Angelos Katakouzenos, a Greek neurologist and prolific medical writer at the beginning of the 20th century, belonged to a group of artists and scholars that formed the “generation of the 30s,” a cultural movement that emerged after World War I and introduced modernism in Greek art and literature. Born in 1902, Katakouzenos studied medicine in France at the Universities of Montpellier and Paris, where he trained in neurology and psychiatry under Georges Guillain, Henri Claude, Jean-Athanase Sicard, Pierre Marie, Clovis Vincent and Théophile Alajouanine. In Paris, he attended to Freud’s patients, collaborating with the psychoanalyst Marie Bonaparte, while he was introduced to the contemporary avant-garde movements of this time, developing long-lasting friendships with artists and intellectuals, including Marc Chagall and Tériade. Although Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at the University of Paris, Commandeur of the Légion d’honneur and founder of the first neuropsychiatric clinics in Greece, Katakouzenos lived far from the limelight. Despite his numerous publications, his scientific work remained largely unacknowledged. Yet, as a psychoanalyst he gained international fame and treated patients including William Faulkner who later would write, “To the wise scientist, the in-depth judge of the human soul, my friend Dr. Katakouzenos, who has helped me like no one else to redeem myself from the tortuous questions that troubled me for years – from the depths of my heart, many, very many thanks”. In this paper, the rediscovery of Katakouzenos’s remarkable work in the field of neuroscience aims to tell the story of a great physician whose lifework in bridging art and science may, in retrospect, reinstate him as one of the most captivating neurologists of the 20th century.

Pendekatan metodologis yang digunakan adalah analisis struktural dengan perspektif kajian sastra feminis. Landasan teoretis yang menjadi kerangka penelitian ini di antaranya gagasan Radway, Modlesky, serta Gill dan Herdierckerhoff, yang diapropriasi untuk mengupas aspek-aspek naratif romance yang meliputi alur, tokoh, dan sudut pandang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada penyimpangan formulasi terutama pada komponen alur dan sudut pandang meskipun novel ini berakhir bahagia sesuai dengan pola romance. Bila genre romance umumnya berfokus pada protagonis perempuan seabagai penggerak cerita, novel Elle et Lui (dan juga ternyata pada novel-novel Marc Lévy lainnya) cenderung berpusat pada protagonis laki-laki yang meskipun digambarkan memiliki kelemahan, namun tetap berkarakter pahlawan dan teladan. Narator pada novel tersebut merupakan orang ketiga tunggal yang maha tahu dan dapat berada di beberapa tempat sekaligus, sehingga tidak sesuai dengan formulasi romance standar. Deviasi yang terjadi dapat diargumentasikan sebagai strategi Marc Lévy untuk keluar dari formulasi standar sebuah novel romance yang pada umumnya ditulis oleh perempuan, dan juga karena karakter penulisannya yang sinematografis.

Comment l'identité narrative de Jésus se décline-t-elle dans l'évangile selon Marc? La question est traitée en quatre étapes, à commencer par un examen de l'impact christologique des limites du récit marcien, son prologue et sa finale suspendue. Dans un deuxième temps, l'attention se porte sur le développement de l'intrigue de situation à partir des actions du protagoniste et des réactions qu'elles suscitent. En troisième lieu, l'intrigue de révélation et l'évolution des manières de désigner Jésus est analysée. Enfin, sous mode de synthèse, l'hypothèse est avancée d'une christologie ‘mystique’ de Marc, hypothèse préférée à la théorie devenue classique du secret messianique.

Desenvolvemos a hipótese de que esses poemas nos parecem testemunhar porque seu autor faz o ato ilocutório de testemunhar, ou melhor, porque os conteúdos são prefixáveis por um eu testemunho que. Eles nos parecem testemunhar, não porque são testemunhos, mas porque dizem ser testemunhos. O valor ilocutório é apenas pretendido.

Cette correspondance a pour sujet les émissions protestantes assurées par l’œuvre de La Cause d’octobre 1940 à juillet 1943 sur le poste de la Radiodiffusion nationale contrôlée par le gouvernement du Maréchal Pétain installé à Vichy. Elle relate les échanges entre le pasteur Marc Boegner, président de la Fédération Protestante de France, et le jeune pasteur Valdo Durrleman, qui est, pendant cette période, secrétaire général de La Cause à Montpellier, chargé d’assurer l’organisation des émissions de La Cause. Cette correspondance a pour arrière-plan un litige né avant la guerre entre La Cause et la Fédération Protestante de France sur la responsabilité des émissions protestantes hebdomadaires à la radio, à l’origine desquelles était La Cause depuis 1928, mais dont la responsabilité avait été transférée en 1937 à la Fédération Protestante de France, La Cause ne conservant depuis lors qu’une émission par mois. Elle montre un désaccord sur le style des émissions de La Cause que Marc Boegner juge n’être pas des émissions religieuses en rappelant à plusieurs reprises l’obligation de respecter un cadre liturgique. Elle met aussi en évidence l’omniprésence des services du régime de Vichy et montre un Marc Boegner cherchant à tempérer leurs réactions tout en assurant la transmission de leurs injonctions, acceptant même d’exercer à leur place une censure préalable sur le contenu des émissions et qui ne peut s’opposer à l’interdiction d’antenne faite à Valdo Durrleman pour avoir lu en décembre 1942 un texte d’Ésaïe dans lequel le directeur de la Radiodiffusion nationale voit une allusion à la situation faite aux Juifs.

The main aim is to define the concept of religious tourism in order to understand the complex nature of this phenomenon. Firstly, we analyze the concept of sacred, and especially the relationship with sacred spaces as main areas receiving religious tourism. The concept of the sacred is a universal phenomenon, but it is represented differently according to the religious tradition it belongs, so there is also a local component. The second term studied is tourism. From this point of view, we explore the concept of religious tourism but also other types of tourism in sacred spaces such as pilgrimages, spiritual tourism and cultural tourism. The conclusion reached is a model based on sacred spaces that relates the different motivations of visitors. It identifies some ideal type that let us suggest some management actions in order to avoid conflicts that may arise between the devotees and tourists in sacred spaces.<br>L’objectiu principal és la conceptualització del turisme religiós de manera que s’entengui la naturalesa complexa del fenomen; i per fer-ho s’analitzen les dues vessants que composen el terme. Per una banda, s’analitza la conceptualització del sagrat i la relació que té amb els espais sagrats com a principals receptors de turisme religiós. S’entén el sagrat com un fet universal i global i alhora local. Per altra banda, s’analitza el terme de turisme religiós i d’altres tipologies turístiques que es poden donar en els espais sagrats, com els pelegrinatges, el turisme espiritual i el turisme cultural. La conclusió a la que s’arriba és un model que, basat en els espais sagrats, relaciona les diferents motivacions dels visitants. Això permet identificar uns tipus ideals que ens permeten suggerir algunes línies de gestió encaminades a evitar els conflictes que es puguin generar en els espais sagrats, amb la finalitat de preservar-ne la naturalesa.

The present research try to analyze the objectively patterns of visitor behavior focused on 5 and 12 years old kids, which visited the museums of the city of Girona in a non organized tour. We combined different methodologies for the data collection: survey, non participant direct observation and symbolic language from offered and self-administered written response. As a result, we know how children interact with museum materials, how they make relations with the different group members, how they use supplementary materials to do the visit, what itinerary they do, how they visit the rooms, what kind of texts they read, in which Units of Attention they provide more interest, what colors attract the most, what effects in their behavior can have the lighting, the noise and the temperature, what are their preferences, and in general, which are the profiles of families who visit the museums of Girona.<br>El present treball de recerca consisteix en estudiar i analitzar les pautes de comportament objectivables del visitant lliure entre 5 i 12 anys d’edat, que visita de forma no organitzada els museus de la ciutat de Girona. Així, mitjançant la combinació de diferents metodologies per a l’obtenció de dades (enquesta, observació directe no participant i llenguatge simbòlic a partir de resposta escrita autoadministrada i oferta), hem sabut de quina forma aquests interaccionen amb els materials, com es relacionen amb els diferents membres del grup, com utilitzen els materials complementaris a la visita, quin recorregut fan i com fan la visita a les sales, quins textos llegeixen, a quines Unitats d’Atenció presten més interès, quins colors els atrauen més, quins efectes en el seu comportament pot tenir la il•luminació, el soroll, la temperatura ambiental, quines son les seves preferències, i a trets generals, quins son els perfils de famílies que visiten els museus gironins.

Mars is a planet that has lacked a global magnetic field for most of its history, around 3.5 billion years, leaving the upper atmosphere unprotected from the scavenging by the solar wind. This is thought to have played a significant role in the evolution of the Martian atmosphere and consequently on the loss of water which once flowed over the surface and made possible the conditions for life to exist. This is unlike the Earth that has a large enough magnetic field to offer protection from the solar wind and radiation. As such, it is important to understand the nature of the space plasma around Mars. In 1998, Mars Global Surveyor discovered magnetisations from the crust of Mars, which altered the view of how the solar wind behaves as it travels past the planet. The importance of these remanent magnetic fields over time and in the different plasma regions around Mars is not completely resolved. This thesis contributes to the understanding of the interaction of Mars with the solar wind and presents the analysis of data from the Analyser of Space Plasmas and Energetic Atoms (ASPERA-3) Electron Spectrometer (ELS) on the Mars Express (MEX) spacecraft, for the investigation of how remanent fields from Mars affect the local space plasma. We have found that the crustal magnetisations have a considerable influence up to the altitudes of 1300 km and possibly enhance the escape of atmosphere beyond. The signature of the crustal fields focusing electrons, called intensifications, occurred with the greatest rates on the dayside below 500 km, due to the intrusion of the solar wind plasma along the crustal fields and from the forcing of the ionopause below its average position. Effects of the crustal fields are most identifiable in the dusk sector and possibly connect regions of large plasma density at higher altitudes (»2000 km) with the atmosphere at low altitudes, and to the magnetic pile-up region, where reconnection with draped IMF could occur. This would allow transport of electrons and ambi-polar extraction of ions over a large distance in altitude and so enhance the escape of the atmosphere. Observations in the regions at night show closed magnetic fields from the crust coincide with voids in the electron flux, a sign of the crustal fields protecting the neutral atmosphere. There was little evidence to connect the distribution of the voids to a Venus-type plasma channel, which limits the amount of atmospheric loss that could occur through ionospheric holes. The voids dominate events on the night side below 500 km, where the rate of intensifications is low. The reverse is true for regions on the nightside above 500 km, where the greatest proportion of intensifications is from the crustal fields, which could occur through aurora and perhaps even tail reconnection.

La pensee de l'education est l'epreuve decisive de toute pensee philosophique, etant entendu que rien d'humain ne se fait sans education. Telle est l'hypothese de depart conduisant a la question : la philosophie de marx implique-t-elle une theorie de l'education ? la critique marxienne de la societe existante comporte en creux un projet de societe ; il s'agit de savoir si ce projet de societe peut aussi se formuler en projet educatif ( et politique ). Question fondamentale s'il en est, et dont depend tout le sens de l'entreprise marxienne. Entre le developpement des societes et l'epanouissement des individus, marx formule la theorie d'un rapport ou devrait en principe pouvoir prendre place une theorie complete de l'education, l'education etant aussi bien une affaire sociale qu'un probleme relatif a l'individu singulier. La reponse a cette question fondamentale, avec marx, ne va pas cependant de soi. Aussi, l'interrogation est-elle poursuivie a travers l'analyse des concepts centraux de la philosophie de marx, tels ceux de travail, de rapport social, d'essence humaine, d'alienation, de liberte. Le parcours suivi revele un ensemble complexe d'oscillations, d'equivocite, concernant le sens et la portee de ces concepts chez marx ; mais aussi et surtout l'absence d'une reflexion morale, d'une ethique justifiant les fins poursuivies. Ce qui hypotheque gravement la possibilite theorique de l'education chez lui. Sans pouvoir faire litiere de l'importance critique de l'education faite par marx, il faut bien convenir que l'oeuvre marxienne, telle qu'elle est accessible actuellement, ne peut conduire a une theorie achevee de l'education qui est ultimement theorie morale ( et politique ).

En aquesta tesi doctoral es pretén estudiar les diferents polítiques de paisatge a Europa, centrant-se en l’estudi a fons del Conveni Europeu del Paisatge, únic instrument dedicat exclusivament al paisatge. Mitjançant l’anàlisi de tres casos d’estudi, Espanya, Alemanya i Eslovàquia, més l’estudi de respectives regions dels mateixos, s’explicaran les eines i instruments existents avui per protegir, gestionar i ordenar el paisatge, afegint, però, l’element social, indiscutiblement lligat a la manera de veure, pensar i viure el paisatge. Es respon així a la hipòtesis de si ens trobem davant un canvi de paradigma, davant una nova sensibilitat respecte del paisatge. Indirectament es responen a dues preguntes més: demostrar si després de 10 anys de funcionament del Conveni Europeu del Paisatge aquest es perfila com a instrument per excel•lència per protegir, gestionar i ordenar el paisatge a Europa i si és possible l’existència de polítiques de paisatge efectives al marge del Conveni Europeu del Paisatge.<br>This doctoral dissertation focuses on the study of the different European landscape policies, in particular on the study of the European Landscape Convention, being the only international instrument dedicated exclusively to landscape. Through analysis of three case studies, Spain, Germany and Slovakia plus further studies of some of their regions we will describe the tools and instruments, existing today, to protect, manage and plan landscapes adding however, the social element which is without doubt related to our way of seeing, thinking and living the landscape. This way we will answer the hypothesis: is there a change of paradigm and are we experiencing a new sensitivity towards the landscape? Indirectly we are also answering two other questions: firstly we will prove whether after ten years in function the ELC is the ultimate instrument to protect, manage and plan landscapes in Europe. Secondly, if there are other effective instruments in existence, besides the European Landscape Convention.

Des d'una perspectiva sociocultural i pragmàtica del desenvolupament, la comunicació i el llenguatge s'expliquen a partir de la interdependència entre les capacitats cognitives i d'aprenentatge de l'infant i les ajudes i oportunitats que aporta l'entorn sociocultural. La investigació realitzada va tindre com a principal objectiu analitzar mitjançant la metodologia observacional els intercanvis comunicatius i lingüístics que es produeixen entre díades mare-infant durant el segon semestre de vida, per tal d'identificar patrons comportamentals estables i les seues característiques en díades adult-infant.<br/><br/>Es va realitzar un disseny d'estudi de casos avaluatiu de baixa intensitat LAG-LOG tot aplicant-lo al context natural. Els participants experimentals van estar quatre díades mare-infant de desenvolupament normal, les edats d'aquests últims oscil.laven entre 6 i 9 mesos d'edat quan es van començar les gravacions. Com a instrument de registre es va elaborar un format de camp amb un total de nou eixos com ara, Estat emocional, Postura, Participació en la comunicació i Producció comunicativa, referits als infants i Manifestacions emocionals, Estratègies de gestió comunicativa, Recursos comunicatius emprats, Contingut del llenguatge i Estratègies impulsores del desenvolupament de la comunicació i el llenguatge, pertanyents a les mares. Aquests eixos van agrupar tot un seguit d'unitats comportamentals amb diferents nivells de concreció. <br/><br/>El programa informàtic d'anàlisi de la interacción GSEQ de Bakeman i Quera*, ens va permetre en l'anàlisi més molecular identificar patrons interactius i valorar la seua conformació com ara, l'actuació contingent de les díades o la pressa d'iniciativa dels infants. L'anàlisi més molar, va fer emergir patrons interactius comunicatius i lingüístics on les mares utilitzen estratègies com la sobreinterpretació o la imitació i, els infants, van augmentant la freqüència del seu comportament verbal. <br/><br/>*Bakeman, R. i Quera, V. The research made aimed to analyse communicative and linguistic exchanges by observation method, in pairs mother-child in the second six months of life. This was done in order to identify balanced behaviour models and their features as adult-child pairs.<br/><br/>An evaluative design of low intensity for the study of cases was carried out, LAG-LOG, and it was applied to natural context. The experimental participants were four mother-child pairs with normal development between 6 and 9 months of age. The reading instrument was a field format with nine axes such as: Position or Communicative Production referred to children,(.) Communicative Achievement Strategies, Communicative Resources Used or Strategies promoting communication and language development, belonging to mothers among others.<br/><br/>Bakeman and Quera's* computer program to analyse interaction, GSEQ, allowed us to identify interactive models, in a more molecular analysis, and to value their shape such as contingent intervention of pairs or children's turn-taking. A more molar analysis gave rise to communicative and linguistic interactive models where mothers used strategies like over interpretation or imitation, and children increased their verbal behaviour frequency. In order to finish, the global analysis made clear that putting together observation units makes easy the process for the connection between results. That is, the analysis of a lower number of units, made up to regroup different behaviours, let us achieve the same results mentioned in the previous levels.<br/><br/>Starting from these results and at a first attempt to define the interactive quality from interactive models shape, it is established a classification which ranges from a communicative and linguistic Optimum Interaction to a Wrong One going past the Efficient and Right Ones. </I>

This chapter examines the congressional hearings conducted on March 17, 2005, to probe drug use in Major League Baseball (MLB). On March 17, 2005, the Steroid Era crisis hit critical mass as a handful of players sat before the House Government Reform Committee to answer questions about drug use in professional baseball, among them Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, Rafael Palmeiro, Curt Schilling, Jose Canseco, and Frank Thomas. Conspicuously absent was Barry Bonds, the man who had by then become the Steroid Era's public enemy number one. At the time, Bonds was the subject of an ongoing investigation by the Bay Area Laboratory Cooperative (BALCO). The committee wanted to know if McGwire indeed used steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs, who else in the league used them, and when the use of such drugs began. This chapter considers what the hearings accomplished and the drug scandal involving BALCO.

What is a fair income distribution? The empirical literature seems to assume that equal income would be fair, but the equal income answer faces two objections. First, equal income is likely to be inefficient. This book sets aside efficiency concerns as a downstream consideration; it seeks to identify a fair distribution. The second objection—pointed out by both leftist political philosopher G. A. Cohen and conservative economist Milton Friedman—is that equal income is unfair to the hardworking. Measuring labor burdens in order to adjust income shares, however, is no easy task. Some philosophers and economists attempt to sidestep the measurement problem by invoking the envy test. Yet a distribution in which no one prefers someone else’s circumstances to her own, as the envy test requires, is unlikely to exist—and, even if it does exist, the normative connection between the envy test and fairness has not been established. The Solidarity Solution provides a novel answer: when someone claims that her situation should be improved at someone else’s expense, she must be able to give a reason that cannot be rejected by a free and equal individual who regards everyone else as the same. Part I develops the solidarity solution and shows that rigorous distributive implications can be derived from a relational ideal. Part II uses the solidarity solution to critique the competing theories of Ronald Dworkin, Philippe Van Parijs, and Marc Fleurbaey. Finally, part III identifies insights for the gender wage gap and taxation.

The intervention occurred against the backdrop of the upcoming 1904 election, with TR facing dissent from anti-imperialists, conservative Republicans, including the influential Ohio senator Mark Hanna, and Democrats who hoped that the controversy would damage the president’s political standing.

Of course, there’s no shortage of people who will step in to do your job if you default on it. The corporate world looks to the university for its workforce. Parents want the university to pick up the baton they may have dropped. Students demand that the university support the political cause of the moment. Conservatives believe that the university should refurbish and preserve the traditions of the past. Liberals and progressives would like to see those same traditions dismantled and replaced by what they take to be better ones. Alumni wonder why the athletics teams aren’t winning more. Politicians and trustees wonder why the professors aren’t teaching more. Whether it is state legislators who want a say in hiring and course content, or donors who want to tell colleges how to spend the funds they provide, or parents who are disturbed when Dick and Jane bring home books about cross-dressing and gender change, or corporations that want new departments opened and others closed, or activist faculty who urge the administration to declare a position on the war in Iraq, there is no end of interests intent on deflecting the university from its search for truth and setting it on another path. Each of these lobbies has its point, but it is not the university’s point, which is, as I have said over and over again, to produce and disseminate (through teaching and publication) academic knowledge and to train those who will take up that task in the future. But can the university defend the autonomy it claims (or should claim) from public pressures? Is that claim even coherent? Mark Taylor would say no. In a key sentence in the final chapter of his book The Moment of Complexity (2001), Taylor declares that “the university is not autonomous but is a thoroughly parasitic institution, which continually depends on the generosity of the host so many academics claim to reject.” He continues: “The critical activities of the humanities, arts, and sciences are only possible if they are supported by the very economic interests their criticism so often calls into question.”

A fragmentary text exhumed from the archives in 1958—or else fabricated that same year—is the fraught subject of this essay. Secret Mark has been embraced as the earliest surviving version of the Gospel of Mark and denounced as either a second-century forgery or a twentieth-century hoax. The stormy reception history of this controversial text—one that appears to represent a homoerotic encounter between Jesus and an unnamed young man—is an affective history of the first order, as the essay demonstrates. Approaching the scholarly and popular reception of Secret Mark as a queer archive of feelings (a là Ann Cvetkovich), the essay explores the ways in which historiographical protocols—even, or especially, in a discipline as austere and affect-challenged as biblical scholarship—act as both medium and cover for affective investments, and it reflects on how historians might better handle (their feelings about) the early Christian past, or, indeed, any past.

Bireyler eski yaşantılarına nazaran bilgiye ulaşmak ve bunu diledikleri gibi yayma açısından sınıf atlamışlardır. Gerek kişiler gerekse de kurumlar meydana gelen bir durum ya da gelişmeyi anlık olarak kitlelere ulaştırabilmekte, seslerini duyurabilmektedirler. İleti ve içeriklerin hızlı bir şekilde yayıldığı platformlardan biri de sosyal medya mecralarıdır. Halkla ilişkilerin kurum ve kamuoyu arasında karşılıklı anlayış, iletişim ve uyumu sağladığını göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, sosyal medyanın halkla ilişkiler açısından önemli bir araç olduğunu söylemek mümkün. Küresel anlamda hızla yayılan Covid-19 salgını nedeniyle Dünya Sağlık Örgütü Pandemi ilan etmiştir, Türkiye’de ilk vakanın 11 Mart 2019 tarihinde görülmesiyle birlikte insanlar yoğun bir şekilde gündemi takip etmeye ve güncel olaydan haberdar olmaya çalışmışlardır. Bu bağlamda halkı olup bitenlerden haberdar etmek, bilgilendirmek adına yetkili kurumların geleneksel kitle ileti- şim araçlarının yanı sıra sosyal medya hesaplarına da yöneldikleri görülmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın ‘’saglikbakanligi’’ adlı instagram hesabı üzerinden yapılan paylaşımların Grunig ve Hunt’ın Dört Halkla İlişkiler Modeli kapsamında halkla ilişkiler amaçları çerçevesinde ele alınıp incelenecektir. Çalışma kap- samında ‘’saglikbakanligi’’ instagram hesabı üzerinden 1 Aralık 2020 ve 1 Mart 2021 tarihleri arasında paylaşılan iletiler üzerinden içerik analizi yapılacaktır. Yöntem olarak paylaşımlar farklı başlıklar altında sınıflandırılacak. Sağlık Bakanlığı instagram hesabının 1 Aralık 2020 ve 1 Mart 2021 tarihleri arasındaki paylaşımların verileri, pay- laşımların türüne ilişkin veriler, paylaşılan postların altında kullanılan metnin dil özellikleri ve Grunig ve Hunt’ın dört halkla ilişkiler modeli kapsamında halkla ilişkiler amaçlarına yönelik içerikler değerlendirilecek. Araştırma neticesinde ise elde edilen bulgulara bakıldığında Sağlık Bakanlığının instagram hesabı üzerinden halka yönelik açık, şeffaf ve katılımcı bir yaklaşım sergilediği saptanmış, kamuoyundan bu pandemi sürecinde aktif katılım ve desteğin beklendiği görülmüştür.

Les personnages de l’écrivain algérien Rachid Boudjedra ne prennent pas la mer. Dans ses romans, la mer est citée en tant que frontière ; les fleuves sont des tombeaux à ciel ouvert où s’entassent les cadavres des résistants au colonisateur. Mais, La Macération, roman publié en 1984, met en scène un univers aquatique où écrire est faire acte de désir, où l’écriture est à la fois sexuelle et mystique car l’eau est encre et l’encre féconde la page blanche comme l’eau féconde la terre et l’homme féconde la femme. Parle avec elle : Marco est dans une chambre d’hôpital, il y veille Lydia qui semble dormir pour ne plus se réveiller. Plan rapproché, zoom sur les yeux grand ouverts de Marco. Ce dernier fait un rêve, où l’amante est vivante. Mais surtout, dans ce rêve, il y a un homme : beau et sculptural qui traverse une piscine à la nage. Pourquoi ce rêve ? Comment s’est fait le passage entre les gouttes du médicament se déversant dans le corps de « la belle endormie » à cette eau belle, bleue et translucide ? Comment Lydia a-t-elle laissé la place à cet homme ? Et qui est-il d’ailleurs ? Que fait-il dans ce film ? Scène seconde : Marco laisse couler ses larmes en regardant Pina Bausch se débattre sur scène contre des chaises et des murs. Marco pleure l’absente et Benigno regarde, comme fasciné, ces larmes viriles. Le choix de ces deux récits découle, entre autres, d’une ressemblance thématique – le désir d’un homme pour une femme qui passe ou non par la parole. Grunig ve Hunt, kurum ve hedef kitle arasındaki iletişimi, basın ajansı, kamuoyunu bilgilendirme, iki yönlü asimetrik ve iki yönlü simetrik iletişim modelleri üzerinden dört boyutta ele almıştır (Grunig ve Hunt, 1984: 13). Basın ajansı ve kamuoyunu bilgilendirme modelinde, kurumdan hedef kitleye tek yönlü iletişim yaklaşımı görülürken iki yönlü asimetrik ve iki yönlü simetrik modellerde ise kurumdan hedef kitleye, hedef kitleden kuruma doğru karşılıklı çift yönlü iletişim yaklaşımı görülmektedir. Geleneksel medya araçları, ilk iki model için yeterli olurken son iki model için özellikle iki yönlü simetrik iletişim modeli için yetersiz kalmıştır. Bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan hızlı gelişmeler ile birlikte ortaya çıkan sosyal medya platformları, iki yönlü asimetrik ve simetrik iletişim modellerinin uygulanmasına imkân tanımıştır. Sosyal medya, kurum ve hedef kitle arasında etkileşim imkânı vermesine rağmen bazı kurumlar, bu platformları geleneksel medya yaklaşımıyla yani tek yönlü bir şekilde yöneterek bu platformlardan gerçek anlamda faydalanamamaktadır. Diğer taraftan sosyal medyanın iki yönlü simetrik bir yaklaşımla yönetildiğinde daha başarılı olacağının farkında olan ve bu platformların doğasına uygun hareket eden kurumlar, hedef kitleleri ile iyi ilişkiler kurarak başarılı sonuçlar elde edebilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; halkla ilişkiler meslek örgütü olan Türkiye Halkla İlişkiler Derneği (TÜHİD), Kurumsal İletişimciler Derneği (KİD) ve İletişim Danışmanlığı Şirketleri Derneği’nin (İDA) Twitter hesaplarının halkla ilişkiler modelleri açısından nasıl kullanıldığını ortaya koymaktır. TÜHİD, İDA ve KİD’in 15 Eylül 2020-15 Mart 2021 tarihleri arasında Twitter paylaşımları ve takipçiler ile olan iletişim süreçleri incelenerek içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Halkla ilişkiler modelleri temel alınarak yapılan analiz sonucunda üç meslek örgütünün de tek taraflı paylaşımlar yaptığı, takipçiler ile diyalog kurmadığı, dolayısıyla kamuoyunu bilgilendirme modeline uygun olarak Twitter hesabını yönettiği saptanmıştır.

Redes de Sensores Sem Fio (RSSF) usam ciclos de trabalho como estratégia para economizar energia. O atraso de propagação (sleep-delay) é uma consequência negativa desse modo de operação, aumentando a latência fim-a-fim. Apresenta-se aqui o Split-MAC: um protocolo assíncrono de baixa energia e latência reduzida para RSSFs. Ele reúne funções de controle de acesso ao meio e de roteamento, e emprega estratégias para obter baixa latência: comunicação anycast, um esquema de reserva de canal para transmitir dados de maneira encadeada e transmissão simultânea de segmentos de dados. Simulações foram realizadas para comparar este protocolo com outros da literatura. O Split-MAC demonstrou superioridade frente aos outros protocolos testados, reduzindo a latência em pelo menos 30%.

İnteraktif sözlükler, topluluk kurallarına uymak şartıyla bireylerin anonim bir hesap adı altında serbestçe fikirlerini ifade ettiği ve tartışabildiği platformlar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Özellikle güncel olaylarla ilgili anlık olarak haber almak/vermek için sıklıkla başvurulan bu platformlar, bilgi çeşitliliğinden dolayı çoğu zaman medya araçlarının bile önüne geçmekte ve gerek üyeler gerekse diğer kişiler tarafından bilgi elde etme aracı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu platformlardan birisi olan Ekşi Sözlük, diğer sözlükler arasında en çok öne çıkan interaktif sözlük olma özelliğini taşımaktadır. Paylaşılan bilgilerin güvenilirliği tartışılsa da anında haberdar olma ihtiyacını karşılama özelliğiyle öne çıkan Ekşi Sözlük, pandemi sürecinde haber sağlayıcı olmuş, bu bağlamda kullanıcıların hem haber verme hem de haber alma amacına aracılık etmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışma Ekşi Sözlük’te sars-cov 2 virüsünün yol açtığı pandemiye ilişkin entrileri incelemektedir. Çalışmanın kapsamı sars-cov 2 virüsüyle ilgili içeriklerle sınırlıdır. Ülkemizde virüsün tespit edildiği ilk tarih olan 11 Mart 2020’den 11 Mart 2021 tarihine kadar olan bir yıllık süreçte pandemiyle ilgili girilen entriler araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın amacı pandemi sürecinde bu platformda pandemiyle ilgili yapılan paylaşımların içeriğini ortaya koymaktır. Ayrıca bu platformların gündelik yaşam pratiklerinde haberleşme amacına ne ölçüde hizmet ettiğini belirlemek de amaçlanmıştır. İlgili entriler içerik analizi tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Çalışma, haberleşme aracı olarak interaktif sözlüklerin kullanımının toplumsal yaşamdaki rolünü ortaya koyması açısından önem taşımaktadır.

Introdução: O Instituto Verdeluz é uma ONG ambientalista que atua na cidade de Fortaleza e região metropolitana, contendo 4 projetos. Um destes projetos é o GTAR, que atua na pesquisa e conservação com as cinco espécies de tartarugas marinhas que ocorrem no litoral brasileiro, sendo elas Tartaruga-Verde (Chelonia Mydas), Tartaruga-de-Pente (Eretmochelys imbricata), Tartaruga-de-Couro (Dermochelys coriácea), Tartaruga-Oliva (Lepidochelys olivácea) e Tartaruga-Cabeçuda (Caretta caretta). Ainda que em diferentes níveis, estas espécies são classificas como ameaçadas, sendo a Tartaruga-Verde, objeto de estudo deste projeto, classificada como vulnerável e em perigo, segundo o Ministério do Meio Ambiente (MMA) e União Internacional para a Conservação da Natureza e dos Recursos Naturais (IUCN), respectivamente. Estes animais são conhecidos por sua migração entre áreas de alimentação, reprodução e nidificação, sendo o litoral Cearense utilizado principalmente na alimentação e ovoposição. Objetivo: O presente estudo visou analisar os encalhes de Chelonia mydas no litoral de Fortaleza, afim de fomentar práticas de conservação da espécie e indicar características de praias e da espécie que aumentam as chances de encalhes. Material e Métodos: Foram utilizados metadados coletados pelo Instituto Verdeluz entre 2016 e 2018, sendo eles: data, horário e local do encalhe, medidas de tamanho (largura e comprimento do casco), sexo (masculino, feminino ou indefinido), faixa etária (filhote, juvenil ou adulto) e estado do indivíduo, totalizando 48 ocorrências. Através do programa BioEstat, foram realizadas análises de distribuição e correlação entre os dados da ocorrência e as características das praias no momento do encalhe. RESULTADOS: Os resultados apontaram que fêmeas tem maior probabilidade de encalharem do que os machos e os indivíduos sexo indefinido. A localização do encalhe nas praias de Fortaleza não causa uma alteração significativa no número de encalhes, uma vez que todas possuem grau de proximidade e formações arenosas semelhantes. A maré e o tamanho do casco influenciam diretamente no número de encalhes, pois ambos dificultam a volta do animal para o mar. Conclusão: Projetos de pesquisa e conservação sobre tartarugas marinhas, como o GTAR-Verdeluz, mostram-se essenciais para a conservação da espécie, pois o conhecimento mais profundo das ameaças a espécie nos permite realizar atividades de conservação mais eficazes.

Çin’in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkan kısa sürede tüm dünyaya yayılan COVID-19 (koronavirüs), Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (WHO) Türkiye’de de ilk vakanın görüldüğü 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde pandemi ilan etti. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü’nün verilerine göre bu tarihe kadar COVID-19 virüsü 114 ülkede görülmüş ve 4 bin 291 kişi haya- tını kaybetmişti. Ülkemizde vakanın görülmesinin ardından sıkı önlemler alınmaya başlandı. Öncelikle okulların online eğitime geçilmesi sağlandı. Daha sonra eğlence mekanları kapanarak spor karşılaşmalarına ara verildi. Bunun sonucu olarak pandemi döneminde başta konserler olmak üzere çeşitli etkinlikler çevrimiçi olarak youtube, instagram, facebook gibi farklı platformlardan yayınlandı. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de vakaların ilk artış gösterdiği Nisan-Mayıs 2020 dönemindeki çevrimiçi instagram konserleri incelenecektir. Pandemi dönemiyle mekan kav- ramının dönüşümü hız kazanmıştır. Bu dönüşüm somut mekanın önemli olduğu müzik konserlerinin yeni medya teknolojileriyle birlikte zaman ve mekandan ayrıştığı varsayımından hareket etmektedir. Henry Lefebvre’nin me- kan kavramı üzerinde durulmuş Manuel Castells’in ortaya attığı akışların uzamı ve zaman üzerinden konser me- kanlarının merkezsizleşmesi anlatılmıştır. Çalışmada belirtilen zaman aralığındaki instagram konserlerine katılmış 8 kişiyle odak grup çalışması yapılmış ve elde edilen veriler kuramsal düzlemle karşılaştırarak doğrulanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Aziz Nuri Yüzellilikler listesinde “Askeriyeden ve Mülkiyeden Olanlar” başlığı altında 40. Sırada yer almıştır. Bulgaristan’dan göçen bir aileden gelmektedir. Meşrutiyet düşüncesine karşıdır. Bu nedenle 1908 sonrasında Anadolu’ya kaçmış, bir süre saklanmıştır. 1911’de İstanbul’a dönmüş, Mahmut Şevket Paşa’ya yapılan suikast sonrasında Sinop’a sürgün edilmiş, ancak sürgünden kaçarak Mısır’a gitmeyi başarmıştır. Dünya savaşı süresince Kahire’de yaşamıştır. Mütarekeden sonra İstanbul’a dönmüş, önce İngiliz Karargâhı’nda ardından Kuvayı Milliye’yi dağıtmak üzere Bursa’da görevlendirilmiştir. Bursa’da Millicilerin egemen olmaması için var gücüyle çalışmıştır. Mart 1920’de bu çalışmaları nedeniyle Milliciler tarafından tutuklanmış, Kütahya’ya sürülmüştür. Ancak kaçarak 8 Temmuz 1920’de Yunanlarca işgal edilen Bursa’ya gelmiştir. Yunan işgal komutanları Albay Cirolis ve Petridis ile çalışmaya başlamış, Muhacirin Müdürlüğü’ne atanmıştır. Kurduğu İslam Muhacirleri Yardım Cemiyeti aracılığı ile Bursa halkını haraca bağlamıştır. Mücahede ve İntibah gazetelerini çıkararak kamuoyu oluşturmaya çalışmış, Osmanlı Hükümeti’nin atadığı valileri çalıştırmamış, vali vekilliğini üzerine almıştır. Milli Mücadele’nin zaferle sonuçlanmasının ardından Yunan Ordusu ile birlikte kaçarak Atina’ya yerleşmiştir. Bildirimizde Aziz Nuri’nin 13 Kasım 1937’de Yunan Kralı II. Georgios’a sunduğu layiha/mektup çerçevesinde Milli Mücadele’nin sonuna değin Yunanlara nasıl hizmet ettiği ele alınacak ve sürgündeki diğer faaliyetleri üzerinde durulacaktır.
