W tekście przybliżono istotę, pojęcie, obiekt i przedmiot omawianej dyscypliny naukowej. Studium literatury tematu badań dowodzi, że problemy te nie zostały wystarczająco zbadane.

Abstract:
The article follows on from the research project “Everyday life during a pandemic”, the aim of which was to show the relational nature of the categories of excesses and shortages, and thus the organic essence of everyday life itself. The second goal was to present patterns of experiencing the crisis in everyday life, meaning how it is sustained in such moments, with the help of what practices and cognitive categories. Crisis economics is one such instrument, referring to the process of measuring, which is far from a quantitative and mathematical form of establishing relationships between phenomena. The economics of everyday life is qualitative, and is accompanied by such concepts as “too much”, “too little”, “less than”, “more than”, “similarly”, and “at least”. Such measures are subjective, and are applied in a specific situational context — in this case at a moment of disruption and crisis in everyday life. The article describes several examples of such crisis economics in the form of the principle of “at least”, “better not risk”, and “more but for less time”.

Abstract:
This dissertation deals with the nature of the Chinese economic system. The first chapter focuses on the global economy and seeks to define the main economic systems prevailing in it, ie. Anglo-Saxon, Continental and Asian-developmental. Compared to these systems defined as market economies, the dissertation consequently analyses and defines a system of state capitalism and the main elements of it. The following part of the dissertation is focused on the historical Chinese approaches to economic governance of the country and attempts to identify those historical approaches that are still relevant and influential in modern Chinese economy. The third chapter analyses the Chinese economic system and the role of the state in it; it also examines the government's approach to the ownership of state enterprises and the overall extent of state ownership in the Chinese economy. The final chapter examines the different types of state subsidies to domestic, often state, enterprises in China. As an example of the various subsidies a case study on the automotive industry is used.

Abstract:
Summary Thesis Comparison of Greek and Czech economies has been devied into two main parts, the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part was about gaining an important theoretical knowledge, which lead to a broader understanding of the issue. There were mentioned descriptive methods, describing various macroeconomic indicators, that were used to compare the two national economies. Alos, there were taking into consideration several main economical aspects, such as: gross domestic product, general unemployment rate, inflation rate, export, import and interest rates, and the national debt coefficient. The last chapters have been devoted to describe the Maastricht criteria and the process of involving euro in Czech Republic. The practical part included individual macroeconomic indicators, examined in terms of development of both economies, and subsequently with the help of statistical methods, made the comparison, that highlighted important analogies and differences. For deeper perception of the issue, there were used data of other European Union countries and countries that had eccepted euro in this thesis. And the last but not the least, the macroeconomic data evaluation has been set for the period from 2005 to 2015. Findings were based on the last part of the thesis, which obtained comparison of the development of both economies in the past, and also included the assumption for future development. Conclusion described the impact on Czech Republic economy, influenced by embracement of euro.

Dále uvádím převažující módy v nichž firmy fungují. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na doporučení pro hospodářskou politiku.

This thesis deals with economy of treating with municipal waste. The municipal waste, which is generated by citizens makes burden not only on public and private budgets, but also on environment. Importance of this burden rise regarding to continuous growth of volume of the municipal waste. This fact implicates need to set up cost efficient and permanent achievable solution. Nowadays there is a suggestion, prepaderd by the Ministry of environment, which suggest using returnable PET bottles, which are important part of the municipal waste. Potentional implementation of returnable PET bottles doesnt have influance only on yield of this type of waste, but it is connected with other parts of the municipal waste such as biological degradable municipal waste and mixed waste. Content of this thesis is presentation of the economic analysis of alternation for treating with three most important parts of the municipal waste on backround of fullfiling conditons set up by European union.

This diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of sport events and presents the International Ski Federation FIS, including its structure, and marketing and technical concept of the races in the FIS Tour de Ski. The introduction to the practical part focuses on the history of cross-country skiing, the structure of the most important cross-country races in the world, and presents the town of Nove Mesto na Morave and the race Golden Ski. Then follows the description of the allocation process of the World Cup race and possibilities of its abolition. The main part of the diploma thesis is a detailed analysis of the Golden Ski race in the Tour de Ski. The analysis deals with the topics related to the organizing committee, technical support, scoring, invitations, accreditation, accommodation, marketing, transportation, and accompanying program of Golden Ski. The thesis concludes with financial background and short mention of Slavic Cup.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic of the economy of sports events. In The practical part describes three different sports events: Mácháčský pohodář, Jablonecký běh do pohody and Tygří skiatlon. On each of them is demonstrated one of the specific activities leading to the organization of medium-sized sports events (from 100 to 500 participants). The main goal is to reveal (in detail) the issue of the organization, financing and promotion of sports events and thus provide readers with guidance for future events of similar structure. The work is further discussed the issue how to organize the event with the aid of project management. The next task is to analyze and evaluate the economic impact of selected sports events to the region in which it is held. The result of this analysis was finally confirm the hypothesis that medium-sized sports events, in our case Mácháčský pohodář, have a relevant economic impact on the area in which they are organized.

Abstract:
In order for the state to fulfil its functions, it needs to approach the balance of funds correctly. It is mainly view in the state budget. The goal of the state should be primarily a surplus budget, but at least revenues should cover the expenditures part. The state’s revenues come mainly from taxes. In crises, where state expenditures are set unsustainably in the future, it is more than ever the question of imposing new taxes. Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, a new Digital Tax was in the legislative process. It has been already introduced in other countries, especially in Europe. This chapter aims to analyse the introduction of the Digital Tax in the Czech Republic and its problematic aspects.

Dünyanın en büyük doğalgaz rezervlerinden birine sahip olan Türkmenistan’ın geçiş ekonomisi koşulları için iyi bir başlangıca sahip olduğu söylenebilir. Ancak zengin doğalgaz rezervleri günümüze kadar gizilgücünü yansıtamamıştır. Türkmenistan, bağımsızlığın ardından benzer ülkelerde olduğu gibi ağır ekonomik koşullarla yüz yüze kalmıştır. Ancak petrol ve doğal gaz kaynakları, kısmen de olsa bu sürecin daha yumuşak geçmesini sağlamıştır. Yeraltı kaynaklarının bu süreçteki en olumsuz etkisi ise doğal gaz sektörüne olan bağımlılığın ekonomiyi dış şoklara karşı savunmasız bırakması olmuştur. Enerji sektörü Sovyet döneminde olduğu gibi günümüzde de ülkenin ekonomik kalkınması ve sürdürülebilir büyümesi açısından oldukça önemlidir. Türkmenistan’daki enerji sektörünün yapısı, yarattığı ekonomik katkıların yanı sıra, makroekonomi açısından bazı zorluk ve riskleri de barındırmaktadır. Bağımsızlıkla birlikte sektörün gelişimi için yeni fırsatlar doğduğu kadar finansman sorunları ve pazar alanlarının kaybı gibi tehlikeler de ilk süreçte ortaya çıkmıştır. Enerji sektörünün katma değerini daha da artırabilmek yüksek maliyetlere de katlanmayı gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu sebepledir ki düşük maliyetli finansmana erişim noktasında uluslararası desteğin sağlanabilmesi ve yabancı yatırımın ülkeye çekilebilmesi, serbest piyasa koşullarına yakınsamayı da gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu nedenle, ekonomi politikalarının ve özelde enerji sektörüne yönelik politika ve stratejilerin doğru bir şekilde belirlenmesi, makro ekonomik etkileri artıracağı gibi ülkenin ekonomik istikrarı ve sürdürülebilirliği gibi hususlarda da kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, Türkmenistan’ın, çoğunluğu tahminlere dayalı olarak elde edilebilen verileri ışığında merkezi planlı ekonomiden serbest piyasa ekonomisine geçiş sürecini de kapsayan otuz yıllık makro ekonomik performansı masaya yatırılacaktır. Buna koşut olarak enerji sektörü özelinden makro ekonomik dinamizm ve ülkenin uluslararası alanda almaya çalıştığı pozisyon değerlendirilecektir.

Tüketicilerin bilinç düzeyi yükselince, tatmin olma konusu da artık sadece somut değil soyut olarak da kendini göstermeye başlamıştır. Hızlı ekonomik gelişmelerin, gelir dağılımda yarattığı adaletsizliğe de kayıtsız kalmak istemeyen tüketiciler, büyük ölçekli ekonomilerde dezavantajlı durumda bulunan üreticileri kooperatifler gibi sosyal ekonomi araçlarıyla destekleme eğilimindedir. Kooperatiflerin de tüketicilerin ihtiyaçlarına yönelik ürünler üretmesi ve onların hizmetine oluşturacakları markalar yoluyla sunabilmesi önemli ekonomik gelişmelerdir. Pazarda her geçen gün artan mal ve hizmet sayı ve çeşidi karşısında özel sektör ve kamu sektörünün yetersiz kaldığı anlar yaşanmaktadır. İşte bu noktada belki de üçüncü bir yol olarak sosyal ekonomi ve unsurları ortaya çıkmaktadır. Sosyal ekonomide temel unsurlar olan dernek, vakıf ve yardım kuruluşları gibi kooperatifler de tüketici ihtiyaçlarına çözüm arayışlarının bir parçası olmaktadır. Kooperatifler diğer sosyal örgütler arasında en fazla ekonomiye destek olan kuruluşlardır. Kooperatiflerin bulundukları ekonomilerde, rekabet ortamında var olup, uzun süre ayakta kalabilmeleri gerekir. Pazarda daha fazla etkili olabilmeleri için üretmiş oldukları ürünleri en iyi şekilde serbest piyasa şartlarında değerlendirmeleri beklenir. Bu bağlamda yapmış oldukları pazarlama çabaları içerisinde markalaşma da çok önemli bir konudur. Kooperatifçilik alanında markalaşma çabaları her ne kadar bazı engellerle karşılaşsa da acımasız rekabet karşısında kooperatiflerin uzun dönemli hayatta kalma mücadelesinde çok önemli bir adımdır. Kooperatifler ancak markalaşma gibi tutundurma çalışmalarıyla müşteri sadakati, kurum imajı oluşturarak, tüketici ilgisini sıcak tutabilir. Kooperatifçilik alanında markalaşma çabalarının önemi ve ekonomiye katkıları her geçen gün daha fazla anlaşılacaktır.

Enerji, modern endüstriyel ekonomide en temel girdi unsurudur. Ekonomik büyüme enerji tüketimi ile yakından ilişkilidir. Bu çalışmada enerji tüketimi ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişki frekans alanında nedensellik testi ile araştırılarak hem ilişkinin yönünün belirlenmesi hem de kısa, orta ve uzun vadede ilişkinin yönünün değişip değişmediğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, enerji tüketimi ile ekonomik büyüme ilişkisi Türkiye ekonomisi için 1968-2021 dönem aralığında yıllık veriler kullanılarak frekans boyutunda nedensellik testi yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Breitung ve Candelon (2006) nedensellik testi yapılmadan önce enerji tüketimi ile ekonomik büyüme değişkenleri kullanılarak VAR model tahmin edilmiş ve optimal gecikme sayısı belirlenmiştir.Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, enerji tüketiminden ekonomik büyümeye yönelik sadece uzun dönemde bir nedensellik ilişkisi tespit edilirken, ekonomik büyümeden enerji tüketimine yönelik bir nedensellik ilişkisi bulunamamıştır. Elde edilen bu sonuçlar Aydın (2020) ve Rashed ve Eren (2021) tarafından bulunan sonuçlar ile örtüşmektedir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, emek ve sermayeyi tamamlayıcı bir unsur olan enerji tüketimi, uzun vadede Türkiye ekonomisinde ekonomik büyümeyi etkileyecektir. Bu bağlamda, karar vericilerin enerji teşvik politikalarını uygulamaları önemlidir. Enerji hammaddeleri üreticilere düşük fiyatlarla veya düşük vergi oranlarıyla sunulabilirse, bu büyümeye olumlu katkı sağlayacaktır.

Kapitalist düşünce teorik çerçevede, ekonomide tam rekabet piyasasının işlerlik kazanmasının, ekonomiyi etkin bir şekilde yönlendireceğine, arz ve talep birlikteliğini tam istihdam dengesinde sağlayacağına inanır. Bu sebepten dolayı devletin hiçbir şekilde ekonominin işleyişine müdahale etmemesi gerektiğini söyler. O halde iktisadi mantık, fizik kanunları vb. örneklerde olduğu gibi evrensel geçerliliğe sahiptir ki bundan dolayı yürütülecek iktisat politikasının amaç ve araçları da, gelişme düzeyine bakılmaksızın bütün ekonomiler için aynıdır. Ancak meseleye gerçeğin gözünden baktığımız zaman, insanların ekonomik menfaat düşüncesinin haricinde bazı sebeplerden dolayı irrasyonel davranabileceğini söylemek mümkün hale gelmektedir. Kaldı ki bu davranışların, bireyin yaşamını sürdürdüğü toplum dinamiklerinden soyutlanabilmesi mümkün değildir.

İşsizlik sorununa yönelik çözüm önerileri ve bu doğrultudaki istihdam stratejileri, temelde ekonomik büyüme politikaları ile birlikte yürütülen politikalardır. Bununla birlikte özellikle belirli kesimleri hedef alan ve belli kesime yönelik istihdam politikaları da uygulanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda özelikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde sıklıkla uygulanan kadın istihdamına yönelik politikalar kadınların işgücüne katılım oranları üzerinde önemli derecede etkili politikalardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı da, çoğunluğu gelişmekte olan ülke sınıfında olan geçiş ekonomileri bağlamında ekonomik büyüme ve kadın işgücüne katılım oranları arasındaki ilişkileri araştırmaktadır. Bu amaçla 1995-2019 dönemini kapsayan 24 geçiş ekonomisi ülkesinde, ekonomik büyüme ile kadın istihdamları arasındaki ilişkiler araştırılmıştır. Analiz bulguları geçiş ekonomisi olarak ifade edilen analize katılan ülkelerin çoğunda ekonomik büyüme ve kalkınma ile kadın işgücüne katılım oranları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler tespit etmiştir.

Yerel ekonomi içerisinde yer alan tarım, gıda, imalat, turizm gibi birbiri ile alakalı üretim ve hizmet sektörlerinin arasındaki bağ, karlı bir nakliye ve lojistik sistemi ile sağlamlaştırılabilir. Bunun nedeni üreticilerin amaçlarından biri olan mallarının en az gecikme süresi ve uygun maliyet ile güvenli bir şekilde tüketicilere ulaşmasıdır. Bu çalışmada lojistik kavramı, lojistik performans endeksi ve önemi, Türkiye, Brezilya, Rusya, Hindistan Çin ve Güney Afrika’nın lojistik performans endeksi göstergeleri verilerek karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Celem przedstawionego w artykule fragmentu wyników badań własnych było poznanie opinii studentów wybranych specjalności kierunku pedagogika Wydziału Nauk o Wychowaniu Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego na temat edukacji zdalnej oraz stwierdzenie ewentualnych różnic pomiędzy badanymi studiującymi edukację wczesnoszkolną a kulturę fizyczną i zdrowotną. Do przeprowadzenia badań wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego oraz technikę ankiety. Specjalnie w tym celu skonstruowany kwestionariusz ankiety wypełniło 127 studentów, w tym 96 kobiet i 31 mężczyzn, 61 studiujących na specjalności kultury fizycznej i zdrowotnej oraz 66 studentek pedagogiki wieku dziecięcego. Wyniki badań poddano analizie statystycznej oceniając istotność statystyczną różnic z wykorzystaniem testu chi-kwadrat. Wyniki badań wskazują, że ponad połowa ankietowanych ma negatywny stosunek do edukacji na odległość, w tym więcej studentów kultury fizycznej i zdrowotnej niż studentek pedagogiki wczesnoszkolnej. Według studentów system ten ogranicza kontakt z rówieśnikami i prowadzącymi, nie zachęca do dalszej pracy oraz nie jest w stanie wyjaśnić nurtujących problemów. Głównymi zaletami e-learningu okazały się: ekonomika, oszczędność czasu oraz możliwość nauki w dowolnym miejscu i czasie.

Dynamika vývoja spoločenských, politických, či ekonomických vzťahov spravidla predbieha právnu úpravu, ktorá až následne reaguje na potrebu regulácie nových, resp. neustále sa meniacich vzťahov. Daňové právo, upravujúce dane a poplatky ako rozhodujúci zdroj príjmov verejných rozpočtov v tomto smere nie je výnimkou. V súčasnosti čelia globálna ekonomika ako aj národné ekonomiky dvom zásadným výzvam: dopady pandémie COVID-19 a digitálna transformácia. Predložený príspevok je venovaný reflexii daňového práva na tieto výzvy, ktoré majú zásadný vplyv nielen na aktuálnu normotvorbu, ale tiež na plnenie základnej fiskálnej funkcie daní a poplatkov.

Uplynulý rok a půl, tj. rok 2020 a současný rok 2021 poznamenala epidemiologická situace vyvolaná COVIDEM 19, která svým rozsahem omezila růst ekonomiky, zasáhla do celé sféry podnikatelské činnosti a dotkla se výrazně i školství. Zároveň se ukázalo, jak nezbytná je oblast rozpočtového práva a zejména pak daňového práva, i to jak jsou tyto sféry společenského života navzájem propojeny. Posledního čtvrt roku se zdálo, že je epidemie na ústupu, a to podle čísel, ale na druhou stranu český statistický úřad dnes informoval na svých webových stránkách, že se ekonomika nevyvíjí příznivě, výrobce a spotřebitele trápí rostoucí ceny, nedostatek materiálů pro výrobu a nedostatek pracovníků. To vše vytváří neuvěřitelný prostor pro vědu finančního práva.

Abstract:
Autor sa v príspevku zaoberá krátkym historickým pohľadom na vývoj daňového práva v slovenských podmienkach od roku 1992 až po súčasnosť. Tento vývin sleduje cez prizmu jeho vzťahu k tradičnej ekonomike, s tradičnými subjektmi a modelmi hospodárenia. Daňové právo sa podieľalo na rozvoji tradičnej ekonomiky v podmienkach samostatnej Slovenskej republiky po dobu asi troch decénií bez toho, aby bolo ohrozené jej, možno povedať, monopolné postavenie v ekonomickom systéme Slovenska. Ostatné roky je však Slovensko – chtiac-nechtiac – aktérom zmien v ekonomických modeloch hospodárenia. Spôsobila to nastupujúca digitálna doba a s ňou spojený vznik a rozvoj digitálnej ekonomiky a v jej rámci aj zdieľanej ekonomiky. V nadväznosti na uvedené, autor osobitne poukazuje na význam daňovej reformy z roku 1992 pre formovanie sa daňového práva, ale aj na podiel tejto reformy pri rozvoji tradičnej slovenskej ekonomiky. Veľká časť pozornosti autora je potom sústredená na vzťah zdieľanej ekonomiky a digitálnej ekonomiky, ktorú považuje za jadro súčasných ekonomických trendov vo vyspelých štátoch nielen Európy, ale celého sveta. V rámci tejto pozornosti sa zaoberá úsilím Európskej únie ovplyvňovať vývoj zdieľanej ekonomiky prostredníctvom legislatívnej regulácie a zmenami, ktoré legislatíva na Slovensku realizovala a ešte má realizovať v zdieľanej ekonomike.

Produksi sampah plastik yang terus meningkat perlu penanganan lebih lanjut karena dapat mengakibatkan permasalahan serius. Nilai ekonomis sampah plastik bisa didapatkan melalui berbagai proses pengolahan, seperti: daur ulang menjadi bijih plastik untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai produk plastik yang baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kafe, kantin, dan gedung futsal yang menghasilkan jenis sampah plastik terutama jenis Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) dan Polyprophylene (PP). Produk sampah plastik ini kemudian mengkonversikan harga sesuai dengan harga pasar untuk menentukan potensi ekonominya. Pengumpulan data timbulan dan komposisi sampah dilakukan selama satu bulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa gelas bening sablon dari jenis PP merupakan jenis sampah yang dominan sebanyak 22,53 Kg, diikuti dengan botol bening biru dengan jenis PET seberat 11 Kg. Potensi ekonomi dalam kurun waktu per tahun yang didapatkan dari empat lokasi sampel adalah Rp. 915.468.

Suvremeni trendovi određeni su brojnim nejednakostima, i to neovisno o razini razvijenosti nacionalnog gospodarstva. Ekonomski teoretičari, ali i teoretičari brojnih drugih znanosti, među ostalim, navode neoliberalne politike i globalizaciju jednim od uzroka nejednakosti. No, liberalizam se obično veže i uz više ekonomske slobode, a posljedično upućuju na razvijenija gospodarstva. S druge strane, niže razine ekonomskih sloboda upućuju na problem manje ekonomske razvijenosti, a popratno i društva koja „pate“ od brojnih neravnoteža. Pitanje djelovanja ekonomskih sloboda u zemljama srednje i istočne Europe vezan je uglavnom uz problematiku prihvatljivog institucionalnog djelovanja. Dakle, institucionalna (ne)razvijenost u zemljama srednje i istočne Europe nerijetko se pojavljuje kao mogući uzrok, ali i posljedica nerazvijenosti gospodarstava. Stoga je cilj ovoga rada analizirati, rangirati i usporediti nejednakosti u izabranim zemljama EU27 prema grupi vladavine prava kao jedne od četiri grupe pokazatelja ekonomskih sloboda izraženog indeksom ekonomskih sloboda, imajući u vidu kako vladavina prava utječe na djelovanje institucija i institucionalnog okvira. Ujedno se daje uvid u odstupanja zemalja srednje i istočne Europe u pokazateljima kategorije vladavine prava i pokazatelja integriteta vlade u odnosu na razvijene zemlje sjeverne i zapadne Europe.

Pasaulinė išvestinių finansinių priemonių rinka yra dinamiškai augantis finansų rinkos segmentas. Nauji finansiniai produktai daro ekonominius santykius sudėtingesniais ir atsiranda naujų finansinių naujovių poreikis. Atsiranda pasaulinė tinklo ekonomika, kuri remiasi elektroninėmis jos veikimo sistemomis, per kelias sekundes perkelia milijardus dolerių į kitas rinkas. Ateities sandorių augimo dinamika pasaulyje per pastaruosius metus rodo, kad ši finansų rinkos dalis sparčiai vystosi. Maži transakcijų kaštai bei lengvas šių priemonių panaudojimas suteikia investuotojams daug galimybių kryptingai planuoti pinigų srautus bei siekti norimos grąžos. Dėl šios priežasties labai svarbu išanalizuoti ir tinkamai įvertinti ateities išvestinių sandorių galimas kainų kitimo kryptis ir tendencijas. Tam darbe sujungti du algoritmai, kaip paramos sistema investuotojui: prognozuojantis Monte Carlo metodas, kuris rodo atskirų instrumentų kitimo tendencijas, leidžia įžvelgti pirkimo ir pardavimo signalus, rinkos aktyvumą ir pasyvumą bei pasirinkti įėjimo į rinką laiką, kad prekyba būtų pelninga; kitas – optimizuojantis, leidžiantis sudaryti efektyvų portfelį, Sharpo metodas. Pasitelkiant šiais algoritminiais metodais bei jų rezultatais prognozuojamos ateities sandorių kainos ir sudaromas investicinis portfelis su tikėtina grąža ir mažesne rizika.

Abstract:
Trots internationella och nationella förpliktelser att ge urfolk och samer förutsättningar att utöva sin traditionella försörjning, misslyckas staten med att leva upp till dessa. Livsmedelsstrategier från Sveriges nordligaste regioner – där samiska näringsidkare gör sina största bidrag till ekonomin – brister i hur de inkluderar ett samiskt perspektiv på livsmedelsproduktion. Strategierna nämner rennäringen och dess ekonomiska betydelse, men lyfter inte dess strukturella problem. Strategierna diskuterar inte heller andra samiska näringar (fiske, jakt, matförädling) eller statens skyldigheter mot dessa. I arbetet mot ekologiskt, socialt och ekonomiskt hållbara livsmedelssystem finns det möjligheter med att inkludera ett urfolksperspektiv som förbises.

Abstract:
Sanayi Devrimi ile birlikte hız kazanan kitlesel üretim “her şeye rağmen üretim” anlayışının hâkim olduğu bir ekonomik yarışı beraberinde getirmiştir. Böylelikle ülkeler bu yarışta geri kalmamak adına üretimlerini en üst seviyeye çıkarmışlardır. Ancak bu durum beraberinde savaş, küresel ısınma, iklim değişikliği gibi birçok toplumsal ya da çevresel problemleri beraberinde getirmiştir. Yaşanan bu gelişmeler günün sonunda neoliberal politikaların ciddi bir biçimde sorgulanmasına ve bu hâkim paradigmaya alternatif bakış açıları geliştirilmesine neden olmuştur. Mevcut iktisadi sisteme alternatif olarak öne sürülen yaklaşımlardan biri de yeşil ekonomidir. Özünde ekonomi, çevre ve toplumun sürdürülebilirliği ilkesini taşıyan yeşil ekonomi özellikle 1980’ler itibariyle çevresel kirliliğin artması ile giderek önem kazanan bir kavram olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu cihette ülkeler hem kendi inisiyatifleriyle politikalarına yeşil ekonomik anlayışı adapte etmeye hem de uluslararası toplumca atılan adımlara taraf olmaya başlamışlardır. Bu politika notunda Türkiye’nin yeşil ekonomi bağlamında mevcut durumu incelenmiş ve birtakım politika önerilerinde bulunulmuştur. Türkiye’nin mevcut performansı değerlendirildiğinde elde ettiği bazı kazanımlar olmasına rağmen yeşil ekonomik sistemi toplumsal ya da kamusal alanda zihinlere henüz yeterince yerleştiremediği anlaşılmaktadır
