Currently the company's drilling project is underway in the Outside and NDD Area (North Duri Development) PT. Chevron Paci fi c Indonesia. The results obtained are that the working environment at the company and the implementation of the health, safety (K3) program are still very weak. This is due to lack of employee awareness and employee non-compliance in carrying out programs that have been designed by the company. Therefore, research on the work environment and health, work safety (K3), from the analysis conducted using the FTA (method, isFault Tree Analysis)known that the factors causing occupational accidents due to human negligence and the scattered environment. Then the solution provided by researchers is that companies are expected to be more stringent in implementing programs that have been designed to improve employee performance and reduce work accidents at ACS companies.

Now-a-day, business organizations are developing very rapidly based on the changing political strategies and market trends. Particularly after globalization, business organizations are facing highly competitive strength and demands due to economic, political, social and technological changes. The uncertainty in the environment and increase of competition have made business organizations to think along new ways of managing business. In order to make organizations more effective, work is restructured like the well-known concepts, QWL (Quality of Work Life), JIT (Just In Time), TQM (Total Quality Management), Team work and Cellular Products. These are introduced continuously based on the changing market trends with a view to fast delivering the goods and for better quality of products/services at convenient and competitive prices. Today, business organizations are restructuring and rethinking with various emerging trends and practices to look at current market trend and moving towards work intensification and flexibility which are ultimately affected by the employer and employee relationship. Temporary and contract jobs, and casual and part-time jobs are the common practice of new management styles. The new trends and practices will ultimately be useful to organizations for decreasing or increasing workforce in order to introduce changes. At the same time, the trend has changed the old concept of permanent employment up to retirement and long time employee and employer relationship. Even some of the advanced countries like USA, and Japan are unable to continue their popular permanent life-time employment due to new trends and practices. Many of the studies have also concluded that temporary employees are increased in many countries. Most of the organizations are providing training programmes for the employees in different levels for the purpose of increasing job knowledge to make them more effective, more productive and multi-skilled. Companies, like Port Trusts (Visakhapatanam unit) which had almost 10000 employees few years ago, recently have about 5000 employees only. Most of the business organizations are planning for right-sizing or down-sizing. In order to make more effective and productive based organizations on the trends and practices in the competitive market, now-a-days, business organizations are planning to practice outsourcing recruitment system, job responsibility sharing, employee referral system, flexible pay structure, flexible time management technique, contract and leasing employees, tele-commuting techniques, etc. All these new trends and practices are highly appreciated and result oriented.

To increase the efficiency of management at the enterprise it is necessary to introduce modern methods of organizing the processes of production and economic activity. The use of outsourcing gives the company the opportunity to increase competitive advantage, to ensure the organization of continuous work at all levels, to focus the company's main resources on the most promising areas of business, to abandon uncompetitive work.
The presence of different types and types of HR-outsourcing indicates the availability of options for companies to choose the method of registration of relations with the employee and the company-provider, as well as the involvement of the necessary specialists due to the constant needs of this employee. The use of HR-outsourcing opportunities in the economic activity of the enterprise allows to save time in the process of "recruitment-selection-hiring" of staff.
HR-outsourcing is a new and powerful tool for enterprise management, but without proper support it can negatively affect the company's activities. Therefore, to ensure the effectiveness of its application, it is necessary to conduct in-depth analytical and organizational work, objectively assess not only the expected current results, but also the long-term consequences of the transfer of certain functions to third-party specialized performers.
The article examines the use of modern personnel technologies in enterprise management. The essence of the concept of HR-outsourcing, the main directions of services provided in the varieties of its forms at the enterprise are determined. Depending on the specifics of the work to be performed, and taking into account the order of registration, the following types of HR-outsourcing are characterized: leasing (rent) of personnel; temporary staff and outstaffing. The advantages and disadvantages of HR-outsourcing for the company are given. The main stages of registration of relations with HR-outsourcing at the enterprise are presented. The achievement of the goals of change and organizational development through HR-outsourcing at the enterprise is reflected. The economic effect of the transfer of the business process of personnel management to HR-outsourcing as an innovative personnel technology is calculated. The effectiveness of HR-outsourcing to perform selected types of work at the enterprise is proved, as the use of outsourcing schemes leads to lower costs.
Thus, the study of the world experience of such radical innovative solutions testifies to the effectiveness of this model of business organization. And Ukraine with its highly skilled and cheap labor force has all the opportunities to benefit during the boom of this service - HR-outsourcing.

The study sought to determine the effect of Public Private Partnership on Financial Sustainability of Nzoia Water Services Projects in Kenya. The general objective of the study was to assess the effect of Public Private Partnership on Financial Sustainability of Nzoia Water Services Projects in Kenya. Specific objectives included to determine the effect of Leasing finance on Financial Sustainability of Nzoia Water Services Projects in Kenya and to determine the effect of Concessions finance on Financial Sustainability of Nzoia Water Services Projects in Kenya. The study employed descriptive survey research design, through the administration of semi- structured questionnaires. The target population was one finance respondent in Nzoia Water Services Company (Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, Finance Officer, Accounts Clerk and Internal Audit Manager) from each water treatment works namely Nabuyole, Matisi, Kapkateny, Chesikaki, Terem and Nzoia. The total target population for the study was 30 Finance respondents. The instrument was piloted to water projects implemented in Trans Nzoia County for the period 2016- 2021. Data collected was coded, keyed in the computer and analyzed with the aid of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS version 26) computer software for Windows. Leasing Finance had a positive correlation of 0.724 The p value (0.000) < 0.01 indicating an increase in PPP if maintained while Concessions Finance had a positive correlation of 0.527 with p value (0.000) < 0.0. The findings showed that leasing was statistically and positively significant in determining financial sustainability of Nzoia Water Service Projects in Kenya while Concession was negatively significant. The results depicted that there was no multicollinearity because the VIF values were less than 10. The researcher recommended that management of water bodies in Kenya need to adhere to policies concerning water project enactments to increase water supply in regions. The financial aspect should keenly be audited to avoid the problems of water projects failure. Further, the study recommends that the Nzoia water project boards should ensure the implementation of the PPP reforms that will help in enhancing concessions and greater cooperative arrangements among water projects in Kenya. The latest methods of attracting personnel were studied, they include: screening, recruitment, preliminary training, outsourcing, outplacement, and leasing. It is stated that the newest methods of attracting personnel make it possible to form a database of potential candidates, close vacancies;attract additional labor resources; reduce the fee for maintaining full-time staff, attract, if necessary, temporary labor force, form a high motivation level to achieve success and self-realization; find additional opportunities to receive a high reward. Employers do not incurlarge costs related to labor costs, as they are only paid for the work performed. It is also emphasized that the use of the latest methods of attracting personnel has its drawbacks, namely: blocking possible promotion on the career ladder of full-time employees; increase in personnel turnover, deterioration of social and psychological climate, possible conflicts arise; reduction in the permanent staff of employees, a high level of responsibility for results and deadlines, risks of not being paid for the service provided due to the low level of legal regulation of this segment of the labor market, difficulties in finding orders, lack of social protection, decrease in the remuneration level of employees.It is determined that the criteria for the effectiveness of the personnel protection can be the overall efficiency of the company’s activities, namely: quality of produced goods and services provided, labor productivity of employees, readiness of personnel for innovations, profitable activity. It is noted thatit is advisable to use such indicators as a criterion for actual recruitment of personnel: search time, hiring time, source of hiring, number of candidates for the vacancy, attrition in the first year of hiring. It is determined that social efficiency assumes that as a result of attracting personnel to work at the company, the personnel is provided with a decent salary, necessary social services, implementation and development of individual abilities of employees take place, the schedule and level of the work intensity without risks for the employees’ bodies is observed, and a favorable social-psychological environment is maintained.

The aim of this research is to identify the factors that influence members in choosing murabahah financing. This type of research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Collecting the data produced in this research, the author conducted interviews with members and employees of the financing services office regarding the factors that influence a member to choose financing with a murabahah agreement. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, there are several factors that influence a member to choose murabahah financing, namely the financing factor in accordance with Islamic sharia, the factor that is cheaper than leasing, the trust factor. Based on the financing arrangements conducted for the implementation of the murabahah contract at KSPPS BINAMA Magelang Branch, it can be inferred that the institution plays a multifaceted role as a sharia-based cooperative, distributing financing to communities utilizing murabahah agreements while also serving as a financing provider and member companion. This is evidenced by member testimonials affirming the efficacy of KSPPS BINAMA's lending activities in supporting MSME development and meeting their needs, coupled with the commendable and amicable service provided by the cooperative.

Lease land farming by women collectives is an initiative introduced by Kudumbashree to encourage cultivation among self - help groups. It not only contributes to significant changes in the lives of women farmers but also helps to increase agricultural production by bringing the fallow and cultivable waste- land into agricultural use. The present study was conducted in Thrissur district from June to August 2022. An ex-post- facto research design was used. Two blocks, Kodakara and Ollukkara, representing more area of banana and vegetable respectively under leased land farming were selected. From these blocks, two panchayats each, were randomly selected. From Kodakara, Mattathur and Kodakara and from Ollukkara, Nadathara and Puthur panchayats were selected for the purpose. From these two panchayats, fifteen women joint liability groups were selected randomly, comprising 60 women farmers each who cultivate vegetables and banana under leased land. Thus, the total sample comprised of 120 women farmers. The data were collected with the help of a semi - structured pre - tested interview schedule. Garrett ranking was employed to explore the challenges faced by women collective farmers. The challenges were categorised under four categories i,e., lease land related, group related, technical and supplies, and services. Among land related challenges, the non - legalized status of leasing was ranked as the most serious one where the mean score was 63.10. Absenteeism of members was ranked first, accounting for a mean score of 61.29, with respect to group related challenges. Improper maintenance of records on farm expenses (68.63) and price fluctuations (78.7) were ranked first in technical and supply challenges respectively.

The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches to defining the concept of contracts in the IT sphere. The specifics of the legal regulation of these contracts are revealed. An analysis of the current Ukrainian legislation in this area was carried out. The main issues of contractual regulation of IT relations in Ukraine have been identified. The legal nature of contracts in the field of IT law and methods of legal protection of the relevant institutes are considered.It is noted that the existing legal acts are outdated and irrelevant in our time. Some normative acts are formed as an entrapment to worsen the legal status. Separately, we will consider such an important point as the registration of labour relations in the sphere of IT, since it affects both employers and employees in this field. Some scholars argue that IT contracts should be concluded according to the principle of an employment contract, as this gives employees additional guarantees of rights and minimizes the deterioration of the situation. Also, foreign experience quite often emphasizes that the use of outsourcing, outstaffing, and staff leasing in companies is quite common.This paper contains relevant issues and compares the regulation of these relations at the international level. If attention is focused and this issue is actively implemented at the national level, it will become another source of income for the state budget, which will have a positive effect on the country’s economic situation during the state of war.The subject of the contract is also a particularly significant aspect in this area. It is necessary to define the subject of this contract as thoroughly as possible and to correctly and efficiently distribute intellectual property rights.The difference between a civil law contract and a contract in the informational sphere is considered. Furthermore, the issue of tax planning in this area arises repeatedly. It includes the choice of the system of taxation of IT business in Ukraine, which will directly correspond to the volume and nature of works and services that a certain company is going to dispose.The recent domestic case law on this issues has been analyzed. Court decisions that analyzed the legal nature of the contract itself. Types and subtypes of contracts in the IT sphere and current registration of IT workers are also analyzed.

Finding an optimal location for facilities and determining their size involves the consideration of many factors, including proximity to customers and suppliers, availability of skilled employees and support services, and cost-related factors, for example, construction or leasing costs, utility costs, taxes, availability of support services, and others. The demand of the surrounding region plays an important role in location decisions. A high population density may not necessarily cause a proportional demand for products or services. The demography of a region could dictate the demand for products, and this, in turn, affects a facility’s size and location. The location of a company’s competitors also affects the location of that company’s facilities. Another important aspect in facility location modeling is that many models focus on current demand and do not adequately consider future demand. However, while making location decisions in an industry in decline, carefully and accurately considering future demand is especially important, and the question in focus is whether to shrink or close down certain facilities with the objective of keeping a certain market share or maximizing profit, especially in a competitive environment.<br /> This paper develops a model which enables companies to select sites for their businesses according to their strategy. The model analyzes the strategic position of the company and forms a guideline for the decision. It investigates which facilities should be closed, (re)opened, shrunk, or expanded. If facilities are to shrink or expand, the model also determines their new capacities. It depicts the impact on market share and accounts for the costs of closure and reopening. A number of papers deal with location theory and its applications, but few have been written for modeling a competitive environment in the case of declining demand. Existing papers in this area of research are mostly static in nature, do not offer multi-period approaches, nor do they incorporate the behavior of competitors in the market. To demonstrate the validity of the model, it is first solved using a small problem set – three facilities, three demand locations, and three periods – in LINGO solver. To get a better understanding of the model’s behavior, several additional scenarios were constructed. First, the number of demand locations was extended to 10. Our findings show that the model presented provides an extension of existing facility location models that can be applied to a variety of location problems in commercial and industry sectors that need to make their decisions considering future periods and competitors. The developed heuristic shows multiple options for solving the problem, including their advantages and disadvantages, respectively. The Java code and LINGO fragments thus developed can be used to provide easy access to related problems.

The article discusses the main practical aspects of the formation of the financial part of a business plan for obtaining grant funding for starting or developing one's own business from the YeRobota program for veterans and their family members. The main rules are outlined, according to which it is necessary to develop a plan of income and expenses, as one of the necessary parts of the business plan. Recommendations are given on the algorithm for filling out the financial part of the business plan. Recommendations are provided for filling out each section of the financial part of the business plan. The main approaches to calculations, calculation of taxes and mandatory fees are outlined. Emphasis is placed on the need to take into account the essential conditions of the grantor, namely: the amount of own funds is applied to grants in the amount of UAH 500,000 to UAH 1,000,000 and is 30% of the grant amount; the number of new employees under the terms of the grant program depends on the amount of the grant: a grant of up to UAH 250,000 – one employee; from UAH 250,000 to UAH 500,000 – two employees; from UAH 500,000 to UAH 1,000,000 – four employees, two of whom are combatants and/or persons with disabilities as a result of the war. The main approaches and methods for the high-quality development of the income and expenditure plan of the business plan are described, which must be strictly followed in order to have a chance of receiving non-refundable grant funding from the government program "eRobota". Generalized recommendations on the formation of sections are given: "Costs related to the sale of products/providing services", "Purchase of property for the implementation of activities", "Costs for rent", "Other payments", "Utility services (gas, electricity, water) ", "Insurance", "Telephone and Internet", "Marketing and advertising", "Security", "Purchase or leasing of equipment", "Postal, printing, stationery", "Transport and delivery", "Payment for professional services (legal, accounting, etc.), "Total labor costs", "Applicant's salary (for FOP)", "Employee remuneration", "Grant refund", "Payment of taxes and fees". It is emphasized that in order to correctly form the financial part of the business plan, it is necessary to carefully familiarize yourself with the requirements of the tender documentation, the provisions of the legal framework and the recommendations of the program developers. It was concluded that the quality of the development of the financial part of the business plan is of great importance for receiving non-refundable grant assistance from the "eRobota" program.

The article discusses current issues regarding the advantages and disadvantages of using various types of outstaffing to optimize costs and taxes and minimize enterprise risks. It is noted that the main task of outstaffing is the reorganization of the economic model of the enterprise, which will lead to a decrease in money and labor costs, which will stimulate the efficiency of business processes. In accordance with this, the content of outstaffing, possibilities and problems of its use in modern conditions of Ukraine are revealed. The impossibility of using it at state-owned enterprises was noted. And the difference in the motivation of the service for citizens of Ukraine and foreign nationals is also emphasized. That is, for employees of Ukrainian subjects, outstaffing is used to minimize costs and optimize taxes, or to preserve a simplified taxation system, and for foreign employees, these are additional prerogatives in the form of protection against all personnel and migration risks, as well as from financial penalties for violation of migration legislation. Outstaffing services are classified in the article according to structural and formal features and information and content load. The stages of process-by-process implementation of outstaffing, depending on the option, are considered. The specifics of the contract conclusion scheme have been clarified. Depending on the type of contract, the types of outstaffing are presented: classic outstaffing – the company de jure reduces staff, but de facto – works in the usual mode; temporary staffing – temporary employment of an employee, which is associated with problems in the market or seasonality of production; leasing is a long-term contract.The article details and substantiates the advantages and disadvantages of the specified management accounting tool. The imperfection of the legislation regulating due processes is emphasized, as the specified legal acts provide only a brief definition, a description of the features and limitations of the investigated process, as well as obtaining a special permit by the service provider. That is, the activity of providing outstaffing services is currently not regulated by law in Ukraine.

While I was employed by the MAF, I was leasing 60 hectares and working it part-time. My first five years of full-time farming were sharefarming the property I am currently leasing. AbstrakAplikasi pemesanan lapangan futsal Champion Malang merupakan sebuah sistem informasi melalui platform android yang digunakan user atau costumer futsal champion untuk melakukan pemesanan lapangan secara online tanpa harus menelepon karyawan lapangan, ataupun mendatangi lokasi setiap cabang champion futsal, dimana aplikasi ini dapat membantu user untuk melihat dan menentukan jadwal sewa yang nantinya akan dipesan mulai dari lapangan, tanggal pesan, jam pesan, hingga durasi pemakaian lapangan yang disajikan melalui tampilan platform android, guna memudahkan proses penyewaan lapangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas layanan jasa penyewaan pada cabang futsal Champion Malang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis merancang dan membangun aplikasi android pemesanan lapangan futsal pada champion futsal Malang menggunakan metode Waterfall melalui 5 (lima) tahapan yaitu requirement analysis, design, implementasi, testing dan, maintenance, aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Apache Cordova sehingga memungkinkan pengembang aplikasi mobile untuk mengakses fungsi perangkat asli (native) seperti kamera atau accelerometer dengan menggunakan teknologi web standar seperti HTML5, CSS3, dan JavaScript untuk pengembangan cross- platform.Abstract Application of Champion Malang futsal field rental is an information system that is android based platform used by users or customer futsal champions to order fields via online without having to call field employees or visit the location of each futsal champion branch. This application can help users to see and determine desired schedule; they are the field itself, date of exertion, time of order, to the duration of field usage that is presented through the display of the Android platform, the further function is to facilitate the field leasing process so it can increase the productivity of rental services at Champion Malang futsal. In this study, the researcher designed and built an android application ordering futsal courts at Malang futsal champion using the Waterfall method through 5 (five) stages; they are requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance, this application was built using Apache Cordova to enable mobile application developers to access native device functions such as a camera or accelerometer with using standard web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for cross-platform development.
