Abstract:
Idag finns ca 395 000 personer med diagnosen diabetes i Sverige.  Sjukdomen tar aldrig en paus och behöver konstant kontrollering, för att inte riskera akuta komplikationer samt följdsjukdomar. För att kunna kontrollera och behandla sjukdomen är det mycket att tänka på och att komma ihåg. Många diabetiker idag upplever att det är svårt att komma ihåg att ta sitt insulin, vad man har tagit och att komma ihåg att alltid ta med sig alla saker som behövs. De flesta upplever att problemet är störst då det är mycket annat i vardagen som ska göras och kan distrahera. Många äldre idag lider även av minnessvårigheter och demens, vilket gör det ännu svårare att ta hand om sjukdomen. Genom att använda mig av designprocessen har jag undersökt sjukdomarna demens, diabetes och hur det fungerar med behandlingen och därav kartlagd problematiken och behoven hos målgruppen. Den framtagna lösningen erbjuder möjligtheten att underlätta egenvården för diabetiker, öka livskvalitén samt avlasta sjukvården. Resultatet är ett hjälpmedel som erbjuder en allt-i-ett lösning vilket minimerar moment och skapar minnesstöd. Projektet har sitt fokus på äldre diabetiker med minnesvårigheter men kan användas av alla diabetiker med insulinbehandling. Detta hjälpmedel anpassas efter varje individs behov och förenklar även användningen för anhöriga och vårdpersonal.

Cinqüenta e três espécies foram reconhecidas para a América do Sul, vinte destas novas para a ciência e para as quais novos nomes são sugeridos, além de uma nova subespécie. Para as restantes trinta e três espécies novos sinônimos, combinações e alterações de status são sugeridos. Uma chave dicotômica é fornecida para a determinação das espécies. Para cada uma das 53 espécies apresentam-se neste trabalho: descrição morfológica, mapa de distribuição geográfica, dados fenológicos e ecológicos e nomes vulgares. Também são citados os espécimens examinados e esclarecido o status dos nomes publicados para estas espécies, propondo-se a sinonimização de vários destes. São apresentados dados gerais sobre morfologia, quimiotaxonomia citologia, filogenia e evolução, ecologia e usos, assim como uma breve introdução histórica. Dados novos sobre a morfologia de tricomas, frutos e sementes são dados, discutindo-se a sua importância na taxonomia do gênero<br>Abstract: Cissus is the biggest genus of Vitaceae in the world, and in South America is the only wich occurs naturally, with the exception of a species of the genus Vitis. Fifty three species of Cissus were recognized in South America, twenty of them new for science and threfore new names were proposed, besides a new subspecies. For the remainder thirty three species new synonyms, combinations and status change were proposed. Also a dichotomous key is provided for the species. For each of the fifty three species it was presented on this work: morphological description, geographic distribution phenological and ecological notes and vernacular names. AIso it was cited the specimens examined, and clarified for present status of alI names published for the south american species, and the synonymization for many of these names were proposed. General data about morphology, chemotaxonomy, citology, phylogeny and evolution, ecology, uses and a short historical introduction were presented. Cette recherche doctorale étudie un phénomène important dans les champs du management international et de la stratégie ; l’internationalisation des multinationales des pays émergents (EMNEs). Depuis quelques années, l’internationalisation des EMNEs reçoit une attention croissante de la part des chercheurs, des décideurs politiques et des managers. Ceci est expliqué par l’émergence rapide des EMNEs en tant qu’acteurs mondiaux. D’un point de vue théorique, les EMNEs questionnent les théories d’internationalisation qui ont traditionnellement été utilisées pour expliquer l’internationalisation des entreprises. D’un point de vue pratique, ces entreprises ont réussi à s’internationaliser, à monter en gamme et à concurrencer les entreprises des pays développés au niveau international internationaux dans une période très courte.Afin d’adresser des sujets et questions important dans l’internationalisation des EMNEs, cette recherche se compose de trois articles de recherche. Tout d’abord, l’article 1 est une étude bibliographique avec une revue de littérature structurée qui étudie l’évolution de la recherche sur les EMNEs pendant les deux dernières décennies. Ensuite, l’article 2 étudie l’impact des institutions, ou plus précisément la distance institutionnelle et les caractéristiques des pays hôtes sur le choix de mode d’entrée des EMNEs à l’international. Enfin, l’article 3 étudie l’impact de l’innovation sur leurs stratégies d’internationalisation. Au niveau empirique, cette recherche est basée sur des données des entreprises indiennes pendant une période de dix ans. Les données proviennent de plusieurs sources ; SDC Platinum, inFinancials et les rapports annuels des entreprises<br>This doctoral dissertation studies a growing phenomenon in the IB- and Strategy literature; the internationalization of multinationals from emerging markets (EMNEs). The internationalization of EMNEs has received increased attention from both practitioners, policy makers and scholars over the last years, thanks to their rapid emergence as international players. From a theoretical point of view, EMNEs question theories that traditionally have been used to explain firm internationalization. From a practical point of view, these firms manage to internationalize, up-grade and compete with Western incumbents in short time. To address current issues and questions on EMNE internationalization, this dissertation is built up of three research essays. First, essay 1 is a bibliometric study and a structured literature review that studies the evolution of EMNE research in the IB- and strategy literature over the last two decades. Second, essay 2 addresses the importance of institutions, or institutional distance and host country characteristics more specifically, and the impact they have on the chosen entry mode of EMNEs into foreign markets. Third, essay 3 looks at how innovation impacts whether EMNEs choose to internationalize through international joint ventures or acquisitions. The empirical research essays in this dissertation are based upon a data set of Indian firms over a ten-year period with data from several sources, i.e. SDC Platinum Data Base, inFinancials, and the firms’ annual reports

(Celastraceae), no Brasil extra-amazônico. Para tanto, foram examinados materiais botânicos pertencentes a diversos herbários, acrescidos de algumas observações de campo. O gênero Mavtenus é predominantemente tropical e distingue-se pelos ramos inermes, frutos apsulares, bivalvares e presença de arilo completo em suas sementes. A nivel especifico, as caracteristicas de 'maior significado taxonômico são a morfologia dos ramos novos, como a presença ou ausência de lenticelas, tricomas, alas e angularidade; caracteres foliares; tipo de inflorescência e forma dos frutos. Quarenta e três espécies, agrupadas nas seções Mavtenus e Oxvphvlla Loes., foram reconhecidas, das quais cinco são novas. Além de chaves analíticas, para todos os táxons são fornecidos descrições, ilustrações, listagem do material examinado, mapas de distribuição geográfica e comentários sobre morfologia, nomenclatura, tipificação e relacionamento genérico e infragenérico. Os estados, da Bahia (Chapada Diamantina e região litorânea) e do Rio de Janeiro (mata atlântica) abrigam o maior número de táxons endêmicos. As espécies M. basidentata, M. comocladiaeformis, M. glazioviana e M. radkloferiana<br>Abstract: This work comprises the taxonomic investigation of the extra-amazonian Brazilian species of the genus Maytenus Mol. (Celastraceae). Botanical material from several herbaria were examined and some field observations were made. The genus Maytenua is mainly tropical and differenciated by its spineless branches, capsular, bivalvular fruits and seeds with a complete aril. At the apecific leveI the most significant the characteristics are the morphology of the young branches such as presence or absence of lenticels, trichomes, wings and angularity; leaf characters; type of inflorescence and shape of the fruits. Forty-three species, grouped in the sections Mavtenus MoI. and Oxyphylla Loes, were acknowledged, five of wich are new. Besides the analytical keys for alI the taxa, descriptions, illustrations, a list of the examined material, geographical distribution and commentaries on morphology, nomenclature, typification and generic and infrageneric relationships are presented. The state of Bahia (Chapada Diamantina and Coastal Region) and Rio de Janeiro (Atlantic Forest) present the highest number of endemic taxa. Abstract:
A entrega de derivados líquidos de petróleo para companhias distribuidoras ou indústrias petroquímicas é uma operação logística com requisitos de elevada disponibilidade e consistência do prazo de entrega, razão pela qual o modal dutoviário é frequentemente utilizado, especialmente quando grandes quantidades de produto estão envolvidas. Por se tratar de uma operação comercial, o produto entregue deve ser quantificado para faturamento, seguindo rigorosos critérios legais e metrológicos, a princípio, por meio de tanques de armazenamento certificados, envolvidos na transferência. O processo de quantificação em tanques requer paradas temporárias, comprometendo o nível de serviço em transações que necessitam de fluxo contínuo do produto. Em outras situações, onde o produto é expedido diretamente da unidade de processo, sem necessidade de armazenagem, pode ser necessário construir um ou mais tanques, apenas para viabilizar a quantificação. A construção de tanques costuma ser minimizada em projetos logísticos, pois representam custos elevados. A redução do nível de serviço e altos custos em equipamentos resultam em baixa eficiência logística. Neste contexto, este trabalho mostra que, além de agregarem maior qualidade metrológica à quantificação, as EMEDs podem representar ainda uma solução logística de alta eficiência, eliminando interrupções na transferência de produto e, em alguns casos, a necessidade de tanques, reduzindo dramaticamente os custos da operação. Outros tipos de ganhos financeiros, viabilizados por esta tecnologia de medição, são abordados, demonstrando que a decisão de investimentos em EMEDs devem considerar uma análise multifuncional na organização, incluindo as funções que detém conhecimento técnico e tecnológico do processo de medição de derivados.<br>Delivering liquid petroleum derivatives to distributors or petrochemical industries is a logistics operation with increased availability and consistency on delivery time requirements, so that pipelines are often used for transfer, especially when large amounts of product are involved. As a commercial operation, the delivered product must be quantified for billing purposes, against strict legal and metrological criteria, at first, on certified storage tanks, involved on the batch. The quantification process on tanks requires temporary breaks, compromising the service level in transactions that need a continuous product flow. In other situations, where the product is shipped directly out of a process unit, with no need of storage, there may be necessary to build one or more tanks, just to allow quantification. Usually, tanks building are minimized in logistic projects, because they stand for high costs. Decrease in service level and high costs associated to equipment result on low logistics efficiency. In this context, this work demonstrates that, beyond gathering best metrological quality to quantification, EMEDs can also represent a high efficiency logistic solution, eliminating interruptions on product transfer and, in some cases, the need for tanks, reducing dramatically operation costs. Other kinds of finance gains, allowed by this measurement technology, have been approached, demonstrating that the investments on EMEDs must consider a multifunction analysis inside the organization, including those functions that holds technical and technological knowledge of derivatives measurement process.

Resumo: O genero Thalassiosira Cleve, 1873 emend. Hasle, 1973 (Coscinodiscophyceae) apresenta mais de 400 especies, sendo um dos mais representativos do ambiente marinho, alem de possuir cerca de dez especies de agua doce. Recentemente algumas especies foram transferidas para Shionodiscus Alverson, Kang & Theriot, por apresentarem rimoportula localizada na face valvar e fultoportulas com projecoes internas longas e externas curtas ou ausentes. Mesmo nao produzindo toxinas algumas especies sao potencialmente nocivas por produzirem mucilagem que entope branquias de peixes e moluscos causando prejuizo em cultivos desses organismos. No Brasil, o genero e pouco estudado, sobretudo em microscopia eletronica de varredura e de transmissao. Desde o inicio dos estudos taxonomicos no Parana em 1918 ate 2005, foram registradas 23 especies tipicas e cinco variedades de Thalassiosira. O material analisado e proveniente de amostras coletadas mensalmente de agosto de 1997 a marco de 1999. Foram colhidas amostras de fitoplancton de rede (malha de 40 m) em diferentes profundidades em cinco estacoes localizadas em frente ao balneario de Praia de Leste, Pontal do Parana (25 ‹42'-2550'S; 48 ‹27'-4855'W). As amostras foram preservadas em formol a 4% e, em seguida, o material foi preparado para analises em Microscopia optica e eletronica. Apos a analise do material foram identificados 10 taxons de Thalassiosira e 3 de Shionodiscus: T. angulata, T. decipiens, T. diporocyclus, T. eccentrica, T. hendeyi, T. mala, T. minuscula, T. nordenskioeldii, T. punctigera, T. simonsenii, Shionodiscus oestrupii var. oestrupii, S. oestrupii var. venrickae e S. poro-irregulatus. Destes, T. mala, T. minuscula e S. poro-irregulatus sao novas citacoes para aguas brasileiras, e T. diporocyclus e citacao nova para o Oceano Atlantico Sul. Foi observada diferenca de valores metricos em relacao ao registrado anteriormente na literatura em tres especies. Em T. diporocyclus, e T. minuscula a densidade de areolas em 10 ƒÊm foi maior que o registrado na literatura. Em Thalassiosira mala foi encontrada uma grande variabilidade no numero de poros cribrais por areola, especialmente em frustulas menores.

Many studies have highlighted that EMNEs are utilizing strategic asset-seeking (SAS) internationalization as a means to upgrade their capabilities and build up their competitive advantages (Lecraw, 1993; Makino et al., 2002; Child and Rodrigues, 2005). However, no research has specifically examined or directly studied how a firm's internal capability, with the particular focus on absorptive capacity, influences the outcome of EMNEs' SAS international activities. The overall aim of this research is to explore how absorptive capacity of EMNEs influences the outcome of their SAS internationalization, specifically focusing on two key dimensions of absorptive capacity, i.e. the ability to identify external assets, and the ability to acquire external assets. Given the exploratory nature of this research, a qualitative multiple case study method was adopted. Altogether, four Chinese MNEs were selected with a total of 10 SAS events conducted by them respectively. We clearly demonstrated the linkages between firms' absorptive capacity and SAS outcomes. We found that the outcome of case companies' SAS events were not effective in terms of gaining substantial assets, rather case companies can gain reputation and other benefits through the events. We found a new element comprising absorptive capacity, i.e. the ability to retain the acquired assets. We argued that it is a precondition for assimilation to happen. We demonstrated how firms' absorptive capacity in the dimensions of identification, acquisition and the new emerged dimension, i.e. retention ability, together influenced their SAS outcomes. We also explored the underpinning factors for each dimension of absorptive capacity. An integrated model was developed. Our study is the first to specifically explore the linkage between absorptive capacity and EMNEs' SAS internationalization. We made several contributions to international business literature on SAS events and literature on absorptive capacity respectively. Specifically, we attempted to gain understanding of why EMNEs' SAS strategies may or may not be fully effective, to enhance our understanding of absorptive capacity issues in emerging country contexts, and to achieve potential conceptual enrichment.

Abstract:
This thesis looks at the relationship that humanity has with the devil, the demonic, and the daemonic as it is represented in plays from the mediaeval to the Early Modern period in England. While critics have contradictorily seen the devil as a secular figure on the one hand, and as a vestige of sacred drama on the other, I consider the character from an anthropocentric point of view: the devil helps reveal mankind’s emerging independence from religion and the problems that accompany this development. Chapter I sets the context for the investigation, tracing the broad outlines of the genesis of the figure that turned into the devil, before the main body of the thesis looks at the interaction between the devil and mankind. Part I considers the devil as master of his own deeds. Chapters II and III look at his development in the mediaeval Mysteries and Moralities, showing how an ever greater independence of the figure simultaneously leads to him being increasingly used as a character designed to educate mankind. Chapters IV and V reveal a similar pattern: the more confident the devil is of himself and the more he believes himself to be in control, the wilier man proves in freeing himself from his influence. Chapter VI sees the exodus of the devil as mankind takes control of its destiny. Part II looks at plays in which men attempt to control their fate by controlling the fiend and subjecting him to their power. Chronologically, it parallels the evolution traced in Chapters IV to VI. Chapters VII and VIII show that such efforts prove fruitless and counterproductive as long as the power men derive from their association with the devil is not channelled into a positive vision for the future. Only a model of a society that combines access to power and human responsibility, that substitutes a more selfless morality for an egocentric one, can keep the fiend at bay, as seen in Chapter IX. Finally, Chapter X tests these findings against The Birth of Merlin, which defies categorisation and dating.

L'idée du corps en tant que centre d'agencement des relations a donné lieu à la notion de personne multiple qui se manifeste en adoptant différents régimes de corporéité. Les connexions corporelles rendues possibles par la circulation d'éléments, conçus comme des extensions des personnes, se sont dévoilées comme le biais par lequel les relations sont possibles. Tout d'abord, le corpus mythologique a servi de point de départ à l'exploration des entités du cosmos en vue d'approfondir l'importance du corps dans les processus de différenciation des personnes. . I examine the body as the space where the relations are established and as the condition for the creation of the person. The idea of the body as the centre of the fulfilment of interpersonal relations has given rise to the notion of the multiple person, which manifests itself adopting different forms of of corporeity. The corporeal connections are realized through the circulation of elements conceived of as "extensions" of persons. These connections are the indirect ways through which relations are made possible. First, the mythological body has served as the starting point for the exploration of entities of the cosmos with the aim of increasing the importance of the body in the processes of differentiation. Os instrumentos utilizados foram a análise de documentos, entrevistas semi-estruturadas e leitura de notícias dos jornais Diário Mercantil e Tribuna da Tarde. As bases teóricas desta pesquisa configuram-se às temáticas políticas públicas educacionais e história da educação infantil. As principais contribuições teóricas advêm de estudiosos como: Kramer, Kuhlmann Jr, Moncorvo Filho, Rosemberg, Sallum Jr, Oliveira, Altmann, Fonseca, entre outros. Nos anos de 1982, foram construídas 13 EMEIS um marco política educacional voltada para a criança menor de 7 anos no município. Houve avanços e retrocessos na política educacional municipal voltada para a educação pré-escolar. Esse segmento educacional foi incorporado à política municipal de forma definitiva, no entanto as EMEIs foram perdendo espaço para escola de primeiro grau e não houve uma política de continuidade dos investimentos que levaram à construção das escolas infantis.<br>-

Tradicionalmente, o senso comum considera que creches e pré-escolas têm, como função principal, abrigar crianças enquanto seus pais trabalham. No entanto, a maneira com que as crianças são tratadas em tais instituições tem recebido maior atenção recentemente, uma vez que há reconhecimento cada vez maior de que creches e pré-escolas influenciam de maneira crítica o desenvolvimento das crianças pequenas. Nesse sentido, creches e pré-escolas, isto é a Educação Infantil, constitui parte integrante do Ensino Básico de acordo com a legislação brasileira, que obriga o poder público a oferecer vagas a todas as famílias interessadas. No contexto da valorização crescente da Educação Infantil, é importante que se conheça sua história, de modo a compreendermos melhor por quê a Educação Infantil ainda recebe menor preocupação do que as demais etapas de ensino por parte do poder público e da sociedade. A presente pesquisa foi dedicada a essa história, com foco na cidade de Ribeirão Preto - SP. Para tanto, utilizamos a abordagem metodológica da história oral, reconhecida como história viva no tempo presente, e centralizada em entrevistas com áudio gravado e transcrito na íntegra. Os alvos das entrevistas foram professores e funcionários veteranos e/ou aposentados de creches e Escolas Municipais de Educação Infantil (EMEIs), antigamente denominadas Parques Infantis (PIs). O período das décadas de 1950-60 foi nosso principal escopo, o que determinou a escolha das sete instituições mais antigas da cidade. Ao abarcarmos tal período, procuramos obter informações a respeito da transformação de PIs em EMEIs, que implicou em importantes mudanças na rotina escolar e na estrutura física das escolas. Dada certa dificuldade de encontrar entrevistados dispostos a contribuir para a pesquisa, a investigação foi complementada pela entrevista a pessoas de outras instituições, como associações de professores aposentados. Além disso, sempre que possível foram copiados documentos e fotografias coletadas nas próprias escolas. De modo geral, houve dificuldade para encontrar documentos nos arquivos das instituições, especialmente os correspondentes às décadas de 1950-60. Além disso, constatou-se que as escolas não têm estrutura adequada, tampouco sistematizada, para arquivamento de documentos. Aliás, fomos informados de que arquivos antigos são recolhidos pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação a cada cinco anos para incineração. É alarmante a falta de cuidado na preservação de documentos históricos, que pode prejudicar esforços pela reconstrução de nosso passado similares ao presente trabalho. Nesse contexto, os resultados de nossas entrevistas destacam o quanto a história oral pode contribuir na reconstrução da história mal documentada, uma vez que tal metodologia dá voz a pessoas que geralmente não são ouvidas na construção da história oficial. O conteúdo das entrevistas permitiu uma comparação da época em que as EMEIs ainda eram PIs com o momento atual. Foram discutidos temas como alimentação, rotinas escolares ao longo do tempo, as consequências da mudança de atendimento de tempo integral para meio período, as adaptações de espaços físicos, dentre outros. Os relatos dos funcionários e professoras participantes permitiram a elaboração de um retrato da educação oferecida nas EMEIs de Ribeirão Preto, que apresentamos no presente estudo.<br>Traditionally, common sense believes that the primary function of daycare centers and preschools is to care for children while their parents work. However, the way children are treated in such institutions has received increased attention recently, since there is growing recognition that daycare centers and pre-schools critically influence the development of children. In this sense, daycare centers and pre-schools, that is the Early Childhood Education, is part of the Basic Education according to the Brazilian law, which obliges the government to offer places for children from all interested families. In the context of increasing emphasis on Early Childhood Education, it is important to know its history in order to better understand why it still receives less concern than the other stages of education by the government and the society. The present report was aimed at this history, focusing on the city of Ribeirão Preto - SP. For that, we used the method of oral history, previously recognized as a living history at the present time, and centered on interviews with audio recording and full transcription. The interviewed people were retired and/or veteran teachers and employees from pre-schools, formerly called Infant Parks. The period of the decades 1950-60 was our main scope, which determined the choice of the seven oldest institutions of the city. By covering such decades, we attempted to obtain information regarding the transformation of Infant Parks in pre-schools, which resulted in relevant changes in the routine and infrastructure of the schools. Given some difficulty in finding subjects willing to contribute to the research, the investigation was complemented by interviews of people from other institutions, like associations of retired teachers. Moreover, documents and photographs collected in the schools were copied whenever possible. Overall, it was difficult to find documents in the archives of the schools, particularly those corresponding to the decades of 1950-60. Indeed, it was found that schools do not have adequate infrastructure to preserve their documents, nor systematic organization of their historical files. Besides, we were informed that old files are collected by the City Department of Education every five years for incineration. Of concern is the lack of care in the preservation of historical documents, which can undermine efforts for reconstruction of the past, like the present work. In this context, the results of our interviews highlight how the oral history can help in reconstructing the poorly documented history, since this method gives the opportunity to hear some people who are usually neglected in the construction of official history. The content of the interviews allowed a comparison between the present days and the time when the current pre-schools were still Infant Parks. We discuss themes such as child feeding, school routines over time, the consequences of changing the school hours from full-time to part-time, etc. Thus, the reports from participant employees and teachers allowed the analysis of the education offered by preschools of Ribeirão Preto.

The methodological option used was the qualitative approach, which allows us to capture the different meanings of the experiences lived in the school environment (André, 1983). The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three pedagogical coordinators, working in MSCEs organized with two periods for students and three periods for teachers. The data indicated that the Pedagogical Coordinators recognize their formative role, elaborate the training projects based on the observed needs and are concerned with qualifying the work performed in the intermediate shift. Also, it was possible to verify that the mismatch of the working days in the MSCEs and the three groups of formation resulting from it make, difficult the accompaniment by the PC, as well as the accompaniment of classrooms and the pedagogical activities in general and the analysis and orientation of teachers' planning and times of exchange among teachers working with the same class. It is considered that these implications can compromise the formative process, whose objective should be to enable the transformation of pedagogical actions so that become better and better. It was suggested the elaboration of proposals that promote moments of collective work less fragmented and with more integrated participation for the discussion and elaboration of the planning<br>O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar as implicações dos descompassos das jornadas de trabalho nas ações formativas do Coordenador Pedagógico nas Escolas Municipais de Educação Infantil (EMEIs) de São Paulo. A opção metodológica utilizada foi a abordagem qualitativa, que permite capturar os diferentes significados das experiências vividas no ambiente escolar (André,1983). Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas junto a três coordenadoras pedagógicas que trabalham em EMEIs organizadas com dois períodos para alunos e três períodos para professores. Os dados indicaram que as Coordenadoras Pedagógicas reconhecem seu papel formador, elaboram os projetos de formação a partir das necessidades observadas e apresentam preocupação em qualificar o trabalho realizado no turno intermediário. Também foi possível constatar que os descompassos das jornadas nas EMEIs e os três grupos de formação dele decorrentes, dificultam seu acompanhamento pelo Coordenador Pedagógico, bem como o acompanhamento das salas de aula e das atividades pedagógicas de modo geral e a análise e orientação dos planejamentos dos professores e dos momentos de troca entre os professores que trabalham com a mesma turma. Considera-se que essas implicações podem comprometer o processo formativo, cujo objetivo deve ser o de possibilitar a transformação de ações pedagógicas para que se tornem cada vez melhores. Sugeriu-se a elaboração de propostas que promovam momentos de trabalho coletivo menos fragmentado e a participação mais integrada para a discussão e elaboração do planejamento
