not, in turn, generate waste, thus closing the loop of green economy circle with no-water and no-waste manufacturing proposal.

Nella storia si sono verificate crisi che hanno costretto popolazioni di diversi paesi ad affrontare momenti di difficoltà. La crisi contemporanea, inizialmente solo finanziaria, si è trasformata in grave crisi economica e presenta caratteristiche nuove ed aspetti inediti. Si è sviluppata in tutto il mondo un'ampia discussione sui comportamenti delle banche, dei fondi speculativi e delle istituzioni finanziarie, le quali utilizzando le possibilità consentite dalle legislazioni attuali hanno contribuito ad aggravare la crisi. Lo scopo di questa tesi è analizzare alcuni aspetti fondamentali della crisi economica e finanziaria globale ed, in seguito, approfondire la crisi che nel contesto italiano sta attraversando il settore edile. In primo luogo, mi sono impegnata a descrivere quali sono state le cause e le conseguenze della crisi attuale, risultato di una serie di decisioni della classe politica degli Stati Uniti, Paese in cui ha avuto origine e da cui in seguito si è manifestata nel resto del sistema economico industrializzato. Successivamente, mi sono focalizzata sulle misure adottate per contrastare la crisi ed il relativo intervento dei Governi. Le Banche centrali ed i governi hanno l'arduo compito di avviare una ripresa economica mediante politiche monetarie e fiscali che possano stabilizzare il sistema finanziario e rallentare la decelerazione produttiva. Nello specifico il loro intervento si è incentrato nell'evitare che la crisi di liquidità portasse al fallimento delle banche e delle istituzioni finanziarie. In un secondo momento, le politiche da attuare devono sostenere programmi di crescita e regolamentare l'attività delle banche attraverso strumenti che blocchino le speculazioni finanziarie. Successivamente, mi sono dedicata ad analizzare gli effetti che la crisi attuale ha avuto nel settore dell'edilizia in Italia. La crisi finanziaria è diventata una crisi economica di dimensioni globale. La bolla finanziaria e quella immobiliare sono esplose e l'effetto nel settore dell'edilizia è stato quello di un surplus di offerta rispetto alla domanda. Le aziende edili sono in difficoltà, data la mancanza improvvisa di liquidità dovuta alla crisi finanziaria che stanno attraversando gli istituti bancari, i quali non hanno più fiducia e rendono pressoché impossibile l'accesso al credito. Allo stesso tempo la pressione fiscale è sempre più alta che impone scadenze pressanti. A tutto ciò si aggiunge la saturazione del comparto immobiliare dovuta al bisogno di risparmio delle famiglie che non hanno i mezzi e/o le possibilità di investire. In seguito, ho sviluppato questo tema interessandomi ai possibili scenari che futuri che possano permettere una ripresa del settore, soffermandomi sulla necessità di investire in progetti di bio edilizia ed eco-sostenibilità. Vi è la necessità di innovare e intercettare nuovi mercati per cercare di uscire da questa congettura negativa del mercato edile in Italia. Dal canto delle istituzioni, è necessario un piano di aiuti statali focalizzati sulla sostenibilità di alcuni progetti e sulla riconversione ecologica e aumento del credito bancario che consentano la ripresa di questo settore che rappresenta un'importanza cruciale per l'economia italiana.

I Modellbücher di Bertolt Brecht e del Berliner Ensemble si configurano come elementi dal carattere duplice e controverso, in bilico fra lo statuto di exempla per i futuri allestitori e quello di dispositivi interni al lavoro dell’ensemble, risultanti dinamiche della processualità scenica. L’interesse per la fotografia e il montaggio, che in Brecht assume molteplici forme – dando vita, ad esempio, ad opere come L’Abicí della guerra – si colloca al centro della composizione di tali strumenti, veri e propri esempi di assemblaggio di frammenti scenici. I Modellbücher trovano la propria ragion d’essere entro le dinamiche della regia brechtiana, di cui si prestano a tradurre le pratiche. La tesi indaga lo statuto dei Modellbücher, facendo riferimento alla storia degli studi e all’indagine archivistica condotta presso il Bertolt-Brecht-Archiv di Berlino fra 2018 e 2019.
Brecht’s and Berliner Ensemble’s Modelbooks have double and controversial character, between the status of examples for other directors and that of devices for the work of the ensemble, dynamic resulting of the scenic process. The interest in photography and editing, which takes multiple forms in Brecht - giving life, for example, to works such as Kriegsfibel - is at the center of the composition of these instruments, which are examples of the editing of scenic fragments. The Modelbooks find their raison d'etre within the dynamics of the Brechtian direction whose practices they translate. The thesis investigates the status of the Modelbooks, referring to the history of studies and to the archival investigation at the Bertolt-Brecht-Archiv in Berlin between 2018 and 2019.

Abstract:
Seafood represents a very broad category of food and is a major source of protein in the human diet. The increase of its consumption and the epidemiological data confirm the role of seafood (especially shellfish) as a carrier of foodborne toxinfections and has brought the need for a higher monitoring level and an increase of the studies of their microbiological characteristics. Edible Lamellibranch Molluscs (M.E.L) are frequently involved in food poisoning outbreaks of outstanding severity, due to the fact that they are filter-feeding animals which tend to accumulate any toxic substances or microorganisms already present in their environment. In the context of food security, the main target is to ensure food health by fulfilling specific hygiene requirements and by means of monitoring activities on shellfish conducted on the production chain of mussels and within their own environment. Microbiological eligibility for human consumption (Reg CE 1441/2007) is based on only two fecal contamination bacteriological parameters (Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp) and does not provide the identification of other microorganisms which are naturally present within the marine environment and potentially pathogenic such as those belonging to the genus Vibrio. In accordance with the data provided by the Centre of Disease Control (USA), food poisoning linked to the consumption of shellfish is mainly related to (20%) enteric viruses (Corraine et al., 2007), hepatitis A virus (HAV), norovirus (NV), and marine environment pathogens, such as Vibrio spp, whereas faecal bacteria (Salmonella spp. and Escherichia coli) account just for 4% of the total (Serracca et al., 2007) (Lipp EK, Rose JB, 1997). In order to assess the hygienic quality and health of M.E.L (mussels, clams and oysters) bred in Sardinia, both parameters required by law (Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp) and Vibrios of major public health interest have been investigated in this study. Within the 440 examined samples, 40% contained potentially harmful Vibrios species to human being, while only in 6.4% of the samples, the levels of Escherichia coli were above the Italian legal limit and only within one sample, Salmonella spp was isolated. An interconnection between the presence of micro-organisms of fecal origin and potentially harmful Vibrios to human health was not detected. Vibrio bacterial strains have been identified by means of biochemical techniques. Vibrio cholerae strains have been processed through the use of serological and molecular identification techniques and their toxigenic properties have been evaluated by PCR assay (search for the toxin CT and gene for the toxin NAG-ST). Overall, 14 strains of Vibrio cholerae were isolated which were found to be non-O1 and non-O139 Vibrio cholerae (NCVs) and therefore unable to give epidemic cholera. No strain was found to be producing CT and NAG-ST toxins.

Les troubles du comportement alimentaire (TCA) touchent une part importante de la population et constitue un réel problème de santé publique, il est indispensable d’approfondir nos connaissances sur la physiopathologie des TCA afin d’identifier des perspectives thérapeutiques. L’écriture d’une revue systématique a permis d’évaluer la prévalence des TCA selon le sexe, l’origine géographique ou l’âge de la population étudiée et confirme son augmentation au cours des 15 dernières années. L’analyse des données épidémiologiques des patients avec un TCA de la cohorte Eating Disorder and Longitudinal Survey (EDILS) a souligné le stress et le régime alimentaire comme facteurs de survenue et des similarités entre les comorbidités des 3 catégories larges de TCA (Restrictive, boulimique et compulsive). Ces comorbidités étaient fortement associées entre elles et, selon un cercle vicieux pourrait contribuer au maintien de la physiopathologie des TCA. La littérature suggère l’implication d’une dérégulation peptidergique de la prise alimentaire au cours des TCA qui pourrait inclure un mécanisme immunitaire. Les analyses des échantillons plasmatiques de la cohorte ont permis de mieux définir les profils biologiques de peptides et immunoglobulines associés aux 3 catégories larges de TCA et d’évaluer leur utilité pour le phénotypage des patients. La collecte de selles dans la cohorte offre également la possibilité de préciser les profils de microbiote au cours des différents types de TCA. Cette thèse a donc permis de mieux définir les caractéristiques cliniques des TCA et les perturbations de l’axe microbiote-intestin-cerveau associées, en particulier les dérèglements biologiques
Eating disorders (ED) affect a large population and are a serious public health issue. It is thus essential to deepen our knowledge of ED pathophysiology in order to open new therapeutic perspectives. The prevalence of ED according to sex, geographical origin or age of the study population and its increase over the last 15 years has been highlighted in a systematic review. The analysis of patients with ED from the Eating Disorder and Longitudinal Survey (EDILS) cohort underlined stress and / or diet as triggering factors and noted similarities between the comorbidities of the 3 broad categories of ED (Restrictive, bulimic and compulsive). These comorbidities were strongly associated with each other, and contributed in a vicious circle to the perpetuation of ED. The literature suggests during ED a dysregulation of neuropeptide signaling of food intake that may include some immunological mechanisms. Analyzes of plasma samples from the EDILS cohort allowed a better definition of the peptides and immunoglobulins profiles associated with the 3 broad categories of ED and to evaluate their utility for phenotyping patients. The collection of feces in the cohort offers the possibility of refining the specificity of the microbiota according to different type of ED. This thesis allows to better define the clinical characteristics of 3 broad categories of ED and disturbances of the microbiota-intestine-brain axis, particularly the associated biological dysregulations of neuropeptide signaling

Un buon layout di cantiere è fondamentale per garantire il corretto svolgimento delle lavorazioni e le condizioni di sicurezza al suo interno. Il progetto del cantiere ha un impatto significativo sui costi e sulla durata della costruzione. Il progetto del layout di cantiere comprende la ricerca della collocazione efficace ed efficiente delle facility temporanee e permanenti all’interno del sito dove sorgerà la costruzione. Per questo motivo, il progetto del layout di cantiere può essere considerato come un problema di ottimizzazione dove obiettivi spesso conflittuali devono essere raggiunti. Negli ultimi anni, il problema è stato risolto con varie tecniche di ottimizzazione metaeuristiche basate sulla minimizzazione di un criterio legato ai costi di costruzione e, talvolta, dei rischi per la sicurezza. L’obiettivo di questa tesi è quello di formulare un modello di ottimizzazione multi-obiettivo del layout di cantiere in grado di minimizzare il costo totale di interazione tra le facility e i rischi in termini di sicurezza. Il modello è stato sviluppato con l’utilizzo di algoritmi genetici, implementati in un software di modellazione parametrica, in grado di trovare l’insieme degli ottimi di Pareto. In conclusione, il modello sviluppato è stato utilizzato per la risoluzione di un caso studio reale per analizzarne le prestazioni.

Abstract:
Son yıllarda tavuk yumurtası üretimi hızla ivmelenmiştir. T.C. Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı verilerine göre 2020 yılında Türkiye’de yaklaşık 1,2 milyon ton, dünyada ise 85 milyon ton tavuk yumurtası üretilmiştir. Ayrıca, günümüzde pastörize yumurta üretimi de hızla artmaktadır. Dünya genelinde yumurta üretiminde yaşanan bu hızlı artış, beraberinde çok ciddi bir yumurta kabuğu atığını da getirmektedir. Atıkların değerlendirilmesine genel bir perspektiften bakıldığında oldukça yol alındığı ve ilgili araştırmacıların farklı potansiyel kullanım alanlarını keşfetme konusundaki çabalarının devam ettiği görülmektedir. Bu anlamda organik atık bir materyal (biyolojik atık) olan yumurta kabuğunun hayvan yeminde, toprak gübresinde ve ıslahında, topraktan ağır metallerin ayrıştırılmasında, biyodizel üretimindeki bazı reaksiyonların katalizlenmesinde ve bazı kozmetik ve medikal (diş macunu, implant vb.) malzemelerin üretiminde oldukça ciddi bir kullanım alanı bulduğu bildirilmektedir. Yumurta kabuğu başta kalsiyum (Ca) olmak üzere zengin bir mineral kaynağı olup, organizmaların yaşamsal faaliyetleri için birçoğu elzem olan toplam 27 mikro elementi bünyesinde barındırmaktadır. Bu nedenle yumurta kabuğu atığı, yüksek oranda Ca mineralini içermesinden ve yapısında Kurşun (Pb), Cıva (Hg) ve Alüminyum (Al) gibi toksik bileşenleri bulundurmamasından dolayı gıda alanında da hem ürün zenginleştirmede hem de takviye edici gıda kaynağı olarak kullanılabilmektedir. Atık değerlendirme kapsamında yumurta kabuğu, çeşitli sanayi alanlarında gerçekleştirilen üretimlerde yapı destek ajanı (güçlendirici materyal) olarak ara bileşen şeklinde kullanım potansiyeline de sahiptir. İnsan vücudunda en sık rastlanan mineral eksikliğinin Ca minerali olduğu düşünüldüğünde, tüketim açısından güvenli, doğal, ucuz, biyoyararlılığı yüksek olan yumurta kabuğunun zenginleştirme veya takviye edici formlarında kullanılabiliyor olması, bu atık materyali oldukça değerli bir organik kaynak haline dönüştürmektedir. Bu çalışmada konu ile ilgili teorik bilgiler ve son gelişmeler, kapsamlı literatür taramasıyla detaylı bir şekilde değerlendirilmiş ve yumurta kabuğu atığının katma değerli bir ürüne dönüştürülebilmesi bakımından daha farklı metodolojilerin geliştirilebilmesi konusunda gelecekteki çalışmalara güncel bir bakış açısının kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır.

COVID-19, 1 Aralık 2019’da Çin’in Hubei eyaletinin başkenti Wuhan’da başlayan bir virüs salgını. 2020 Ocak ayında COVID 19’un yayılması ile vaka sayıları artmaya başladı. 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından küresel salgın ilan edildi. COVID-19’un bulaşıcı ve yayılan bir virüs olması teknolojinin hayatın içine daha çok girmesine neden oldu. Bu nedenden dolayı insanların teknoloji tercihleri temassız teknolojiler oldu. Bu araştırmada pandemi ile artan QR kod kullanımı ve alternatif teknolojilerin kullanım oranlarının ortaya çıkarılması hedeflendi. Temassız teknolojilerin kullanımı X-Y ve Z kuşaklarından belirlenen kişilerle odak grup çalışması yapılarak değerlendirildi. Bu kuşaklarındaki yaş gruplarına temassız teknolojiler hakkında sorular soruldu ve temassız teknolojilere olan eğilim ve güven probleminin değişkenliği incelendi. QR kod teknolojisinin geleneksel ve yeni medya ilişkisi irdelendi.

Toplumun sosyo-kültürel hayatında yaşanan değişim, bireylerin hayata bakış açsını da etkilemektedir. Daha çok sözün hâkim olduğu toplumsal düzende ağızdan çıkan her bir kelime son derece önem arz ederken; yazılı kültürün hâkim olduğu yaşayış tarzında artık yazılı metinler esas kabul edilir hâle gelmiştir. Bu durum, bize yazının hakimiyetiyle birlikte toplumun güven duygusunda yaşanan değişimi göstermektedir. Yazılı kültürü takip eden ve günümüz dünyasının şekillendiren elektronik kültür ortamında ise bu kültür ortamına ait araçların sunmuş olduğu içerik, toplumunda yeniden bir güven inşasına yol açmıştır. Bu araçların başında gelen radyo, Anadolu coğrafyasına çok hızlı bir şekilde yayılmış ve toplumun bu yeniliği kabulü ile radyonun sunmuş olduğu içeriklere güven yan yana ilerlemiştir. Öyle ki belirli bir zaman sonra radyoda sunulan bilgiye göre doğru ve yanlış ayrımı yapılır hâle gelmiştir. Toplumda yaşanan böylesi bir değişimi ilgili toplumun içerisinden çıkan ürünlerde takip etmek mümkündür. Bu bildiride “Tüccar Oyunu” adlı köy seyirlik oyunu incelenerek radyonun toplumsal kabulü ve buna bağlı olarak Anadolu’nu en kırsal yerinde gerçekleşen değişim görülmeye çalışılacaktır
