Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan antara hardiness dengan stres kerja pada perawat instalasi rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyumas. Studien ämnade att undersöka kriminalvårdarnas empati i relation till arbetsrelaterad stress, samt olika demografiska variabler. I undersök- ningen deltog 76 kriminalvårdare som rekryterades via sociala medier, utspridda över Sve- rige. Resultaten visar att det inte fanns några könsskillnader gällande empati.
