Abstract:
PurposeThe purpose of this paper is twofold: to outline the historical and current contextual forces behind the development of the social enterprise movement in Israel and to analyze the different models identified by the research team along which social enterprises are formed at present. Design/methodology/approachThe study was part of the International Comparative Social Enterprise Models (ICSEM) Project and the methodology used in the analysis of the models was the one used in the international comparison. It entailed the analysis of three to five case studies within each model, which were analyzed along three major dimensions: the economic basis of the enterprise, its social objectives and its governance structure. FindingsThe findings suggest that social enterprises in Israel develop along four major models, all within existing different incorporation systems; these are nonprofit organizations, privately owned business enterprises, cooperatives and public-sector frameworks. On the basis of the case studies analyzed, it was possible to identify specific characteristic configurations of the three dimensions (economic/social/governance) that were at the basis of the model and guided it. Originality/valueThe study is the first of its kind to present a broad picture of the developing social enterprise scene in Israel and as such can clearly inform and guide both researchers and policymakers in their future work on the development of the social enterprise phenomenon in the country.

Abstract:
The relevance of the research topic is explained by the fact that the existence of various approaches to the assessment of the level of sustainability of an enterprise’s development predetermines possible difficulties when enterprises choose a methodology and criteria for estimation of this category. Thus, the purpose of this article is the research of categorical aspects of the sustainability of an enterprise’s development and a characteristic of the principles and approaches adopted in relation to the term “controlling of the sustainable development of an enterprise”. In this article, the sustainable development of an enterprise is considered in terms of several aspects. A contentious issue is the following: what kind of sustainability does the controlling system of an enterprise provide? In this regard, analysis of the content of the aspects of each type of sustainability is performed. In addition, an assumption is made that controlling ensures the sustainable development of an enterprise by performing the following functions: preventive, adaptive, coordinating, analytical, organizational, instrumental, informational, and prognostic; the content and economic directionality of each function are disclosed. In the course of characterization of the effective controlling indicator of the sustainability of an enterprise’s development, the main principles that should guide the development of this indicator are identified; its main criteria are highlighted. The research notes that a complex assessment of the sustainability of the development of enterprises in modern conditions requires the necessity of considering the sustainability of the economic system from financial and economic aspects. Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is made that the creation of criteria for assessing the indicator of controlling of sustainable development of an enterprise will significantly increase the efficiency of the controlling system at industrial enterprises and therefore is more than necessary.

Abstract:
The innovation of enterprise management model has increasingly become one of the important sources of competitive advantage for enterprises. At present, the market environment is changing rapidly, and information technology is changing the nature and structure of enterprise competition. In the competitive landscape of enterprises under the background of network economy, only relying on technological innovation can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development. In recent years, the successful practice of a large number of enterprises has shown that the innovation of enterprise management mode is also an indispensable and important factor to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. In the new format of competition among enterprises, the innovation of enterprise management mode is playing an important role. Scholars have very rich research contents on the innovation of enterprise management model. First, they focus on the research between the innovation of enterprise management model and the value creation of enterprises. They believe that determining the structure of new business and innovation of enterprise management model can create value for enterprises. The innovation of enterprise management model can effectively explain the differences in enterprise performance; secondly, the research of enterprise management model innovation has been extended to its classification research; that is, different types of enterprise management model innovation have different effects on performance; finally, in the existing research, in this paper, some progress has been made in the exploration of the mediating variables between enterprise management model innovation and performance. The example verification shows that the performance of the momentum-adaptive algorithm is the best. Using the BP network model can effectively evaluate the innovation of enterprise management mode and performance indicators, so as to guide the implementation of enterprise management mode innovation activities. Although this paper has made some innovative achievements, there are still many limitations and deficiencies in the research. The depth of literature search, the breadth of data measurement collection, and the subjectivity of questionnaires will affect the accuracy of the results. The practicality of the research results needs to be further improved in the follow-up research.

Abstract:
Resilient business enterprises are able to survive strategic disruptions like technology disruptions and come back more successful. They succeed because they develop and effectively implement the resilience strategies of mitigation, adaption, and transformation. This paper proposes an integrated resilience framework that is based on a combination of enterprise architecture and business architecture frameworks. At the core of the proposed framework is a meta-model and a method. The framework guides the development of a unified vision of how a business enterprise can address a specific strategic disruption and transform itself in a successful way. The framework articulates the vision through the lens of business blueprint views that guide the formation of transformation initiatives. Through the mapping capabilities of the framework, the transformation initiatives cross over the boundaries between organization structures and domains. In the last section we demonstrate our proposed method and meta-model with the help of a case study.

Abstract:
In order to promote China's economy high-quality development, the country has continuously lowered the certification standards for high-tech enterprises. The existing research literature has not yet reached a clear conclusion about the impact of high-tech qualification certification on enterprise innovation performance. This paper uses the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2018 as a research sample. Through the propensity score matching method, it is found that the implementation of the high-tech enterprise identification policy has an effect on the innovation performance of the enterprise, especially for strategic innovation represented by the number of non-invention patent applications. The sub-sample results show that the identification policy has a more obvious impact on the innovation performance of non-state-owned enterprises, young enterprises and larger enterprises. Finally, based on the results of the research, it is proposed to continuously improve the identification policy, guide enterprises to make substantial innovations, and implement hierarchical tax rates for different types of enterprises to help improve the identification policies for high-tech enterprises.

Abstract:
Chemical enterprises in China make important contributions to daily life and the national economy. Since “green development” has been treated as one of the most important developmental strategies in China, scientifically evaluating the level of green development is extremely important for chemical enterprises. In this study, a systematic evaluation method is proposed for chemical enterprises by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The key to this evaluation method is a new comprehensive indicator, the Green Development Degree (GDD). As an example, Shandong Lubei Enterprise, that has the process of phosphogypsum to sulfuric acid and cement (PSC), is analyzed by GDD. The results show that GDD would increase with the improvement of the PSC process’s green evolution. When compared with the national average level, the GDD of the case enterprise increases from 50 to 133. In addition, experience regarding the green development for chemical enterprises is proposed. This study aims to guide the green development of chemical enterprises, help enterprise groups to assess subsidiary corporations and adjust improvement measures, and achieve the national macro-control of chemical enterprises.

Abstract:
Lack of shared understanding among stakeholders is a commonly cited drawback in enterprise architecture development. Stakeholders need to have shared understanding of requirements and principles for an enterprise architecture, and the extent to which the resultant architecture addresses their concerns. However, existing approaches for enterprise architecture development lack adequate capabilities for managing aspects associated with creating shared understanding among stakeholders. Although such aspects can be largely managed by approaches for collaborative decision making and soft systems thinking, these approaches lack details on the enterprise architecture process and its products. Therefore, this paper explores ways of mutually diminishing these gaps through adopting situational method engineering, to guide the development of a situational method for enabling stakeholders to acquire shared understanding of requirements for an enterprise architecture. The situational method presented herein is a component of a broader method for supporting collaboration between stakeholders and architects during enterprise architecture creation. Although the latter was successfully evaluated in 6 enterprises, it exhibited highest performance scores in two enterprises after it was amended with the situational method. Therefore, this paper also presents key findings from evaluating the situational method in the two agencies that are located in Uganda.

Abstract:
In practice, although there is no doubt about the role of enterprise internal control, how to evaluate the effect of enterprise internal control and the auditability of internal control has always been a difficult problem that plagues the theoretical and practical circles. The problems existing in the construction and development of enterprise internal control, such as the information content problem in the enterprise internal control evaluation report, are largely due to the lack of the conceptual framework of enterprise internal control to guide the internal control theory of enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of a set of conceptual framework for the evaluation report of internal control of enterprises and a full understanding of its importance play an important role in solving the practical problems faced in the practice of internal control of enterprises and promoting the construction and development of internal control of enterprises. The construction of the conceptual framework of the internal control evaluation report of an enterprise should adopt the viewpoint of the essential starting point theory, learn from the experience in the construction of relevant conceptual frameworks, start from the concept of the conceptual framework, clarify the main users of the report and their common needs, and combine the functions of the internal control evaluation report. Then, determine the objectives of the internal control evaluation report. This paper proposes that the introduction of information quality characteristics, elements of internal control evaluation reports, and cost-benefit measurement concepts can achieve the preset goals of enterprise internal control evaluation reports.

Abstract:
Realizing the sustainable innovation growth of enterprises is one of the important research directions of management science. Traditional enterprise growth innovation methods cannot effectively estimate the emotional tendency of online public opinion (PO), and they cannot guide the effective growth of enterprises. For this reason, This paper proposes an enterprise growth innovation technology based on the evolutionary game (EG) model of sustainable development and deep learning (DL). Firstly, by obtaining the game payment matrix between network users and enterprises, combined with the deep neural network model, the PO evolution model of the enterprise growth network was constructed and solved. Then, a convolutional neural network (CNN) model was used to extract sequence features from global information, and a gated recurrent unit (GRU) was used to consider the context. A DL network model based on CNN–GRU was proposed. Finally, by introducing the EG model, a stable strategy was generated through the dynamic adjustment of the whole system, which improved the accuracy of online PO judgment. Through simulation experiments, the enterprise growth innovation method proposed in this paper was compared with the other three methods. The results show that the accuracy, precision, recall, and f1 value of this method are 92.21%, 89.33%, 91.86%, and 91.64%, respectively, which are better than the other three methods. This method is of great significance for promoting enterprise innovation technology and sustainable development of enterprises.

Abstract:
As the cradle of scientific research institutions and the cultivation of innovative talents, high-level universities are of certain theoretical and practical significance to investigate the impact of high-level universities on the innovation of local enterprises under the realistic background of the revival of machine learning. This paper takes A-share listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2013 to 2019 as samples, and empirically examines the relationship between high-level universities and local enterprise innovation from the perspective of “double first-class” universities. The study found that high-level universities have a significant role in promoting the innovation of local enterprises, and a series of robustness tests have also confirmed the conclusions of this paper. Mechanism analysis shows that high-level universities promote local enterprise innovation mainly by promoting human capital output and school-enterprise cooperation. Heterogeneity analysis shows that executive gender, government intervention, and differences in regional development levels have significant heterogeneity effects. This paper has obvious policy implications: China should guide high-level universities to cultivate high-quality talents, cultivate positive school-enterprise cooperation, promote the sharing of innovative resources, and promote the high-quality development of the real economy.

The results show that loose monetary policy significantly weakened the negative impact of high leverage on enterprise R&D investment. After considering the heterogeneity and fixed effects of enterprise and industry characteristics, loose monetary policy still significantly improved highly leveraged enterprises’ R&D investment and showed a greater innovation-driving role in a competitive market environment. Based on this, this paper believes that The People’s Bank of China should continue to guide the decrease of medium- and long-term interest rates and promote benign competition among enterprises to improve the effectiveness of the monetary policy.

Abstract:
The rapid development of cloud computing, big data, AI, BI and other information technologies has accelerated the process of enterprise modernization and informatization. The combination of computer technology and management science promoted the formation of modern enterprise management technology. Especially in today’s era of big data, in the face of massive data, how to quickly and accurately find out the required information, analyze the memory relation of data, find out the inherent business law hidden under massive information, and provide an important reference for enterprises to make business decisions and seek for market opportunities. A methodology that exhibits fuzzy TOPSIS model has been incorporated in this study. Fuzzy weights and fuzzy judgment about the management systems have employed to estimate the scores of evaluation. In order to solve this problem, this paper integrates independent ERP and BI, and studies and develops a marketing management system by using advanced technologies such as data warehouse, online analysis and data mining; The system extracts useful data from ERP data sources, and analyzes the internal rules and statistical results that can be used to guide the enterprise’s actions, so as to effectively improve the enterprise’s competitiveness.

Abstract:
With the rapid growth of Chinese social network users, the open yet anonymous cyberspace makes the Chinese public more inclined to express their feelings and opinions freely on the Internet, and thus generate opinions that are not conducive to the survival and development of Chinese enterprises, i.e., enterprise negative network public opinion. Based on this, this paper takes a Chinese enterprise’s negative network public opinion as the research object. First, our research identifies the stakeholders involved in the dissemination process of public opinion information. Secondly, we model the decision-making behaviors of stakeholders in different stages to obtain the evolutionarily stable strategy. After that, the simulation experiment is conducted to analyze the key points of enterprise strategy adjustment in different stages of negative network public opinion dissemination. The experimental results show that: (1) In its formation stage, opinion leaders usually do not participate in the event, and thus enterprises need to focus on the active ordinary Internet users; (2) In its development stage, if an enterprise wants to reduce the loss caused by negative events, it needs to make use of online media to give corresponding positive guidance; (3) In its control stage, enterprises should take corresponding legal measures to netizens who make improper remarks on the Internet, increase the risk cost of these netizens group, and cooperate with the government’s control work to guide the negative public opinion to turn in a beneficial direction. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified using a practical case.

Abstract:
Based on the inside and outside area of the enterprises, this paper re-constructs the double-layer responsibility control system of enterprise environmental cost (DRSEC) by referring to life cycle theory, responsibility center theory and system theory. In the inner layer, each responsibility center of environmental cost control is divided according to the five stages of the enterprise life cycle. These responsibility centers closely cooperate to effectively reduce the environmental costs of the enterprises. In the outer layer, the two major responsible entities of the government and the public supervise the control of environmental costs, guide the goals setting of environmental costs and give feedback to inner layer. By designing a double-layer environmental cost control system with synchronous operation of inner and outer layers, we expect to provide new ideas for enterprises to control environmental costs.

Modern enterprise technological landscapes are being impacted by the increasing individuation of information systems (IS). Consequently, the end-user computing phenomenon is being extended to incorporate a multitude of nascent possibilities for organizations. One promising avenue encompasses the use of business analytics. Common categories of enterprise intelligence analytics are traditionally derived from activity patterns and collaborative routines. The scope of this article focuses on another emergent category of analytics which is referred to as “enterprise personal analytics”. This topic has been only minimally analysed in IS and business intelligence research. This article therefore extends understanding by presenting a grid framework which comprises various combinations of research stakeholder perspectives and concerns. This framework can be used to guide and coalesce future research on illuminating how personal analytics can be used effectively in an enterprise setting.

Abstract:
Purpose – In light of recent enthusiasm over African private sector development, the purpose of this paper is to review the business literature on African enterprise development with a view of identifying lacunas in the literature and of developing an analytical framework that may guide future research on this issue. Design/methodology/approach – The paper provides a review of the extant literature on African enterprise development by juxtaposing the traditional pessimistic view of African business performance with more recent, optimistic accounts. Based on the literature review, lacunas in the literature are identified and an integrative framework for analysing African enterprise development is developed. The framework is used to provide an overview of the received literature on African enterprise development, to identify voids and lacunas and to identify new research agendas. Findings – While a growing number of studies suggest profound improvements in the performance of African enterprises, data limitations, conceptual ambiguities and absence of comprehensive studies still cautions against sweeping generalizations. The paper reviews the literature on factors shaping the performance of African enterprises, observing that while much research is focusing on the role of the African business environments for enterprise development, much less attention has been devoted to the role of firm-specific capabilities, strategies and management. The paper concludes by advocating a contingency approach to research on African enterprise development that emphasizes the interplay between firm-specific factors and the specificities of the African business environment. Originality/value – The paper provides a comprehensive literature review on African enterprise development and presents a novel framework for understanding African enterprise development from a business perspective.

Abstract:
Purpose: The paper aims to identify major components of the competitive potential of enterprises operating at the initial stage of the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The research hypothesis H1 is advanced: the scope of business objects affects the selection of enterprise competitive potential components. The concept and nature of competitiveness are discussed and the subject matter of enterprise competitive potential is detailed. Design/methodology/approach: The theoretical section follows a thorough review of leading specialist literature. The empirical part, on the other hand, uses the exploratory factor analysis, which detects an optimum group of main factors and explains correlations among observable variables, serves to verify the hypothesis. The number of factors is determined by means of the Cattell scree and Kaiser criteria. Findings: The paper contains the results of research into 253 large enterprises in the Polish economy. Exploratory factor analysis is employed to define the statistically significant components of competitive potential of enterprises active in the initial phase of the economic crisis and the effect of business objectives is explored on the selection of the components of enterprise competitive potential. It is shown that, regardless of business objects, three factors, namely, innovative machinery and equipment, the financial condition of an enterprise, and human capital, are the key components of enterprise competitive potential. Practical implications: The results can be utilised by entrepreneurs as a guide to the selection of the components of enterprise competitive potential at the times of crises. Originality/value: The paper presents the results of original research into a representative group of large enterprises which can be generalised to the entire population assuming a confidence level of α = 95% and maximum error of β = 6%.

Abstract:
In 2007, the SO2 emissions trading pilot policy was established to offer a framework for the management of the industrial environment. The evaluation of the effect of this policy on the industrial enterprise environment is expected to be of great importance for the development of the industrial economy. Our paper aimed to analyze the implementation effects and mechanisms of emissions trading systems using data collected from the China Industrial Enterprise Database and China Industrial Enterprise Pollution Discharge Database from 1998 to 2012. It was found that the policy decreased the emissions intensity of industrial enterprises; moreover, the emission reduction effect was most apparent in the eastern region, in non-state-owned enterprises, in large-scale enterprises, and in low-pollution industries. The findings of the intermediate effect test revealed that the emissions trading system positively affects the environment through the “innovation compensation” effect and “resource allocation” effects. Based on these findings, we make the following recommendations for policy: we should continue to comply with the improvement strategy of joining “market decision” with “government regulation”, actively encourage the construction of an emissions trading system, and guide industrial enterprises to fabricate a plan for working on environmental performance under the motivation of technological innovation.

Abstract:
Safety investment is an essential guarantee to identify and manage potential security problems in petrochemical port enterprises. The reasonability of safety investment structure determines overall security risks in an enterprise. Based on the definition of risks, combining Cobb-Douglas production function with FTA probability model, and taking Gompertz curve model as the constraint condition, structure optimization model of safety investment is built in order to minimize risks and work out the safety investment structure of petrochemical port enterprises. According to the case study, the calculations indicate that safety investment in corporate management presents a larger growth rate than past years and that unsafe act of human being is the main factor accounting for the greatest probability of occurrence, which is consistent with previous accident investigation results as well as enterprise reality. This testifies that the model is effective and that the results can guide the allocation of safety investment of petrochemical port enterprises scientifically.

Abstract:
With supply chain management’s increasing importance in work safety, this paper establishes the leading enterprise with core enterprises as work safety units. These guide the small and medium-sized enterprises within the supply chain to focus on improving work safety according to the leading position of the supply chain’s core enterprises. Therefore, the Stackelberg game model is applied to build and explain supply chain node-enterprises’ optimal centralized and decentralized operational decisions. This research was conducted in the context of enterprise work safety constraints’ influence on the manufacturing supply chain’s equilibrium results. It also reveals the necessity in supply chain node enterprises’ contract coordination design by comparing the two decision models’ equilibrium results. Ultimately, the manufacturing supply chain’s overall profit and work safety can reach a level that includes centralized decisions through revenue- and cost-sharing contracts. Furthermore, profits to the supply chain’s node enterprises also improve, and a Pareto optimality is achieved. An enlightened management demonstrates the importance of core enterprises’ leading position in the supply chain, and the supply chain node enterprises’ levels of work safety, product demand, and total profit can be promoted through revenue- and cost-sharing contracts.

Abstract:
Purpose People with intellectual disability have a low rate of employment in Australia and internationally. Their low employment rate is set within a context of limited employment choices. Further, the most common types of work currently undertaken by people with intellectual disability – open and sheltered employment – have limitations and may not be suitable for everyone. Expanding the employment choices available represents an important way forward, but evidence is needed to guide the expansion. This paper aims to contribute to the evidence required by comparing people with intellectual disability’s experience and outcomes in open and sheltered employment to their experience and outcomes working in social enterprises, which is becoming an important alternative employment option for this group. Design/methodology/approach The paper uses the qualitative accounts of 51 people with intellectual disability to compare experiences and outcomes in open, sheltered and social enterprise employment in Australia. Findings The paper finds that social enterprises combine some of the benefits of open and sheltered employment and thus expand employment choice. However, the level of business/market development and opportunities for employment in social enterprises are currently limited and require further development and scale to enable social enterprises to be an option for more people with intellectual disability. Policy implications are drawn out for expanding employment choice, in particular through social enterprise employment, for people with intellectual disability. Originality/value The paper offers the first three-way comparison of open, sheltered and social enterprise employment for people with intellectual disability, contributing to both the disability employment and social enterprise literature.

Abstract:
Digital transformation has become a key strategy for enterprises to enhance resilience in effectively responding to external shocks and achieving sustainable development in the context of the global spread of the epidemic and the increase of uncertainties in external environments. In this paper, the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on corporate resilience are examined based on data of listed Chinese companies from 2007 to 2020. Our research results reveal that digital transformation can significantly enhance corporate resilience. This conclusion remains unchanged after controlling for endogeneity issues and performing various robustness analyses. Digital transformation has heterogeneous effects in the dimensions of corporate property rights, industries, and regions, with state-owned enterprises, manufacturing, and eastern enterprises benefiting more. Digital transformation primarily reinforces corporate resilience through mechanisms that improve human capital, strengthen innovation capabilities, ease financing constraints, and enhance internal control. Therefore, the government must guide macro policies, pay attention to the leading role of state-owned enterprises, and narrow the regional digital divide to better enact digital transformation and promote corporate resilience. Simultaneously, in the process of digital transformation, enterprises should combine the characteristics and development stages of their industry by exploring the development requirements and strategically implementing them in stages in a targeted manner. The findings of this paper provide new empirical evidence for the economic impact of enterprise digital transformation, as well as useful inspiration for enhancing enterprise resilience and promoting high-quality development.

Abstract:
Software supporting an enterprise’s business, also known as a business support system, needs to support the correlation of activities between actors as well as influence the activities based on knowledge about the value networks in which the enterprise acts. This requires the use of policies and rules to guide or enforce the execution of strategies or tactics within an enterprise as well as in collaborations between enterprises. With the help of policies and rules, an enterprise is able to capture an actor’s intent in its business support system, and act according to this intent on behalf of the actor. Since the value networks an enterprise is part of will change over time the business intents’ life cycle states might change. Achieving the changes in an effective and efficient way requires knowledge about the affected intents and the correlation between intents. The aim of the study is to identify how a business support system can support continuous changes to business intents. The first step is to find a theoretical model which serves as a foundation for intent-driven systems. We conducted a case study using a focus group approach with employees from Ericsson. This case study was influenced by the spiral case study process. The study resulted in a model supporting continuous definition and execution of an enterprise. The model is divided into three layers; Define, Execute, and a common governance view layer. This makes it possible to support continuous definition and execution of business intents and to identify the actors needed to support the business intents’ life cycles. This model is supported by a meta-model for capturing information into viewpoints. The research question is addressed by suggesting a solution supporting continuous definition and execution of an enterprise as a model of value architecture components and business functions. The results will affect how Ericsson will build the business studio for their next generation business support systems.

Abstract:
Corporate executives have the decision-making power of resource allocation, and efficient resource allocation is an important measure of high-quality development of enterprises. It is a focal issue whether the compensation incentive can promote the executives to make better use of the enterprise resource allocation. We investigate this question using the data of the Chinese listed companies in 2015–2019 based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and fixed effect model. The results show the following: (1) both monetary compensation incentive and equity incentive can significantly improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and the former is more significant; (2) there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between perquisite consumption incentive and resource allocation efficiency; (3) the above conclusion is still true in state-owned enterprises; (4) in private enterprises, the effect of equity incentive is more effective, but the effect of perquisite consumption incentive is less significant. The results highlight the relationship between compensation incentive and enterprise resource allocation. Our study is expected to guide the executives to formulate reasonable compensation incentives and improve the efficiency of resource allocation.

Abstract:
The paper analyses the proposed new legal form of a company – limited liability enterprise – which is the result of the work of UNCITRAL Working Group I (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises). Following the recommendations of the UN General Assembly, UNCITRAL commenced its activities at the meeting of the Working Group held in 2014. Over the course of several sessions until 2021, the Working Group adopted two major instruments: Legislative Guide on Key Principles of Business Registry and Legislative Guide on Limited Liability Enterprises. The latter document attempts to encourage states to introduce into their national legislations a new, hybrid legal form of a legal entity primarily intended to pursue commercial activities. This new legal entity would primarily be suitable for developing countries in which a large number of enterprises operate in the informal sector of the economy, i.e. they are not registered. This poses a risk for both enterprises and states when they perform their business activities. The aim is, therefore, to create incentives for their transfer from the informal to the formal economy.
