ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to explore the interface operation of the battery swapping station by City Power Taiwan Co to understand users’ working behavior and satisfaction. With the rise of environmental awareness , governments to promote the electric motorcycle industry , and thus learn to interact with the user operates the electric motorcycle. According to Norman proposed mental model is to interacted with software and hardware interface after equipment for solve problems with the product or the user interface system between both of them; the key point to operate properly is the relationship between the users and products. However it is not the single aspect to evaluate the systems or user interface; the user-oriented interface consists of five dimensions, including efficiency, errors, memorability , learnability, and satisfaction. Through the questionnaire designed via these five dimensions and interviews to realize the users’ opinions in manipulating battery swapping station, we collected 92 effective surveys, including 65 males and 27 females. After quantitative analysis, we found out that the demands on caption are different from genders. The use-oriented interface design should be easy and friendly, which can assist the users to manipulate appropriately. Keywords:Interface satisfaction; Battery exchange; Mental model

In recent years the whole world energy crisis as well as the environmental consciousness gained ground and so on under the subject influences, the electric vehicle just like did not become the incoming vehicle most main trend of development, but in the electric vehicle entered the barrier lowest electric two wheelers, already became the present stage whole world the development priorities, drew up the policy from the laws and regulations the subsidy, was stimulating the global electric vehicle''s fast development. This research the global electric two wheelers market discrimination for the in development country and the has developed country two types, carries on acquisitions of information and the analysis separately and so on product development tendency, policies and regulations, market actuation factor, and uses Delphi Method expert questionnaire, carries on Taiwan electric two wheelers industry to the in development country and the has developed country the superior inferiority research, simultaneously carries on the in development country and the has developed country of the national to enter the strategy analysis. This findings showed that in development country takes the riding instead of walking tool by the bicycle and the motorcycle, in the economic growth and under the environmental protection subject consideration, mainly rides instead of walking the tool to transform gradually into by the electric bicycle primarily, electric motorcycle for auxiliary, and does take the price as the most main consideration; the Has developed country because factor influences and so on under population structure''s change, environmental protection subject and oil price rise, increases day after day to the electric bicycle''s demand, and by the product safe achievement most main consideration. Taiwan electric two wheeler industry has been mature gradually, and the brand superiority, research and development ability and the product security surpass the in development country industry, and the price the has developed country industry to have the superiority, therefore when global electric car industry vigorous development, Taiwan manufacturer should make good use of itself the superiority, more positive develops the global opportunity, creates another new economic wonder for Taiwan.

With this dissertation is intended to prove that the two-wheeled electric vehicle is the vehicle more energy efficient. Climate change, escalating oil prices and successive crises in the automotive industry and the economy, put significant pressure on the existing transport system. The increasing urbanization in many regions and the increasing range and efficiency of electric vehicles, accelerated the penetration of these vehicles in an urban context. Problems of pollution and urban traffic jam underlying led to a wave of attention to the electric vehicle, more specifically the two-wheelers.
