Abstract:
U ovom radu obrađen je elektro­motor­ni pogon za transport i skladištenje melase. Opisan je odabir zaštitne opreme i prikazan proračun trajno dozvoljenih struja i padova napona prilikom izbora provodnika za napajanje asinhronih motora u pogonu. Takođe izvršen je odabir adekvatnih frekventnih pretvarača i soft startera za odgovarajuće asinhrone motore, kao i odabir odgovarajućeg programabilnog logičkog kontrolera. Na kraju je dato objašnjenje kako i na koji način se pokreću motori u pogonu korišćenjem kontrolnog panela, servisnih i lokalnih upravljačkih kutija.

Abstract:
U ovom radu je prezentovana proble­matika odabira i eksploatacije elektromotornih pogona u eksplozivnim sredinama. Obrađena je klasifikacija eks­plozivnih sredina, što predstavlja prvi korak za pravilan izbor opreme. Opisani su različiti tipovi protiveksplozivne zaštite asinhronih elektromotora. Razmotreni su uzroci povećanog zagrevanja elektromotora povećane bezbed­nosti. Pravilan izbor zaštite elektromotora povećane bez­bednosti je jako bitan te je u ovom radu detaljno obrađen. Uticaj pretvarača učestanosti na pogonske parametre elektromotora je detaljno razmotreno ovim radom.

U ovom radu su predstavljene osnovne i kompleksne zaštite asinhronog motora, kao i njihova primena na konkretnom primeru projekta. Takođe, pokazano je povezivanje zaštitnih komponenti u softverskom programu Eplan. Prikazana je primena frekventnih pretvarača sa generisanim zaštitnim funkcijama. Dat je i osvrt na primenu programabilno logičkih kontrolera u sistemima automatizacije elektromotornih pogona, kao i implementacija SCADA sistema radi lakšeg upravljanja i vizualizacije samog elektromotornog pogona.
