Abstract:
The orientation of decision making is actually supported also by one’s experience, while attitudes toward experience itself are related to one’s emotional maturity. Emotional maturity is a valuable capital. People who have more mature emotions will be able to choose what is best and what they must avoid. The emotional maturity of an employee can be seen from the way he faces challenges, how his responsibilities towards work, and how his life views the world, so that the difficulties faced in making a decision will be lighter than employees who have lower emotional maturity. Emotional maturity is characterized by how conflicts are solved, and how difficulties are handled. People who are adults, in this case are emotionally mature, see their difficulties not as catastrophe, but as challenges, so that when he is faced with a situation where he has to choose an alternative offered to him, armed with the knowledge and experience he has it will be easier to make decisions that are considered most appropriate. He is willing to take risks, but still based on the most appropriate estimates that can be obtained.

Abstract:
From experience of working with gifted children we could observe a gap between their intellectual and emotional functions. The purpose of this study was to explore the inter-relationships between emotional maturity and intelligence in gifted children. Emotional maturity is defined as the strength and courage to actualize individual abilities within the frame of social demands. Our hypothesis was that emotional maturity would have an affect on creativity, independent of intelligence. In the study, 221 children participated, between the ages of 9–13. All were measured for emotional maturity, intelligence and creativity. Results showed an effect of emotional maturity on creativity, as well as an effect of intelligence. Among the highly intelligent group, emotionally mature children were more creative. These results demonstrate that giftedness is conditioned not only by high intelligence but that emotional maturity has its share in it, and their interaction facilitates creative behavior — the actualization of the whole personality.

Abstract:

The purpose of writing Pastoral Health and Burnout: Spiritual Maturity, Emotional Health, and Physical Environment is to integrate biblical and psychological insights to test three suspected factors of burnout among senior pastors. This is accomplished through the creation of the Ream Pastoral Health Scale (RPHS), a 60-question Likert scale survey designed to assess the health of a senior pastor according to spiritual maturity, emotional health, and physical environment. The RPHS was validated using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The MBI is a nationally recognized assessment tool for measuring burnout in the secular word. Eighty-three Christian and Missionary Alliance senior pastors from various districts in the United States were surveyed with the Ream Pastoral Health Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Strong correlations were found between the RPHS and the MBI.

Abstract:
This article aims to highlight the factors that have a significant impact on the development of the Big Five personality type in adolescents. In order to investigate the research problem, the Friedman Emotional Maturity Scale and the Big Five - Minulescu Questionnaire were applied to a sample of 220 adolescents, aged between 14 and 17, from urban and rural areas, divided into two categories, on age ranges. The obtained results show the fact that starting from the existing relationship between emotional maturity and the level of development of personality factors, it was found that the differences in gender, age and social context (environment of origin) of the investigated adolescents influence the development of personality differently in the case of a reduced emotional maturity, compared to a middle level of emotional maturity.

Abstract:
A new law of psychology and psychotherapy has been established: a person is not HOMO SAPIENS, but HOMO EMOTIONS. This law follows from an experimentally proven psychological protocol in the following time sequence: Stimulus - Emotion - Thought - Reaction (S - E - M - R). It was found that Emotion, as a reaction of the unconscious, is ahead of Thought, the reaction of consciousness, by 0.2 - 0.3 seconds. The primary signaling system is ahead of the secondary by 0.2-0.3 seconds. This protocol is opposite to the protocols S – M, E – R, which have long been established in domestic and world psychology, where it is accepted that consciousness and the unconscious act unitedly, simultaneously, non-disjunctively (S. Freud, Myasishchev V.N., Vygotsky L.S., Rubinstein S. L., Brushlinsky A.V., J. Mayer, P. Salovey, D. Caruso, etc.) or where consciousness is ahead of the unconscious S – M – E – R (Aaron Beck, Kovpak D.V., etc.). All the numerous conclusions of this article follow from this new protocol S - E - M - R. Using the example of criticism of the figurative 2-part model of the psyche of Sigmund Freud (rider on a horse), it is shown that many fundamental hypothetical provisions of philosophy, psychology, psychotherapy and pedagogy require clarifications. A new author's 4-part model of the psyche is presented, which is the basis of a unified theory of personality psychology and corresponds to the 4-part bio-psycho-socio-spiritual paradigm of psychotherapy A new numerical indicator of a person’s psychological health is proposed – the degree of emotional maturity. Three new laws of psychology, psychotherapy and pedagogy have been formulated. The introduction of the instinct to preserve the species into the description of the figurative model of the human psyche allows us to conclude about the natural scientific nature of morality (spirituality). It is proposed to use this model as the basis of Russian psychology, psychotherapy, and the education system.

Abstract:
A new approach to the concept of healthy health is presented. It has been shown that the health of a clinically healthy person cannot be considered without assessing his psychological health, which is directly related to predisposition to psychogenic diseases. A technique for measuring emotions is given that allows one to assess this predisposition. The results of measurements are presented showing that 80% of clinically healthy people have a psychological predisposition to psychosomatics and neuroses, the manifestation of which is only a matter of time. A psychocorrectional course is presented to eliminate this predisposition.

Abstract:
This Groundwork seeks to offer reflections to help each person working for Busara understand how the organization thinks about DEI in theory and practice; it also offers insights on how each of us can work towards a more diverse, more equitable, and more inclusive organization. This process requires applying to ourselves the honesty that we champion, but often also struggle to maintain when we look at ourselves. It means to admit challenges freely, address them without judgement, check whether our beliefs are unclear, acknowledge emotions—and then start again. DEI is circular, non-ending work without clear key performance indicators, but with an emphasis on a process that can expand our beliefs and practice while cushioning or maturing our emotions.

Abstract:
When carrying out professional activities, officers of the VNG of the Russian Federation are often in difficult, stressful, emotionally stressful situations associated with the use of weapons as a particularly dangerous means of destruction. The right to use a weapon by an officer makes him responsible for its use. And therefore requires the officer to make a balanced optimal decision, which is associated with the risk and transience of events, and in which no mistake can be made, since the price of it can be someone's life. It is at such a moment that it is important that the officer has stable skills in making a decision on the use of weapons, and this requires skills not only in managing subordinates or the situation, but in managing himself. The complication of the military-professional activity, manifested in the need to develop the ability to quickly and accurately make command decisions, exacerbating the problem of social responsibility of an officer who has the management of unit that leads to an understanding of his singular personal and professional responsibility, as the ability to govern themselves makes it possible to achieve a positive result of the Department for the DBA. This characterizes the need for a commander to have the ability to manage himself, as a "system" that manages others. Forming skills of self-control, patience, compassion, having mastered algorithms of making managerial decisions, the cycle of implementing managerial functions, etc., a person comes to the belief: "before effectively managing others, it is necessary to learn how to manage yourself." The required level of personal and professional maturity can be formed in a person as a result of purposeful self-management, which determines the special role of professional and personal self-management in the training of future officers.
