Abstract:
The article presents the results of an experimental study on rat poisoning with 1,2-dichloroethane (250 µl / kg, intragastric administration). The aim of this work was to find the relationship between biological markers and morphological changes in acute damage to rat kidneys with dichloroethane. The study of urine samples of experimental animals by gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) revealed 1,2-dichloroethane in the concentration range of 0,05 – 0,90 µg / ml (95% C.I. = 0,09 – 0,90 µg / ml). Daily excretion with urine was 0,60 – 4,50 µg / 16h (95% C.I. = 1,14 – 3,93 µg / ml). Levels of nephron-specific biomarkers in urine were 194,62 ± 9,02 IU / L (NAGase, p = 0,0022) and 2,93 ± 0,38 ng / ml (KIM-1, p = 0,0022), which exceeded those in the control group by 5 and 23 times, respectively. Edema, disorders of intrarenal hemodynamics, leukocyte migration in interstitium, uneven damage to various areas of the kidneys due to adipose dystrophy and necrobiotic changes in the nephrothelium of the proximal tubules mainly in the cortical layer of the kidneys have developed in the kidneys. Positive correlations between the level of 1,2-dichloroethane in the urine and the level of KIM-1 (Spearman r = 0,7427, 95% C.I. 0,2764 – 0,9260, p = 0,0083), -N-acetylglucosaminidase (Spearman r = 0,8248, 95% C.I. 0,4613 – 0,9512, p = 0,0019), the scores on the EGTI scale (Spearman r = 0,8064, 95% C.I. 0,7126 – 0,8719, p < 0.0001); the level of KIM-1 and the scores on the EGTI scale (Spearman r = 0,7427, 95% C.I. 0,2764 – 0,9260, p = 0.0083), -N-acetylglucosaminidase and the scores on the EGTI scale (Spearman R = 0,4684, 95% C.I. 0,2764 – 0,6244, p < 0,0001), the level of the low and medium molecular weight substances in the blood and the scores on the EGTI scale (Spearman R = 0,6909, 95% C.I. 0,5549 – 0,7909, p < 0,0001) were found.

Abstract:
In this paper, the concept of kinematic fractionation is introduced for epicyclic gear trains (EGTs) which contains structural fractionation as a degenerate case. With the concept of kinematic fractionation, kinematically independent group(s) embedded in an EGT can be identified. A composition list, which depicts the links and the link connection in the associated group, is used to determine the type of fractionation. It is found that most previously enumerated structurally non-fractionated EGTs in the literature are kinematically fractionated. It is shown that a structurally non-fractionated EGT may be kinematically fractionated while a structurally fractionated EGT must be kinematically fractionated. The concept of kinematic fractionation can lead to efficient topological analysis of EGTs with physical comprehension. [S1050-0472(00)01604-4]

Abstract:
Exhaust Gas Temperatue is an parameter where the hot gases’s temperature leave the gas turbine. Exhaust gas temperature margin is the difference between highest temperature at take off phase with redline on indicator (???????????? ???????????????????????? °????=???????????? ????????????????????????????−???????????? ???????????????? ????????????). EGTM is one of any factor to determine engine performance. A good perfomance of an engine when it has a big margin (EGTM), during operation of an engine the EGTM could decrease untill 0 (zero). So many factors could affect EGTM deteroration there are: distress hardware such as airfoil erosion, leak of an airseals, and increase of clearance between tip balde and shroud. Increase of clearance happens in high pressure compressor rotor clearance. In CFM56-7 have 9 stage(s) of high pressure compressor and each stage give the EGT Loses. The calculation of EGT Effect/Losses is actual celarance – minimum clearance x 1000 x EGT Effect °C, where actual clearance define by the substraction of outside diameter’s rotor with inside diameter’s shroud, minimum clearance define in the manual, 1000 is adjustment from mils/microinch to inch, and EGT Effect is temperature that define in the manual. The analysist had done with 6 (six) engine serial number and proceed by corelation that shown linkage between clearance and EGT Effect, the corelation is strong shown the result of corelation (r) is 0.994275999 or nearest 1.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Trichoderma reesei strains were constructed for production of elevated amounts of endoglucanase II (EGII) with or without cellobiohydrolase I (CBHI). The endoglucanase activity produced by the EGII transformants correlated with the copy number of the egl2 expression cassette. One copy of the egl2 expression cassette in which the egl2 was under the cbh1 promoter increased production of endoglucanase activity 2.3-fold, and two copies increased production about 3-fold above that of the parent strain. When the enzyme with elevated EGII content was used, an improved stonewashing effect on denim fabric was achieved. A T. reesei strain producing high amounts of EGI and -II activities without CBHI and -II was constructed by replacing the cbh2 locus with the coding region of the egl2 gene in the EGI-overproducing CBHI-negative strain. Production of endoglucanase activity by the EG-transformant strain was increased fourfold above that of the host strain. The filter paper-degrading activity of the endoglucanase-overproducing strain was lowered to below detection, presumably because of the lack of cellobiohydrolases.

Governança de TIC no setor público é uma estrutura de iniciativas e processos que visa gerir o controle de toda instituição, com o objetivo de agregar valor ao negócio, equilibrando os riscos e o retorno dos investimentos em TIC. Mas é perceptível que essa adoção ainda é um desafio em Instituições Federais de Ensino, de acordo com os órgãos de controle externo da Administração Pública Federal. Para que se consiga atingir o mínimo de exigência de Governança de TIC, é importante o desenvolvimento de mecanismos que auxiliem sua implantação. O objetivo desta dissertação é desenvolver uma proposta de implantação de Governança de TIC alinhada aos mecanismos que impulsionam a Governança Pública, e que visa impulsionar e facilitar as instituições no amadurecimento de ideias, e na execução de ações para o alcance de um nível mais elevado de maturidade em TIC. Serão considerados, neste contexto, os aspectos que envolvem o setor público, abordando práticas, técnicas e modelos de referência, direcionando a instituição desde a implantação da governança corporativa até a gestão dos serviços, conseguindo assim com a sua realização, obter resultados satisfatórios em um curto ou médio prazo.
ICT governance in the public sector is a framework of initiatives and processes aimed at managing the control of every institution with the goal of delivering business value, through balancing the risk and return on investment in ICT. However, according to external control agencies of the Federal Public Administration, the adoption of ICT governance is still a challenge in Teaching Federal Institutions. In order to achieve the minimum requirement for ICT Governance it is important to develop mechanisms to support its implementation. The objective this master thesis is creation of a proposal for deployment of ICT governance aligned the mechanisms that driving and assist the institutions in the process of maturing ideas, and making easier the execution of actions to achieve a higher level of maturity in ICT governance. Will be considered in the context, the aspects that involving the Public Sector, addressing pratices, technics and reference models, should be directed from the implementation of corporate governance to management of services, thereby achieving satisfactory results in a short to medium term.

Abstract:
Today, aircraft emissions represent 2.6% of total global CO 2 emissions. A partial solution to reduce emissions during the taxiing process is to use an electric taxi system instead of the aircraft's main engines as well as the towing vehicles. A literature review was conducted on three different Electric Taxi System (ETS) to gain a wider insight into the systems. Through the literature study, a comparison was made between the three different ETS in order to choose the most appropriate taxiing system that could reduce emissions emitted during the taxiing. EGTS was chosen as the most suitable concept for a greener taxiing process. The results were obtained through calculations and analyzes of emissions and fuel consumption based on the FOI3 method, ICAO database, and Safran & Honeywell models. In conclusion, the results showed that the EGTS concept results in fuel saving and emission reduction up to 56 % and two minutes of time saving during the taxiing process.
I dagsläget utgör flygets utsläpp globalt 2,6% av de totala koldioxidutsläppen. En dellösning för att reducera utsläppen under taxningsprocessen är att använda elektriska taxningssystem istället för flygplanets huvudmotorer eller bogserfordon. Syftet med arbetet är att analysera tekniska och miljömässiga förutsättningar med konceptet EGTS för att reducera ett trafikflygplans miljöpåverkan under taxningsfasen. Vi genomförde en litteraturstudie på tre olika Electric Taxi System (ETS) för att få en bred kunskap om systemen. Därefter gjorde vi en jämförelse mellan de tre olika ETS-systemen med syfte att kunna välja det taxningssystem, som hade störst potential att kunna bidra till reducering av de emissioner som släpps ut under taxningsfasen. EGTS bedömdes vara det mest passande konceptet för gröna taxningsprocesser. Resultaten togs fram genom beräkningar och analyser avseende emissioner och bränsleförbrukning, vilka är baserade på FOI3-metoden, ICAO:s databas och Safran- & Honeywells modeller. Analys och tolkning av erhållna resultat visar att konceptet EGTS leder till bränslebesparing och reducering av emissioner med upp till 56 % samt två minuters tidsbesparing under taxningsprocessen.

Abstract:
Thesis in its theoretical part deals with cross-border cooperation and analyzes a new legal instrument at EU level - European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC). The work describes the instrument, including the establishment of a legal basis. It also deals with the potential use of the EGTC, which focuses on the permanent structure for cross-border cooperation, ie. Euroregions and make a summary of the EGTC already developed within the European Union. The practical part focuses on a description of the Euroregion Neisse, who ordered the creation of a legal entity as one of the main objectives and is currently in the process of preparing the establishment of an EGTC. This section is in addition to the characteristics of the Euroregion analysis of individual steps in the creation, use specific options on the EGTC and the comparison with existing legal entities within the EU. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the EGTC and determine whether it has the potential for the development of the Euroregion Neisse.

MASE, uma ferramenta baseada em Sistemas Multiagentes para Simulação Ambiental, foi concebida para simulação em cenários de exploração em sistemas ambientais com agentes BDI-cognitivos. Por esse motivo, a versão mais atual da ferramenta é denominada MASE-BDI. MASE especializa-se em modelos de Land Use Cover Change, com agentes espacialmente posicionados explorando o meio natural de acordo com regras determinadas pelo usuário. Neste artigo apresenta-se o MASE-EGTI, que introduz submodelos sociais ba- seados em Teoria de Jogos Evolucionários para a resolução de conflitos de re- cursos espaciais pelos agentes do MASE. Tais submodelos não apenas refletem comportamentos sociais dos agentes, mas também perfis de exploratórios no ambiente. Pontos de equilı́brio das distribuições das estratégias são explorados em cenários de competição por espaço fı́sico, e os resultados dos experimentos são comparados com os realizados no MASE-BDI.

Abstract In this paper, the concept of kinematic fractionation is introduced for epicyclic gear trains (EGTs) which contains structural fractionation as a degenerate case. Kinematic fractionation provides a viewpoint to determine the type of fractionation of an EGT by distinguishing the independent transmission path(s) inside. With the concept of kinematic fractionation, kinematically independent group(s) embedded in an EGT can be identified. A composition list, which depicts the links and the link connection in the associated group, is used to determine the type of fractionation. It is found that most previously enumerated structurally non-fractionated EGTs in the literature are kinematically fractionated. It is shown that a structurally non-fractionated EGT may be kinematically fractionated while a structurally fractionated EGT must be kinematically fractionated. The concept of kinematic fractionation can lead to efficient topological analysis of EGTs with physical comprehension.

Abstract After conceptual design and dimensional synthesis of a compound epicyclic gear train (EGT), its performance evaluation involves kinematic analysis, force analysis, torque analysis, and power-flow analysis. In recent years, graph theory has proven to be a powerful symbolic representation for design of mechanisms. Application of graph theory for the topological representation and kinematic analysis of EGTs is quite well established. However, graph theory based methods for power-flow and force analysis lack certain features, making them unsuitable or difficult to implement in a general purpose program for automatic design of EGTs. The traditional approach has been to perform force and torque analysis first, and then use the results to perform power-flow analysis. This paper presents a novel, systematic approach in which power-flow analysis is performed first, and then the results are used to determine the inter-link forces in epicyclic spur-gear trains. This method is based only on the graph of the gear-train and the angular velocities of the elements, and hence, is more suitable for automatic computation, simpler to implement in a program, and also avoids requiring the formulation of tedious torque equilibrium equations. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the simplicity and generality of the method.

In this paper the objectives and implementation of the company Materials Database at European Gas Turbines (EGT) are described. In the initial stages, a materials audit identified the existing functional requirements for materials information, the properties required by each function, and the flow of information. The main requirement of the database is to provide materials design data. Related, but separate databases for bibliographic and test data were also created. Technical procedures are necessary to define and control the content, use and maintenance of the Database, with an example being the creation, review and approval of materials property sets. Written procedures were also prepared to describe the flow of data resulting in relationships between a unique material specification, the ‘design data’ and its source, and the applications of the material for EGTs engines. The database and technical procedures developed by EGT may be used as a model for other manufacturers developing their own computerised systems. It is shown that data may be represented in several ways, and it is argued that the structure of the data evolves during the implementation stage. Current standards and key publications (eg. Newton, 1993, and Buttner and Kröckel, 1989) which define how to build a materials database do not, so far, define the information content for gas turbine materials. With increasing electronic exchange of data amongst turbine manufacturers, and with their material suppliers and external test houses, there is an urgent need for standardisation of exchange methods. It is concluded that new standards for formatting and exchange of material property data will be of general benefit to the gas turbine industry.

Design of automatic gear boxes with better performance is a pursuit goal of the modern automobile industry. In order to develop CAD method for the creative design of automatic gear boxes, this paper proposes an automatic method for the structure synthesis of one degree of freedom (DOF) epicyclic gear trains (EGTs) with one main shaft which serve as the key mechanisms in automatic gear boxes. First, based on the graph representation of EGTs, the canonical perimeter graphs and the corresponding canonical adjacency matrices are obtained. Then, based on the canonical adjacency matrices, the characteristic number strings are obtained and used to identify isomorphism in the synthesis process. Third, an automatic method is proposed to generate the basic graphs of the topological graphs of EGTs, and the basic graphs up to 9 links are synthesized. After that, based on the structural characteristics for the graphs of EGTs, an automatic method is proposed to synthesize the topological graphs of EGTs from the basic graphs, and an algorithm for the detection of rigid subchains in EGTs is also presented. Finally, a program is developed, and 1-DOF EGTs having one main shaft with up to 9 links are synthesized.

En este documento se estudia el rol que juega el turismo interno como un mecanismo de transferencia interregional de ingresos. En Colombia, esos flujos siguen un patrón de origen en las regiones centrales y con destino en la periferia del país. Uno de los principales destinos turísticos es la costa Caribe, la cual presenta los indicadores socioeconómicos más críticos del país. La hipótesis que se plantea es que la inyección de recursos, a través del gasto en turismo, contribuye a generar efectos sistémicos en las regiones de destino. Existe poca evidencia empírica sobre estos impactos del turismo en Colombia, donde la mayoría de los estudios adoptan métodos cualitativos. Aquellos que usan técnicas cuantitativas no tienen en cuenta una aproximación sistémica para calcular impactos regionales. En este sentido, el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los impactos regionales de los patrones de consumo del gasto de los turistas colombianos, enfocado en la región Caribe, haciendo uso de un modelo interregional insumo-producto, junto con datos de la Encuesta de Gasto en Turismo Interno (EGIT) 2014-2015. Los ejercicios desarrollados permiten capturar la contribución del turismo interno al crecimiento económico inclusivo en términos de las características socioeconómicas del empleo y la generación de ingresos, tanto directa como indirectamente. Esto es importante para proporcionar información para la formulación de políticas regionales relacionadas con el turismo. Los resultados sugieren que el turismo interno puede ser considerado como un canal importante para producir una asignación más eficiente de recursos y reducir la desigualdad entre las regiones de Colombia. Se concluye que las estrategias de política regional dirigidas al sector turístico pueden ser relevantes para el desarrollo del Caribe colombiano.
