Abstract:
This article discusses the effective methods of teaching hearing impaired children. Effective teaching methods for hearing-impaired children require patience, creativity, and customized instruction. Teachers must be flexible, attentive, and nurturing to ensure that hearing-impaired children can learn effectively and achieve their academic potential. It is important to understand and address each child’s individual needs, abilities, and communication styles. By using visual aids, technology, sign language, small-group instruction, repeating and rephrasing, positive classroom environments, breaking down complex concepts, and encouraging collaborative learning, teachers can provide an inclusive and effective learning environment for hearing-impaired children.

Abstract:
In any field, one way to plan for a program's excellence is to study those programs that have been recognized for their excellence and to try to isolate the influential factors. During 1983 and 1984, the Northeast Regional Exchange (NEREX) engaged in “A Study of Exemplary Mathematics Programs.” The study, funded by the National Institute of Education, sought to “identify and describe factors and conditions associated with excellence in precollege mathematics.” Excellence was defined by student outcomes—test scores, awards, consistently high course enrollments, and so on.

Abstract:
This article explores findings concerning effective teaching. The term 'effective teaching' has been used in this article in a broader sense rather than simply accepting teacher behavior, or what teachers are seen to do in the classroom. It summarizes the vast literature related to effective teaching. This review summarizes effective teaching into five dimensions: supportive learning environment, academic expectations, scaffolding learning, clarity and adoption; and integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the teaching-learning process.
