Predictive models including random forest (RF), support vector machines (SVM), logistic regression (logistic), and Deep Learning were trained and their per

Abstract:
This study explores the determinants influencing adherence to psychological therapy among university students in a Chilean clinical setting. Using a multinomial logistic regression model, we examine the impact of various factors, including sociodemographic characteristics, academic performance, and clinical supervisor attributes on therapy adherence. Key findings indicate that adherence is significantly affected by patient compliance rates, hours in therapy, and the quality of clinical supervision, with a notable gender difference showing higher adherence rates among female patients. Abstract:
This study examines how financial aid shapes post-secondary enrollment and persistence among senior high school graduates, challenging assumptions in traditional human capital theory. While the theory posits that reducing financial barriers increases participation, findings suggest a more complex process. Drawing on survey data from the Batch 2024 graduates in Cagayan Valley, the study traces student trajectories across three points: college application (Wave 1), first-semester enrollment (Wave 2), and second-semester persistence (Wave 3). Guided by St. John’s (1992) framework, the analysis em

Abstract:
This paper identifies certain policy issues in the current regulatory infrastructure of the Philippines, which may prevent digital platforms from innovating and participating in the global digital economy. In brief, these policy issues relate to the incoherence between the national innovation strategy of the government and the mishmash of regulations that digital platforms are subjected to. In particular, this relates to investment regulations, as well as regulations on mass media, retail, advertising, logistics, telecommunications, and education.
