Abstract:
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to identify a SWOT analysis and formulate a business strategy using the IFE and EFE matrix, as well as the Grand Strategy matrix at the Café and Angkringan Nu Laharjo Mojokerto. The benefits of the research are identified SWOT analysis and strategy formulation can be used as a measure in future business planning. The research used is qualitative research, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely describing the data collected using SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and the Grand Strategy matrix. The results show that the SWOT analysis is identified, the IFE and EFE matrices have a positive total score, and the Grand Strategy matrix shows that Nu Laharjo Café and Angkringan are in a strategic and good position. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat terhadap peningkatan jumlah penyaluran yang dijalankan oleh UPDB Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Tangerang. Strategi pasar meliputi Segmenting, Targeting dan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis Persaingan Model Lima Kekuatan Porter, analisis matriks IFE, analisis matriks EFE, analisis matriks IE serta analisis matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan implementasi strategi pemasaran UPDB saat ini dilihat dari analisis matriks IE berada pada titik temu IFE 276 dan EFE 332 yang berarti pada Kuadran Tumbuh dan Membangun, strategi bauran pemasaran dengan fokus utama pada harga dengan bunga layanan rendah, serta dari analisis IFE dengan jumlah kekuatan IFE 1,91 dan jumlah kelemahan 0,85 maka UPDB memiliki posisi interval yang relatif kuat, sedangkan jika dilihat dari analisis matriks EFE dengan jumlah peluang sebesar 1,92 dan ancaman EFE sebesar 1,40 UPDB merespon dengan baik terhadap kesempatan dan ancaman yang ada. Dengan jumlah skor EFE 3,32 maka strategi UPDB secara efektif memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dan meminimilisasi potensi dampak yang merusak dari ancaman internal. Strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat menurut hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh beberapa program kerja dari beberapa alternative strategi yang bisa di jalankan oleh UPDB seperti meningkatkan promosi, menjalin kordinasi kemitraan, meningkatkan teknologi, melakukan perluasan pasar, membuat aturan terhadap regulasi top up, meningkatkan hubungan, kompetensi, kemampuan dan meningkatkan informasi layanan pick up service.Kata Kunci : Analisis SWOT, Matriks IFE, Matriks EFE, Matriks IE, Strategi Pemasaran.

Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam menganalisis penelitian ini adalak matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE , Analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Setelah mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, maka dapat diperoleh hasil matriks IFE dan EFE melalui kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada responden yang sudah dipilih. Matriks IFE menghasilkan total skor 3,529 dan matriks EFE menghasilkan total skor sebesar 3,185. Mengacu pada hasil matriks IFE dan EFE, maka disusunlah matriks IE untuk menentukan posisi perusahaan, maka posisi perusahaan saat ini berada di kuadran I (grow and built). Berdasarkan analisis matriks SWOT dan matriks IE, dihasilkan 3 alternative yaitu Program peningkatan kompetensi karyawan, Program pelatihan leader dan karyawan untuk posisi strategis, dan Membangun kedisplinan dengan punishment and reward yang ketat. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan analisis matriks QSPM didapatkan alternatif strategi utama yang memiliki nilai TAS tertinggi yaitu Program peningkatan kompetensi karyawan dengan nilai TAS 6,248.

Adanya peningkatan permintaan yang belum diimbangi dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan menuntut Sentra Batik Al-Barokah dan Sentra Batik Tulis Melati untuk memiliki strategi pengembangan pasar yang tepat agar usaha yang dijalankan dapat terus berkembang.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor eksternal perusahaan yang menjadi peluang dan ancaman serta faktor internal perusahaan yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan di Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah dan Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dan merumuskan alternatif strategi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis lingkungan dengan alat analisis Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix dan Internal – Eksternal (IE) Matrix.Hasil penelitian adalah dengan IFE matrix dapat diketahui bahwa Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dengan total nilai IFE sebesar 3,20 menunjukkan bahwa posisi internal yang dimiliki oleh Sentra Batik Tulis Melati adalah di atas rata-rata. Sedangkan pada Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah memiliki total nilai IFE sebesar 2,38 menunjukkan bahwa posisi Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah adalah di bawah rata-rata. Dari hasil EFE matrix dapat diketahui bahwa Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dengan total nilai EFE sebesar 2,26 dan Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah dengan total nilai EFE sebesar 2,44 menunjukkan bahwa Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dan Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah harus bisa mengatasi ancaman dengan peluang yang dimiliki. Abstract:
ENGLISHOnion is one of the featured vegetable commodities that have long been cultivated by farmers intensively. This study aims to analyze the factors internal and external environment (IE) in the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency. Research used descriptive method with data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Analysis of data using the strategy formulation consisting of (1) Matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matrix Internal External (IE). The results showed the total value of the average score of 2.67 on a matrix IFE located on the cell II (on average), while the total score of the matrix EFE gained an average of 2.80 lies in cell IV (moderate). These results position the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency in cell II and IV, called a strategy to grow and build. INDONESIABawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama telah diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal (IE) dalam pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati. penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan formulasi strategi terdiri dari (1) Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matriks Internal External (IE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai total skor rata-rata pada matriks IFE sebesar 2,67 terletak pada sel II (rata-rata), sedangkan matriks EFE memperoleh total skor rata-rata sebesar 2,80 terletak pada sel IV (sedang). Hasil tersebut menempatkan posisi pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati pada sel II dan IV, disebut strategi tumbuh dan membangun.

This study attempts to identify the causes and dominant factors that are obstacles in the development of cash waqf in Indonesia, using the IFE EFE Matrix and SWOT methods, and the solutions offered. Based on the results of IFE analysis, the highest ranking of strengths is the ability of cash waqf in expanding the base of waqf fund sources followed by ease and zero cost of funds. While the ranking of weaknesses is the lack of socialization to the community followed by the lack of professional Nazhir human resources. The results of EFE analysis that the highest ranking of opportunities is the potential of unlimited cash waqf followed by the emergence of many sharia financial institutions and Islamic economics study programs in universities. While the highest ranking of threats, namely the relatively weak political will of authorities, and followed by the majority of traditional Nazhirs. Abstract:
Artikel ini mendiskusikan kondisi eksisting pengelolaan Rusunawa dan bagaimana strategi kebijakan pemerintah Kota Serang Indonesia dalam pengelolaan Rumah Susun Sewa (Rusunawa) bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode campuran (mix method research). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap 12 responden yang berasal dari Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Serang dan MBR penghuni Rusunawa di Kota Serang. Analisis data secara kualitatif menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan secara kuantitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai matriks EFE adalah 3.490 dan matriks IFE sebesar 2,278. Dengan demikian berdasarkan analisis SWOT perhitungan matriks EI diperoleh perbandingan EFE : IFE = 3,490 : 2.278 jatuh pada sel I dan V. Keputusan strategis yang dilakukan adalah melalui EFE dan mempertahankan strategi kebijakan IFE. Sedangkan hasil analisis QSPM menunjukkan total skor kemenarikan (TAS) pada faktor eksternal (2,947) lebih besar dari TAS faktor internal (2,226). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan strategi kebijakan yang tepat adalah memanfaatkan loyalitas masyarakat umum terhadap program rusunawa dan dukungan masyarakat sekitar objek rusunawa. Kemudian faktor strategis eksternal diperoleh nilai TAS terbesar pada pelaksanaan sistem dan prosedur sering ada hambatan dan lemahnya kerjasama lintas sektoral (0,225).

Artificial Insemination Agency (AIA) Lembang is one of frozen semen producer in Indonesia. AIA Lembang as the first received mandate from Government of Indonesia to produce frozen semen of beef cattle and dairy cattle in order to fulfill the of Artificial Insemination (AI) in Indonesia hopefully that Indonesia doesn’t always depend on imported frozen semen. The purposes of these research are (1) to identify and analysis external and internal factors that influence marketing of frozen semen of beef cattle from AIA Lembang, (2) to compile and formulate marketing strategy of frozen semen of beef cattle regarding product, price, promotion and distribution. In this research, identifying internal and external factors that influence marketing of frozen semen of beef cattle were done at AIA Lembang. Based on internal factors (strengths and weakness) and owned by AIA Lembang and external factors (opportunities and threats) facing by AIA Lembang, marketing strategy of frozen semen of beef cattle were formulated by using IFE and EFE matrixs. IFE score for AIA Lembang is 2,944 and EFE score is 2,316. Total score in EFE matrix is describing and identifying that company is in stable position in responding to external situation. Total score for IFE matrix is 2,944, shows that the strength owned by AIA Lembang can over come it weakness fairly enough. Total score EFE matrix is 2,316, shows that AIA Lembang good enough in responding to opportunity and minimize threat. The combination of IFE and EFE scoring in IE matrix shows that AIA Lembang position is in quadrant V namely stability and growth cell. It means that AIA Lembang is stable condition. The good strategies for this region are market penetration and product development. Using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) produce 7 alternative strategy formula. Based on calculation in QSP matrix, the most interesting strategy produced is increase socialization and supervision to farmers on maintainance, feeding and reproduction management as well as animal health management.

Abstract:
According to the health regulations, industrial environments due to the gathering of people are considered as one of the highest-risk places during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, planning with regard to health concerns can decisively help in infection control and continuity of businesses during the pandemic. The aim of this study was to evaluate the COVID-19 control management measures in the Sepid-farab Kavir Steel Complex (SKS complex) located in Isfahan province (Iran) using strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) matrix. After a literature review and field surveys, all weak, strong, threatening, and opportunity points were collected and were listed using the internal factor evaluation (IFE) and external factor evaluation (EFE) matrices and then were prioritized and weighted. Next, given the sum of scores of IFE and EFE, the SWOT matrix was constructed, the disease prevention and control strategies in the complex was determined, and finally, experts proposed corrective measures to improve the current situation. The results of the IFE matrix (IFE) analysis showed that in terms of corona control, there are more weaknesses than strengths within the company (the score of this matrix was 201.12). Also the score of 165 on the EFE matrix indicated that external threats were predominant, compared to external opportunities of company. SWOT analysis showed that despite some external problems and challenges, the existence of a favorable internal decision-making system had an important role in developing appropriate health strategies and implementing effective prevention measures in SKS complex against the COVID-19.

This study aims to determine suitable business strategies for PT. David Roy Indonesia. IFE matrices, EFE, SWOT, and QSPM were employed to analyze the data. Results from IFE matrices indicated that the company's main strength is the vision of company with a score of 0.486 and the main drawback is the location of the plant with a score of 0.280. Cindy Group is a company grouped as SMEs which produces boiled fish, both traditional and hygienic. Companies to keep their survival in order to survive in a competitive market, must have a strategy to attract consumers to buy their products. One of the best strategy is to evaluate and develop appropriate marketing strategies. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify and analyze internal and external factors influencing Cindy Group marketing strategy, (2) to formulate Cindy Group marketing strategy, and (3) to prioritize Cindy Group marketing strategy. Based on internal and external factors, Cindy Group formulated strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats toward marketing strategy using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The total score in the IFE and EFE matrices illustrated that the firm's stable position in responding to external situations. The total IFE score of 3.3436 indicated that the strengths of Cindy Group could overcome the weaknessess very well. Total EFE score of 2.5545 indicated that Cindy Group was good enough to respond the opportunities and minimize threats. Based on QSPM analysis, the priority strategy to be applied in the marketing of fishery processed products at UMKM Cindy Group which was expanding marketing network, maintaining quality, increasing sales service and increasing cooperation with related institutions and cooperatives/other SMEs in order to get raw material access.

Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices allow an organization to visualize their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats while a Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) utilizes critical success factors to allow an organization to compare itself to competitors. Capps and Glissmeyer (2012) proposed an extension of the EFE and IFE concepts to an External Competitive Profile Matrix (ECPM) and an Internal Competitive Profile Matrix (ICPM) which provides greater insight in understanding the external and internal categories to which an organization must attend. The authors of this paper extend the observations of Capps and Glissmeyer (2012) by suggesting that visual mapping of the ECPM and ICPM, in a manner similar on the Internal-External (I-E) matrix, would enable greater comparative understanding of the relative strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the respective companies.

Data analysis techniques used are porter five score model, IFE, EFE, IE and QSPM. The results of this study on the analysis of IFE, PT A shows that the highest strength is on a strong, strategic distribution network of taxi in big cities. Meanwhile, the highest threat is standardization of tariff, number of taxi, and minimum identify of online taxi. Furthermore, IE matrix analysis shows that PT A is in quadrant I (grow and build strategy). Hasil analisis dari Matriks TOWS, SPACE, IE, serta Grand Strategy menunjukkan alternatif yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan adalah strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar. This study is aimed to find out an alternative strategies of creative industry development of pearl jewelry craft sector in Mataram city. The research uses descriptive research design. The data collected by interview and observation methods which is analyzed by using Internal Factor Analysis (IFE), External Factor Analysis (EFE), and SWOT analysis. The results shows that the internal environment of the industry has a strong position where the strength has a total value of 2.46 compared to the weakness of 0.64. Analisis strategi pengembangan menggunakan analisis matriks EFE, matriks IFE, dan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya produksi sebesar Rp.1.778.934,30 per proses produksi dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 3.000.000 dan efisiensi usaha 1,69. Strategi Pengembangan menunjukkan hasil pada matriks EFE dengan Total skor bobot sebesar 3,32, total skor IFE 3,08 dan matriks SWOT menunjukkan posisi strategi berada dalam kuadran I (Growth). Analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) digunakan untuk menyusun alternatif strategi dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas strategi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh skor IFE 2.14 menunjukkan secara internal, program tidak mengoptimalkan kekuatan dan tidak menghindari kelemahan. It can be concluded that the marketing of duck eggs in North Hulu Sungai is medium. Marketing the placement of duck eggs is in cell V with a strategy to hold and maintain. The main types of strategies that can be applied are intensive strategies, market penetration strategies, product development.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman bagi STA Cigombong dan untuk merumuskan strategi STA Cigombong. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi yaitu matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, dan QSPM. Dari matriks IFE diperoleh total bobot skor rata-rata sebesar 3,03 yang berarti STA memiliki internal kuat dan matriks EFE diperoleh total bobot skor rata-rata sebesar 2,83 yang berarti STA memiliki eksternal sedang sehingga diperoleh posisi STA Cigombong berada pada kuadran IV yang berarti tumbuh dan kembangkan. Dari analisis SWOT menghasilkan sebelas strategi. Adapun hasil dari QSPM prioritas strategi yang memiliki skor lebih tinggi dan menjadi prioritas utama dari alternatif strategi lainnya yaitu meningkatkan kualitas dan mengoptimalkan peran STA.

This study aims to determine the right strategies to describe, analyze, and interpret the factors related to the empowerment of women's business groups so that they can improve the level of the family economy and become an independent and economically prosperous family. Strategy determination is implemented through three steps, namely the input stage (using the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE)) method, the matching stage, and the decision stage. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a participatory approach that did not do hypothesis testing only describing the state of social protection in accordance with the facts found at the study site. Data collection techniques namely using questionnaires, interviews, observation took several elements and then each element was investigated in depth. To obtain information about the profile of Ornamental Plant Business Women in Sidomulyo Village, Batu City by using accidental sampling technique. A score of 284 was obtained from the IFE matrix, while a score of 334 was obtained from the matrix. Scores on the IFE matrix and the EFE Matrix show that the Group of Ornamental Plant Business Women are in cell II, with strategies that can be used namely developing and developing, so that they are in a strong position.

Based on SWOT analysis, some analysis strategy can be used to expand the small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang. Result showed the small and medium enterprises of gethuk pisang were in first quadrant at SWOT cartesian diagram, meant the right strategies were strengths opportunities (SO) or Growth strategy. The strategies that will be used are local government holds traditional food festival, upgrade the quality of the product and use on-line marketing technology. In conclusion, the sales of gethuk pisang products from small and medium enterprises can increase and correlate with income increase, so small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of gethuk pisang can have competitiveness and grow.Keywords— Strategy, Gethuk pisang, IFE, EFE, SWOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan strategi dalam mengembangkan UKM gethuk pisang dalam melestarikan makanan tradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), dan Strengths–Weaknesses - Opportunities-Threats (SWOT), sehingga dapat diidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal yang dimiliki dan faktor-faktor eksternal yang dihadapi oleh UKM. Berdasarkan analisa SWOT, maka akan diperoleh beberapa alternatif strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan UKM gethuk pisang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM gethuk pisang berada di kuadran I pada diagram kartesius SWOT, yang berarti strategi yang tepat digunakan adalah strategi Strengths Opportunities (SO) atau strategi Growth. Strategi-strategi yang akan digunakan adalah: Pemerintah Daerah mengadakan festival makanan tradisional, mutu produk lebih ditingkatkan, dan memanfaatkan teknologi media pemasaran on-line. The method of analysis used in this study are the analysis of Location Quotient, analysis of Limpitan Sejajar system, analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE Matrix) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix analysis (EFE matrix), analysis of matrix Strength-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT), and analysis of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The analysis showed that South Cianjur has potential, especially on: (1) agriculture, livestock, fisheries and forestry sector; (2) the mining and quarrying sector; and (3) the tourism sector. Nursing managers must have a strong directing function towards the Professional Clinic Nurse Career Ladder System (SJKP2K). This is to improve the quality of nursing care that will be provided by nurses to patients. The military hospital in Jakarta already has the standard of planning, guidelines and SOP regarding the SJKP2K, but based on the authors' observations for two weeks in one of the rooms in the hospital, the results show that the SJKP2K implementation is not optimal. This problem then analyzed using the SWOT Analysis followed by scoring and weighting through an Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) and External Factors Evaluation (EFE) matrix analysis. The sum of the scores of each matrix ​​then poured into the IE (Internal and External) matrix to determine the position of the SJKP2K strengths. The calculation result between IFE and EFE in IE matrix shows that SJKP2K is in area V, which means that SJKP2K is in hold and maintain stage so that market penetration and product development strategies are needed so that SJKP2K requires development both in quality and quantity.

The study was pursued to ascertain the existing internal and external factors, alternative strategies and priorities of the strategies applied in enhancing beef cattle agribusiness at Pabna and Sirajganj districts in Bangladesh. The primary data and present study were collected by employing various techniques such as survey, FGD, KII and observation methods. The total sample size was 180 which were selected through convenience sampling technique. The following analytical tools used were employed i) IFE-EFE analysis ii) SWOT analysis, iii) SWOT matrix, and iv) QSPM model. By analyzing all the factors from SWOT four strategies were developed to determine the beef cattle development. The best strategy was selected by using QSPM matrix. The results IFE is 2.610, EFE is 2.438 and the total weighted score is 5.833 indicates that beef cattle sub-sector agribusiness are opportunity to explore their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. The weakening of crude oil price had caused the performance of Daya Minyak, Ltd decline. The efforts to improve had succeeded in improving performance, but it was still below the industry average. Therefore, in 2020 a research was carried out aimed at systematically formulating Daya Minyak, Ltd business strategy for the years 2021-2024. This applied research was conducted qualitatively, using the business strategy formulation model from David and David (2016) where external strategic issues were compiled in the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix and internal strategic issues in the International Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix. The weighted value of the EFE matrix is 2.93 and the weighted value of the IFE matrix is 2.97, which meant that the future business strategy is to hold and maintain. Two alternative strategies, market penetration, and product development were developed using the Internal-External (IE) matrix and the TOWS matrix. Two priority strategies, namely a strategy to increase market penetration through integrated services at low costs and a product development strategy through increasing local content with international standards are determined by the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).

Bogor District is one of the priority districts for stunting interventions. The stunting rate in Bogor District was 28.29%. The district government should implement stunting reduction policies that referring to the national movement of nutrition improvement acceleration and the stunting programs convergence. Regional autonomy gives authority to the regions to regulate and implement policies. This study aimed to analyze the internal and external factors of the Bogor District Government that aff ecting the implementation of stunting reduction programs It was a qualitative study in Bogor District. Primary data were collected using interview guidelines to nine offi cials of the Bogor District Government agency related to the stunting program in Bogor District. Secondary data were collected using desk review. Data were analyzed using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) analysis. The results showed that total score of IFE is 2.96 and EFE scores is 2.94. Bogor District Government can optimally use its strengths and cut its weaknesses in the internal program. Likewise, Bogor District Government have taken advantage of external opportunities and avoided threats.

The results of descriptive analysis of secondary data indicate that the existing condition of food security in the Bukittinggi shows that the situation of food affordability is the best. Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analyzes are used to develop alternatives and priorities strategic. The most important internal factors are the adequacy of energy availability and Local Government Food Storage. The most important external factor is the market opportunity for the food sector in Bukittinggi. The total score IFE matrix of 2.64 is average and EFE matrix of 2.61. Hasil analisis deskriptif data sekunder menunjukkan bahwa situasi objektif (existing condition) ketahanan pangan di Kota Bukittinggi dinilai dari ketiga pilarnya menunjukkan situasi keterjangkauan pangan adalah yang terbaik dan diikuti pilar pemanfaatan pangan dan terakhir pilar ketersediaan. Perumusan strategi peningkatan ketahanan pangan menggunakan analisis Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE). Analisis Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) digunakan untuk menyusun alternatif dan prioritas strategi. Faktor internal yang paling penting adalah kecukupan ketersediaan energi dan Cadangan Pangan Pemerintah Daerah (CPPD). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis situasi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT berdasarkan pada indikator kinerja Unit Pengelola Program Studi (UPPS) dan program studi. Analisis data disajikan dalam matriks Evaluasi Faktor Internal (IFE) dan Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur posisi keberadaan program studi pada matriks Internal Eksternal (IE), sehingga dapat dijadikan landasan dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan program studi. One product from the sugar cane is brown sugar cane. ‘UKM Bumi Asih’ is one of the producer of the sugar cane in Bondowoso Regency. This study was aimed to identify the internal and external factors that affected business development of brown sugar cane. The study were used the methods of internal factor evaluation (IFE) and eksternal factor evaluation (EFE). Internal factor analysis was performed to identify the company's internal strengths that can be used and anticipated weaknesses. External factor analysis was conducted to identify opportunities that can be exploited and threats that can be avoided. The scores output from matrix IFE and EFE were all categorized with total score 2.812 for internal factors and 3.0315 for external factor. Both scores were above 2.5 which meas that the internal position was strong enough. So its has the ability above the average to take advantage of the power and opportunities to anticipated the internal weakness and the threats. UKM Multi Kue merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang memproduksi kue bagea yang menjadi kue khas Kota Palopo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan pada UKM Multi Kue berdasarkan analisis dari marketing mix (atribut produk, harga, saluran distribusi, promosi, orang, proses, lingkungan fisik) untuk menentukan alternatif strategi pemasaran kue bagea berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada persamaan regresi linier berganda, didapatkan variabel produk merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan pada UKM Multi Kue. Hasil analisis diagram SWOT pada Matriks IFE, diperoleh skor faktor kekuatan adalah 3,28 dan skor faktor kelemahan adalah 0,10 dengan selisih sebesar 3,18. Sementara itu, berdasarkan Matriks EFE, skor faktor peluang adalah 2,38 dan skor faktor ancaman adalah 0,74 dengan selisih sebesar 1,64. This uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach through three stages of strategy formulation, namely: the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision-making stage. In the first stage, IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrices are used. In the second stage, the IE Matrix (internal-External) and the SWOT Matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) are used. In stage three, QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) is used. The results of this study are: In the first stage, the results of the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix obtained a weighted score of 2.356, while the results of the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix resulted in a weighted score of 2.18. In the matching stage, IE (Internal-External) Matrix of the company is in a stable position. Marketing strategies that are feasible to use are market penetration and product development. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal usaha pembenihan ikan patin di Tempat Usaha Pembenihan Ikan Farm Ita Ciganjur Jakarta Selatan dan untuk mendapatkan formulasi strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Tempat Usaha Pembenihan Ikan Farm Ita Ciganjur Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus, analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis IFAS, EFAS, IFE, EFE dan SWOT. Hasil dari analisis IFE yaitu kekuatan utama perusahaan adalah benih yang berkualitas dengan nilai 0,44, dan kelemahannya adalah kurangnya promosi penjualan dengan nilai 0,36, hasil dari analisis EFE yaitu peluang utama perusahaan adalah ketersediaan lahan dengan nilai 0,44, sedangkan faktor ancaman perusahaan adalah masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) dengan nilai 0,4. Hasil dari perhitungan matriks strategi Farm Ita dengan nilai 0,25 ; 0,09 dengan menempati kuadran I. Strategi pada kuadran I adalah mendukung strategi agresif yang artinya perusahaan tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, sehingga cenderung pada strategi S-O, menghasilkan lima alternatif strategi yaitu: Mempertahankan benih-benih ikan patin yang berkualitas, menambah modal usaha pribadi, memberikan potongan harga kepada konsumen sebesar 30% apabila terjadi kematian lebih dari 50%, menambah lokasi pemasaran , dan melakukan pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan internet.

Abstract:
By virtue of international agreements, Association of South East Asia Nation (ASEAN) member countries are currently in an economic cooperation within the ASEAN community. Potatoes are a leading commodity in Indonesia's agricultural sector, due to high production but only succeeded in exporting to two ASEAN countries and still inferior to Malaysia and Singapore. This study aims to identify competitiveness of the potato as a commodity, using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), using External factor evaluation (EFE) matrix and analyze the position of Indonesian potatoes using the Internal-External (IE) matrix. The analytical tools used in this study are EFE matrix, IFE matrix, and IE matrix. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, using the assessment of experts or experts who mastered the agricultural field, especially increasing the competitiveness of potato commodities, which knew potato farming from upstream to downstream. The results of this study indicate that internally and externally Indonesia is strong enough in facing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), currently in a condition of hold and maintain, a strategy that can be done to strengthen the Indonesian potatoes internally and externally is to market penetration and product development.

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih tinggi karena rendahnya kepatuhan suplementasi zat besi pada ibu hamil. Hal ini menyebabkan peningkatkan prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil. Tingginya prevalensi anemia dapat dipengaruhi oleh implementasi program suplementasi zat besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal, untuk menemukan strategi alternatif dan strategi prioritas untuk mengoptimalkan program suplementasi besi di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi cross sectional, dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada para pemangku kepentingan IFA di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara mendalam dengan para ahli. Data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui laporan publikasi dari institusi terkait. Analisis deskriptif pada data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk menentukan kondisi dan program aplikasi. Analisis Evaluasi Faktor Internal (IFE) dan Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE) digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi. Pemilihan stretagi alternatif menggunakan metode SWOT, sedangkan prioritas strategis menggunakan AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total bobot IFE (2.13) dan EFE (2.12). Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Tasikmalaya perlu meningkatkan komitmen di antara para pemangku kepentingan karena komunikasi yang kurang efektif di antara para pemangku kepentingan. Prioritas strategi adalah peningkatan komitmen, peran dan kemitraan antara para pemangku kepentingan dengan skor total 0483.

This study aims to determine the development of a strategic plan from the evaluation results of implementing the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool at the Gotong Royong Hospital, Surabaya. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. This data collection technique is carried out through (1) Interview (2) Documentation. The data source of this research from primary data. The analysis of the application of the balanced scorecard is to find out how the company is performing, then identify the internal and external environment to determine the key factors. After obtaining the key factors, they are evaluated using the EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, TOWS Matrix, and IE Matrix, which is then obtained the recommended alternative strategies. The results of the recommended priority strategy alternatives are assessed using QSPM Matrix. The results Analysis using the EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, TOWS Matrix, IE Matrix and QSPM then obtained the chosen strategy, namely product development and market penetration strategies. Based on the TOWS analysis, the reserachers provide recommendations that can be used to strengthen the strengths and opportunities as well as control weaknesses and threats by developing 13 strategies chosen.

Aii Collection is a fashion store in the clothing business that focuses on fulfilling the needs of women, located on Jln. Pangeran Antasari, Number 8B, Bandar Lampung City. This study analyzes the strategies that can be carried out in order to increase women's fashion business opportunities at the Aii Collection store. The purpose of this research is to find out what strategies can be done to increase sustainable business opportunities at the Aii Colection store by using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are field research and interviews, which clearly describe how these factors are interrelated in the Aii Collection effort by analyzing using SWOT analysis and IFE EFE matrix tools. From the research results, SWOT matrix analysis and SWOT cartesius diagram shows that the Aii collection effort is in quadrant I, with values ​​(1.92 and 1.55). Where is a situation that will benefit and it is known that the company is still a developing company. Di tengah masalah kesenjangan mutu pendidikan yang dihadapi bangsa kita, tentu banyak sekali memunculkan keraguan mengenai kesiapan lembaga pendidikan dalam menghadapi persaingan secara global. Oleh karena itu dalam kajian kali ini penulis akan berupaya mengkaji suatu permasalahan mengenai analisis SWOT dan pemetaan strategi pada lembaga Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Kampus STIE Syari’ah Al-Mujaddid Tanjung Jabung Timur. Berdasarkan masalah pada artikel ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Selain bersifat kepustakaan, penelitain ini juga bersifat kualitatif. Karena yang di hasilkan adalah bersifat deskriptif analitis. Yaitu memaparkan permasalahan secara apa adanya berdasarkan pada sumber-sumber rujukan otoritatif dalam bidang pendidikan, sesuai teori yang di teliti. Dan hasil menujukan bahwa Analisis SWOT berpengaruh terhadap Kampus STIE Syari’ah Al-Mujaddid Tanjung Jabung Timur berdasarkan hasil penghitungan matriks IFE dengan jumlah skor sebesar (3,13) dan EFE dengan jumlah skor sebesar (3.14) yang menunjukan pada posisi garis titik koordinat pada kuadran 1 atau SO (Strenght – Opportunities). Selanjutnya Pemetaan strategi berpengaruh Terhadap Kampus STIE Syari’ah Al-Mujaddid. Data dari analisis SWOT yang menggunakan metode penghitungan metriks IFE & EFE diperoleh strategi alternatif, yang diprediksi mampu mengembangkan Kampus STIE Syari’ah Al-Mujaddid. Yaitu strategi SO (Strenght – Opportunities).
