Abstract:
Every product of modern science and technology is based on knowledge acquired in the past and forms the basis for the production of new sophisticated methods in the future. And so in an attempt by the two notable Albanian architects Emin Rita, Pirro Thomo, to understand the morphological system of the Albanian residence, we find that its evolution is closely related to the historical and social reality of the time. The influence of social and historical factors on the character and morphology of the Albanian residence is also expressed by the division of the Albanian architectural heritage into two broad categories, the rural and the urban. Rural houses are studied in the context of architectural analysis.

Abstract:
Background : Hyperbilirubinemia is found in approximately 60% on full term infants hospitalized during their first week of life. The most widely used therapy in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia is phototherapy. Probiotics can accelerate the decrease in bilirubin levels by stimulating the peristaltics of the gastrointestinal tract, thus, increasing the amount of bilirubin being eliminated. Objective : to proves whether probiotics has a role in helping to speed up the reduction of bilirubin levels in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who are having phototherapy.. Method : A Cross-sectional study was conducted on full term neonates(38 - 42 weeks) in neonatology room at Adam Malik General Hospital, Medan, North Sumatera. The participants were grouped into 2 groups, one received probiotics and the other did not. Each group was evaluated on both total bilirubin serum and total direct bilirubin serum rates. The result data were analyzed using Anova and independent sample test. Result : From 39 aterm neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. 3 samples were excluded. Out of these 36, 17 are boys (47.2 %)and 19 are girls (52.8%). The results showed a greater decrease in total bilirubin levels of prticipants in probiotic groups than those who are in non-probiotic groups. Anova test with P value = 0.0001 Anova test with P value = 0.0001 Conclusion : The mean decrease in total bilirubin levels was greater in the probiotic groups than non-probiotic groups among full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.

Abstract:
The search to reduce the disappearance of infants has been the main objective of many public officials and institutions, however, the result has not been satisfactory yet. Our country is considered one of the most dangerous regarding citizen insecurity; The state of Puebla ranks third in the nation in terms of missing minors, in Huauchinango there are at least 50 missing so far in 2020, half of whom are minors. This work shows the design and development of a double alarm prototype for possible kidnappings and loss of infants in a place that agglomerates people focused on the Huauchinango region, with the main objective of helping to reduce the theft of infants, kidnapping or loss, following a simple and straightforward process method using two devices, emitter and receiver. The process is between two Squeaky bracelets which are linked to each other, they will have indicator lights when the link is in the programmed range (green indicator), if it is outside the range the red light will be activated and it will emit a sound, to give notice of possible distancing between devices. The project is not only for the reach of infants, but to the entire public.

Abstract:
Abstract History is the science of humanity, and human memory, functioning as an unwritten source of knowledge, is one of its main research tools. Memory stores, selects and reveals, but it can also be fleeting—that is why filling its empty spaces is one of the most important tasks of researchers dealing with culture and the realities of the past. One of the “blank pages” in the history of Polish pianism is the oeuvre of Emil Łapczyński—a virtuoso who occupied leading spots in nineteenth-century newspapers and was compared with Józef Elsner or Henryk Wieniawski. In order to bring him back from obscurity, the present author has conducted extensive research, using source materials (birth and death certificates, tsarist decrees, diaries, tombstone inscriptions), press articles and archives (manuscript collections of the Russian National Library in St. Petersburg). The analysis of these sources has revealed a multidimensional profile of a virtuoso and composer who gave concerts in the largest halls of Europe (Vienna, Prague, Warsaw, Kraków, Lviv, Riga, St. Petersburg), but also a victim of a family tragedy and historical events that put an end to his career and life.

Abstract:

Abstract

The present research is carried out under the Empiric paradigm "EMIC" - qualitative research -, which will serve as a methodology of the Social Sciences, to know the reasons that had migrants from Latin America and the Caribbean, who settled in a host country of the developed North, for returning to their country of origin saying "Goodbye" to the promised land through the version given by themselves in their Chronicles of Life. The understanding of these testimonies that migrants offered, as subjects in the construction of social reality, were conceived as reflective acts. We have proposed the following objectives with the purpose of knowing the reasons that led migrants to make this decision of returning to their country of origin, since these stories imply an intentionality that claims the role of the subject in the construction of social reality: a) to know the return of the migrants for desired motives, and b) to know the return of the migrants for motives beyond their control.

Keywords: paradigm, motives, social action, returning migration, first world, Latin America.

Abstract The article aims to analyze the scope and limitations of the regional meetings since the Ninth Summit of the Americas held from June to 10, 2022, where the Los Angeles Declaration on Migration and Protection emerged. Because it could be considered depending on its results as a regional migratory governance of America. In this sense, advances or possible setbacks are partly subject to the participation of organizations that work with undocumented migrants in the protection of human rights and in safeguarding their human security, and to the change of government of the United States, since this immigration proposal began in the Joe Biden government, and is framed in Washington’s foreign policy towards Latin America, as a result of the massive undocumented migration that is occurring not only on the southern border of the United States, this migration already extending to continental level. However, with the arrival of Donald Trump to The White House, it is likely that the incipient migration governance of America Will not advance and not materialize. Keywords: Global Migration Governance, Foreign Policy, America, Human Rights, Human Security.

Abstract:
In the House of Fiction you can hear, today, the deep stirring of the “unhome-ly.” You must permit me this awkward word — the unhome-ly — because it captures something of the estranging sense of the relocation of the home and the world in an unhallowed place. To be unhomed is not to be homeless, nor can the “unhomely” be easily accommodated in that familiar division of social life into private and the public spheres. The unhomely moment creeps up on you stealthily as your own shadow and suddenly you find yourself with Henry James’s Isabel Archer “taking the measure of your dwelling” in a state of “incredulous terror.”1 And it is at this point that the world first shrinks for Isabel and then expands enormously. As she struggles to survive the fathom-less waters, the rushing torrents, James introduces us to the “unhomeliness” inherent in that rite of “extra-territorial” initiation — the relations between the innocent American, the deep, dissembling European, the masked emi-gré — that a generation of critics have named his “international theme.” In a feverish stillness, the intimate recesses of the domestic space become sites for history’s most intricate invasions. In that displacement the border be- tween home and world becomes confused; and, uncannily, the private and the public become part of each other, forcing upon us a vision that is as di-vided as it is disorienting.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Abstract With their diversified array of revenue sources, music publishers benefited immediately from advances in digital technology. Growth continued throughout the period except for mechanical royalties, which stalled as the rise in rates and digital revenue was countered by the decline in CD sales. Martin Bandier led EMI to the #1 spot, Universal bought the BMG publishing interests, and Richard Rowe in New York and Donna Hilley in Nashville built the Sony-Michael Jackson partnership Sony/ATV Music into a powerhouse. Publishing overtook records and retail in attracting investors as independent catalog aggregators and administrators competed for acquisitions. Other topics include the Digital Millennial Copyright Act; the No Electronic Theft Act and cybersquatting; the battle against Napster; the case against MP3.com; the RIAA prosecution of consumer infringement; and the digital transformation of publishing ledgers into metadata spreadsheets in the pursuit of an integrated global database through CISAC, the international association of copyright societies.

Abstract:
Abstract This chapter focuses on “tantrism” in the first millennium of the common era, the formative period, in which the school of doctrine and liturgy known as the Śaivasiddhānta emerged. One of the earliest surviving scriptures that can be regarded as a Śaiva tantra is the Niśvāsatattvasaṃhitā. The Niśvāsa uses the term Mantramārga, “the path of mantras,” which various authors hold to be a possible candidate for an emic equivalent of the term tantrism. Two types of tantric mantras: bījamantra and mālāmantra are distinguished. The central religious fact that characterizes all Mantramārga traditions is dīkṣā, an initiation rite that deploys such mantras to bring about the goals of religious aspirants. The chapter identifies four categories of initiate, the lowest being the preliminary initiated neophyte (samayin) bound to the rules (samaya) of the religion; the highest being the guru (ācārya), whose principal disciples were the fully initiated putrakas. The remaining category was that of the sādhaka, the power-seeker, simultaneously a central figure and yet necessarily an “outsider,” who became increasingly marginalized as the religion widened socially. The chapter also touches upon other clues for the reconstruction of socioreligious history, such as the topic of special observances (caryā); the emergence of the genre of ritual manuals; and the shifting soteriological role of devotion (bhakti).

Abstract:
Abstract I had come to Okinawa to study priestesses’ rituals. I had read that men are not al lowed into the sacred groves, so I anticipated witnessing rituals that previous (male) ethnographers had not been able to see, but that they had considered important enough to write books and articles about. I arrived in Okinawa during a ritually dry time of year and was told by villagers and priestesses just to wait, and I would be able to see really important rituals starting in December. When I began to accompany the priestesses, I saw that on the mornings before the rituals they were excited and that after the rituals they were tired. Yet whether we were in the utaki (sacred grove) or at the kami-ya (village shrine), I found it difficult to figure out when the actual “ritual” took place or of what it consisted. Most of what the kaminchu did looked to me either like preparation for the ritual or postritual re laxation and munching. In chapter 2, I explained that Okinawan kami-sama do not really “do” or “act.” Their significance is in their presence rather than in their authority or actions. In this chapter, we see that the same is true of priestesses. Priestesses (embodied kami sama)-like disembodied kami-sama-emit good spiritual energy, and so villagers want to have them present at a variety of occasions. Like disembodied kami-sama, priestesses must be invited-they do not come on their own volition to rituals. Like disembodied kami-sama, priestesses’ spiritual energy needs to be focused or concentrated-that is the meaning of what looked to me like preparation for the rit ual. And finally, when kami-sama-embodied or disembodied-are present, they are given food.

Abstract:
"Immediately after the signing of the Treaty of Mondros on October 30, 1918, the Entente States navy, which was sent to Istanbul, was besieged by the sea. In the following period, Istanbul was dragged into a distressed process. The Occupations that the Entente States launched based on the Armistice provisions expanded over time. Moreover, on May 15, 1919 the event of the occupation of Izmir left deep psychological scars in the social memory. With the occupation of Izmir, a massive massacre and prosecution process which were launched by the Greeks against defenceless and innocent people in the western Anatolia caused a massive indignation. On top of that, public had to be awaken with the rallies to be evaluated within the scope of passive resistance measures. The organization of the protest, which was founded in Istanbul on the initiative of the members of the Darülfünun, first provided its first reaction on May 17, 1919, and this situation provided the spread of the uprising to the capital in a short period of time. Against this unjust occupation, the attitude of the domestic authorities, especially the attitude of War Office and Office of War Administration that shows they were side by side with the public has laid the foundation for the public to announce their voice stronger. From the leading academic members of the period Besim Ömer Pasha to Philosopher Mr. Riza Tevfik, to literary figures Mrs. Halide Edip, Mr. Tal'at from Üsküdar, to Mrs. Münevver Saime, to Mr. Mehmet Emin, many of the intellectuals reacted against the occupation of Izmir and other parts of the country. The reactions that started on May 17, 1919 in Istanbul Darülfünun (University), Fatih Rally on May 19, 1919, Üsküdar Rally on May 20, 1919, Kadıköy Rally on May 22, 1919, First Sultan Ahmed Rally on May 23, 1919, Second Sultan Ahmed Rally on May 31, 1919, Third inside the Sultanahmet Mosquie Rally on October 10, 1919, continued with on Fourth (The Last İstanbul Rally) Sultanahmed Rally on January 13, 1920. In these seven big rallies organized in Istanbul, the Turks, whose homeland invaded against the cease-fire provisions, invited to public rallies in order to take action for a massive reaction and declare with a strong voice, to the world, that the occupations were unjustified. In this article, despite the hardships experienced in Istanbul during Truce and Occupation, the influence of Istanbul rallies will be emphasized through the civil resistance movement initiated against the unfair occupation of Izmir by the Entente States and the Greeks used as tongs; the efforts of the intellectuals of the period to clamp the people around the unity and solidarity of the society by giving examples from ancient Turkish history and culture."
