Abstract:
Esse artigo tem como objetivo analisar as ações do PAR para a educação especial e a formação de professores, no município de Uberlândia-MG. Utilizou-se a pesquisa documental e a entrevista semiestruturada. Os resultados apontam que o PAR tem como foco ações para a formação continuada de professores que atuam no Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE), excluindo-se os demais professores. Muitas demandas da escola não foram contempladas no PAR, levantando-se o questionamento acerca da coerência entre as ações previstas e as necessidades da escola.
