Abstract:
In e commerce, main problem is to be more secure for payment systems and disputation between online merchant and customer. To solve this problem, this paper presents design and implementation of Electronics Payment Gateway for online payment system. In this system, a customer's financial information credit or debit card information is sent directly to a Payment Gateway also called Trusted Third Party, TTP instead of sending it through an online merchant. The Payment Gateway can support more secure for online payment system. In this system, Secure Socket Layer SSL with Rivest-Shamir-Adleman RSA is used to enhance more secure connection in payment process. In secure online payment system, end to end encryption is required to maintain the integrity of transactions carried out online. RSA is more secure because its factors are large integers and key size is large, which increases the security. The electronic payment gateway provides the confidentiality by using RSA for online payment transactions and trusted third party to recover the disputation between online merchant and customer. Abstract:
E-commerce implies an electronic purchasing and marketing process online by using typical Web browsers. As e-commerce is quickly developing on the planet, particularly in recent years, many areas of life are affected, particularly the improvement in how individuals regulate themselves non-financially and financially in different transactions. In electronic payment or e-commerce payment, the gateway is a major component of the structure to assure that such exchanges occur without disputes, while maintaining the common security over such systems. Most Internet payment gateways in e-commerce provide monetary information to customers using trusted third parties directly to a payment gateway. Nonetheless, it is recognized that the cloud Web server is not considered a protected entity. This article aims to develop an efficient and secure electronic payment protocol for e-commerce where consumers can immediately connect with the merchant properly. Interestingly, the proposed system does not require the customer to input his/her identity in the merchant’s website even though the customer can hide his/her identity and make a temporary identity to perform the service. It has been found that our protocol has much improved security effectiveness in terms of confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, anonymity availability, authentication, and authorization.

Abstract:
The development of information technology and the internet has changed consumers’ behavior in buying and selling transactions. This causes the online buying and selling business to grow rapidly. We can find this online buying and selling activity in various media such as social media platforms and online shop websites. However, most of the payment systems are though bank transfer system and then confirmation of proof of payment, which is arguably not safe and efficient. This is impractical and vulnerable from a security point of view, especially if payments are made online. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based online store application by implementing a payment gateway system for safer and more efficient payment transactions. The method used in this study is the waterfall method with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The result of this study is the design of an online store application that has been equipped with online payment services using the Midtrans payment gateway. This system provides transaction security for customers and can make it easier for buyers to make online payments when placing orders for products because with the payment gateway system, there are more choices of payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, electronic wallets (GoPay), or Indomaret and Alfamart, and many more. In addition, this research is also expected to contribute to online buying and selling businesses, especially the development of better online shop applications and provide inspiration for the public to start innovate in promoting their business products.

Abstract:
Digital transformation has significantly impacted the financial sector by enhancing responsibility, efficiency, and openness, particularly through electronic payment systems. In Tanzania, the Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG) aims to expedite public financial operations, enhance revenuecollection, and improve service delivery. This study explores user satisfaction with the adoption and usage of Tanzania’s Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG).The study combines three well-known theoretical models (Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and DeLone & McLean’s IS) to create a framework for evaluating user behaviour, focusing on factors like ease of use, system quality, and external influences on adoption choices.Data were collected from 349 users across four regions of Tanzania using a quantitative survey methodology. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used for analysis and testing the study hypothesis. The results indicate that users' decision to continue using GePG is notably affected by factors like perceived usefulness, social influence, facilitating conditions, system quality, and information quality. Significantly, perceived usefulness emerged as the main factor, underscoring the role of system efficiency in promoting acceptance. However, the study revealed that continuous usage was not notably affected by perceived ease of use and service quality. Despite the presence of government e-payment systems, the survey shows that users prioritize functional benefits over ease of use. This study fills the existing research gap of examining end-users’ acceptance and satisfaction of GePG. This study presents a validated conceptual model that is applicable to Tanzania and other developing countries, promoting ongoing technology adoption and efficient public service delivery

Abstract:
PayPal is an international payment gateway allowing businesses and individuals to transfer funds in a secure manner over the Internet. Using PayPal to accept payments has several advantages for online merchants. It is a recognized brand when it comes to Business to Consumer (B2C) transactions, creating a business account with PayPal is easier and faster, and finally, PayPal lends its name to the transaction, so customers may feel more comfortable entering into a transaction with a previously unknown merchant. Besides the mentioned advantages, PayPal’s transaction dispute system requires a tracking number from a shipped package to respond to a customer dispute. If the product is purely electronic (a download or access to a site, for example), one’s response to disputes will be quite limited. The solution for the problem mentioned above is PayPal API. The PayPal API resolves Pay Pal drawback through maintaining card and bank account payment schedules without the liability of warehousing payment data also processing one-time and recurring payments. For the evaluation of Pay Pal API, the authors develop an Event Registration Management System (ERMS). ERMS serves as a platform for users to make registrations for events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Abstract:
Currently, the process of ordering tourist tickets is still done manually, especially in the Donorojo area, namely by visiting a travel agent or contacting the relevant party by telephone to order tickets. This process tends to take a long time, especially if users must queue to place an order. In addition, information regarding ticket prices and available schedules is not always easily accessible to users. The impact of this problem is confusion and errors in ordering tickets, as well as the buildup of queues at counters which causes congestion. To overcome this problem, we developed a tourist ticket booking application in Donorojo sub-district by implementing payment gateway methods including Flutter as a mobile application development framework and Firebase as a database management system that allows users to order tickets online, find out available tourist destination information and prices. and the schedule of tickets offered. The solution step taken is to collect and analyze data regarding popular tourist destinations, as well as implementing an online payment feature in the application. The interim results we have obtained are applications that are able to provide information about available tourist destinations, as well as provide convenience in the payment process and increase transaction security by using this payment gateway. Users can choose the desired destination, select the date and number of tickets needed, and make payment via the application. After payment is complete, the application will issue an electronic ticket which can be shown upon arrival at the tourist destination.

Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to assess the knowledge and attitude of consumers towards various payment modes with special reference to digital payment methods in Nagaland State, India. Design/methodology/approach: The study is based on primary data from students, scholars, government employees, and self-employed private employees of the Nagaland state of India. The data were collected through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was standardised by using the item analysis and the items generating unfavourable t-statistics were removed. The basic data were analysed by using descriptive statistics followed by interpretation of the results. In addition to that, inferential statistics was also used for hypothesis testing. Findings: The majority of consumers were satisfied with the electronic payment option, according to the study's findings, which is encouraging for the country's lawmakers. However, consumers also make use of cash on a regular basis. Debit or credit cards are used by almost half of consumers for both in-person and online purchases. Consumers of both sexes and varying socioeconomic backgrounds have quite different sentiments about e-payments. Regarding e-payments, people with different educational backgrounds, marital statuses, management styles, and work statuses have the same attitudes. Research limitations/implications: The study was conducted in Nagaland state of India and confined to only two districts. Convenience sampling technique was used in the study. This study considered only perception towards E-Payments. Similar study may be conducted by using some other variables. Furthermore, research that are cross-sectional and longitudinal can be conducted to delve deeper into the topic. Originality/value: This study fills the apparent gap in the existing payment gateway system. It contributes to the body of research on adoption of new technologies, and specifically E- payment services. It provides with a better understanding of Consumer's attitude towards E-Payments.

Abstract:
Electronic money or e-money is a technological innovation that allows payment transaction processing to be easier and more practical. PT Aino Indonesia is a payment gateway company that serves payment processes using this technology for various business segments. To satisfy the requirements of each business segment, Aino needs to develop a wide range of applications. These applications require a standard for the payment system to make it faster to integrate and maintain. The payment team at Aino has developed a module or SDK that provides a standard payment system for Android-based applications. Two new features will be added to this SDK, the logging feature and log file upload. The logging feature will record the data generated by each transaction process into a log file. Next, the SDK will upload the log files to the server to help retrieve transaction data uploaded from the device. Both features will help the process of tracking issues and problems that may arise during the transaction process. The development of the two features in this SDK uses the Scrum method to ensure it stays on track.

Along with the development of current technology such as TV repair, fans, refrigerators, washing machines, irons, air conditioners do not always function properly. There are times when a device is damaged and the user of the device will try to fix it by visiting a service or repair shop for televisions, fans, refrigerators, washing machines, irons and air conditioners. Of course, in this case the user will waste time and energy to go to the service place. Therefore, online booking services such as Grab and Gojek are needed. This online booking service specifically accepts the repair of televisions, fans, refrigerators, washing machines, irons, air conditioners, directly so that device users can save time and costs. With the selection of categories based on electronic products, it is easier for users if they want to find a service based on the electronic equipment that the user wants to repair. This application will be equipped with an online payment system integrated with Midtrans as a payment gateway service provider so that the transaction process becomes faster, easier and more practical.

Abstract:
The exponential expansion of addressing payment risks through E-Commerce Apps is mostly attributable to technical developments in this area. Although the blockchain was first created to support Bitcoin, its potential applications outside that digital currency are currently being explored. The adoption of blockchain technology may reduce the time it takes to complete a transaction, provide a more secure platform, and eliminate payment risk. Before this change, businesses were forced to go outside their borders for a satisfactory answer to the problem of payment risks. Blockchain technology has allowed us to overcome this obstacle. DTA-KNN is used as a cross-border model in this study. To do this, KNN is used to analyse data from neighbouring nations, and DTA is used to choose the most appropriate international payment gateway. To evaluate the efficacy of the suggested model, it is put up against well-established algorithms like DTA and KNN. The findings demonstrate that the hybrid model is more accurate than the other two separately.

Advances in financial technology will greatly affect society in terms of cashless transactions. This change in the way people transact is known as the phenomenon of a cashless society. Although most people still use cash transactions, there are also those who are starting to use cashless. The emergence of this cashless social phenomenon is one of the roles of financial technology. Fintech services are aimed at millennials who often use the internet. Cashless shopping or transactions are becoming popular among millennials. They are used to using electronic devices such as debit cards, credit cards or electronic money. These developments can bring convenience in financial transactions as well as convenience in using smartphones. To avoid these convenience risks, such as fraud, crime and the risk of fraud in fintech, the government must try to maximize non-cash transactions which can then be carried out safely by supporting people's financial literacy. This study aims to understand the role of financial technology in UMKM Peanut Egg Milk in Rembang Village in increasing payment gateway-based financial literacy. Qualitative research method is a research method used with a descriptive approach. This study uses primary data and secondary data in the form of interviews, observation, documentation. Abstract:
With the growing need for HPC resource usage in Thailand, this study aims to foster the creation of an HPC resource sharing ecosystem based on available in-house computing infrastructure. The model of computing resource sharing based on blockchain technology is presented for bridging communication between multiple clusters of HPC systems. The use of blockchain technology allows states among HPC systems to be synchronized and extends capabilities in enforcing governing rules. A smart contract was deployed on the blockchain network to enable users to request computing resources. Upon a request being made, a matching scheme performs the automatic selection of a suitable cluster based on current cluster utilization data and distance from users. Since users and clusters are anonymized from each other, a trusted payment scheme and permission access control are presented to assure both parties. As the system leverages off-chined and on-chained data exchange to carry out the operation, the secure gateway is proposed to mitigate technical difficulty from the client’s perspective and ensure information is securely flowing to and from legitimate actors. The result of this work ensures HPC service providers can maximize the utilization of their resources and monetize idle computing time, while users can access demanded resources conveniently and pay at a reasonable price.

Abstract:
The concept of E-commerce has existed since the
inception of the internet, but it has acquired significance
in the recent years. India being one of the fastest growing
E-commerce markets in the world has no specific
legislation to protect the interests of the buyers and sellers
of goods and services over the electronic medium. The
situation is further complicated by the fact that a typical
transaction over the internet or phone needs the
involvement of many service providers including a
payment gateway, the main website, the bank or card
verification website, the security certification website and
the final service provider, which includes the shipping
agent who delivers the goods. Separate laws are required
to regulate the functioning of all these intermediaries. The
paper examines the existing provisions available for the
protection of the buyers and sellers who conduct
transactions through the electronic medium. Further, the
customer protection policies of four dominant E-
commerce websites in India being flipkart.com, irctc.co.in,
 makemytrip.com and groupon.co.in are evaluated. A few
cases of consumer disputes arising over transactions
conducted over the electronic medium are also discussed.
Lastly, the paper analyses the measures which needs to be
taken to provide protection to buyers and sellers on the
 internet.

Automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) is one of the technologies used in intelligent transport systems (ITS) to read vehicle license plates automatically. The extracted information has various potential applications, including but not limited to an electronic payment gateway, a system for paying parking fees, road surveillance, and managing traffic flow. In this paper, we propose an efficient method to detect and identify the Algerian license plate (LP). This method consists of a two-stage algorithm that combines the histogram of oriented gradients (HOG) with the support vector machine (SVM) classifier. The purpose of the first stage of HOG/SVM is the detection of the LP, while the recognition of the digits is accomplished by the second stage of HOG/SVM. As first contribution, a dataset of standard Algerian LP not available elsewhere is built (DZLP dataset), The second is a proposal of a very efficient pre-processing step for LP detection and digit recognition. Experimental results show that the proposed approach yields very high license plate and average digits recognition rates, which of 97.5% and 99.46%, respectively.

Abstract : The Indian economy has developed rapidly after the induction of digital interfaces in commerce, trade, and industry particularly after the popularisation of electronic payment systems or digital banking. Since 2016 when the Government of India announced demonetization, electronic payments have been rising and are expected to continue in the future because the government has promoted these types of payments. Internet penetration in India was 47 percent in 2022 and it was more than 100 percent in urban areas as compared to rural areas, now with the expansion of the information technology-enabled generation which is using digital modes of payments more in their daily transactions has resulted in more than 140 crore rupees each day through various methods of digital prevailing in India. State Governments are also prioritizing and making more efforts to ensure that the unprivileged people should have to be provided access to web services so that they may also make payments conciliatory through this method.  Resultantly, there are 103 billion digital transactions worth Indian rupee 166 trillion in the financial year 2023.  It is also expected that digital transactions will also rise to 411 trillion by the year 2027.  Consequently, on advent of high tech system of fund transfer and its enormous use several cases of fraud have also been taking place on daily basis. The legislation has enacted various laws in connivance with the global laws, to resolve the problem, but they are still prevailing.  The present study has been conducted to identify the legal issues and the results arising from these issues and to recommend some pathways to recover from these obstacles.  This study further explains the further way to improvement in fund transfer and making payments using digital mode.  Consequently, it is found that the present legal system does not have sufficient provisions to stop such fraud, and blockage of money with the UPI, payment gateways, banks, and merchants.  There is no single online solution to these problems.  The banking ombudsman is working on resolving some of the issues, but due to the red tapism, such transactions of payment failure and fraud websites could not be resolved.  Sufficient amendments dealing with such transactions have not been incorporated in the present Consumer Protection Act.  Hence, it is recommended that there should be a virtual hearing in the office of the ombudsman as well as in the court of President Consumers Protection.

Purpose – This paper aims to highlight the characteristics of the bibliographic discovery and delivery processes that can either facilitate or impede attempts to borrow materials from overseas libraries. The experiences described represent the perspective of a typical Interlibrary Loan (ILL) practitioner in the USA. Design/methodology/approach – The author draws on his own personal experience with interlibrary borrowing at a major private university research library in the USA. Findings – From a US perspective, the ideal means of obtaining materials from overseas libraries is to locate a potential supplier in Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) WorldCat and use the same system to manage the entire ILL request process. Large union catalogs such as the Karlsruhe Virtual Catalogue are suitable alternatives, as are services specializing in publications from certain countries or regions such as the East Asian Gateway Service or the Global ILL Framework (GIF). The least desirable option is to search and request materials directly through an individual library’s Web site, although the experience can be greatly enhanced through the use of well-designed English language interfaces, easy payment options such as International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) vouchers or credit cards and electronic delivery whenever possible. Originality/value – This article would be of value for any ILL practitioners in the USA who are involved in borrowing or would like to borrow materials from overseas libraries.

Abstract:
Abstract Decentralization has been a means to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the management of local government affairs. Tanzania has undergone a reform through decentralization by devolution (D by D) and shifted relative power to lower levels of government known as local government authorities. The purpose is to improve the management of local government affair including the management of community health, free basic education and the management of contracts through public-private partnership. The objective of this paper is to review and analyse on how D by D has enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in the management of local government affairs in Tanzania. Data were collected through reviewing different documents including published journal articles, unpublished Master and PhD thesis/dissertations, government reports and online materials. Efficiency and effectiveness in the management of local government affairs are enhanced by D by D as there are improvements in the management of the community health fund as the number of households enrolled is consecutively increasing in the past five years from 543,328 in 2012/2013 to 2,251,055 in 2017/2018giving a total of 13,506,330 beneficiaries out of the total population. In the management of free fee basic education, head masters, mistress and head teachers in Singida and Ruangwa districts are successful in overcoming the challenges of free fee basic education while there is improved community participation in the management of management of contracted services in Ulanga district council. This paper recommends for reviewing and analysing how D by D has enhanced management of waste collection, the use of Government electronic Payment Gateway (GePG) in revenue collection and the efficiency and effectiveness of Tanzania Rural and Urban Roads Agency (TARURA).

Abstract:
This study investigated the impact of computerized systems on public organizations in Iringa Municipality, focusing on the Computerized Accounting System (CAS) and the Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG). A mixed research approach and a cross-sectional design were employed, with 100 randomly selected employees from a population of 145 participating through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The findings revealed that a majority (84.6%) of TRA employees had received training related to computerized systems. Similarly, IRUWASA and TANESCO had a significant portion of trained employees (71.4% and 90.9% respectively). Within IMC and RBWB, 85.7% of employees had attended training, while Mkwawa University and RUWASA showed high training attendance rates at 80%. Concerning network availability, most TRA employees (76.9%) reported inconsistent network availability. This issue was prevalent among IRUWASA and TANESCO employees (63.6% and 90.9% respectively), as well as within IMC and RBWB. The first objective's findings indicated a significant negative impact of system downtime on performance (p-value = 0.000). A one-unit increase in system downtime corresponded to a performance decrease of -0.004. Conversely, training had a positive and significant impact on performance (p-value = 0.013), with a one-unit increase resulting in a performance increase of 0.011. Latency had a significant negative effect (p-value = 0.000), where a one-unit increase in latency led to a performance decrease of -0.039. In light of these findings, it is recommended that public organizations allocate resources for the enhancement and modernization of computerized systems. This should include investments in more robust hardware, software, and network solutions, as well as comprehensive training programs

Abstract:
The Indonesian railway system is currently experiencing a lot of developments in terms of technology. The Indonesian railway system has been integrated with technology 4.0, where all transaction processes, whether payment, ordering tickets or monitoring trains, can be monitored via electronic media. Of course, this technology must be supported by adequate infrastructure, one of which is the railroad crossing. In Indonesia, several railroad lines have been constructed, and many portal or crossbar railroads have also been constructed. The railroad gate is part of the railway system which has a very important role, especially in regulating the safety of train travel. The rail gateway has been a problem and a source of accidents in recent years. This is because there are no security facilities at any rail portals, causing drivers to continue to break traffic laws. The making of this automatic railroad doorstop uses the Prototype method, namely a simulation that uses Arduino UNO R3, servo motors, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors and other components that can support the manufacture of this railroad doorstop prototype. The prototype of this automatic train doorstop is equipped with many sensors that works automatically according to what is ordered, so that its use can be easily controlled and implemented in real life. This automatic railroad crossing system is expected to optimize the task of the railroad crossing guard by providing automation for the process of opening and closing the railway door and providing additional warning information for the community around the railway door location so as to reduce the potential for accidents caused by drivers or people who break traffic laws.

Abstract:
We present a solution based on blockchain technology and smart contracts for agile project management in light of the continuing transition in the software development industry. Due to the fact that these technologies are self-executing, customized, and impervious to tampering, they are considered to be crucial for the transition to a more efficient, transparent, and transactive payment gateway between major stakeholders. These major stakeholders will be able to communicate through smart contracts, which will act as a bridge between them. As part of their responsibility, they will make sure that all of the terms of the contract are met and acknowledged by all members of the team. As a result of our research, we propose a model in which payouts could be automatically enabled and penalties or grants could be introduced based on performance. If any changes were to be made to the contract in the future, all parties involved would be automatically notified. To maintain the development cycle, they should accept these changes as soon as possible. Because of this, the product owner and client are able to concentrate their resources on more profitable and productive tasks, without the need to monitor this aspect of agile project management. Our proposed model brings together different partners with the objective of successfully developing different IT projects by leveraging software engineering solutions such as smart contracts.

Abstract:
This study aims to explain the reasons for entrepreneurs who earn income from buying and selling transactions through social media to collect income tax, discuss the mechanisms needed for the collection of income tax and discuss the rules that can be imposed for collecting income tax so that entrepreneurs who earn income from transactions in the media social is obligated to fulfill tax obligations like entrepreneurs in marketplaces and conventionally in creating a level playing field in running a trading business. The results of the study show that disparities/differences in arrangements for collecting income tax from e-commerce transactions are an obstacle to collecting taxes on income earned from buying and selling transactions through the electronic system (e-commerce), arrangements that only target entrepreneurs in the marketplace will cause a large shift -Most entrepreneurs in the market place to move to social media, because income tax is not collected on social media, so to deal with this, entrepreneurs who get income from buying and selling transactions through social media need to collect income tax to fulfill tax obligations according to income tax regulations. applies, so that there is no evasion and injustice in collecting taxes as a whole and thoroughly from online buying and selling transactions, in collecting income tax from buying and selling via social media cooperation between the directorate general of taxes and social media organizers is needed to obtain tax data in seeking state revenue , then the validity of the data is strengthened by the database contained in the national payment gateway (GPN) to detect the value of income transactions obtained from buying and selling transactions on social media, then the rules that can be imposed for income tax collection are following the same applicable income tax provisions like conventional entrepreneurs in general.

Abstract:
This paper takes a critical review of online payment systems and their importance in the economies of developing countries. The significance of online payment systems in the present scheme of things cannot be over-emphasized. Online payment systems are a crucial component in the overall development of the economies of developing countries. The way payments are made are increasingly been reshaped by growing demand for digital payment methods coupled with improvements in technology. In recent times, the conventional market is gradually been replaced by Electronic Commerce, also referred to as E-commerce and without gainsaying, it now ranked highest among the services that stems from the World Wide Web. It’s reasoned that the scope and volume of trade the world over is been rapidly expanded by the development and integration of online payments to e-commerce, which in turn is closing up the barriers once encountered in payment for goods and services in the conventional market ecosystem. The framework of ecommerce in developing countries has indeed been boosted and strengthened by the implementation of online payment systems. The advent of the Covid-19 pandemic which has restricted human physical contact in recent times has posed great changes on how consumers purchase goods and services with respect to the available payment options associated with such transactions. The overall aim of this paper is to carry-out a critical review of the Online Payment Systems and their classifications; highlighting the various payment gateways, challenges of online payment, the numerous benefits and the need to integrate online payment systems to boost the development of the economies of developing countries. It equally examined the future trends in online payment systems.

Abstract:
A huge percentage of people especially in developed countries spend a good chunk of their wealth in managing their health conditions. In order to adequately administer healthcare, governments and various organizations have embraced advanced technology for automating the health industry. In recent past, electronic health records have largely been managed by Enterprise Resource Planning and legacy systems. Big data framework steadily emerge as the underlying technology in healthcare, which offers solutions that limits capacity of others systems in terms of storage and reporting. Automation through cloud services supported by storage of structured and unstructured health data in heterogeneous environment has improved service delivery, efficiency, medication, diagnosis, reporting and storage in healthcare. The argument support the idea that big data healthcare still face information security concern, for instance patient image sharing, authentication of patient, botnet, correlation attacks, man-in-the-middle, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), blockchain payment gateway, time complexities of algorithms, despite numerous studies conducted by scholars in security management for big data in smart healthcare. Some security technique include digital image encryption, steganography, biometrics, rule-based policy, prescriptive analysis, blockchain contact tracing, cloud security, MapReduce, machine-learning algorithms, anonymizations among others. However, most of these security solutions and analysis performed on structured and semi-structured data as opposed to unstructured data. This may affect the output of medical reporting of patients’ condition particularly on wearable devices and other examinations such as computerized tomography (CT) Scans among others. A major concern is how to identify inherent security vulnerabilities in big healthcare, which generate images for transmission and storage. Therefore, this paper conducted a comparative survey of solutions that specifically safeguards structured and unstructured data using systems that run on big data frameworks. The literature highlights several security advancements in cryptography, machine learning, anonymization and protocols. Most of these security frameworks lacks implementation evidence. A number of studies did not provide comprehensive performance metrics (accuracy, error, recall, precision) of the models besides using a single algorithm without validated justification. Therefore, a critique on the contribution, performance and areas of improvements discussed and summarized in the paper.
