Abstract:
This article offers a critical review of the research on moral and environmental education as a basis for building environmentalism. The review’s objective is to present an ideological and philosophical theory and research on environmentalism through moral education. The bulk of this research involves empirical research that examines the correlation between moral education and environmentalism, ideologies produced by moral education, and philosophical arguments inherent in environmental education. A deductive argument is made following the review of the existing research on moral education to highlight the educational approaches that have been hailed as effective. Some of the environmental educational approaches identified as being effective include proactive environmental education, creating an environmentally conscious environment, and real-life environmental education simulations. The research also identifies moral education whose focus is the creation of a moral consciousness among learners as being critical for the development of environmental consciousness. Inculcation of religious education, creating a moral educational atmosphere, moral leadership, moral life simulations, and use of Ubuntu and Ukamu theoretical frameworks will bolster building a moral consciousness among learners. The argument presented in this article is that despite the existence of some contrary research, moral education can act as a bolster to positive attitudes, actions, and behaviors towards the environment.

Abstract:
Pancasila is a solution to the problem of radicalism that is currently plaguing Indonesia. So it is hoped that the values in Pancasila must really be carried out by the people of Indonesia in order to prevent and minimize radicalism and terrorism in our beloved country. The loss of the values contained in Pancasila in Indonesian society is the root of the emergence of various acts of radicalism and terrorism in Indonesia. Therefore, the implementation of Pancasila values, in order to remain actual in facing the threat of radicalism, must place more emphasis on conveying three messages, namely, first, this country was formed based on agreement and equality, in which no one should feel that he is the main shareholder, or citizen. first class. Second, the rules of the game within the state have been agreed upon, and the state has full sovereignty to discipline its state members who are trying systematically to change the order, in ways that are against the law. Third, the state provides protection, opportunity, future and balanced protection to achieve the national goals of a just and prosperous, secure, civilized and independent society. The Indonesian government has recently begun to be wary of the development of radicalism in the country in relation to the ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) network. The issue of ISIS has become a global issue and it seems that the world is united to fight it. Seeing this phenomenon, steps need to be taken to prevent radicalism from thriving in this motherland. In addition to taking action against the perpetrators of radicalism, the government must also take preventive or preventive measures so that people are not easily provoked by ideologies that use religious attributes. Close cooperation is needed between the government, security forces and religious leaders to straighten out religious understanding.

Abstract:
This paper presents an argument for moral education as a crucial component of lifelong education . Lifelong education is by definition comprehensive normative education committed to the "grand ideal" of universal human betterment . Moral education is most likely to be effective when viewed as lifelong education because it requires three attributes of lifelong education for its success: a long-term effort, an educational setting, and a commitment to the advancement of universal goals. Society should seek to educate a core of moral teachers sufficient to generate a "critical mass" capable of ensuring that lifelong moral education will become self-sustaining. The approach to moral education developed by the Association for Values Education and Research (AVER) is outlined and it is suggested that this programme (or something like it) should be central to all programmes of lifelong education.

Thus, we review the research evidence on the effectiveness of ethics instruction and translate the findings into evidence-led best practices. Adopting the meta-science approach and using a model of training evaluation, we synthesized 8 meta-analyses and 3 quantitative reviews that examine the extent to which ethics instruction types, course duration, instructional techniques and activities, and instructor and student characteristics affect the effectiveness of ethics education. We conclude by making specific recommendations to ethics educators who are interested in designing and delivering evidence-based ethics courses.

This study examines the concept of moral education in Islam using a literature review method. Data were collected from various authoritative written sources to analyze how moral education plays a role in shaping students' character. The findings indicate that high-quality education leads to good morals, which in turn shape individuals with integrity. Ideal education in Islam must be based on the Qur'an and Hadith as the primary sources of moral values. Islamic ethics possess distinct characteristics that differentiate them from other ethical systems, namely: (a) Rabbaniyah, sourced from Allah SWT and embodying divine values, (b) Insaniyah, ligned with human nature and needs, (c) Syumuliyah, universal and encompassing all aspects of life, and (d) Wasathiyah*, emphasizing balance in every aspect of life. Furthermore, this study emphasizes that moral education should begin at an early age, as childhood is the most effective period for instilling good habits.

Abstract:
Education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of students so that they are not only intellectually intelligent but also have good morals. However, there are still many students who show behavior that does not reflect educational values, both in and outside of school. Lack of discipline, truancy, and disrespect towards teachers reflect that character education is still not optimal. Moral education in schools is an urgent need so that students have a better understanding of honesty, justice, and responsibility, which are fundamental values in religion and social life. Unfortunately, in practice, moral education is often only a transfer of knowledge without direct experience that can form a value system in students. Therefore, a more interactive and experience-based learning method is needed so that moral values can be more effectively embedded in students' lives. At MTs Tri Bhakti At-Taqwa Rama Puja, character education through learning of faith and morals has been implemented, but there are still obstacles in its implementation. Some students do not fully understand the importance of moral values, which can be seen from the lack of discipline and responsibility in carrying out learning activities. To overcome this, it is necessary to strengthen moral education through the integration of religious values with students' social lives. In addition, the role of family and society is also a determining factor in the success of moral education in schools. Effective moral education not only forms individuals who are faithful and pious, but also creates a young generation who have high moral awareness, behave ethically, and are able to contribute positively to society.

Abstract:
This research discusses the moral degradation of the younger generation in Indonesia and the role of Islamic education in overcoming this problem. The phenomenon of moral degradation of the younger generation is increasingly disturbing with the increasing number of cases of tarnished morals, both in direct social interactions and via social media. The main causes of this moral degradation include promiscuity, unwise use of social media, and lack of supervision from parents. Islamic education is considered a relevant solution to face this problem. In this research, the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used to collect and analyze related literature. The findings of this research show that Islamic education has an integral, progressive and functional role in overcoming the moral degradation of the younger generation. The integration of Islamic education in the school curriculum is also considered important to shape the character of students. However, there are internal and external challenges faced in implementing Islamic education, including a less comprehensive understanding of Islamic teachings, as well as the negative influence of scientific and technological progress. This research contributes to understanding the complexity of the moral degradation of the younger generation and the relevance of Islamic education as a solution in facing these challenges. Therefore, it is important for Islamic educational institutions to continue to develop effective and relevant strategies in shaping the morals of the younger generation through Islamic education.

Abstract:
The study aims to investigate methods and tools for studying students’ learning efficiency in online learning conditions in specialties like “nursing” and “physical therapy and ergotherapy” during the pandemic. Data was collected from 412 students of universities in Ukraine and the Republic of Kazakhstan. A survey was carried out to assess such methods, tools, and moral values that inspired students innately and motivated them to study in an online learning environment, where students rated elements of Technology Adoption and Use of Effort Expectancy lower than other elements such as moral values as important in both specialties. The elements of Conformity and Tradition were also rated highly. Students also highly appreciated the importance of developing and improving the technical, structural, and regulatory elements of online learning, as well as fostering the value of a healthcare professional survey on elements to improve the effectiveness of training future healthcare professionals in an online format. This suggests that moral and professional values of education and an inner desire to be a high-level professional and quality communication between students and teachers promote quality education in conditions of limited access to clinical practice and online learning.

Middle school moral education not only plays the role of guidance, motivation, and assurance in adolescent education and school work but also has great significance in promoting social civilization and progress. In order to make moral education become more permeable, vivid, and colorful, it is required to persuade people with reason and move a man with emotion, so as to achieve a subtle effect. Also, it builds an explicit and implicit system by exploring the middle school moral education practices. The explicit moral education activities and implicit moral education activities are inextricably linked as a joint force, which makes the school moral education work quite effective. In the former one, it makes further practical and exploration activities in developing the class moral education, upholding the theme and etiquette education of “the Four Cardinal Principles”, inheriting the "benevolence" value of education and practice education, and resisting the bad information about the moral education. The study of Aqidah has been found to be of great importance in the education of students. The scope of Aqidah that allows students to form noble morals will result in them becoming qualified humans in all aspects of life. From the perspective of Aqidah, which plays a role in the formation of human morals, it can be said that humans can avoid despicable morals as a manifestation of the teachings of Islamic Aqidah. The morals derived from the Qur'an and hadith serve as the foundation for the development of spiritual values, which in turn produce quality generations. Aqidah and morals are inextricably linked; noble morals serve as a reflection of a person's personality and can elevate one's status. Moral education can be considered a form of moral education within the context of Islamic education. The objective of this study is to examine the learning of moral creed among students at XYZ School, and to assess the efficacy of this learning in fostering the formation of religious character. <em>Kohlberg&#39;s theory of moral cognitive development is the theory that underpins this qualitative study. Integration of values education in the education system by the teachers remains an effective approach to address moral decadence. Ten lesson observations from five different schools and semi-structured interview were thematically analysed to present findings. Thus, the researchers adopted interpretivism in presentation and discussion of findings for the study. Findings revealed that moral education is viewed differently by teachers in its integration in schools. Some participants opined that some selected subjects should be used for the integration of moral values in South African schools. The teacher, however, decried lack of adequate training on the integration of moral values in learners. Hence, the study recommends adequate and regular training of teachers on classroom pedagogy of integrating moral values in learners through all the subjects. Appropriate rewards and punishment should be employed by the school system to promote appropriate values in learners. South African high schools should review and integrate contents of moral education into the curriculum for classroom instructional delivery. Teachers should endeavour to understand the full usage of learners&rsquo; moral judgment competence, respect for every member of the community and moral cognition in an attempt to maximise the &ldquo;Zone of proximal development&rdquo; theory. </em>
