Abstract:
The use of computer technology, especially in terms of data processing, is currently very necessary, both for the benefit of individuals and for an agency, including the payment system for the Educational Development Contribution (SPP) at SMK Al-Ihsan Pamarican. The tuition payment process at Al-Ihsan Pamarican Vocational School requires a recording, processing, storage and report on students who make payments. The problems mentioned above, the authors create a payment data processing system that aims to build a payment data processing of educational assistance donations that is easy to use, and can be relied on and ensures the availability of data. The result of this final project is in the form of a payment system that can be implemented at the Al-Ihsan Pamarican Vocational School, or other educational institutions. which can eventually be used for the storage, processing, and reporting of computerized payment data. With the implementation of a computerized system or application program, in providing services and performance, tuition payments can run well, and can speed up data information services for parties in need, such as students, the finance department and reports to the principal.

Abstract:
Technological advancements are continuously developing rapidly, initiated or based on the world of education that provides knowledge, guidance and practice on how to create updated technology. The cause of the creation of technology stems from the world of education, so the world of education should implement a technology-oriented information system. HarapanKartasura Vocational School in processing academic data still uses a simple computerized system and still uses paper. Even though it is supported by a computer, it only uses simple applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word applications, thus allowing a lot of errors in processing academic data. This can hinder academic services to students and teachers as well as result in difficulties in finding data and consuming time in preparing reports. The purpose of this study is to design an academic information system at HarapanKartasura Vocational School so that it can facilitate the processing of academic data such as student data, teacher data, class data and subject data and can overcome existing problems. The result of this research is an academic information system that can help accelerate school performance and make it easier for schools to get the information they need precisely, quickly and accurately.

Abstract:
Artificial intelligence (AI) is currently exerting a significant impact on the development of career guidance education, facilitating personalized guidance and data-driven decision-making for students. The historical and evolutionary trajectory of AI-driven career guidance education can be traced back to its early stages as assistive functionalities, which have now advanced to encompass robust learning applications, such as multimedia and interactive features, machine learning, and natural language processing. Notably, AI has transcended its conventional role in vocational development and expanded into the realms of social and emotional learning. The complexity of AI research in international contexts necessitates consideration of various factors, including cognitive development, parental involvement and supervision, and cultural backgrounds. Despite certain limitations in utilizing AI for career exploration, it has brought numerous impacts and insights. These primarily manifest in the areas of data-driven decision-making and the outlook for career exploration, the demand for cultural sensitivity in AI-driven career guidance, and the provision of personalized career guidance through artificial intelligence in education.

Abstract:
The low work readiness of vocational high school (SMK) graduates is a problem that has not been resolved to date, it is indicated by the low absorption capacity of SMK graduates nationally and regionally. This condition is thought to have something to do with weak learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance. On the basis of this, the researcher intends to investigate and analyze the contribution of learning achievement factors for productive subjects and career guidance factors to vocational student work readiness. For this reason, the authors extracted data from class XII students of the Office Automation and Management Expertise Program (OTKP) at a vocational school in Bandung using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS version 25 software. From the results of the data processing, it is obtained information that both partially and simultaneously learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance have a positive and significant correlation to student work readiness. This can be interpreted that learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance has a positive and significant contribution to vocational students 'job readiness or it can be said that learning achievement in productive subjects and career guidance functions as a contributing factor to students' job readiness.ABSTRAKRendahnya kesiapan kerja lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) merupakan masalah yang tak kunjung terselesaikan sampai saat ini, hal tersebut diindikasikan dengan rendahnya daya serap lulusan SMK secara nasional maupun regional.

Abstract:
In a transition economy, there is an increasing need for vocational training and career counseling for workers to cope with changes in the job market. This study seeks to enhance career guidance services by means of an information and communication technology-based (ICT-based) career information and guidance system. Although electronic learning (e-learning) has received much attention from researchers in the recent decade, the number of studies on how to make use of ICT in helping individuals acquire relevant information and advice that supports a career change and development is relatively small. Undoubtedly, an effective ICT application will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of career decision processes and enhance the quality of counseling services that assist human development in a transition economy. The study aims at revealing the perspectives of training providers in offering counseling services to individuals, through an ICT-based career information and guidance system, prior to the enrollment of on-the-job training or retraining programs. Data collected through semi-structured interviews were analyzed based on a constructivist grounded theory approach. Findings from participants from five institutions showed positive views on the use of ICT-based means that enables the collaboration of career counselors, educators, and professionals from different industries for providing tailor-made career guidance services. Further, functional requirements of the system and potential factors influencing system acceptance were discussed.

Abstract:
Teachers’ teaching level and teaching philosophy have an important impact on students. As the country pays more and more attention to education, the relevant level of teachers also needs to be continuously improved. Training for teachers is one of the important ways to improve teachers’ level. Although the strategy of training teachers in vocational colleges has a long history, there is no analysis of its implementation. With the popularity of the Internet of Things, lives are full of data information and data, and the field of education and training is no exception. Network big data refers to a collection of data that cannot be captured by conventional software tools within a certain time frame. It is an information asset that requires new processing modes to have stronger decision-making, insight, and process optimization capabilities. This paper aims to study the analysis of network big data on the implementation of teacher training policies in vocational colleges. It is expected that with the support of network big data, the implementation of vocational teachers’ training policies will be analyzed, and the implementation effects of relevant policies will be explored, so as to help teachers improve their professional abilities and promote the development of the education industry. In a broad sense, the implementation of educational strategy refers to the identification, construction, and termination of educational policies. Educational strategy in a narrow sense refers specifically to the educational strategy, educational setting plan, educational budget, and educational plan formulated by the competent educational authority. From the perspective of career management, this paper briefly analyzes the situation of teachers participating in training in vocational colleges and reexamines the connotation of current higher vocational teacher training. It takes the teacher training of vocational colleges as the content and makes a brief analysis of the relevant situations, attitudes, and achievements in the process of teacher training by means of a questionnaire survey. The results showed that the largest number of teachers who participated in the training received scores between 80 and 100 points, indicating that the implementation of training policies is in place; the proportion of schools that attach importance to teacher training is as high as 80%, indicating that the environment for strategy implementation is better.

Abstract:
In a new era of booming information technology, E-commerce has become an important developing country in China, and parents and students have gradually welcomed this profession. In the information age, how to improve the quality of training in professional higher education and then meet the employment needs of industries and enterprises has become a key issue for higher vocational education in China. This article mainly studies the E-commerce professional talent training model based on identity inheritance. This article analyzes the current situation of E-commerce talent training, combines pragmatism, and proposes strategies for training talented E-commerce experts in underdeveloped western regions. The theory of business talent development has certain theoretical significance for guiding and promoting electronic trade and socioeconomic development. The research in this article shows that despite a large number of international trade graduates every year, the electronic trading group (70.1%) is still international trade, and 85.9% of companies still believe that there is a gap between transnational E-commerce traders. In order to “effectively connect” the training of E-commerce talents in higher vocational education and social needs, it is necessary to take the needs of industrial development as the driving force and market demand as the guidance and take practical measures to improve the school-enterprise matching. The distance between talents ultimately promotes professional construction and talent training and achieves a win-win situation for both schools and enterprises.

Abstract:
Analysing shortest path for real time traffic environment is crucial with dynamic updating. VANET technology can be used for analysing traffic but generates a huge amount of data to be exchanged, which demands more processing power and resources. In this paper, a new histogram-based route guidance algorithm (HBA) has been proposed based on light weight processing. The proposed algorithm enables selecting the shortest path between any source and destination using the histogram models, which capture the higher order distribution function of the number vehicles in every lane. Furthermore, the histogram model is used to estimate the traffic delays at intersections and roundabouts. The data entity collection through sensors used for histogram modelling is presented in detail. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm provides a good prediction of road traffic status and a better solution for the congestion problem in the urban areas.

Abstract:
Introduction. Professional self-identification of schoolchildren on the 5th-9th years of training should be attributed mainly to the result of technology teacher’s career guidance work. However, the due training of technology teachers themselves in this domain is not paid enough attention to in the theory and practice of higher educational establishments. The focus of the present publication is assessment of such readiness in students – future technology teachers – and development of recommendations for higher educational system on the basis of the obtained results. The purpose of this study is the evolution of future technology teachers’ readiness for anticipatory vocational training of schoolchildren. Materials and methods. The questioning involved 120 respondents, future technology teachers (3rd-5th year students trained under the programme of higher pedagogical education in the profile “Technology”) from 5 state universities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Kazan (Russian Federation). The original questionnaires were developed with the use of Google Forms tools. The statistical data processing method was Pearson’s chi-square test. The research was based on the application of theoretical methods: analysis (relative to the semantics of the concept “teacher’s readiness for advanced vocational training of a schoolchild”), synthesis (essential categorial characteristics of teacher’s readiness for anticipatory vocational training of schoolchildren), comparison (theory and practice in higher education system), specification (key provisions), modelling. Results. A total of 92% of the 3rd-5th year students are aware of the need for anticipatory vocational training of schoolchildren. At the same time, only 66% of the respondents (from 50% on the 3rd year to 75% on the 4th-5th year) consider themselves ready for such schooling. The analysis of the questioning results of students who answered in a different way made it possible to reveal the causes of educational deficiency. These reasons were interpreted as components of the work offered by us for the university system for integration into the programme of higher pedagogical education in the profile “Technology”. On the 4th-5th year students feel ready for advanced vocational training (p<0.01). Conclusion. Students’ – future technology teachers’ self-assessment of readiness for anticipatory vocational training of schoolchildren made it possible, on the one hand, to affirm the formation of such readiness as a pedagogical problem and, on the other hand, to identify the growing points for elimination of the identified educational deficiency in the higher education system.

Abstract:
As part of a guidance system for mobile robots operating on a wide and flat floor, such as an ordinary factory or a gymnasium, we have proposed a special-purpose sign. It consists of a cylinder, with four slits, and a fluorescent light, which is placed on the axis of the cylinder. Two of the slits are parallel to each other, and the other two are angled. A robot obtains an image of the sign with a TV camera. After thresholding, we have four bright sets of pixels which correspond to the four slits of the cylinder. We compute by measuring the relative distances between the four points, the distance and the angle to the direction of the sign can be computed using simple geometrical equations. Using a personal computer with an image processing capability, we have investigated the accuracy of the proposed position identification method and compared the experimental results against the theoretical analysis of measured error. The data shows good coincidence between the analysis and the experiments. Finally, we have built a movable robot, which has three microprocessors and a TV camera, and performed several control experiments for trajectory following.

Abstract:
The Assisted Assessment and Guidance System serves as a valuable tool in supporting individuals' learning, growth, and development. The Assisted Assessment and Guidance System with Natural Language Processing (NLP) is an innovative software application designed to provide personalized and intelligent support for assessment and guidance processes in various domains. NLP techniques are employed to analyze and understand human language, allowing the system to extract valuable insights from text-based data and provide tailored feedback and guidance. This paper proposed an Integrated Optimization Directional Clustering Classification (IODCc) for assessment of the foreign language anxiety. Additionally, the paper introduces an Integrated Optimization Directional Clustering Classification (IODCc) approach for assessing foreign language anxiety. This approach incorporates two optimization models, namely Black Widow Optimization (BWO) and Seahorse Optimization (SHO). BWO and SHO are metaheuristic optimization algorithms that simulate the behaviors of black widow spiders and seahorses, respectively, to improve the accuracy of the assessment process. The integration of these optimization models within the IODCc approach aims to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of the foreign language anxiety assessment. Simulation analysis is performed for the data collected from the 1000 foreign language students. The experimental analysis expressed that the proposed IODCc model achieves an accuracy of 99% for the classification. The findings suggested that through pre-training of languages, the anxiety of the students will be reduced.

Abstract:
As important observational platforms for the Smart Ocean concept, autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) that perform long-term observation in fleets are beneficial because they provide large-scale sampling data with a sufficient spatiotemporal resolution. Therefore, a large number of low-cost micro AUVs with docking capability for power recharge and data transmission are essential. This study designed a low-cost electromagnetic docking guidance (EMDG) system for micro AUVs. The EMDG system is composed of a transmitter coil located on the dock and a three-axial search coil magnetometer acting as a receiver. The search coil magnetometer was optimized for small sizes while maintaining sufficient sensitivity. The signal conditioning and processing subsystem was designed to calculate the deflection angle (β) for docking guidance. Underwater docking tests showed that the system can detect the electromagnetic signal and successfully guide AUV docking. The AUV can still perform docking in extreme positions, which cannot be realized through normal optical or acoustic guidance. This study is the first to focus on the EM guidance system for low-cost micro AUVs. The search coil sensor in the AUV is inexpensive and compact so that the system can be equipped on a wide range of AUVs.

Abstract:
Expressway section speed can visually reflect the section operation condition, and accurate short time section speed prediction has a wide range of applications in path planning and traffic guidance. However, existing expressway speed prediction data have defects, such as sparse density and incomplete object challenges. Thus, this paper proposes a framework for a combined expressway traffic speed prediction model based on wavelet transform and spatial-temporal graph convolutional network (WSTGCN) of the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) gantry transaction data. First, the framework pre-processes the ETC gantry transaction data to construct the section speeds. Then wavelet decomposition and single-branch reconstruction are performed on the section speed sequences, and the spatial features are captured by graph convolutional network (GCN) for each reconstructed single-branch sequence, and the temporal features are extracted by connecting the gated recurrent unit (GRU). The experiments use the ETC gantry transaction data of the expressway from Quanzhou to Xiamen. The results indicate that the WSTGCN model makes notable improvements compared to the model of the baseline for different prediction ranges.

Abstract:
Abstract Objective Outpatient clinics lack guidance for tackling modern efficiency and productivity demands. Workflow studies require large amounts of timing data that are prohibitively expensive to collect through observation or tracking devices. Electronic health records (EHRs) contain a vast amount of timing data – timestamps collected during regular use – that can be mapped to workflow steps. This study validates using EHR timestamp data to predict outpatient ophthalmology clinic workflow timings at Oregon Health and Science University and demonstrates their usefulness in 3 different studies. Materials and Methods Four outpatient ophthalmology clinics were observed to determine their workflows and to time each workflow step. EHR timestamps were mapped to the workflow steps and validated against the observed timings. Results The EHR timestamp analysis produced times that were within 3 min of the observed times for >80% of the appointments. EHR use patterns affected the accuracy of using EHR timestamps to predict workflow times. Discussion EHR timestamps provided a reasonable approximation of workflow and can be used for workflow studies. They can be used to create simulation models, analyze EHR use, and quantify the impact of trainees on workflow. Conclusion The secondary use of EHR timestamp data is a valuable resource for clinical workflow studies. Sample timestamp data files and algorithms for processing them are provided and can be used as a template for more studies in other clinical specialties and settings.

Abstract:
Missile guidance, owing to highly complex and non-linear relative movement between the missile and its target, is a challenging problem. This is further aggravated in case of a maneuvering target which changes its own flight path while attempting to escape the incoming missile. In this study, to achieve computationally superior and accurate missile guidance, a deep learning is employed to propose a self-tuning technique for a fractional-order proportional integral derivative (FOPID) controller of a radar-guided missile chasing an intelligently maneuvering target. A multi-layer two-dimensional architecture is proposed for a deep neural network that combines the prediction feature of recurrent neural networks and estimation feature of feed-forward artificial neural networks. The proposed deep learning based missile guidance scheme is non-intrusive, data-based, and model-free wherein the parameters are optimized on-the-run while predicting the target’s maneuvering tactics to correct for processing time and loop delays of the system. Using deep learning for online optimization with minimal computational burden is the core feature of the proposed technique. Dual-core parallel simulations of missile-target dynamics and the control system were performed to demonstrate superiority of the proposed scheme in feasibility, adaptability, and the ability to effectively minimize the miss-distance in comparison with traditional and neural offline-tuned PID and FOPID based techniques. Compared to state-of-the-art offline-tuned neural control, the miss-distance was reduced by 68.42% for randomly maneuvering targets. Furthermore, a minimum miss-distance of 0.97 m was achieved for intelligently maneuvering targets for which the state-of-the-art method failed to hit the target. Overall, the proposed technique offers a novel approach for addressing the challenges of missile guidance in a computationally efficient and effective manner.

With the rapid development of education informatization, especially the promotion and reengineering of education business processes by big data and artificial intelligence, how to participate in this major change is the main issue that needs to be considered. Therefore, under the guidance of multisource sensor data fusion technology, this paper adopts the traditional cloud computing operation method, that is, centralized data center processing, which is difficult to adapt to the rapidly expanding data scale. We also propose a new perceptual adaptive data processing method. By designing an edge node adaptive data type sensing mechanism based on counting bloom filter, we can automatically identify the ubiquitous University Internet of things data categories and corresponding fields. The simulation results show that this method improves the recognition accuracy of different data categories in university management by more than 1.3%, which can help teachers use educational technology to do well in the teaching work before, during and after class, and promote the practical application of new teaching modes such as inquiry teaching.

Abstract:
Promoting the initiative and subjectivity of the two main bodies of schools and enterprises, as well as fully exploiting their synergy in practice, is a necessary prerequisite for reflecting the benefits of school-enterprise integration, and without it, China’s vocational education cannot improve the quality of professional and technical personnel training. Simultaneously, it allows for high-level economic and social development. This is also the focus and challenge of current vocational and technical education reform and innovation. We discovered that the integration of industry and education, as well as school-enterprise cooperation, has made significant progress in City C’s higher vocational colleges through questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews: the cooperation mechanism has been steadily established and innovated, the talent joint training model is diverse; the level of cooperation between the two parties has been continuously improved; the benefits of enterprise cooperation are complementary, and s The current situation is “schools are hot and enterprises are hot,” and both supply and demand are booming, contrary to the empirical view that the education industry integrates “schools are hot and enterprises are cold.” The engineering talent training industry-education integration collaboration model is to establish and combine multiple case studies to illustrate its application scenarios, and then propose the characteristics of the collaboration model and the level analysis of the collaboration elements based on different systems, dynamics, and dynamic training models. This study collects data through questionnaire surveys and investigates the synergistic elements using the fs QCA empirical analysis method. These synergistic elements can help the integration project be more effective. Reproducible guidance is provided by various types of integration projects. Finally, in light of the current state of talent training in the integration of production and education, this research suggests three countermeasures: government optimization of top-level design, hierarchical implementation of the collaborative main model, and project implementation scope to coordinate school and enterprise path selection.

Networks that allow digital devices to connect and transmit data are covering the world fast. Thanks to the networks, it is possible to connect all mobile devices, electronic sensors, electronic measuring devices, medical devices and sensors. They track, share, evaluate, and in some cases automatically adjust the data that is collected and transmitted. The concept of "Internet of Things" is complex and has several levels: end devices (sensors, actuators), transport layer (telecommunications environment, including wired and wireless networks) and the level of data processing (collection, storage and processing). The market environment creates requirements for young professionals, and competition between higher education institutions and vocational education institutions provides an opportunity to train a highly qualified specialist who can study and create modern hardware and software for smart electronic devices and systems that are nodes of the Internet of Things network. The article deals with issues related to the peculiarities of creating simple devices within the concept of the Internet of Things based on the popular Wi-Fi module ESP8266 and the introduction of this research into the educational process. The technical possibilities, features of connection and interaction of the ESP8266 module for meteorological monitoring are revealed. The organization of the module's access to the Internet, data sending and their monitoring using the popular mobile applications Blynk, Virtuino and the cloud IoT service ThingSpeak is shown. Their work in non-commercial tasks and ease of use for educational institutions are analyzed. The article provides the source codes of programs for the Wi-Fi module ESP8266 with a digital sensor BME280

SMK (Vocational High School) Negeri 5 Mataram is a school based on arts and culture. This school has some Information System (IS) that applied to the educational system, e.g, electronic report features of learning result (E-Rapor) and website. In its implementation, the IS was unable to support schools to provide the newest information due to the large amounts of data management, the data waos changed routinely and repetitive, it often created difficulties to provide information, especially because of the academic data activity is still using a manual processing system. Based on those problems above, the needs analysis of IS was conducted using value chain method. This method used to construct and formulates some strategies that possible to apply. The result, there were seven new application portfolios, i.e PSB Online, Financial Apps, Inventory Apps, E-Locker, E-Library, E-Learning, and Academic Information System. And two applications had improved, School Website and E-Report.

Abstract:
Electronic health records (EHRs) have been successfully used in data science and machine learning projects. However, most of these data are collected for clinical use rather than for retrospective analysis. This means that researchers typically face many different issues when attempting to access and prepare the data for secondary use. We aimed to investigate how raw EHRs can be accessed and prepared in retrospective data science projects in a disciplined, effective, and efficient way. We report our experience and findings from a large-scale data science project analyzing routinely acquired retrospective data from the Kepler University Hospital in Linz, Austria. The project involved data collection from more than 150,000 patients over a period of 10 years. It included diverse data modalities, such as static demographic data, irregularly acquired laboratory test results, regularly sampled vital signs, and high-frequency physiological waveform signals. Raw medical data can be corrupted in many unexpected ways that demand thorough manual inspection and highly individualized data cleaning solutions. We present a general data preparation workflow, which was shaped in the course of our project and consists of the following 7 steps: obtain a rough overview of the available EHR data, define clinically meaningful labels for supervised learning, extract relevant data from the hospital’s data warehouses, match data extracted from different sources, deidentify them, detect errors and inconsistencies therein through a careful exploratory analysis, and implement a suitable data processing pipeline in actual code. Only few of the data preparation issues encountered in our project were addressed by generic medical data preprocessing tools that have been proposed recently. Instead, highly individualized solutions for the specific data used in one’s own research seem inevitable. We believe that the proposed workflow can serve as a guidance for practitioners, helping them to identify and address potential problems early and avoid some common pitfalls.

Abstract:
Because solder joint interconnections are the weaknesses of microelectronic packaging, their reliability has great influence on the reliability of the entire packaging structure. Based on an accelerated life test the reliability assessment and life prediction of lead-free solder joints using Weibull distribution are investigated. The type-I interval censored lifetime data were collected from a thermal cycling test, which was implemented on microelectronic packaging with lead-free ball grid array (BGA) and fine-pitch ball grid array (FBGA) interconnection structures. The number of cycles to failure of lead-free solder joints is predicted by using a modified Engelmaier fatigue life model and a type-I censored data processing method. Then, the Pan model is employed to calculate the acceleration factor of this test. A comparison of life predictions between the proposed method and the ones calculated directly by Matlab and Minitab is conducted to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method. At last, failure analysis and microstructure evolution of lead-free solders are carried out to provide useful guidance for the regular maintenance, replacement of substructure, and subsequent processing of electronic products.

Abstract:
When designing most electronic systems, the main focus is on the development of the devices themselves, while the problem of meeting the requirements for the interference protection usually take second place, which calls for a need in this particular study. The article is devoted to methods and rules for design of radio electronic devices, which reduce noise and interference. The author provides practical guidance in the issues of choosing components, installing cables and connectors, designing print nodes and interference filtering. The urgency of these tasks is caused by several principal reasons, i.e., the increase of the speed of semiconductor devices and electronic circuits in general, reducing the amplitudes of the working signals of digital devices, increasing effect of interconnects and cascade layouts on the stability and speed of electronic devices and systems, the complex, costly and time consuming process of finding and eliminating the causes of low noise immunity of electronic devices. With the speed growth and the layout density of the elements, ensuring the noise immunity of the electromagnetic interaction between different devices and systems becomes the most important task of designing the radio electronic systems in general. When designing any electronic circuit, additional resistive, inductive and capacitive parasitic parameters are inevitably introduced. This can critically affect the performance of the real-life design by lowering its speed and noise immunity, even leading to complete failure. Design and installation have a particularly strong influence on the operation of high-speed (high-frequency) circuits and devices. In such cases, system speed, noise immunity and electromagnetic compatibility become the main criteria for the quality of electronic design.

Abstract:
Introduction. In recent years, the structure and content of training of specialists of further education have significantly improved. The increased popularity of the secondary vocational education system is evidenced by the fact that more than half of the Russian teenagers after graduating from the main stage of secondary school become applicants of technical schools and colleges. In order to manage students’ education more effectively, among other measures, it is necessary to diagnose the motivation of enrolled students at the stage of admission to the educational institution and to identify the degree of awareness of their future career choice, as these factors directly depend on the success of educational programmes. The aim of the article was to reveal the trends of influence of students’ results at the Basic State Exam (OGE – the exam, which is taken when finishing education in the 9th (final) form of comprehensive school) on the level of knowledge of Computer Science in colleges and to find out the subjective reasons of students’ preferences for the secondary vocational education system to continue studies and to enter a profession.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the study, a review and generalisation of the content of scientific sources related to the problems of professional choice and training motivation were used. Diagnostics of motivation of college students in Moscow, Moscow region and the regions of Russia was conducted through the methods of testing, surveys and anonymous questioning. Processing of the obtained data was carried out by the methods of correlation, variance and regression analysis; the degree of statistical reliability of the results was evaluated by calculating the Student’s t-test and the Fisher’s F-test.Results and scientific novelty. The authors have calculated the numerical indicators of relationship between students’ academic performance in computer science and the Basic State Exam taking, the reasons for choosing the secondary vocational education and the specialty. Constructed graphs and approximating curves prove the fact that the success degree when learning the certain discipline in college results from the assessment within the discipline taken at the Basic State Exam in school. In the regions of Russia, this factor guarantees a higher level of knowledge on Computer Science – by about 20%, and in the Moscow region – by 10%. The statistics on respondents’ professional orientation were collected. A regression model, demonstrating the impact of students’ motivational attitudes on their training in the subject discipline, is presented. It was found out that the motives “subsequent admission to a specialised university”, “obtaining a profession”, “business attitude to a profession” and “prestige of a profession” have the most positive influence in this context. The variance analysis confirmed the determinism of the learning outcomes by the reasons for the choice of secondary vocational education and profession. It is concluded that the reasons for the low or medium students’ performance include not only their weak motivation for education, but also the state of the entire education system, including the institutions of the Basic State Exam (OGE) and the Unified State Exam (EGE – high school final and university entrance exam taken upon completion of the 11th form), as well as the lack of clear criteria for the admission of applicants to the institutions of secondary vocational education. To get a specific specialty, the desire to study, its informed choice and prestige of profession positively affect students’ learning outcomes in Computer Science education.Practical significance. The research materials can be useful for teachers of secondary vocational education and for specialists involved in career guidance.

Abstract:
As an important energy storage device, lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) have been widely used in various fields due to their remarkable advantages. The high level of precision in estimating the battery’s state of health greatly enhances the safety and dependability of the application process. In contrast to traditional model-based prediction methods that are complex and have limited accuracy, data-driven prediction methods, which are considered mainstream, rely on direct data analysis and offer higher accuracy. Therefore, this paper reviews how to use the latest data-driven algorithms to predict the SOH of LIBs, and proposes a general prediction process, including the acquisition of datasets for the charging and discharging process of LIBs, the processing of data and features, and the selection of algorithms. The advantages and limitations of various processing methods and cutting-edge data-driven algorithms are summarized and compared, and methods with potential applications are proposed. Effort was also made to point out their application methods and application scenarios, providing guidance for researchers in this area.

Abstract:
The use of hyperspectral imaging (HSI) in the medical field is an emerging approach to assist physicians in diagnostic or surgical guidance tasks. However, HSI data processing involves very high computational requirements due to the huge amount of information captured by the sensors. One of the stages with higher computational load is the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) filtering algorithm. The main goal of this study is to optimize and parallelize the KNN algorithm by exploiting the GPU technology to obtain real-time processing during brain cancer surgical procedures. This parallel version of the KNN performs the neighbor filtering of a classification map (obtained from a supervised classifier), evaluating the different classes simultaneously. The undertaken optimizations and the computational capabilities of the GPU device throw a speedup up to 66.18× when compared to a sequential implementation.
