Abstract:

U radu je analizirana uloga ekoturizma na području Plitvičkih dolina, točnije važnost ekoturizma u Općini Rakovica koja je dio širega turističkoga konteksta Nacionalnoga parka. Plitvičke doline šire su područje koje gravitira obližnjemu Nacionalnomu parku Plitvička jezera. Opisan je povijesni razvoj turizma ove regije, definirani su oblici turizma, a naglasak je stavljen na izuzetno važan oblik turizma, na ekoturizam. Ta vrsta turizma na prvo mjesto stavlja očuvanje prirode i okoliša te je glavni pokretač turizma te regije. Sustavnim razvojem ponude usluga, atrakcija i aktivnosti cijelo se područje oko Nacionalnoga parka pretvorilo u jednu od privlačnijih turističkih destinacija u Hrvatskoj pod imenom Plitvičke doline. Kako bi se analizirala ponuda i potražnja toga turističkoga tržišta te zadovoljstvo turista, kreiran je i proveden anketni upitnik među posjetiteljima (vrijeme skupljanja: ljeto 2023, broj ispitanika: 60). Rezultati uključuju analizu frekvencije posjeta te njihovu sezonalnost, ocjenu kvalitete prirodnih resursa, analizu utjecaja ljepote okoliša na zadovoljstvo posjetitelja, stavove posjetitelja o cijeni ulaznica i opću ocjenu nakon posjeta. Zaključak je da treba poraditi na ponudi i kvaliteti sadržaja izvan sezone kako bi se turizam tijekom ljeta rasporedio i na ostala godišnja doba barem donekle.

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ordu ilinin ekoturizm kapsamındaki mevcut durumunu, ekoturizm olanaklarını, ekoturizmde sahip oldukları fırsatları, hedef pazarlarını, bu pazarlardaki paylarının nasıl arttırabileceğini belirlemektir. Çalışmada araştırma sorularına derinlemesine cevap bulabilmek için sosyal bilimlerde oldukça yaygın olarak kullanılan nitel araştırma yöntemi ve betimsel araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma verileri 2021 yılı Aralık ayında yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler içerik analizi tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, Ordu ilinin doğal alanları ön plana çıkartan, çeşitli etkinlikler ile kültürel ve tarihi unsurları içerisinde barındıran turizm aktivitelerinin gerçekleştirildiği bir destinasyon olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ordu ilinin ekoturizmdeki güçlü yönlerinin, sahip olduğu çekicilikler, şehrin sahip olduğu olanaklar, coğrafi şartları, ekoturizm potansiyeli ve destinasyon imajının olması, mutfak kültürü ve ekonomik faydası; zayıf yönlerinin ise, altyapı ve üstyapı sorunları, sektörel problemlerin olması, doğal alanların tahribatı, pazarlama ve imaj sorunları, coğrafi sorunlar ve kamu ile iş birliği sorunları olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ordu ilinin ekoturizmdeki fırsatları, yatırımcı kuruluşların yönelimleri ve Ordu ilindeki olanaklar; tehditlerinin ise siyasi ve sektörel problemler olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ordu ilinin ekoturizm kapsamında pazar payının büyütülmesi için pazarlama ve tanıtım faaliyetleri, altyapı ve üstyapı sorunlarının giderilmesi, hizmet kalitesinin yükseltilmesi, paydaşların iş birliği yapması ve stratejik planlamaların gerçekleştirilmesi olarak belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The abundance of natural resources required for development of tourism sector demonstrates that Azerbaijan's regions have the exact ability to play a crucial role in environmental protection and socio-cultural development, as well as driving economic growth through ecotourism and medical tourism. Recently liberated Karabakh region's distinctive worth is examined primarily in terms of Azerbaijan's ecotourism and medical tourism potential. On the basis of available literature, a research was undertaken on the current situation of ecotourism and medical tourism in the East Zangezur region, the territory's historical significance, and especially its future potential. The medicinal potential of the region, as well as mineral springs, a diverse flora and fauna, and other natural features, are well recognized and should be investigated. The vast potential of the for the development of ecotourism and medical tourism has a significance impact in order to determine both this sector’s itself and its’ implication on the economy of Azerbaijan. Key words: tourism, ecotourism, medical tourism, Azerbaijan. Toğrul Sahib oğlu Hümmətli Şərqi Zəngəzur regionunda ekoturizm və tibbi turizmin perspektivləri Xülasə Turizm sektorunun inkişafı üçün tələb olunan təbii sərvətlərin bolluğu onu göstərir ki, Azərbaycanın regionları ətraf mühitin mühafizəsi və sosial-mədəni inkişafda həlledici rol oynamaq, o cümlədən ekoturizm və müalicə turizmi vasitəsilə iqtisadi artıma təkan vermək üçün geniş imkanlara malikdir. Abstract:

The tourism sector is developing and changing day by day in the historical process from the past to the present. This development and change is also reflected in the types of tourism preferred by tourists and increases the interest in ecotourism. Ecotourism is a sustainable type of tourism that protects the well-being of people and the environment and is sensitive to natural areas. Lankaran region, which has recently become the focus of both the government and investors, has been selected for research due to its general tourism structure, which has been far from tourism for many years. Abstract:

Seyahat acentelerinin web siteleri, acentelerin çevre konusundaki ilgi ve duyarlılığını yansıtan iletişim araçlarından birisidir. Bu çalışma, acentelerin web sitelerinde çevre ile ilgili anlatıların bulunup bulunmadığını incelemek, acentelerin çevreyle ilgili yönelimlerini tespit etmek ve bu yönelimin sürdürülebilirlik ve ekoturizm ilkeleri bağlamında değerlendirmesini yapmak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Analiz için gerekli verileri toplamak amacıyla, Türkiye Seyahat Acenteleri Birliği’nin (TÜRSAB) web sayfasında erişilen 5362 acenteden web sitesi olan 1382 acente seçilmiş ve bu acentelerin web sayfalarının içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Analizin ilk aşamasında, web sitelerinin sadece %2,7 gibi küçük bir kısmında, çevre ile ilgili anlatılar bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. İkinci aşamasında, sürdürülebilirlik ve ekoturizm bağlamında belirlenen 12 çevresel göstergenin web sayfalarındaki anlatılarda varlığı araştırılmış ve web sitelerinin %2,4’ünde çevre/doğa koruma kavramının geçtiği, bunu, sırasıyla, yöre halkına saygı, alternatif turizm, ekoturizm, sürdürülebilir turizmin takip ettiği görülmüştür. Doğa/çevre koruma, çevresel eğitim, yerel kalkınma ve katılımcılık, sürdürülebilir kullanım gibi göstergelerle ilgili anlatıların sürdürülebilir turizm ve ekoturizm ilkeleri ile bütünleştiği, ancak yetersiz olduğu saptanmıştır. Bulgular acentelerin sürdürülebilir turizm bağlamında faaliyetlerde bulunmaları ve çevreye verdikleri önemi ve çevresel faaliyetlerini acente web sitesi gibi önemli bir iletişim kanalında yansıtmaları gerektiğine işaret etmektedir ve sadece kendilerini değil aynı zamanda turistleri de çevresel bağlamda geliştirmeleri gerektiğini göstermektedir. An Evaluation of Environmental Concerns of Travel Agencies in Their Web Sites The travel agency web site is one of the means of communication that shows the nature of environmental sensitivity and concern of an agency. This study was designed to assess the existence of environmental narratives in the travel agency web sites and to determine the environmental orientations of the agencies and evaluate their orientation in terms of sustainability and ecotourism. 1382 agencies that have web sites were selected for the investigation. The necessary data was extracted from the agency websites and evaluated by means of content analysis. At the first stage of analysis, the study found that only 2.7 percent of agencies have some narrations about environment. At the second stage, it was found that only 2.4 percent mentions environmental/nature protection, followed respect to local people, alternative tourism, ecotourism and sustainable tourism. It was found that narrations about indicators such as Environmental/nature protection, environmental education, local development and participation are coupled with the sustainability and ecotourism principles, however they are insufficient. Findings indicate the necessity that the agencies should have environmental activities and reflect their environmental concern and activities in their web sites, and should develop themselves and tourists in terms of environmental context.

Abstract:

The e-commerce based on the promotion and sale of services in ecotourism, is presented. The whole of continental Croatia has a potential for development of rural tourism and ecotourism. As ecotourism destinations, the Natural park Kopacki rit and the town Bilje, with their inhabitants, have been chosen. The Internet service WWW site presents destination tourism products and services, for example, gastronomy, culture, monuments, customs and natural beauties, with a special emphasis on bird-watching, showing also a guest book and a booking page. The results confirm the Web as a good means of ecodestination promotion. Based on a number of bookings, we conclude ecotourism to gain increasing importance.

Abstract:

Simbioza agriturizma i ekoturizma kroz kružnu ekonomiju je idealna za ruralna područja s prirodnim djevičanskim krajobrazima, kakvih ne nedostaje na hrvatskim otocima i zaobalju. U cijeloj Zadarskoj županiji samo je 9 takvih gospodarstava, stoga je među njima provedena anketa licem u lice. Glavna obilježja gospodarstava su diversificirana poljoprivredna proizvodnja s raznolikim objektima, uslugama i promocijom. Primarni motiv ulaska ispitanika u ekoagriturizam je oplemenjivanje i podizanje poljoprivredne djelatnosti kroz turizam na višu razinu, prodaja poljoprivrednih proizvoda više vrijednosti na imanju, samozapošljavanje, očuvanje prirodne i kulturne baštine, te kvalitetnog obiteljskog života. Posjetitelji su pak „gladni“ organskih i tradicijskih proizvoda uz boravak i aktivnosti u prirodi. Prednosti ekoagriturizma su prepoznate kroz kvalitetu života, društveni kontakt i dodir s drugim kulturama, dok su ograničavajući čimbenici administracija i sezonalnost. Svi ispitanici naglašavaju da je organska proizvodnja jedan od ključnih čimbenika uspješnosti ekoagriturizma. Temeljem sekundarnih izvora i dosadašnjih primarnih istraživanja autor donosi konzistentnu definiciju ekoagriturizma: Ekoagriturizam je simbioza organske proizvodnje hrane i ekoturizma na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu gdje se poštuju načela organske proizvodnje hrane i načela ekoturizma, sljubljuju se horizontalno i vertikalno u svim svojim formama i varijacijama, daju vrhunski ekoagrituristčki proizvod najvišeg stupnja održivosti, a uključuje cjelokupnu prirodnu i kulturnu baštinu lokalnog okruženja

Abstract:

Pengembangan pariwisata yang dilakukan dengan baik akan mampu menarik wisatawan domestik untuk datang, begitu pula dengan Kawasan Wisata Kawah Putih yang dikelola Perum Perhutani sebagai potensi wisata menarik dan mengalami peningkatan wisatawan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruksivis pada penelitian ini, Berdasarkan pendekatan tersebut, maka selanjutnya pisau analisis yang penulis gunakan adalah studi kasus. Sedangkan teori pendukung yang digunakan adalah teori integrasi informasi dan perubahan sikap dengan konsep-konsep komunikasi pemasaran. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melibatkan enam orang informan.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan Perum Perhutani dalam mempromosikan ekoturisme Kawah Putih berjalan efektif dengan menggunakan enam komponen promosi komunikasi pemasaran yaitu Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relation, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing dan Word Of Mouth

Abstract:

İncluding multifunctional specially protected natural areas to the complex type of natural preserves enriches the composition of their species and improves its scientific and practical significance. As the study area has rich dendro flora, large areas were taken under state control as a specially protected natural area. In recent years, with a great increase in tourists to this area and the raising of tourism development to the state policy level (2011 year was declared tourism year) the relevance of comprehensive studies of these specially protected areas has greatly increased. It has been important to include them in the tourism routes under serious control. From this point of view, it has a great scientific and practical importance to study the natural preserves both comprehensively and purposefully.

Abstract:

As one of the most important professions in tourism, guiding has been a part of tourism reality long since, yet it has been rather neglected in academic papers. The growing interest in holidays in the nature along with the increasing concern about environmental issues and the appearance of toursists who are educated in this respect, have resulted in the spread of the type of special interest tourism known as ecotourism. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to research and describe the role of tour guides in the development and promotion of ecotourism. The methodology in the paper includes: defining and conceptualisation of the notions of tour guiding and eco-tourism, the description of their role in the contemorary tourism business, and finally the identification of the role of interpretation and narrative in the creation of tourist experience and the consequent establishing of the reputation of an eco-tourism destination as well as the development and promotion of eco-tourism. One of the conclusions of the paper is that tour guides have a prominent role in the promotion of eco-tourism which is why continuous education of these professionals is necessary.
