Full textWe study here a specific industrial organisation where the coordination constraints are important : a port system is characterized by the presence of congestion effects, the dependance of the short-run production on long term decisions and the variety of organisationnal structures which seem to be compatible with that technical constraints. The endogeneous quality is determined by a stochastic demand and the capacity fixed by the long term decisions. The non adequacy between instantaneous supply and demand generates congestion effects. Nevertheless, these general conditions allow for a wide variety of organisation structures accross european countries. This evidence provides a solid foundation on which to pursue further research into the efficiency of port systems in two ways : technical and organisational efficiency. Some tools measuring technical efficiency are proposed and a functional representation of the production of the docks are estimated. The results are useful for management purposes and provide some suggestions for the organisational approach. A more normative method to compare the efficiency is used. We show that a technical efficiency process doesn't generate the same result when organisations are different, according to the demand hypothesis used

Full textFrench humanitarian organizations such as doctors without borders (medecins sans frontieres) and doctors of the world (medecins du monde) may be defined as "teleologic hybrids". Indeed, the effectiveness of their operational action is partly autonomous in relation to their institutional prosperity. Conformably to the organization's theory (h. A. Simon and j. G. March above all) and at the means of a reasoning's epistemology (constructivism), this work explores the way humanitarian action is related to the institutional management of the organizations. If the latter are relatively free "to do what they want" (which does not prevent the action to be assessable in "rational" terms of public health) that is because they are effective in selling their legitimate ambiguity to a widespread institutional network. As doing so, humanitarian organizations give an example of corporate strategy devoted to the purpose of social legitimacy

Full textHow is organisational integration produced? What are the forces which may affect its processes of production? This is the central question of this research. Based on effective coordination, it deals with solving the concrete problems of interdependence or coherence faced by actors. It thus explores the structuration of the common referential - the key condition of collective activity - but it also explores manifestations of differentiation which hinder the concretisation of coordination. The examination of Lawrence and Lorsch's original model results from a double reintegration: that of the constructed nature of social reality to understand its implications on those phenomena studied; that of the reciprocal influences between those processes analysed and their context to understand the effects on their development, their contents or their result. The objective is to grasp the meaning and the impact of organisational integration in the context of the decompartmentalised firm. The case study carried out to this end highlights the usefulness of this approach in describing and interpreting concrete situations of coordination. It particularly emphasises the effects of structuring the common referential on the learning processes and the development of competencies deployed in these situations. At the same time, it underscores the recurrent need to consolidate the integrative dynamic. The scheme of action capable of responding to this need results from the explicitation of these learning effects of coordination. This means of activating organisational integration targets the redundancy of functions. It constitutes the practical synthesis of the lessons of the case study

Full textThe unidimensional conception of efficiency has prevailed for a long time. It has essentially consisted in putting the notion of efficiency in the same category as productiveness and profitability. The systematic approach of organizations leads to an overshooting of this prospect. We have brought out four fundamental features of efficiency : It is a multidimensional notion. It is evolutive (dynamical). It has not a universal tenor. It involves a relation of dependency of organizing towards its environment

Full textOrganizational effectiveness is a common but equivocal concept that suppose the determination of its criteria, its dimensions and its determinants. The interpretation of o. E's measures is based on the choice of a particular conception of organization's functionning. With regard to jarniou's theory, we admit that the organization is a socio-cultural, an economical and a political system. We result to the definition of three dimensions of the o. E's and we choose quality product and absenteeism as its indicators. We tried, then, to measure the cost of these indicators in the case of two tunisian organizations. We result to the fact that their socio-cultural context, to their chantheir structure to their socio-cultural context, to their changing culture characterized by the coexistence of tradition and modernity, and by an inappropriate strategy

Full textOrganizational management has extensively studied organizational misbehaviors and their motivations, which often are initiated by individuals. Examples of collective deviance at work, based on a mutual disagreement on how to conduct a task, are unusual.Following a retrospective participant observation within a multinational department, I questioned this action which could be considered at first as a deviance. However I demonstrate based on fieldwork, that this action is the result of influences of organizational tensions and managerial behaviors. This thesis aims to understand how a group of individuals succeed in organizing a transgressive collective action, and how they conciliate with working requirements, using concepts such as cooperation, connivance and secret

Full textThis thesis aims at achieving three objectives : - propose one or several definitions of the consistency of organizational behavior : - propose a methodology allowing to measure the consistency of the behaviors; - explore the relations between consistency of the behaviors and performance of the organizations. We begin by reporting some problems of the theories of the organizations and introducing the need of a work of conceptual development in order to clarify the notion of performance and present the different perspectives allowing to consider the consistency of organizational systems. We present and discuss the classical systemic perspectives as well as the perspectives of the complexity and of chaos. The development of a typology of the possibilities of research on the consistency allows us to bring out, introduce and criticize two major paradigms : the one of contingency theories and the one of configurational theories. The discussion of this last paradigm allows us to present two types of fit (extrinsic and intrinsic) as well as a configurational methodology allowing to measure these. The application to the sector of the manufacturers of the pieces of furniture allows to bring out some non-linear relations between fits and performances and of partially confirming a certain number of our hypotheses. This work finishes by a reflection on the ways of overtaking and notably on the problem of the interdisciplinarity
Porgo, Teegwendé Valérie. "Development and validation of a hospital indicator of resource use intensity for injury admissions." Doctoral thesis, Université Laval, 2018. http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11794/67939.
Full textBackground: Injuries are the 5th leading cause of hospitalization in Canada and their care cost 16 billion dollars in 2010. Studies in the United States suggest that resource use fo racute injury care may be driven by factors other than the clinical status of patients. However, the lack of tools to measure and monitor resource use intensity has hampered the development of interventions aiming to improve the efficiency of injury care. Objectives: Our goal was to develop and validate a hospital indicator of resource use intensity for injury admissions. Our objectives were to (1) review how data on costs have been used to evaluate injury care; (2) estimate patient-level resource use for injury admissions, identify determinants of resource use intensity, and evaluate inter-hospital variations in resource use; and (3) develop a hospital indicator of resource use intensity fo rinjury admissions, and evaluate its internal and temporal validity. Methods: For the first objective, we conducted a systematic review of the literature. For the second and third objectives, we conducted retrospective, multicenter cohort studies based on ≥ 16-year-olds admitted to adult trauma centers in Quebec from 2014 to 2016. We extracted data from the Quebec trauma registry and hospital financial reports and estimated resource use with activity-based costs. For the second objective, we identified determinants using a multilevel linear model and assessed their relative importance with Cohen’s f² , and evaluated variations with intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) and 95% confidence intervals. For the third objective, we conducted analyses by trauma center designation level (I/II and III/IV). We developed risk-adjustment models using a competing risks framework for the whole sample and for specific diagnostic groups. We assessed model internal validity with the optimism-corrected coefficient of determination (r² ), and temporal validity with yearly r² . We performed benchmarking by comparing the adjusted geometric mean cost of each center, obtained using shrinkage estimates, to the provincial geometric mean. Results: In our systematic review, we identified 10 eligible studies, of which nine were conducted in the United States. Hospital comparisons were adjusted according to patient case mix in only five studies (50%). In our second study (n = 32,411), activity centers associated with the greatest resource use were the regular ward (57%), followed by the operating room (23%) and the intensive care unit (13%). The strongest determinant of resource use was discharge destination (f² = 7%). Among injury types, the highest resource use was observed for spinal cord injuries: $11,193 (7115-17,606) per admission. While resource use increased with increasing age for the regular ward, it decreased with increasing age for the operating room. Resource use was 19% higher in level I centers compared to level IV centers and we observed significant variations in resource use across centers (ICC = 5% [4-6]), particularly for the operating room (28% [20-40]). In our third study (n = 33,124), the risk-adjustment models explained between 11% and 30% (optimism-corrected r²) of the variation in resource use. Temporal validity in the whole sample was high with yearly r² between 29% and 31% and between 16% and 17% for level I/II and III/IV centers, respectively. Median resource use in the whole sample was$5014 (Quartiles 1 and 3: 3045-8762). In the whole sample and among patients with traumatic brain, isolated orthopedic and isolated thoracoabdominal injuries, we identified centers with higher or lower than expected resource use. Conclusions: Our review highlighted the need for more data on trauma center resource use, particularly in single-payer healthcare systems. Results from our second and third studies suggest that between 70% and 90% of the variation in resource use for injury care in Quebec is dictated by factors other than the clinical status of patients on arrival. We developed an indicator to identify variations in resource use intensity within a single trauma center or system over time, or across provinces or countries. This indicator and the determinants of resource use intensity we identified can be used to establish evidence-based resource allocations and design high-impact interventions to improve the efficiency of acute injury care. Research is underway to examine the association between hospital resource use intensity and clinical outcomes for trauma patients based on the methods we developed. Future research should identify determinants of inter-hospital variations inresource use intensity and aspects of resource use that drive optimal patient outcomes.

Full textIn a changing environment, management of information and knowledge is a huge challenge for the organization to value creation, maintenance and development of a sustainable competitive advantage. However, rapid changes in the environment, technology and competition rules have exacerbated the problems facing the organization to achieve these goals. Thus, given the important role played by the concept of information and knowledge, many companies have been forced, over the past twenty years, to abandon old models and adopt new approaches able to absorb information and knowledge scattered. The absorption process of internal and external information has become an essential part of the performance for firms that want to adapt to changes in the competitive environment. Despite the abundance of literature on absorptive capacity, a methodological lack and theoretical ambiguity about specifying its definition and "dimensialisation" persist in most studies. The objective of this research is to contribute to the literature on absorptive capacity through the creation and validation of new perspectives or measures, supported by a thorough analysis of the literature through business intelligence and knowledge management. From a conceptual model we test the psychometric properties of our constructed on data from 54 French companies. The results of the study confirm the validity of the proposed scales. So, they argue their consolidation and used as an instrument for measuring the absorption capacity

Full textAs the first economic activity in the word, tourism contributes to 9,9% of GDP. France ranks first worldwide in the number of visitors and third by considering generated revenues. Winter tourism is a crucial economic vector in the French Alps, occupying a prominent place to stay for winter sports. However, the intense competition between tourist destinations worldwide and developments in this sector today raises questions about the determinants of the attractiveness and effectiveness of tourist destinations, defined in this work as an inter-organizational network. In the absence of a unified body of theory, this research proposes to study the effectiveness of inter-organizational networks, considering their management. Specifically, four dimensions are analyzed : type of management, network size, trust level between members, similarity of their values and goals. The aim of this research was to understand, compare and discuss the effectiveness of three cases based on their member's perceptions and satisfaction. We have then adopted an interpretativist position and resorted to case method. This work is based partly on 51 semi-structured interviews conducted with officials of public and private organizations, and partly on direct observations and literature review, subjected to content analysis. The results of case studies highlight the role of managing inter-organizational network, since the hub organization seems to contribute to its effectiveness. Result also show that the inter-organizational network is a dynamic organizational form, evolving according to its management, its size and the confidence between partners

Full textThe path to globalization is strewn with potential problems that can break down organizational trust among leaders and followers. Changes in organizational structure, size, work arrangements and/or complexity require effective leadership who is responsible for managing followers in diverse situations. Designing, evaluating and implementing successful change strategies largely depend upon how leaders facilitate the change process and reduce the uncertainly associated with the change situation, and then encourage positive action of followers in the change process, and reduce their opposition. Organizations and their managers must recognize that change, in itself, is not necessarily a problem. The problem often lies in an inability to develop high trust relations, and manage change effectively. In this study, using other scholar’s research findings, the overlap between leadership theories, trust building research, cultural studies (in organizational level), and social network theories is explored. By focusing on managerial behaviour, this study has examined transformational leadership behaviors in Auto Part Manufacturing Sector in IRAN. It was going to test the effect of transformational leadership behaviors on followers trust in their leader with helps of network of people in an organization. It is first investigated that which kind of transformational leadership behaviour has more impact on follower’s trust in the leader. And second, it is determined that which group of people in organizational network facilitate development of such trusting stances. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to explore what the role of a leader is in promoting change through trust building. In this respect, a questionnaire was designated to measure effect of both different transformational leadership behaviors and organizational network on follower’s trust in their leader. It was assumed that the answers would be based on followers’ knowledge of their workplace and their existing relationship with the leader. Interestingly, with helps of the company owners and directors, 3-5 group sessions were arranged in each company during which all respondents were got together and answered the questionnaires simultaneously. Respondents of different organizational culture, company level, kind of responsibility, level of education, age, and gender made a homogenous sample. Using Regression analysis, it is shown that in change situation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration are the most effective behaviors of a transformational leader those directly increase follower’s trust to the leader. And, among member of an organizational network of people, higher level managers and immediate supervisors facilitate rapid development of the trusting stances among the followers. The results also indicate that members of an organization respond equally for their trusting stances to their leader when the leader demonstrates transformational leadership behaviors. Finally, demographic differences of the respondents had no meaningful impact on the hypothesized relations

Full textThis thesis considers the adaptation practives developed by two organisations specialists in the treatment of specific urgency situations : the Samu 59 (the French emergency medical service) and the special to-order tailoring unit of La Redoute. Its scientific interest lies in the identification of regulatory mechanisms set up (alert-based regulation vs anticipatory regulation), in the updating of a partial isomorphism of their modes of functioning and in the definition of a model of reactivity specific to the urgency context named " chrono-organisation ". " Chrono-organisation " constitutes a new form of organisational strategy as a response to the environment in line with those described by A. Zaleznik and M. Kets de Vries. It may be defined as an endofinalised mode of organisation and functioning based on a series of solutions including the different sources o value creation within a more of less complex network of contributors, characterised by the mobilisation of concurrent temporal structures (deep time, invention-time, real time) aiming to maintain the urgency chain among all the contributors a strong capacity to respond in the face of external stimuli of an unpredictable an variable nature. " Chrono-organisation " is thus a systemic model which consists of a series of global or local constraints and which has the dual objectives of correcting existing imbalances and acting on the internal and external sources of these imbalances. One of these constraints concerns in particular the obligation to associate reliability and speed in finalising collective action

Full textIntegration appears among the core concepts of organizational theories, which have supported the progresses of social sciences. Faced to difficulties in collective actions, researchers and managers have been thoroughly studying the levers for action, in search of the key conditions for unity, cooperation and agreement. Their aggregated findings have unveiled the multiplicity, the complexity and the various foundations of integration: formal organizations and devices, culture, systems of action or cognitive dynamics. Yet, the managerial uses sometimes restrict the phenomenon to control and hierarchy and wrongfully attribute properties such as homogeneity, discipline and relational harmony to organizational integration. The uncommon functioning of the retail banking of Crédit Agricole fixes these distortions. Diverse, democratic and non-centralized, this organization unrolls various sturdy integration processes through sophisticated assemblies of the social components pointed out by scientists. This case study emphasizes the fundamental functions of integration, which consists in making compatible heterogeneous logics of action and conciliating diversity, in order to facilitate the collective functioning. It calls attention on the sometimes surprising forms of integration and highlights the many benefits of diversity. Finally, this research combines the compatible integration and action theories and proposes a set of pluralistic tools - definition, methods, analytical framework - that enhances the ability to fully understand the richness of this social phenomenon

The goal of the study is to provide a systematic review of empirical research available on the impact of ISO 14001 published between 1996 and 2013. The results show that several studies focus more on the potential benefits and positive impacts and less emphasis on the problems and negative aspects. In addition, similarities in the objectives, approaches and methods tend to produce predictable and optimistic results. This study highlights the need to adopt more critical and diverse approaches that challenge the dominant and optimistic discourse about the impact of this standard. Full textIf concepts of values, motivation and organizational commitment are not recent, the research of relationships between these concepts is more recent (Locke, 1997; 2004; Meyer and al. , 2004). Thank to these models, authors try to obtain a better understanding of the relationships between values, motivation and commitment, in order to explain the organizational performance. Thus, the model proposed by Meyer, Becker and Vandenberghe has been used, in order to be tested empirically. Besides, different conceptions of values have been studded. Finally, we propose to use the theoretical approach of Mc Donald and Gandz (1991, 1992). Main objective of this research is to measure effects of individual values on motivation and organizational commitment, for a population of HRD and RH managers, all members of the association NADHR (National Association for Human Resources Directors). These French managers have been contacted by internet (http://www. Valeurs-gestion-des-ages. Com/) in order to answer to this national survey. 475 answers have been received for a target population of 1700 managers. 430 questionnaires have been treated and analyzed. The data analysis consisted in several PCA and in a typological analysis. Multiple regression analyses confirmed positive effects of values on motivation and commitment, as it was proposed. Finally, this exploratory survey (drived during the year 2007) shows that HRD and RH managers have two main operational value sets to drive their HR functions: "conservatism" and " group’s cohesion ". Results of multiple regression analyses found that motivation was predicted by the RH manager’s “group’s cohesion” values whereas commitment was predicted by the RH manager’s “conservatism” values

Full textThe downsizing of firms is becoming an integral part of the economic landscape. It often represents a major phenomenon in the firm's life. The progress of the downsizing is generally followed by direct consequences on employees : stress, commitment at work, etc. However, these effects are minimized and ignored by the researchers. The aim of this research is to attempt to integrate these human factors within a general reflexion on the downsizing effects. This approach allows us to understand how elements such as the self-efficacy can reduce the effects of professionnal stress and by the way, can facilitate the organizational commitment. This study focuses on "the executives" because they are considered as the first category concerned by this change. Therefore, the present research was based on a case study of one company "Assuria" who was downsized in 2004 like all the insurance companies in France (cf. FFSA reports). Our approach aims to evaluate, in vivo, executives' attitudes and behaviours within the operational downsizing period. .

Full textAlongside a general inquiry on the role of transfer of acquired experience (TAE) in the process of organizational socialization, and on the implementation of the theoretical model of ‘multiple and active socialization', this research aims at identifying and explaining how such transfers of acquired experience apply to the case of women employed in male-dominated occupations. The objective is to emphasize the explanatory factors of individual variability of the activation and inhibition of transfers, on the occupational realm, and distinguish them from those related to the acquisition of experience in different areas and periods of socialization. We explore: the role of satisfaction from personal efficiency (SPE) at the intra-individual level; the role of perceived social support at the inter-individual level; and the role of gender at the occupational level. The empirical research carried out include detailed interviews with thirty female bus drivers on the transport network of the Toulouse metropolitan area, matched with a range of quantitative indicators. The identification of TAE allowed us to distinguish between three sub-groups of drivers, according to their level of transfer activation. An analysis of these sub-groups with respect to the research variables shows that high level of TAE activation is associated with high level of SPE, perception of an existing assessment support from the hierarchy, strong perception of gender differences, and actual experience of gender discrimination. The inhibition of TAE appears to be related to awareness gained from others' feedback on the irrelevance of some transfers

Full textThis research focuses on organizational socialization in a situation of upward mobility. The object is to show the relationship between the dynamics of commitment in supervisory positions and role orientation. Research about organizational socialization tends to minimize the influence of prior external experiences to the organizational socialization of the subjects. Our theory suggests that the meaning people attribute to their commitments and professional roles are related to heterogeneous experiences and temporalities. Data collected from fifteen Social Work managers underline the importance of placing the motivations and directions of the professional activities of the subjects in temporalities that are different from their socialization at work and away from work, and in relation to their chosen activities in other domains. Results also show the importance of deliberation and attributing meaning processes in the construction of commitment and role playing in a new work environment

Full textIn order to prevent faults to happen and their catastrophic consequences, some organizations adopt operational modes allowing them to ensure a high degree of reliability and resilience. This research focuses on formalizing these operational modes through a processual approach to organizational reliability and resilience of a critical-care unit. We aim to study, on the one hand, how the processes unfold in the operational context facing real-life situations and, on the other hand, the impact of the organizational context on reliability and resilience.Studying a French critical-care unit, first-order results describe the different processes – at both organizational and situational levels of analysis – contributing to the organizational reliability and resilience: culture, integration of new members, trust, coordination, learning and organizational slack.Second-order results address patient-care situations as a continuum and we highlight the inflection points of the different patient-care trajectories. Saturation of the unit, management of the unexpected and of the situational slack enable critical-care unit’s members to cope with the volatility and the life-threatening emergency of situations demanding immediate action. We also study the links between the organizational and the situational levels of analysis by proposing a reinterpretation of the concept of discussion space (Detchessahar, 2003).Finally, our findings invite us to consider the tension in hospitals regarding the resources needed to maintain organizational reliability and resilience

We are interested in this thesis, to improve the performance of RIO by co-alignment of the SSC triptych factors: Structure of RIO, Inter-organizational Information Systems and Trust. Indeed, it appears that the performance of RIO is particularly enhanced when companies succeed in finding the right mix of these factors

Full textHospital performance depends not only on its environmental factors but also on teams’ ability to structure care practices. Technical measures are insufficient and specific management practices should be implemented to deal with these difficult situations. Usual action theories do not interpret these difficulties in a comprehensive way. A pragmatic epistemology allows us to introduce interactions within work communities, as important factors for performance. The observation of care practices for pressure ulcers in eight different hospitals has highlighted the different structural dimensions of performance : a synchronic dimension which articulates the processes within a pattern of action which reflects a high alert attitude ; a diachronic dimension which supports the processes with enduring resources ; a conventional dimension which modalizes these patterns. Managerial practices such as qualifying, enacting and inscribing in conventions, help building deep sites of action. Archetypal conventions institutionalize these practices

Full textISO 9001 standard is in widespread use in Tunisian firms. The questioning about its relevance and effectiveness is of a particular interest. Quality programs provide a ready and dynamic framework for patterns of organization, identification, measure and performance improvement and also focus on firm information system. This work aimed to examine the effects of ISO 9001 accreditation on knowledge creation and transfer and therefore on the firm performance. The preliminary analysis based on an empirical survey of 34 Tunisian firms from automotive components industry, suggests a positive association between quality practices and knowledge management. The main differences deal with externalization and internalization stages. The results confirm moreover most hypotheses concerning the presumed links between the construct. The impact on firm operational performance seems mediated by the knowledge management effect. Practices of a particular firm belonging to the original sample have been described, in order to comfort and illustrate the survey’s findings. This firm has been winner of the Tunisian quality award in 2007

Full textThis research required to examine variables that influence the organizational efectiveness in local government services. The mayoralty was used the unity of analysis and 92 mayors and 236 directors in 109 municipalities in Portugal participated in this study. The latent variables mayor's extensive leadership (G), strategic oriented leadership (S) and risk predisposed leadership R, director's satifaction and commitment, trust and cooperation climate were operationalized using factor analysis. Through structural equations modeling the research revealed significant positive mediate relationship between : G and satifaction, G and cooperation, S and commitment, S and trust, R and satisfaction, satisfaction and commitment and commitment and trust. Signicant negative mediate relatinship was found between G and commitment ; and a one hand, between R and, on the other, trust and cooperation. Direct effects from trust to overall perceived effectiveness and to level of investments execution rate were found. Financial indicators were not found to be significantly explained by the model. Significant differences for mayors and directors were found in the relation between G and satisfaction, R and satisfaction, S end trust and commitment and trust. Mayoralties supported by right and left ideologies were found to have significantly different perceptions between R and cooperation. Also, significant differences for lower and upper economic level municipalities were found between R satifaction and between R and cooperation. Behavioral styles of mayor are proposed and analyzed their effectiveness. The model was specified for others factors of leadership as perceived by the directors

Full textThis research considers organizational robustness from the perspective of the cooperation between supervision and maintenance operators, who are responsible for the availability of a telecoms network. This cooperation between categories of workers is hindered by a number of factors: by the limits of technological and organizational design, by tension between groups of workers, by discontinuities and lack of overlap in knowledge and experience. It is striking to observe that telecoms service is assured despite a steady stream of perturbations that would adversely affect service delivery, if they were not managed by supervision or maintenance activities. Detailed analysis of the social networks of repair workers has allowed us to identify two mechanisms that underpin the robustness of the socio-technical telecoms system. Firstly, operators build up a network of professional relationships that includes interactions related to their activity and the technology, and personal relationships related to a professional value system, friendship and solidarity. Secondly, operators stabilize these relationships via a phenomenon of “generalized control” that restrains opportunistic use of the unequal distribution of resources and power. In the professional universe we have investigated, mutual control between people ensures consistency of actions, the mutualisation of information and helps people reach compromises

Full textThe management of quality is recognized today like a key element of performance, and thus of differentiation of the companies. The emergent processes, related to the various steps quality, exert a real influence on the performances of the company, and emphasize a complexity which makes their management difficult to control. The objective of this thesis consists in studying the effects of the steps quality on the organisational performances of the company. She seeks to put in light and at better including/understanding the permanent interactions between the installation of step quality and the performances organisational. The problems are declined in four theoretical proposals which direct the empirical study. It is carried out through three case studies realities and diversified, of steps quality. Starting from a study of the literature, of a qualitative analysis of the data collected and discussion of the theoretical proposals, new theoretical proposals are formulated and of the concrete tracks of action are indicated to enrich management by quality. The principal results highlight a positive and significant contribution of the steps quality, in the organisational performances of the companies, via process of changes and organisational trainings. This contribution was supplemented by the forward setting of variable and moderated effects, been dependant on the contextual elements, and the subtlety of the organized system of the steps quality: the quality of management
