Abstract:
Kapal perikanan merupakan salah satu unsur dalam menentukan keberhasilan operasi penangkapan ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ; (1) tingkat teknologi; (2) jenis kayu yang digunakan dan (3) tahapan pembangunan kapal kayu di galangan kapal tradisional. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Survey. Penelitian dilakukan galangan kapal rakyat Sewangi Kabupaten Barito Kuala dan desa Pagaruyung Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2013. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Tingkat teknologi yang digunakan pada pembangunan kapal masih relatif rendah, peralatan yang digunakan masih menggunakan peralatan non elektronik yaitu kapak, gergaji, pahat, pasak, palu, golok, bacci, alat ukur dan ketam. Hanya pengerjaan bor yang menggunakan listrik. Tingkat keknologi dalam pembangunan kapal kayu belum dilengkapi oleh perhitungan arsitektur perkapalan serta gambar desain dan konstruksi kapal; (2) Jenis kayu yang digunakan adalah kayu ulin, kayu Alaban, Bengkirai, Bungur dan Meranti yang memiliki tingkat kekuatan yang tinggi dan tahan terhadap serangan organisme laut; (3) Tahapan pembangunan kapal tradisional untuk kapal besar dimulai dengan pembuatan lunas, perakitan lunas dengan balok dek dan transom. Sedangkan untuk kapal kecil dimulai dengan pembuatan bibit kapal dari sebatang pohon. Tahap selanjutnya baik untuk kapal besar maupun kapal kecil adalah pemasangan linggi haluan dan buritan, pemasangan kulit kapal hingga setengah tinggi kapal, Pemasangan gading-gading kiri dan kanan, pemasangan galar, pemasangan kulit kapal seluruhnya sampai sheer, pemasangan sheer, pemasangan lantai dek, pemakalan, pembuatan anjungan untuk kapal besar dan terakhir adalah pengecatan.Fishing vessel is one element in determining the success of fishing operations. This study aims to determine; (1) the level of technology; (2) the type of wood used, and (3) the stage of development of timber ships in the traditional shipyard. The study was conducted by Survey. Research conducted shipyard Sewangi Barito Kuala district and village Pagaruyung Tanah Bumbu Regency South Kalimantan. The study was conducted in August through October 2013. Results showed that: ( 1 ) The level of technology used in the construction of the ship is still relatively low , the equipment used is still using non- electronic equipment ie axes, saws, chisels, pegs, hammer, machetes, bacci, measuring instruments, planers. Only the use of an electric drill workmanship. The level of technology in the construction of timber ships has not been completed by the calculation of shipping architecture and ship design and construction drawings ; ( 2 ) type of wood used is Ulin wood, Alaban, Bengkirai, Bungur and Meranti which have a high degree of strength and resistant to attack by marine organisms; ( 3 ) Stages of development of traditional boats to large ships began with the manufacture of the hull, keel assembly to the deck and transom beam. As for the small boat begins with the manufacture of the vessel tree seedlings. The next stage is good for big ships and small ships are mounting Linggi bow and stern, leather installation vessel up to half the height of the ship, Installation joist left and right, galar installation, installation of ship skin entirely to sheer, sheer installation, flooring installation deck, pemakalan , rig manufacturing of large vessels and final are painting.

Informace může vytvářet určité entropické krajiny. Entropická krajina je složená ze zdrojů informace. Zdroj může být informačně přínosný nebo úplně zbytečný. Dobrý zdroj vytváří nízkou entropii, vysoký náboj, a špatný zdroj entropii vysokou s nízkým informačním nábojem. Touto optikou pak můžeme vidět fiktivní krajinu, která se kolem nás nalézá. Entita je její vizualizací, vytváří útesy, tam kde byly roviny, hory zkoncentrované informace a měsíční údolí s nulovou hodnotou.

Red Queen is a chess piece on the story of Alice in Wonderland, which is constantly running to hold it in place, because the world around it is constantly in motion. Therefore, it is a symbol of the theory of evolution, a constant necessity innovation and the eternal escape from competitors. Red Queen's Race is constructed into a miniature civilization, or rather one growing superorganism, which constantly oscillates between the digital and the physical world. The main consciousness of this association is black majestically looking server that supplies with his computing power and energy all attached printers. They are designed specifically for this purpose, such as abstraction of robotics industry, with an emphasis on a functionally aesthetic form, in yellow-orange color of heavy industrial machinery. They are created according to a living creature of this world, generated by computer, based on a unique code, which is the result of calculating the evolutionary recombination, processed by the server, depending on the reactions of outside observers at the objects which are already created. Sažetak: Financijska agencija (dalje u tekstu: FINA) kao jedna od najvažnijih institucija hrvatskog financijskog i javnog sustava nositelj je razvoja i operativni upravitelj ključne infrastrukture i niza servisa u području plaćanja te korištenja usluga javnih servisa za najširu mrežu klijenata – građana, malih, srednjih i velikih tvrtki, financijskih institucija do državnih i javnih tijela – s kojima se razvija i raste. Kvaliteta kao strateška odrednica i trajno opredjeljenje FINA-e kroz certifikaciju i održavanje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom prema normi ISO 9001 punih je trinaest godina integrirana u sve poslovne procese i aktivnosti čiji je krajnji rezultat isporuka proizvoda i usluga sukladno najvišim standardima struke i zahtjevima klijenata. Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom živi je organizam koji se prilagođava i mijenja kako bi odgovorio na interne, ali i eksterne potrebe, nerijetko uzrokovane promjenama u okruženju i doprinio povećanju konkurentnosti FINA-inog poslovnog sustava. S ciljem uklopljenosti u strateške smjernice digitalizacije poslovanja, osiguranja kontinuiranog poboljšanja i razvoja dobre prakse, inicirana je digitalizacija sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u dijelu procesa upravljanja dokumentiranim informacijama, kao jednog od zahtjeva norme ISO 9001:2015, čiji je značaj dodatno potvrđen u okolnostima pandemije COVID-19. Učinkovito i sustavno upravljanje dokumentiranim informacijama, mogućnost udaljenog pristupa organizacijskom znanju u realnom vremenu te elektroničko potpisivanje dokumentacije praćeno smanjenom interakcijom među zaposlenicima, uštedom vremena i resursa uvelike doprinose nesmetanom odvijanju poslovnih procesa. Time je dokazana sposobnost FINA-e u upravljanju promjenama i prepoznavanju zrelosti sustava za novu eru u upravljanju kvalitetom. U ovome radu izložena je kronologija digitalizacije procesa upravljanja dokumentiranim informacijama u FINA-i kojoj je prethodila snimka trenutnog stanja i utvrđivanje potreba internih dionika sustava. Abstract: The Financial Agency (hereinafter: Fina), as one of the most important institutions of the Croatian financial and public system, is the developer and operational manager of the key infrastructure and the range of services in the field of payments and use of public services for the widest network of clients - citizens, small, medium and large companies, financial institutions as well as the state and public bodies - with which it develops and grows. Quality as a strategic determinant and permanent commitment of Fina through certification and maintenance of quality management system according to ISO 9001 has been integrated into all business processes and activities for thirteen years, with products and services rendering in accordance with the highest standards and customer requirements as the final result. The quality management system is a living organism that adapts and changes in order to respond to internal and external needs, often caused by changes in the environment and in order to facilitate the increase of the competitiveness of Fina's business system. For the purpose of the compliance with the strategic guidelines of business digitalization, ensuring continuous improvement and development of good business practices, the digitalization of the quality management system was initiated in the segment dealing with documented information management, which is one of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, whose importance was further confirmed in the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. Efficient and systematic documented information management, the ability of real-time remote access to organizational knowledge and electronic signing of documentation followed by reduced interaction among employees and time and resources savings, contribute to unhindered business processes operation. The aforementioned demonstrates Fina’s ability of the efficient transformation management and system maturity recognition in the new era of quality management. This paper presents the chronology of digitalization of documented information management process in Fina, which was preceded by the assessment and identification of the needs of internal stakeholders of the system.
