Abstract:
This paper used the SOM in combination of the optimized RFM for customer stratification, to develop targeted marketing strategies for enterprises. In this paper, customers were grouped into four categories, including core customers, opportunistic customers, service drain customers, and marginal customers, using the customer consumption data of a retail enterprise by SOM, a clustering algorithm based on neural networks, in combination with the optimized RFM from the perspective of machine learning. The value of customers in different categories was determined based on their typical features for a visualized analysis, to develop targeted marketing strategies for enterprises.

RIM, or “Ryegrass Integrated Management,” is a user-friendly weed management software that integrates long-term economics. As a model-based decision support system, RIM enables users to easily build 10-year cropping scenarios and evaluate the impacts of management choices on annual rigid ryegrass populations and long-term profitability. Best used in a workshop format to enable learning through interactions, RIM can provide insights for the sustainable management of ryegrass through “what-if” scenarios in regions facing herbicide resistance issues. The upgrade of RIM is presented, with changes justified from an end-user perspective. The implementation of the model in a new, intuitive software format is presented, as well as the revision, update, and documentation of over 40 management options. Enterprises, establishment systems, and control options were redefined to represent current practices, with the notable inclusion of customizable herbicide options and techniques for weed seed control at harvest. Several examples of how RIM can be used with farmers to demonstrate the benefits of adopting recommended practices for managing or delaying the onset of herbicide resistance are presented. Originally designed for the dryland broadacre systems of the Australian southern grainbelt, RIM's underlying modeling was restructured to facilitate future updates and adaptation to other weed species and cropping regions.

The data stored for a long time in livestock enterprises will play a crucial role in increasing the productivity in animal production, revealing animal breeding values, meeting qualified breeding needs, making effective breeding organizations, obtaining high income, determining the animals to be kept or as a breeder. Among the important technical data kept in livestock enterprises; ram, bull, and goat and their reproduction, growth-development, yield records (animal weight and wool yield in small ruminants, body weight gain, feed consumption, lactation and milk yield), reproductive performance measures, slaughter and carcass dimensions and characteristics records such as meat quality, animal diseases and vaccination practices can be shown as important technical data in livestock enterprises. Issues such as followed animals and storing identifying information of the animals from this data in the database are being made compulsory for conformity program of Turkey with the European Union by the rule number 27137 “Regulation on the identification, registration and monitoring of sheep and goat type of animals” that published in the official newspaper by Agriculture and Forestry Ministry on 10.02.2009. Nowadays, database software such as MySQL, MS SQL, Postrage SQL, Oracle, Firebird, IBM DB2 and MS Access are used in order to obtain healthy data and store the data safely. Knowledge of the use and cost of this database software and Database Management Systems (DBMS) is important for the enterprise. In this study, it is aimed to give information about the software that adds value to the enterprise and their costs of the operations on enterprise.

Sheep production can be optimised by matching the pasture supply curve to feed demand. This study evaluated the production from four management systems with Merino ewes during 2006–2010 in southern New South Wales by using different combinations of lambing time (winter, split, spring), ram breed (Merino, terminal), and percentage of summer-active pasture species (40% or 20% lucerne, Medicago sativa). All systems were stocked at a similar midwinter rate (dry-sheep equivalents per hectare of 8, 10.2, 13, 11.2 and 11.2 in the successive seasons 2006–2010), and there were three replicates of each system. Groundcover and pasture persistence were not adversely impacted by sheep system because sheep were removed at predetermined biomass triggers. Wool production per hectare was up to 178% or 12 kg/ha higher (P < 0.001) in systems where a later month of lambing allowed an increase in number of ewes per hectare at the same midwinter stocking rate. The quantity of lamb sold was not consistently higher in any one system, or in systems producing both crossbred and Merino lambs vs only Merino lambs, owing to variation in the weight and age of lambs at sale, but was increased (P < 0.001) by 175 kg/ha with use of 40% compared with 20% lucerne in a high-rainfall year. The risk of requiring high levels of supplementary feeding was higher in systems with later lambing because of below-average rainfall between 2006 and 2009. Large increases in production can be achieved from the same pasture base through choice of management system with different lambing time, stocking rate or ram breed, but flexibility is needed to optimise production in varying seasonal conditions.

Enterprise resources planning (ERP) is an automation technology with a systems approach that supports and manages business activities. ERP is the result of the development of information systems for material requirements planning (MRP) and MRP II. Information sharing activities in the supply chain become more accurate and real-time with ERP. ERP's adoption improves organisational performance in managing information, products, and financial flows (Su & Yang, 2010). Previous studies (AL-Shboul, 2018; Ilin, Ivetić, & Simić, 2017; Junior, Oliveira, & Yanaze, 2019; Mayeh, Ramayah, & Mishra, 2016; Rajan & Baral, 2015; Ram, Corkindale, & Wu, 2014) have discussed ERP's adoption, but unfortunately they could not explain the level of adoption in detail. Most researchers have only investigated ERP's adoption based on the use of ERP, regardless of the number of modules used. Conceptually, ERP has five modules, the more of the complete modules that are used, the higher the adoption level is. Consequently, the adoption rate should not be limited to one module, but it is necessary to know how many modules are adopted. Therefore, this research offers an answer to the lack of literature that discusses the level of adoption based on the number of ERP modules. Due to the rapid development of new technologies such as cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and mobile Internet, the data volumes are exploding. Particularly, in the industrial field, a large amount of data is generated every day. How to manage and use industrial Big Data primely is a thorny challenge for every industrial enterprise manager. As an emerging form of service, cloud computing technology provides a good solution. It receives more and more attention and support due to its flexible configuration, on-demand purchase, and easy maintenance. Using cloud technology, enterprises get rid of the heavy data management work and concentrate on their main business. Although cloud technology has many advantages, there are still many problems in terms of security and privacy. To protect the confidentiality of the data, the mainstream solution is encrypting data before uploading. In order to achieve flexible access control to encrypted data, attribute-based encryption (ABE) is an outstanding candidate. At present, more and more applications are using ABE to ensure data security. However, the privacy protection issues during the key generation phase are not considered in the current ABE systems. That is to say, the key generation center (KGC) knows both of attributes and corresponding keys of each user. This problem is especially serious in the industrial big data scenario, because it will cause great damage to the business secrets of industrial enterprises. In this paper, we design a new ABE scheme that protects user’s privacy during key issuing. In our new scheme, we separate the functionality of attribute auditing and key generating to ensure that the KGC cannot know user’s attributes and that the attribute auditing center (AAC) cannot obtain the user’s secret key. This is ideal for many privacy-sensitive scenarios, such as industrial big data scenario.

A widely used genetic algorithm (GA) is endorsed to improve the design of a multilayer microwave radar absorbing material (MMRAM) which shows good absorption of radar waves over a broad frequency range. In this research, the authors have used genetic algorithm based on MMRAM which plays an important role in defense and civil applications. The scope of multilayer microwave radar absorbing material (MMRAM) is that it can absorb radar signals and reduce or eliminate their reflection. Its primary use is in defense and certain commercial enterprises. The multilayer RAM design demands the superiority of suitable materials to be used in different layers, a decision about multiple layers, and the optimum breadth of an individual layer. The permeability and permittivity of the materials varying with frequency in a fictitious material are used. The effect of change in thickness and the number of layers of RAM on reflectivity is studied. Since the material characteristics are frequency-dependent, different restrained conditions are used for frequency bands to identify the RAM that has good electromagnetic absorption in the frequency range of 1 to 8 GHz.

It is known that technical conditions and dimensions are an integral part of any drawing, and the expansion of the possibilities for presenting engineering data as part of a digital model allows you to get rid of drawing documents. Most software systems for enterprises use the specified functionality in models, but the transfer of data (models and technical conditions in them) is difficult between systems. An example is exporting data from NX CAD to Solid Works. The proposed solutions in this article make it possible to transfer the technical conditions and the required model by means of a software solution and developed methods based on the functionality of the geometric kernel of Open Cascade.

A survey of 29 sheep producers was conducted to benchmark current sheep production practices and producer attitudes to sheep and pasture management in the Victorian Mallee. This report describes the farming systems, defines current sheep management practices and identifies management issues that are limiting production. It also highlights limitations of adoption, suggests potential adoption rates of specific practices by producers, and estimates increases in productivity achievable. Sheep producers could achieve small gains in farm productivity (an estimated average 0.3% annually) by adopting sheep management practices including using superior genetics, reducing ram numbers and introducing supplementary feeding. Possible reasons why recommended practices have not been adopted are discussed. The difficulty of integrating sheep into current short cropping systems was considered to be a key limitation to the adoption of management that could substantially increase productivity, such as higher stocking rates and winter–spring lambing. Important benefits to both productivity and environmental sustainability may be achieved through the replacement of fallowed land with improved pastures. However, a lack of data on the feed base and sheep production in relation to a changing feed base made it impossible to estimate the size of these benefits. It was concluded that further research is needed to collect data and benchmark pasture and livestock enterprises to allow quantification of the potential impact on farm profit of changes to pasture and sheep management in this region.

The paper presents a discursive analysis of the use of the category of “transaction costs”. The similarity of the concepts of “transaction costs’ and “costs of the marketing” by E. Chamberlin is demonstrated. However, in the original discourse of R. Coase, transaction costs are considered as the costs of using the price mechanism associated with the market allocation of resources. The firm, as a hierarchical economic system, was an alternative allocation mechanism to the market. The factors that influence the value of transaction costs in O. Williamson’s contract theory are almost unrelated to sales and the marketing. In the discourse of J. Buchanan and M. Olson transaction costs are costs arising in the political market. For J. Buchanan, these are the “positive” costs of creating new laws that reduce the social costs associated with the production and distribution of public goods. M. Olson’s discourse addresses not only the “positive” but also the “negative” costs associated with dividing markets through government regulation. In turn, R. Coase himself, investigating the problem of social costs associated with external effects, in fact got rid of transaction costs, equating them to zero. It is this situation of “Coase’s theorem” that began to be used in the framework of the analysis methodology of the discipline “Economics and Law”. The paper proposes an interpretation of transaction costs as costs of overcoming the boundaries between heterogeneous systems, based on the discourse of E. de Soto. In this case, the prices of legality/illegality can be viewed as the transaction costs of using different economic systems.

In recent years, with the development of machine learning and big data technology, user data has become an important element in the production process of enterprises. For today’s e-commerce platforms, the deep mining of user’s purchase behavior is helpful to understand user’s purchase preferences and accurately recommend products that meet user expectations, which can not only improve user satisfaction but also reduce platform marketing cost. To accurately identify the user value of online purchasing on an e-commerce platform, this paper uses an improved RFM model to extract user features and uses the K -means++ clustering algorithm to realize user classification. The indicators of the traditional RFM model characterize user features from three angles: recent purchase time ( R ), purchase frequency ( F ), and total consumption amount ( M ). The user group and scenarios studied in this paper are different from the previous literature: (1) the user group is relatively fixed, (2) the consumer goods are relatively single, and (3) the characteristics of repeated purchase are obvious. Therefore, based on the existing literature, this paper extracts the user characteristics studied and improves and models the traditional indicators. Based on the real purchasing data from September to December 2018, it calculates the indicators that improved RFM, empowers the weight to indicators, and finally classifies the value of users by using the K -means++ algorithm. The experimental results show that the user classification based on the improved RFM model is more accurate than the user classification based on the traditional RFM model, and the improved RFM model can identify the user value more accurately, which provides a strong support for the e-commerce platform to realize the accurate marketing strategy based on big data.

The decision process of different remanufacturing schemes in an electronic control system has great fuzziness and uncertainty. Therefore, it is essential to use an appropriate method to show the characteristics of different schemes and support the users’ decision. Based on the concepts of the artificial neural network theory and the improved comprehensive evaluation method, the decision-making system of the electronic control remanufacturing scheme was constructed in the present study. In the first step, a classification method of parts is proposed from the perspective of manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, an artificial neural network model is used to determine parts of remanufacturing value. Then the pricing strategy is divided according to the users’ needs, and then a decision model is constructed. The combined subjective and objective methods are used to solve the compound weight of different equipment, and a set of improved fuzzy comprehensive decision methods is formed. Then the proposed model was applied to an electronic control transformation project as an example to evaluate the performance of different schemes. The evaluation results were consistent with the results of a third-party organization. It was concluded that the proposed scheme can be used as the theoretical basis to choose the best remanufacturing scheme to ensure the efficient operation of each part in an ECS.

Abstract Tailings of mining and processing plants of Kryvbas are new areas of groundwater supply which have led to significant changes in the hydrodynamic and hydrogeochemical regimes of aquifers. The purpose of the research was to assess the degree of damage to the areas adjacent to the tailings of mining enterprises by dangerous The purpose of the research was to assess the degree of damage to the areas adjacent to the tailings of mining enterprises by dangerous hydrogeological processes, flooding and inundation. The quantitative regime of groundwater is in a stable state and corresponds to the modern conditions of operation of industrial facilities. During the research, chemical pollution in groundwater of all aquifers was recorded. At the time of research, there was an increased content of such microcomponents as: carcinogenic cadmium and nickel (up to 1.9-34 MPC; and 2.6-8.4 MPC, respectively); non-carcinogenic lead (up to 1.7-7 MPC); manganese (up to 2-320 MPC); bromine (up to 14-94 MPC) in the groundwater of all aquifers in the north. In the center, there was the accumulation of abnormally high concentrations of elements such as iron, manganese (up to 36-1420 MPC rate of 0.3 mg / dm3 and 1.3-66 MPC rate of 0.1 mg / dm3, respectively, and a significant increase in the value of dry residue and the content of major macrocomponents in all aquifers. In the south for the modern period there is pollution of groundwater of the Quaternary and Neogene systems with such elements as total iron (15-2800 MPC), manganese (1.9-132 MPC), sometimes vanadium, cadmium. The geochemical essence of the formation of the chemical composition of polluted waters lies in the intensity of changes in the hydrogeochemical system and in the change in the migratory properties of chemical elements. The newest techniques and scientific developments on localization and the prevention of migration of heavy metals with the subsequent pollution of waters are required.

A small but growing body of evidence (SBS, 2004; Beckinsale & Ram, 2006) has indicated that Ethnic Minority Businesses (EMBs) have not adopted Information Communication Technology (ICT) at comparable rates to their non-EMB counterparts predominantly Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). With EMBs accounting for almost 10% of businesses in the UK the economic impact as ICT adoption continues to further develop across mainstream markets could be highly significant. Existing UK ICT policies have also failed to engage with EMBs until the NW ICT Adoption Pilot in 2004. The current, limited body of research is fragmented, provides limited understanding and coherence on reasons of low ICT adoption and lacks exemplars upon which policy considerations may be made. Firstly, the chapter will examine and review the existing body of literature. Secondly, EMB cases that have developed ICT to a degree where they are engaging in eBusiness activity are analysed and discussed. The findings provide a number of options and guidance for EMB owners. Finally, the recommendations point to the need for improved ICT awareness, better business support provision nationally and the importance of generation and education as key drivers.

In Australia, much of the research on the reproduction of farm animals has emphasised the technological manipulation of the reproductive tract, gametes and embryos. However, most of the animal production in Australia is still based on sheep and beef cattle enterprises that are managed on an extensive scale; the managers need technologies that can be easily and cheaply implemented on a large scale, and that are aimed at extensive control rather than intensive manipulation. For example, for synchronizing oestrus in the wool flocks the 'ram effect' has, and probably always will have, far more impact on extensive grazing systems than technologies based on exogenous prostaglandins or progestagens. This can also apply to the newer animal industries (such as emu farming), to human problems (such as population control), and to environmental problems (such as control of feral animals). Moreover, under the pressure of public opinion, the industries that are currently intensive are going 'free range'. In addition, surgical managerial tools (such as castration) will probably have to be abandoned or replaced. To cope with such profound influences, new types of reproductive management systems will be needed. This paper is an attempt to broaden our research horizons by developing the concept of 'control systems technologies', aimed at controlling reproductive performance rather than simply improving it. Ideas for such technologies already exist and are evident in the responses to environmental factors that our farm animals developed under the pressure of natural selection (before domestication). Stress, nutrition, photoperiod, lactation, and socio-sexual cues (e.g. pheromones) can all exert profound effects on reproductive activity. We already have a good grasp of the final common pathway through which the brain responses to these factors affect gonadal activity, namely the hypothalamic system that generates pulses of gonadotrophin-releasing hormone. All we need to do is learn how the major environmental cues exert their impact on the systems that control the final common pathway. When we understand them, we shall be able to manipulate them. This is not too speculative; we already have several technologies that take advantage of this approach, including steroid-based contraceptives, the 'ram effect', a vaccine-based antifertility treatment for rangeland cattle and the melatonin formulation used to control seasonal breeding in sheep. These and the other pathways linking environmental inputs to reproductive output are waiting to be explored, explained and exploited.

With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, the requirement for strip steel quality is becoming higher and higher in automobile manufacturing, mechanical processing, and electronic and electrical industries. The precise control of strip quality depends on the accurate prediction of strip quality to a certain extent. However, the data collected by a large number of sensors on the complex strip production line and generated by the computer control system presents the characteristics of high dimensionality, high coupling, and nonlinearity, which brings difficulties to the prediction of strip quality. The continuous production of massive data in the production line also forces steel enterprises to seek new data mining methods, mining the relationship between sensor data to predict and control strip quality. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a GBDBN-ELM model, which is more efficient and more accurate than other algorithms. In this model, the RBM in DBN is replaced with GBRBM, so that RBM no longer depends on the binary distribution, can handle continuity values, and retain more data features. In order to solve the problem of too long DBN training time, this article replaces the BP network in DBN with an ELM regression model. The ELM model predicts the strip quality based on the extracted data abstract features, thereby improving the model’s prediction accuracy and shortening the training time. In this paper, the GBDBN-ELM model is compared with the BP neural network, ELM, and DBN, and root mean square error, R square coefficient of determination, and training time are selected as evaluation indexes of the models. The experimental results show that the improved GBDBN-ELM model can not only improve the accuracy of strip steel quality prediction but also shorten the time of model training. The model proposed in this paper has achieved good results in prediction accuracy and performance.

This paper analyzes the rapid onset of Robotic process automation (RPA) technologies in the Czech financial sector between 2015-2020. The development and experience from the “hype-and-fear” phase contributed to business process integration and technological spillovers are expected in the future. If ICT capabilities are the source of performance differences, then most likely candidates are inventory and finances business process integration and implemented Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management systems. The RPA should not be seen only as simple automation but as a complex instrument offering a lot of advantages with a focus on benefits for internal and external stakeholders. PURPOSE. The goal is to qualitatively analyze the experience with RPA implementation and quantitatively assess ICT capabilities via analysis of differences between various organizational ICT activities and types of companies in the Czech financial sector. DESIGN/METHODOLOGY/APPROACH. The qualitative case study was performed in the bank ČSOB, a.s. in 2019, respondents, owners of processes in the final part of automation, were chosen randomly from different departments of the bank. Data for the quantitative part comes from the ICT survey (Czech Statistical Office), business performance dataset (EMIS) and a case study about ICT capability implementation. Differences are assessed and indirectly interpreted using goodness-of-fit approach. FINDINGS AND IMPLICATIONS. The results from the RPA case study revealed that the Czech financial sector is past the “hype and fear” phase and many companies focused on their return on investment and are beginning to focus more on other stakeholders. According to this development, the requirements and outputs are suggested in the phases of RPA implementation. The possible source of rofitability performance differences are integrated business processes. LIMITATIONS. Financial sector data are anonymized in ICT surveys and the measurement of the competitive advantage of ICT capabilities is only indirect. Qualitative approach is suggested with focus on technological efficiency measurement using data envelopment approach. ORIGINALITY. This paper provides an understanding of the strong experience in RPA in Czech financial sector. Certain initial setbacks in RPA are expected and this paper suggest to focus on knowledge management (lessons learned) and other requirements influencing the successful RPA prototyping and implementation process.

The global pandemic caused by COVID-19 led to a global crisis in the tourism industry, but at the same time created conditions for the development of domestic tourism in Ukraine. The post-conflict territories of Donbass, where quarantine has deepened the depressed socio-economic situation, especially need this chance. There is a question of finding measures to restore the profitability of tourism entities in the region. The aim of the research: to determine ways to increase the profitability of the tourism industry in the post-conflict areas of eastern Ukraine, taking into account the current features of their socio-economic development. The subject of the research: theoretical and practical aspects of increasing the profitability of tourism enterprises in Luhansk and Donetsk regions to restore the regional tourism industry and obtain a multiplier effect and the development of the socio-economic system of the region. The methods of the research: systems approach, structural-logical and statistical analysis, synthesis, generalization. The hypothesis of the research: involves the approach for tourism enterprises in the post-conflict eastern territory of the country to review systematically and change outdated patterns of work to overcome the break-even point and the general systemic crisis after a long quarantine. The statement of basic materials. According to the results of the analysis, it is determined that for tourist enterprises of Luhansk and Donetsk regions are especially relevant: overcoming the negative impact of external factors, creating an innovative product and diversification of activities, integration into other industries. The main ways that will best help achieve the required level of profitability are digitalization and implementation of modern methods of personnel management, comprehensive marketing and advertising activities, as well as mandatory analysis of financial and economic performance. The originality and practical significance of the research: presented results and proposed recommendations are based on a comprehensive comparative analysis of the current situation of the tourism industry at the regional level, presented proposals are interested for practitioners and relevant for implementation in most tourism organizations in Donbass. Conclusions and prospects for further research. The main requirements for the success of the proposed areas - getting rid of outdated patterns, validity and systematization in all processes and at all stages of work.

This paper aims to explain the diffusion of management accounting innovations within the public sector in Jordan as influenced by IMF reforms. It is concerned with the diffusion of management accounting systems viewed as a process of actor-network building and translation. The paper presents an interpretive case study by drawing on Actor-Network Theory (ANT). The aim is to better understand the nature of accounting systems. The study recognizes that accounting innovations in Public Financial Management over the last decade were central to the rise of the New Public Management (NPM) doctrine and its associated ideas of Results Based Management (RBM) and public accountability, of which accounting is a key element. The study also concludes that the diffusion process implied three isomorphic interests; i.e. it created pressure for similar reforms and structural changes in many governmental aspects, especially the ways of thinking and doing. It thus provides a discernible conclusion through exploring the processes of accounting change as influenced by the tenets of ANT. Like Chua (1995), it has examined accounting change as a process of ‘fabrication'. Accounting innovations are constructions (Andon et al., 2007), often built on a wide array of social, economic and political factors. There have been several studies of the public sector transformation following IMF reforms but this paper has a different focus: the diffusion and adoption of management accounting systems within the new public sector. The paper discusses the findings of an interpretive case study, which is Ministry of Finance (MOF) in Jordan. The results of the study indicate that diffusion and adopting of accounting innovations by MOF is largely affected by the government influence, and these innovations usually occurred “beyond the enterprise” as well as within it. The study contributes to both accounting literature and Actor-Network Theory by providing more understanding and explanation about the dynamics of accounting innovations in the public sector. This paper has interesting findings, but also points to the need for more studies about the diffusion of accounting innovations in the public sector.

A review of the approaches used in the world’s leading universities, creating successful entrepreneurial ecosystems, is carried out, the key factors that determine the productivity of such ecosystems are highlighted. AbstractThis essay outlines how the German Unification Treaty comprehends real property merely as a problem of transition provisions and of restitution. The Treaty therefore does provide for a small set of transition provisions similar to those provided for in 1900 for the introduction of the German Civil Code and for a restitution Act. More by instinct than by reflection or knowledge the Treaty also comprises a clause reserving later legislation on reorganizing property law. Soon after Unification having come into force this clause proved to be essential. Literally day by day, the gap between the written German Democratic Republic (GDR)-law and the real practice became more and more apparent. The difference between rights in rem and contractual rights had vanished in the GDR-law to an extent that, in the end, in hundreds of thousands of cases people did not provide at all for the necessary legal fundament for building small houses, big housing blocs, factories or public highways. Nearly every day people wrote letters to the Federal Ministry of Justice describing cases that could not or at least not satisfactorily be resolved with the instruments of the existing law. Therefore, the German parliament had to close these gaps and reorganize the rights and obligations of the people and enterprises using other persons' real property.It accomplished this by enacting in a quick sequence a series of statutes reorganizing property law. Then it was up to the public notaries and the courts, especially the civil senate of the German Federal Court of Justice and the 7th and 3rd revision senate of the Federal Administrative Court to make these laws in practicable. Although the more difficult cases on reorganizing real property relations come up for decision recently, the vast majority of cases have been finalized. This has also been a challenge for law libraries. First, they had to withstand the general trend to throw away their old stocks, which at a second glance could be very useful, both for creating the necessary reorganizing provisions and for assisting the decisions of the courts on these new rules. Then they had to decide how to provide to their Courts, lawyers or professors the necessary periodicals, commentaries and monographs. Now these transient stocks continue to be necessary for the decisions of the courts in the actual cases – and the preparatory work on writing the legal history.

Abstract:
The effect of microbial and chemical corrosion on concrete structures operated in the conditions of chemical enterprises has been established that makes it possible to reliably predict the timing of their decommissioning in order to prevent industrial disasters. Even though the construction complies with all building codes, concrete structures eventually undergo chemical and biological corrosion. The innovation proposed in this study implies investigating the depth and degree of damage to concrete at the microscopic level by the method of raster electron microscopy. In addition, the TPD-MS method has been suggested for determining the quantitative and qualitative state of the carbonate components of concrete and sulfur compounds. This study has found that in concrete samples from the titanium dioxide production plant, the amount of carbon dioxide release is twice less than in control samples at t=600 °C while the level of sulfur dioxide, on the contrary, increases. This is due to the ability of thionic bacteria to accumulate sulfate acid that destroys the cementing component in concrete. The reported results confirm the impact of products of the activity of Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans microorganisms on corrosion processes in concrete. In addition, when using the TPD-MS method, it was established in the storage room of the finished product that heating the control sample of concrete leads to a release of the significant amount of СО2 at t=580–600 °C. However, the experimental samples of concrete are almost lacking carbon compounds because the acid metabolites of microfungi interfere with its formation. Microscopic and REM studies revealed the localization of Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans and Aspergillus fumigatus in concrete. With the development of information technology and the deepening of government system reform, e-government has become one of the key points of government construction. However, both in developing countries and developed countries, there is a common phenomenon that the success rate of e-government projects is not high. Although various e-government evaluation index systems have been proposed in both theoretical research and application aspects, which provide strong support for the development of e-government, these index systems still have limitations. This paper comprehensively applies BP neural network and adaptive matching tracking, and constructs an e-government performance evaluation model based on adaptive matching neural network. We conduct simulation experiments on the constructed model to verify the accuracy and rationality of the model evaluation. It is feasible to introduce the Balanced Scorecard to construct the E-government performance evaluation index system. The constructed index system has strong objectivity, operability, comprehensiveness, guidance and sustainability, and can be applied to the practice of e-government performance evaluation. It is feasible to use the adaptive matching tracking neural network model to evaluate the performance of e-government. The model has the ability to self-learn the evaluation samples, and can grasp the mapping relationship between the evaluation indicators and the evaluation results, so as to imitate the evaluation of experts, and overcome the evaluation randomness and subjective uncertainty that are difficult to get rid of in traditional manual evaluation. In order to better evaluate the operation status of the e-government system and its adaptability to future needs, and find out its existing problems, this paper fully considers the interaction process between the government and enterprises, and establishes a corresponding responsive government. The application of adaptive matching tracking neural network model for e-government performance evaluation has better optimization results than the original BP neural network model. The specific performance is that the convergence speed is fast, the training will not fall into a local minimum, and the error of the evaluation results is small.

If it is true that covid-19 comes from wild animals that have lost their natural habitat due to deforestation and large forest fires and savannas; if it is true that the mortality of those affected increases exponentially in the areas with higher percentages of fine dust, Nox, Sox, CO, in the atmosphere; if it is true that the most affected are the elderly, what does this have to do with the European call for startups dedicated to the Covid-19 emergency, which expired on 18 March, intended above all for small and medium-sized enterprises for innovative contributions useful for cope with any aspect of the emergency? The budget for this call is 164 million euros. What is this rain of millions on small and medium-sized enterprises? At most, they can develop some control and monitoring software for people who move around the area. This is already being done in China and Korea. Since we are late, we may also be able to import this software from these countries. Why, as Europeans, do we not focus on the real problem that affects the entire world development? Emerging countries, such as China and Korea, have made the mistake of copying our energy and purification solutions, even surpassing us by the amount of pollution produced. EUROPE should anticipate the immediate decarburization of energy, the modification of urban purification systems (we cannot continue to wait for the rains to reduce fine particles).

Current sheet metal hydroforming processes require special equipment such as a hydroforming press with an external high pressure generator. This holds the barriers for entering the market high, especially for small and medium companies that cannot invest such an amount of money. In this article, a method and tool design is presented that allows setting up a sheet metal hydroforming process on single action presses without using special hydroforming equipment. The inner pressure for forming the part is generated by tool integrated pistons and results from the difference between ram and cushion force in relation to the part's projected surface. To explore the limits of the process, a tryout tool was manufactured for producing test samples of medical parts in DX54D and AlMg3 0.6 mm. After the experiments, the parts were measured and analyzed to investigate the accuracy of the process, in comparison with the simulation done beforehand. This work will enable small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to produce small series hydroformed parts in a cost efficient way on their conventional presses.

Ensuring food safety has been a major concern to small and medium-sized food manufacturers especially those in developing countries participating in international trade. In this connection, an action-oriented learning and factory visit by a cohort of 15 owners of food manufacturing SMEs to a world-class food factory in Ghana under the auspices of Partners in Food Solutions helped demystify HACCP implementation in the minds of these SME owners. This resulted in majority of them implementing HACCP within six months. A typical indigenous Ghanaian small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) engaged in palm cream concentrate canning was selected for HACCP study and the generic HACCP system was developed which is being adapted for the entire palm cream concentrate canning industry in West Africa. To manufacture canned palm cream concentrate, fresh and ripen palm fruits are harvested, weighed, inspected, and sorted for their quality. The quality palm fruits are washed, cooked at a temperature of 100°C for 30 min, depulped into paste, fiber and kernels. The paste with the fiber is squeezed and strained to obtain palm cream. The fine cream is collected and blended with 0.5% salt and heated to a temperature ≥ 70°C for 10 min. Empty cans are washed, filled with the hot cream, seamed, washed to get rid of stains and loaded into retort baskets and then hoisted into a vertical retort for sterilization. Retorting is done at 121°C for 60 minutes and then cooled to a temperature of 40°C and the product are removed from the retort and incubated at ambient temperature for 7 days. After which labelling is done and the product are cased and palletized ready for sale. The 14 stages of HACCP implementation including the 7 preparatory steps and the 7 principles of HACCP recommended by were applied in addition to 2 innovative steps to the palm cream concentrate canning process [1]. Each processing step was correctly captured in the process flow diagram and subjected to hazard analysis to identify all potential food safety hazards that are associated with each step. The identified hazards were classified as physical, chemical or biological and subjected to risk assessment process using a quantitative scoring method to determine the likelihood and severity of each potential hazard which helped to determine significant hazards with each step. The significant hazards were then subjected to critical control point determination using the codex decision tree. Three steps of microbiological significance were identified in the process as CCPs. These are can seam (CCP #1), retorting (CPP #2) and retorted can cooling (CCP #3). Critical limits were established for these limits as follows: CCP# 1 – can seaming (body hook butting (BHB) > 75%, thickness rating (TR) > 75% and actual overlap (AO) > 1.1mm), CCP# 2 – retorting (120 -122°C for 60 minutes at a pressure of 1bar must be achieved during sterilization) and CCP# 3 – can cooling (incoming cooling water into the retort must be chlorinated to 3 - 4 ppm, residual chlorine content and after cooling, the discharge water should contain ≥ 0.5ppm residual chlorine content). Monitoring and verification procedures were developed for each CCP and corrective actions and record keeping systems have been established for the CCPs.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Komitmen organisasional yang terdiri dari komitment afektif, normative, dan kontinuan dan Kompensasi baik itu kompensasi finansial dan non-finansial terhadap Kepuasan kerja dengan moderasi Budaya organisasi sebagai variabel penguat atau memperlemah pada karyawan PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Kalimantan Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 orang karyawan dan data yang dapat di olah sebanyak 200 sampel. PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Kalimantan Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan WrapPls 6.0 dan SPSS 16 untuk menguji Uji asumsi Normalitas dan Linieritas.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Kalimantan Barat. Kompensasi juag berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Kalimantan Barat. Selain itu Budaya sebagai variabel moderasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan sebagai moderasi antar hubungan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, tetapi tidak memoderasi hubungan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstract:
Few epidemiological studies have discussed the gender-specific prevalence of ischemic heart disease (IHD). We aimed to investigate the gender-specific prevalence of IHD among Saudi patients visiting the emergency department and if it is affected by diabetes mellitus and/or hypertension. Three hundred patients were recruited from Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al Ahsa, KSA. Hypertension was identified as systolic pressure equal to or more than 140 mmHg and/or diastolic pressure equal to or more than 90 mmHg or by the patient currently being on antihypertensive medication, and coronary artery disease (CAD) was diagnosed by electrocardiogram, cardiac markers, cardiac exercise testing or coronary angiography. Hypertension was found in 80% of males and 72% of females. A significantly higher rate of diabetes was noted in females (62%) compared to males (48%) (p<0.012). Co-existing diabetes and hypertension was found in 70% of females as compared to 38% of males. The occurrence of IHD in males was significantly higher than that in females (p<0.001). However, the incidence of myocardial infarction was greater in females (52%) compared to males (38%) (p<0.035). Co-existing hypertension and diabetes may affect the gender prevalence of myocardial infarction among emergency department patients, with more infarctions being noted among females. This finding helps to guide the treatment strategy for both genders.

The present research,conducted in the spring of 2017-2019, focuses on anatomical and morphological features of two Altai species: Gagealutea and Gagea minima; these features were studied, clarified and confirmed by drawings and photographs. The anatomical structure of the stem and leaf blade was studied in detail. The obtained research results will prove useful for studies of medicinal raw materials and honey plants. A long-term stationary experiment was conducted to examine for the purpose nine field crop rotation patterns different in the number of fields (four to six), set of crops, and their succession in crop rotation. The respective shares of legumes, oilseeds, and cereals in the cropping pattern were 17 to 33, 17 to 40, and 50 to 67 %. It has been established that in case of no-till field crop cultivation the economic efficiency of plant production depends on the set of crops and their succession in rotation. The most economically efficient type of crop rotation is the soya-winter wheat-peas-winter wheat-sunflower-corn six-field rotation with two fields of legumes: in this rotation 1 ha of crop rotation area yields 3 850 grain units per ha at a grain unit prime cost of 5.46 roubles; the plant production output return and profitability were 20,888 roubles per ha and 113 %, respectively. The high production profitabilities provided by the soya-winter wheat-sunflower four-field and the soya-winter-wheat-sunflower-corn-winter wheat five-field crop rotation are 108.7 and 106.2 %, respectively. The inclusion of winter wheat in crop rotation for two years in a row reduces the second winter wheat crop yield by 80 to 100 %, which means a certain reduction in the grain unit harvesting rate to 3.48-3.57 thousands per ha of rotation area and cuts the production profitability down to 84.4-92.3 %. Sirotinskiy, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00043 Abstract: This paper is concerned with solving one of the issues of the general problem of designing geophysical equipment for the natural climatic environment of the Arctic. The relevance of the topic has to do with an increased global interest in this region. The paper is aimed at considering the basic principles of developing and the procedure of testing seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. In this paper the indicated issue is considered through the example of a seismic module designed for petroleum and gas exploration by passive seismoacoustic methods. The seismic module is a direct-burial portable unit of around 5 kg in weight, designed to continuously measure and record microseismic triaxial orthogonal (ZNE) noise in a range from 0.1 to 45 Hz during several days in autonomous mode. The functional chart of designing the seismic module was considered, and concrete conclusions were made for choosing the necessary components to meet the ultralow-temperature operational requirements. The conclusions made served for developing appropriate seismic module. In this case, the components and tools used included a SAFT MP 176065 xc low-temperature lithium cell, industrial-spec electronic component parts, a Zhaofeng Geophysical ZF-4.5 Chinese primary electrodynamic seismic sensor, housing seal parts made of frost-resistant silicone materials, and finely dispersed silica gel used as water-retaining sorbent to avoid condensation in the housing. The paper also describes a procedure of low-temperature collation tests at the lab using a New Brunswick Scientific freezing plant. The test results proved the operability of the developed equipment at ultralow temperatures down to -55°C. In addition, tests were conducted at low microseismic noises in the actual Arctic environment. The possibility to detect signals in a range from 1 to 10 Hz at the level close to the NLNM limit (the Peterson model) has been confirmed, which allows monitoring and exploring petroleum and gas deposits by passive methods. As revealed by this study, the suggested approaches are efficient in developing high-precision mobile seismic instruments for use at ultralow climatic temperatures. The solution of the considered instrumentation and methodical issues is of great practical significance as a constituent of the generic problem of Arctic exploration. The article analyzes the results of treatment of patients with excess length of the second metatarsal bones that underwent osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis. The results of treatment of patients who underwent metatarsal shortening due to classical Weil-osteotomy with and without osteosynthesis were analyzed. The first group consisted of 34 patients. They underwent classical Weil osteotomy. The second group included 44 patients in whomosteotomy of the second metatarsal bone were not by the screw. When studying the results of the treatment in the immediate postoperative period, weeks 6, 12, slightly better results were observed in patients of the first group, while one year after surgical treatment the results in both groups were comparable. One year after surgical treatment, there were 2.9% (1 patient) of unsatisfactory results in the first group and 4.5% (2 patients) in the second group. Considering the comparability of the results of treatment in remote postoperative period, the choice of concrete method remains with the operating surgeon. Methods. A prospective 3-year study of 86 healthy dogs (aged 1-7 yrs) of different breeds and of both sexes. Echo homogeneity and echogenicity of the stomach and intestines wall were determined by the method of Silina, T.L., et al. (2010) in absolute values ​​of average brightness levels of ultrasound image pixels using the 8-bit scale with 256 shades of gray. Results. Quantitative echogenicity indicators of the stomach and the small intestine wall in dogs were determined. Based on the numerical values ​​characterizing echogenicity distribution in each layer of a separate structure of the digestive system, the coefficient of gastric echogenicity is determined as 1:2.4:1.1 (mucosa/submucosa/muscle layers, respectively), the coefficient of duodenum and jejunum echogenicity is determined as 1:3.5:2 and that of ileum is 1:1.8:1. Datieva, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00046 Abstract: The aim of this work was to assess the functional reserves of the body to quantify individual health; adaptation, psychophysiological characteristics of the health quality of medical students in different seasons of the year. When studying the temporal organization of physiological functions, the rhythm parameters of physiological functions were determined, followed by processing the results using the Cosinor Analysis program, which reveals rhythms with an unknown period for unequal observations, evaluates 5 parameters of sinusoidal rhythms (mesor, amplitude, acrophase, period, reliability). The essence of desynchronization is the mismatch of circadian rhythms among themselves or destruction of the rhythms architectonics (instability of acrophases or their disappearance). Desynchronization with respect to the rhythmic structure of the body is of a disregulatory nature, most pronounced in pathological desynchronization. High neurotism, increased anxiety reinforces the tendency to internal desynchronization, which increases with stress. During examination stress, students experience a decrease in the stability of the temporary organization of the biosystem and the tension of adaptive mechanisms develops, which affects attention, mental performance and the quality of adaptation to the educational process. Time is shortened and the amplitude of the “initial minute” decreases, personal and situational anxiety develops, and the level of psychophysiological adaptation decreases. The results of the work are priority because they can be used in assessing quality and level of health. Tsvetkov, DOI: https://doi.org/10.26782/jmcms.spl.10/2020.06.00047 Abstract: The present study of comparison methods based on the triadic model introduces the following concepts: the relation of comparability and the relation of comparison, and object comparison and attributive comparison. The difference between active and passive qualitative comparison is shown, two triadic models of passive and active comparison and models for comparing two and three objects are described. Triadic comparison models are proposed as an alternative to dyadic comparison models. Comparison allows finding the common and the different; this approach is proposed for the analysis of the nomothetic and ideographic method of obtaining knowledge. The nomothetic method identifies and evaluates the general, while the ideographic method searches for unique in parameters and in combinations of parameters. Triadic comparison is used in systems and methods of argumentation, as well as in the analysis of consistency/inconsistency.
