Abstract:
The basic premise of the inclusive wealth index is that three essential capitals, namely human capital, natural capital and produced capital describe the inclusive wealth of a country. Past IWR reports have estimated human capital to be nearly 60% of most countries’ inclusive wealth. However, human capital, as it is now computed, cannot be limited to economic productivity, alone.
