The effectiveness of the antiradical and antioxidant action of extracts obtained from the Siberian puffball (lat. Phlojodicarpus sibiricus) was studied. The article presents materials that reveal the issues of pond entrepreneurship management based on the use of information and nature-saving technologies. Using an economic and mathematical model, the entrepreneurial potential of the region for the development of commercial fish farming was calculated.
