Full textThe artistic creation of georges bernanos is chracterized by a long search of communion, the evolution of which is visib le through a chronological and comprehensive study of his works, whether novels or political writings. His idea on communion is in no way limited to the communion of saints : far larger than that, it includes any relation with others, whoever they may be. Inspired by the "catholic renewal" achieved by peguy, it is also stamped by the spirituality of two saints : john of arc and therese of the child jesus. Both of them can be seen as true archetypes of communion. This analysis is based on the findings of bakhtine who studied the "polyphonic" novel and of buber who pondered over the concept of dialogue. Bernanos's relations of communion to others clearly changed and deepened along with his works, proved to be closely bound to the social and political events of his time. Besides, his idea on communion is firmly based on his anthropology, rooted in his christian faith, especially when it comes to the concept of the freedom of man, created in the image of god

Full textThis thesis start from a fundamental question whish is the base of the work of Jean Cayrol : who am I ? The construction of the identity becomes the principal axes of this thesis. The man cayrolien whose conscience is torn, whose heart is broken and who seeks to exist, employs all the recourse of the word or the voice. The first part is devoted to the study of the poet and his design of the space whose formes and directions unceasingly move in order to reveal the new man. The second part underlines in a clear way, the construction of oneself among the characters cayroliens. A construction mourished by those whish moved away from the life in a brutal way. It also shows the diversity of the narrative forms suitable for the new literature born after the camps, a lazarienne literature

Full textFounded in 1880 by explorer Brazza Savorgnan on behalf of France, Brazzaville is both a river town and a city of memories charged with hopes and disappointments. Memoirs of a conquest and pacification laborious, without means, which gives players who are willing to mobilize (missions, factories, companies, dealers) care to the city. Memoirs of a fragmented urban starts, reads still in the city and then continues in other forms with the policy of segregation creating black Brazzaville, and later, once independence was achieved, with the development progressive ethno-regional areas. Memories of great moments that make history and suggest a great destiny (capital of the AEF, France free of the Brazzaville conference, carefully orchestrated celebrations of. . . ) but also memories of the tragedies resulting from violence latent explodes suddenly left to destroy everything in civil wars, leaving some people a sense of abandonment and fate. Rebuilding the city, in the aftermath of these wars is first confrontation with this story, join in a truly urban project away from those who made up this city ignoring its identity and bolstering its inhabitants in a tradition of resistance. Is to understand the specificity of a complex colonial society that has survived in the urban setting and participated in the development of a hybrid city does not meet market rules. This is not to be locked in the ease of the great works and great expectations too modeled on a Western way of thinking, but to ensure that the urban project is finally the opportunity of a real communion between politics and city

Harb, Marwan. "Mahmoud Darwich, victime en quête d'identité." Thesis, Sorbonne Paris Cité, 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018USPCF027/document.
Full textThe Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish belongs to the interrogation of the victim, victim of the injustice perpetrated by others, and also, victim of his own defeat. The victim lives in an extra-ordinary situation, which disturbs its identity relationship with the world. Hence, the identity quest of the victim becomes the quest for the ordinary and the natural, that occurs as a problematic confronted by an individual who can not sufficiently interrogate his independent individuality. Throughout the ego-ecological approach that reconstructs the elementary frame of identity, we deducted the identity effects of Mahmoud Darwish's poetry, that allowed him to recreate his identity as a victim, and at the same time, contributed to the emergence of a collective Palestinian identity

Four types of theoretical approaches are observed. The first caters for the history & theory of architecture. The second attends to the architectural project by narrating the respective spiritual processes of six contemporary and modernist architects. The third asserts the immutability of the spiritual processes. The fourth reveals the spiritual dimension that is common to all processes and that helps in begetting the unique architectural opus

Full textThe law relating to biomedical research is an excellent indicator of the development of a new ordre public (public policy) understood as being a body of inalienable rules. Applying equally to the legally capable person, to the body parts and products and even to the human in vitro embryo, this law brings into question the concept of person as a legal entity. In the Civil code, articles 16 and the articles that follow constitute concrete terms in research contracts that limit or even prevent the carrying out of experiments on human resources that have already been carried out on other living species. Human person implies a different dimension to that of person understood as differentiating between the individual human being and other living organisms. Moreover, the conditions necessary for legitimate research are legislative standards, the aim of which only becomes clear when they are actually applied. The creation of ad hoc administrative bodies charged with examining the legality of each research protocol, represents a new type of regulation that distributes constitutional powers differently. Confrontation with the constitutional case-law illustrates that these administrative bodies provide an essential guarantee of respect for the conditions laid down in the Public Health Code and that not only their creation, but also their composition and working, originate in statute. However, the law of biomedical research also expresses the conditions of the legal relationship that is formed between the investigator and the research subject. Prohibition of payment, the right to withdraw at any moment and lack of reciprocal duty are the characteristics of a beneficence contract, the basis of which has had to be reviewed to take into account the research relationship. As a tool to respond to the legislation, the beneficence contract is also useful in evaluating the current reform proposals as well as in covering the abandonment of human body parts and products. The promoter is therefore under certain duties. These duties represent a contractual justice that is not present in the general law because they are distributive in nature corresponding to the service provided. By rendering acceptable the inherent asymmetry of a unilateral contractual relationship, these rules indicate the presence of an inalienable ordre public particular to unilateral contracts (contrats gratuits) except where more favourable provisions may already exist

This research includes nine life stories of adults in training at the universitary institute of technology. The desire for training may spring from external motivation but it will only be valid if there is an internal motivation. The story of this internal motivation is to search in the biographical way, in the identification nets, in the lacks which stories have showed. So the training promises a reappropriation of the adult learner's own story by giving it a meaning, and allows to supply an answer to the need coming out of the biographical story. The analysis of the life stories is built around the words birth, knowledge and recognition, and show how in training experience knowlege and group are used by the adult learner to understand his/her own story, to support his/her identitary reconstruction as his/her own masterpiece

With his changeable nature, the golden parachute stays an useful that the French law has difficulty to study, that's why we are going to temp to throw light on the outlines. As it should be demonstrated throughout the thesis, the legal nature of the golden parachute is changeable and it makes things difficult to determine the procedure. Full textThe study refers to multiple problematic included in the title. Identity definition is complex. It is a process and not a concept, since it is constantly changing. An individual and a group define themselves compared with others in relation to their environment. However, the strength of a group past is legitimates by its oldness. Nevertheless, identity is not innate: its definition refers to its components. Thus history, culture and language are all pretexts for assertiveness. But these elements are creations even if they are timeless and immemorial. In Cantabria, the end of the Franco regime allowed a resurgence of culture "popular". The mythology is fully involved in this return to the sources. However, the memory is sometimes lacking and the Cantabrians myths were so altered. Writing the myths permitted to save them but induced also various alterations. Thus, the analysis can highlights the elements capable of withstanding the test of time. Diverse alterations affecting these stories since their oral creation, their folklorization and subsequent transcription to their actual exploitation can also be detected. Cantabrian identity quest is disturbed by memory weaknesses, fictive nature of authenticity and ambiguous aspects of culture "popular". In addition, the higher credit of the autonomous communities nearby makes this quest even more difficult

All this could not stifle the noble spirits' passion to remain or become beings of integrity. We think of Nietzsche, Tolstoy and Bergson. These seekers of the state of Being had many students. To name only five: Stanislavski, Chekhov, Copeau, Decroux and Grotowski. From their masters, these students inherited an important idea: "surpassing oneself" is the sine qua non of integrity. Hence their interest in great tragic or comic characters. They all have one thing in common: they are willing to do without anything in order for the truth to be revealed. To embody these characters was the dream of the aforementioned artists. To realize this dream, they made a long term work. This work enabled them to take decisive steps towards the hard-to-reach threshold of organicity
Imperiali, Christophe. "En quête de Perceval : étude sur un mythe littéraire." Thesis, Paris 4, 2008. http://www.theses.fr/2008PA040248/document.
Full textAfter having outlined a functional definition of the “literary myth”, and having proposed a new way of approaching this object under the label “myrhoreadings”, the present work is divided into two main parts. The first one is diachronic. Its aim is to analyse the historical construction of the myth of Percival, from Chrétien of Troyes until now. The main purpose of this inquiry is to examine how the myth’s value and meaning were gradually elaborated through its rewritings, and how each period, each author have met the myth as a “mirror” reflecting his personal concerns and allowing him to configure his experience of the world. The main figures along this journey are (among about eighty authors) Richard Wagner and Julien Gracq. The second part proposes two thematic approaches to the myth of Percival: the first one focuses on the family issues and the relational stuctures central to most of the rewritings of the myth (where Oedipus, this “anti-percival”, is rarely far away). The second theme examines the frequent use of this myth as a model for the two poles of the literary activity: reading (quest of meaning) and writing (poetic quest). A few “percivalian poetic arts” thus conclude this study, from Wagner to Proust, Handke or Perec
Sahut, Gilles. "Wikipédia, une encyclopédie collaborative en quête de crédibilité : le référencement en questions." Thesis, Toulouse 2, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015TOU20094.
Full textWikipedia is an open-content encyclopedia that anyone can edit. Its editorial process is unique. Thus this study is focused on the users’ perception of its credibility and on the wikipedian community policy to guaranty it. One hypothesis might be that referencing is a way of guaranteeing the content's credibility which naturally leads to another question: how do the users/readers identify this rhetorical device? To approach the matter of the epistemic value of information, a documentary communication model combined with cognitive authority, trust, credibility and referencing is proposed. Firstly, a survey of 11 to 25 year-old students highlights that their trust for Wikipedia varies according to the level of studies. This level of trust is also influenced by the overall negative reputation of this encyclopedia in the academic community. Secondly we observe the effects of a project where students become editors to the encyclopedia. There is a clear improvement in the trust toward Wikipedia amongst students and teachers as they realize the importance of community policies and referencing. Finally, we analyze the changes in referencing policies and guidelines in the French Wikipedia as well as the controversies they provoked between 2002 and 2013. The historical and anthropological approach highlights how key the role of referencing to the wikipedian community is, in order to face the issues of epistemic trust. It also reveals the tensions inherent to the editorial policy of this project

Full textConsidering only old female Moroccan migrants as the subjects of this thesis on migration, we pursue two objectives : The first one consists in showing the way their need of recognition builds itself through the experiences of contempt engendered by the situations of dominion and by the feelings of injustice that confront them. The second one concerns the way this normative frame, that can a priori be considered carrier of emancipation, actually functions as coercive and accentuates the submission of these women. By privileging a situational approach, this work questions successively the forms of contempt, the grades of résistance and the qualifies of strategy employed. It acts as a process of interrogation of the constituent modes of invisibility of these immigrant women and the dimension of their autonomous illegitimate existence. Therefore, it is important to emphasize the following : Confronted by the stigmatisation of their work and the experiences of contempt which they undergo, the immigrant women adopt strategies of restoration of their self which depend on each one of their individual trajectory in the French Society, the place occupied by their group within the French society and of their evaluation of the situation. Facing the paradox of the normative injunctions imposed by the institutions, the Moroccan migrants use them to bypass the obligations engendered by these institutions. Confronted with difficulties connected to the limitation of their right of participation, the women that were interviewed, use essentially the links with the country of origin to obtain a social respect which depends on the ways the power relations are negotiated and on the margin of operation each individual has reached

Full textThe Cumanagoto are an indigenous people of the northeast coast of Venezuela. According to their oral history the people of those territories originally Karib have lived there for 30. 000 years. They lived under the Spanish colonization from 1594 to 1811. The indepence was declared On July5th 1810 but was real in 1822 with the battle of Carabobo Since 1882 the people no longer spoke about the Cumanagotos. My mother who belonged to the indigenous people Cumanagoto spent her life looking for her people but she n ever found them Before her death she asked me to continue the search about the Cumanagoto our people. This is what I have done since then and it's a coincidence that during the year 1998 , I found my people ‘s governor. At present according to the representatives and the Cumanagoto’s delegates there would be more than 12 Cumanagoto “ pure blood” the State of Anzoátegui in Venezuela. The fieldwork revealed that the physical mixing of these populations is obvious. From the beginning I decided not to take pictures of these families, places, houses, roads, forests only when there was nobody. Eight years later, after my integration to these communities, many people came and asked me to take pictures and talk about them in my doctoral thesis, with the hope that the president would see them and see their bad living conditions. According to some Cumanagoto delegates, there would be more than one million people with Cumanagoto roots in Venezuela This figure has not been proved because the censuses done in the last century did not consider the ethnic Cumanagoto origin neither in their territory nor in the rest of the country, the Cumanagoto people were considered as Venezuelan peasants. Since the dawn of time Cumangoto celebrated matrimonial alliances with neighboring people. . . .

Full textRecommender systems play a leading role in user’s choice guidance. The search of accuracy in such systems is generally done through an optimization of a function between the items and the users. It has been proved that maximizing only the accuracy does not produce the most useful recommendation for the users. This can confine individuals inside the bubble of their own choices. Additionally, it tends to emphasize the agglomaration of the users’ behavior on few popular items. Thus, it produces a lack of diversity and novelty in recommendations and a limited coverage of the platform catalog. This can lead to an absence of discovery. Monotony and frustration are also induced for the users. This non-discovery is even more crucial if the platform wants to be fair in its recommendations with all contents’ producers (e.g, music artists, writers, video game developers or videographers). The non diversity, and novelty problem is more important for the users because it has been shown that human mind appreciates when moved outside of its comfort zone. For example, the discovery of new artists, the discovery of music genres for which he is not accustomed. In this thesis we present two families of model that aim to go beyond accuracy in content based recommender system scenario. Our two models are based on a user profile understanding prior to bring diversification. They capture the diversity in the user profile and respond to thisdiversity by looking to create a diverse list of recommendation without loosing to much accuracy. The first model is mainly built upon a clustering approach, while the second model is based on an wavelet function. This wavelet function in our model helps us delimit an area where the user will find item slightly different from what he liked in the past. This model is based on the assumption of the existence of a defined intermediate area between similar and different items. This area is also suitable for discovery. Our proposals are tested on a common experimental design that consider well-known datasets and state-of-the-art algorithm. The results of our experiments show that our approaches indeed bring diversity and novelty and are also competitive against state-of-the-art method. We also propose a user-experiment to validate our model based on the wavelet. The results of user centered experiments conclude that this model corresponds with human cognitive and perceptual behavior

Full textHippocratic doctors are close to the woman's body, they describe it like no other man from the classical period has been able to do. Their interest in anatomy, physiology or in various pathologies are a key to reaching unequalled closeness to it. They even sometimes let us hear women's voices throughout the manifestation of the sicknesses, the worries and the practices, which are a testimony to the persistence in their writings of traditional procedures. Hippocratic doctors incarnate a fundamental intellectual path : the one of rational perspective in the comprehension of organic processes. Their biological observations, however, stop where the body and the skin begin. They imagine women's anatomy in a consensual way. The unwavering belief in the constitutive inferiority of everything female has distorted their theories. A woman's body is frailer, more unbalanced, its flesh is softer, looser, less resistant, moist. Their physiology is not only inferior but is even barely capable of sustaining itself. The conceptual inferiority which Greek culture links to the woman's body classifies it as a passage which direction sometimes changes : the passage taken by blood each month, the passage taken by the child which establishes its identity. It is a tool : malleable, easily influenced, hypersensitive, a condenser at the doctor's disposal. The major part of medical dissertation is taken up by testimonies to physical particularities. The sicknesses of the woman are then those of her sex, since it is the sex which defines the body. The medical line strengthens and asserts the oikos and the city's way of thinking : women are sick when they do not meet the expectations of their husbands and their community any more, when they wander from the normative path society imposes on them : they are sick of not bearing children. Remedies and therapies carry the cultural values associated with the representation of the ingredients they are based upon. The composition of medicine is a language intended for the woman's body where presuppositions and empiricism mingle. Gynaecological pharmacopoeia is the material expression of the mental representation Hippocratic doctors have of the woman's body. It also informs on actual therapeutic facts. Hippocratic medicine is not only made of representations and symbols but is also an active medicine which shapes the body as well as it conceptualises it

Full textThe lessons brought by financial theory in the matter of corporate valuation and the measure of the cost of capital have several limits. The first pertains to the method of valuation used on the financial markets. The recent volatility in stock prices has called into question the market's ability to reflect the fair value of the firm. The second relates to the value of equity using the CAPM often criticized since the early 70's. Another limit concerns the sensitivity of the weighted average cost of capital to capital structure changes. How, in that context, can we find the proper tools to determine the right fair value of the corporation or the appropriate way to measure cost of capital? Based on a study related to the practice of financial analysts, this work aims at finding fundamental determinants of the cost of capital. First, we realised that the analysts have now moved from a simple market valuation to a method based on the value of the total assets of the firm. Then, cost of equity is often determined by the addition of a risk premium to the risk free rate, rather than using the CAPM. A survey of 114 companies reveals that the cost of capital, according to the Internal Rate of Return method, is determined by specific corporate ratios. Moreover, we found out that those ratios are key determinants for both the cost of capital and the capital structure

Full textThis research studies how economists in the United States established the scientific authority of their discipline during the period around World War II. Concretely, our analysis shows how the economists’ quest for the authority of science shaped a new body of ideas and concepts, control instruments and computational procedures which defined the very essence of economics. Simultaneously these developments brought material and symbolic benefits to the discipline, inside and outside academia. By establishing itself as a type of knowledge which is at once abstract, technical and empirical, Economics consolidated as a discipline capable of producing universal knowledge, articulating the academic world and the practical sphere and establishing its qualifications as an applied domain for policy-making. Our analysis focuses on three top institutions in the US academic world: the Cowles Commission, the Economics Department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Department of Economics at the University of Chicago. By studying the standardization of the PhD program in Economics, this research also studies the process of reaching a consensus within the discipline as link to the quest for the special status of “science”. Rooted in the social history of science, this study contributes to the analysis of standards which influence today’s research, teaching and professional activity of economists

Full textThe purpose of these thesis is to study the progress of democracy through the history of urban policies in France from the 19th century to our days. Until the second world war, the state were reluctant to take charge of urban problems. These were dealt with by the civil service apart from public debate. In the sixties, the state decided to control urban growth. In order to respect democracy, the state instituted methods of participation which were soon denounced as manipulation. Since the eighties, with the "politique de la ville", political action has no longer been reduced to the only behalf of the state. It means the development of local democracy in the institution of urban policies

Full textThis master' thesis presents En quête de chemins illusoires (Towards Illusory Paths), a diptych which is also a bas-relief following its unique hanging. It tries to express the idea of energy and abundance that characterizes the visual illusions from which I paint and invites to get away with a collection of complicated, full of life, composite and open interpretation narratives. En quête de chemins illusoires is, first of all, two very large canvas paintings made in a distinctive way, multilemma. Between figuration and abstraction, its originality consists in the abandonment of any formal intention, that is to say without prior choice of subjects or any conscious search of narrative. The multilemmé way also involves a three-dimensional presentation that differs from a single hanging. Thus, the swelling and draping effects created by irregular padding complete the work and give it volume. This manipulation also adds to the blurring of the painted shapes and their entanglement. The ambition behind En quête de chemins illusoires is threefold. It is driven in the first place by the desire to lengthen perceptual activity, to ensure that the first glance to the work will turn into a generous and longer halt. Consequently, it also aims at encouraging the phenomenon of attention which leads to a complication of the interpretation. Finally, it seeks to generate an illusion of movement from the effects induced by prolonged fixation, namely the displacement and deformation of the elements that surround the areas under gaze. Like the fluxus artist's works of the last century, En quête de chemins illusoires wants to suppress the idea of a finite work, by putting forward the importance of its interpretation.

Full textThis thesis attempts to interpret Diderot’s disjointed style in ethics, from his trip to Saint-Petersburg until his death (1773-1784), with the help of four disciplines: analysis of the controversies, logic, epistemology and hermeneutic. In the late period, Diderot was criticised for incoherence, moral hypocrisy and ragged writing. On one hand, this image was the result of simplistic reading, initiated by the Counter-Enlightenment. On the other, it comes from a plural way of writing and thinking. The aging philosopher studied ethics from different points of view, oscillating between the search for universal rules and the study of varying circumstances. Considering Diderot’s encyclopedism, this thesis proposes reading the late work as an anamorphosis playing on several themes, knowledge and writings. The consistency of his ethics will therefore rely on the reader’s perspective. Diderot was well aware of the plural reading of his complex work. To counter misinterpretations, he reflected on a moral way to interpret Seneca in his Essai sur les règnes de Claude et de Néron. This practice of interpretation applied as much for Diderot himself as it did for his period. Far from dissolving the need for a universal moral truth in an infinite variation of cultures, circumstances and languages, the philosopher instead tried to bring together these cultures as well as different conceptions of good and evil
Lejeune, Caroline. "En quête de justice écologique : théorie politique environnementale et mobilisations sociales." Thesis, Lille 2, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015LIL20022.
Full textThis work aims at analysing the theoretical evolution of social justice when it is progressively confronted to environmental limits. It is based on the study of the social and institutional movements that arose around an urban planning project – the Union Zone – in the metropolis of Lille, Northern France. These social movements were at first concentrating their claims on issues far from ecologicalconcerns. But a slow evolution of their claims took place when they were confronted to a project of “exemplary eco-district” (2006-2022). This work will focus on the shift from social claims (based on distributive justice and political acknowledgement) to ecological claims (where social justice is confronted to environmental limits). Drawing on an analysis of the transformation of discourses, of the participation procedures, and of the evolution of the theoretical frames used by the social movements, we offer an insight on the conditions of transformation of pluralist representative democracy. This analysis of the issues and purposes of ecological justice aims at reconsidering the way environmentallimits could be incorporated into the participative practices of democracies. Drawing on the field of green political theory, this work also aims at showing that ecological justice lays on an ecocentrist view of justice that could contribute to question the theory of democracy in the light of existentialinterdependences connecting the ecological and the social spheres

Full textThe treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in the sanatoria was elaborated in Germany and Switzerland during the second half of the XIXth century. Applied to the tuberculous soldiers during the First World War, this cure method was officialized in 1919, in France, with the Honnorat law on public sanatoria. On the basis of a corpus of 150 projects, the thesis work questions the sanatorium architecture during the Twenties and Thirties at the light of the former experiences and hygienic and technical principles formulated after the war. The requirements of asepsis, discipline and monitoring of the patients in the sanatoria constitute the bases of this medical program and define its typological constants. Following the indications of the doctors and the architects, the architectural and technical design of the sanatoria gives an account of the constant will to improve their medical and social output

Full textBased mainly on nunpublished union archives, this research deals with the history of the cfdt in the sixties. It aims top retrace and explain the profound cultural transformation of an organization whichg moved in a few years from christian social morality to "selfmanaged" socialism. Three main stages can be distinguished in this shift. In 1964, "deconfessionalization" was the result of the long process through which the french confederation of christian workers became the french democratic confederation of labour. Though highly significant, this secularizatiion of the cfdt did not entail the adoption of a substitute identity. From 1966 to 1968, through permanent "unity of action" with the cgt, the cfdt was forced to define more clearly its objectives and to go further in its analyses. Finally, the shock of may 68 entailed a radicalization of previous tendencies. Two years later a cfdt with "revolutionary" ambitions emerged rallying round a new watchword : selfmanagement or autogestion

Full textThe Apapocuva-Guarani myth of the "land without evil" appears in Americanist litterature as penned by Curt Unkel Nimuendaju in 1914. In his book that goes on to deeply influence contemporary studies of the Guarani, Nimuendaju suggests that it is possible to understand the "historical migrations" of many Tupi-Guarani groups through the search for the lost paradise that was once the "land without evil". The idea was then embraced by Alfred métraux, and after him by many researchers such as Egon Schaden, Pierre and Hélène Clastres and Léon Cadogan. The "land without evil" has become a mainstay of Guarani religious studies, and an unavoidable theme in anthropological literature. It was only during the past two decades that strong criticism has emerged, in particular, the critiques of Cristina Pompa, Francisco Noelli and catherine Julien who protest the use, deemed abusive, of a single myth to interpret different religiosities or migrations occuring over several centuries. These critiques, however, were directed more towards Métraux and his idea of "Tupi-Guarani Civilization" rather than Nimuendaju. Paradoxically, the more that the "land without evil" became known, the more the "original" myth of Apapocuva has become forgotten. This doctoral thesis aims to examine this founding framework of Guarani studies. Far from taking sides in the debate, it strives to situate the myth and the Apopacuva in their historical context based on oral testimony, previously unpublished writings of Nimuendaju himself, and a corpus of documents from the second hald of the nineteenth century - contemporary with the migrations described by Nimuendaju. This work does not only allow for a new reading of the "land without evil"; it also sets the stage for a new reading of Guarani religion and the role that it has taken in anthropological and historical studies

The family caracteristics of farms give them a specific logic, different from that of home-oeconomicus of the micro-economic theory. We have tried to understand the real behaviour of the farmers by studing their practices related to the monetary flows. These practices depend on their situation and the family project (objectives) and take account of the reproduction of the family farm system.
