Information-measuring technologies (IMT) are an important instrument for solving problems of energy informatics. In the recent decades it has become apparent that the human race can lead to a polluting and energy- wasting lifestyle and the depletion of natural resources and an ecological disaster as well. Energy efficiency is the realization of the chance to see a wider use of renewable energy. Renewable energy sources can be found in large quantities in Europe. A proper exploitation of these would be important because of the "traditional" energy sources’s sate is very critical in many ways. The utilization of renewable energy sources depends on many factors. As the demand for efficient energy management increases, the need for extensive, high-quality energy data becomes critical. However, privacy concerns and insufficient data volume pose significant challenges. To address these issues, data synthesis techniques are employed to augment and replace real data. This paper introduces Doubly Structured Data Synthesis (DS2), a novel method to tackle privacy concerns in time-series energy-use data. DS2 synthesizes rate changes to maintain longitudinal information and uses calibration techniques to preserve the cross-sectional mean structure at each time

Abstract The article analyzes the problem of energy saving in the context of organizational and technical measures. One of the energy saving factors is the use of waste heat of various potential. The advantages of using waste heat in the energy sector and the scope of their application are considered. Power plants for waste processing and their parameters are described. Examples of the creation of special energy devices for the chemical industry are given. The connection of internal (by-product) energy resources (IER) with technologies using melting furnaces is noted. The boundaries of the use
