El prestigio editorial y la calidad de la imprenta veneciana dieron lugar a que se recurriera a ella no solo para adquirir sus productos en el mercado del libro, sino también para imprimir obras de editores extranjeros. Solo contamos con ejemplares de cuatro incunables que, a pesar de haberse gestado como proyecto editorial en la Corona de Aragón, se imprimieron en Venecia. Tres de ellos son valencianos, en los cuales se centra este trabajo, para analizar un fenómeno comercial poco documentado en la Corona de Aragón durante el siglo XV y que, sin embargo, eclosiona durante el XVI.

AbstractHuman rights undertakings by governments seldom translate seamlessly into human rights compliance. In the worst-case scenario, governments may have little or no intention of upholding human rights standards to which they have publicly committed and can use their ratification of international instruments and domestic implementation as a veneer to obscure or legitimise continuing abuses. Angelo Poliziano’s Stanze per la giostra del magnifico Giuliano (Rooms for the Carousel of the Magnificent Giuliano) are the object of prolonged attention in the cultural circles of the 18th century Veneto, from Arcadia to Neoclassicism. This is confirmed by the fact that no less than eight of the twelve editions that appeared in Italy in the same century were produced in this area.
